Great place for the kiddos to get some energy out and have fun in a safe environment. I would be careful with children that have sensitivity to sound when it's busy as it can get very crowded. Would be nice to have more staff during peak times to maintain the cleanliness of the facility though.
Great birthday party experience for my son! Mark and the team were friendly and on top of all the details, handling multiple Saturday parties. They took care of everything! Pizza was good & kids loved the dippin dots. Place was clean and all games were working. I liked the layout so you could see everything from the birthday table. We'll definitely visit again!
My two little boys and I absolutely adore ChuckECheese. The arcade games are exciting and I like how careful they are to make sure the children only go outside with the adults who brought them in! Nowadays, security and safety is so important.
Pretty good for the grands. Got a lot more games for all ages. Trampoline was 10 bucks a pop! A bunch of of unclean tables. Overall good time ????.
I was SHOCKED to learn Chuck-E-Cheeses still existed. So I slammed a few 40s in the parking lot and headed in. I met that cool rat dude, I forget his name, and played some kick ass arcade games. I played air hockey with myself, the best way to play. Then I got a large pepperoni pizza and ate the whole thing myself. Bathrooms were also very clean, at least when I entered them.
We hosted a bday party and it was a great experience for the 6 -8 yo's. Food was better than we thought and even the picky eaters complimented the pizza. The place is cleaner than some older perceptions the adults once had (ie. sticky floors). It was bright, clean and wasn't crowded (sunday session). My recommendation is that the staff team explain how things work as there were times when we didn't know what came next. Overall, reasonable and it was great fun for kids.
Went here for a kids party.nway better than the old system 20+ years ago. Food is as expected for young kids, cheese pizza. Instructions for the place could have been more clear. A few machines didn't work, but lots of choices. Kids had a blast. When Mr. cheese came out, the voice came from a screen on the wall which wasn't obvious nor very loud for the dance floor. Overall we'll go again and the kids will have a blast. And I don't have to worry about the coins or tickets.
This place is dirty and ghetto. Half of the games where broken. Parents had no supervision over their children. Children tried to take over our games while we were in the middle of playing them and their parents were no where to be found. Kids were climbing on the machines. The staff weren't too bad but one employee stated that he hated being there and wanted to go home to their coworker while ringing me up. I ordered food but wanted it in a to go box. The manager touched my food with her bare hands. This p
We came to Chuck E Cheese on a Monday Evening. We were greeted promptly when arrived. I Love that They mark the whole group with the same making so the Kid can't leave with a Stranger. The Employees were very friendly with helping understand the New Point versus Time cards They offer now. The Kids had a great time with wearing Their Mask.
We take some of our grandchildren here when they visit us on weekends, they just love this place, especially the pizza!! There's rides, video games and pictures with Chuck E Cheese's!
Brought my daughter here to have fun noticed multiple kids on the trampoline with regular socks let my daughter start playing then confronted by an employee that she needed Chuck E. Cheese socks got my daughter off 10 minutes later same thing then I said something out loud then ha makes all kids with regular socks get off I don't like prejudice ism
Great experience!!! Clean..warm staff....nostalgic ..had a great time...not to mention just for fun..me my 20 year old and 16 year old went there for and to hang...played games ...food was awesome 10 outta 10 would do again
Great Hangout for Kids. All time Fave ???? Always a great deal. KIDS have fun, Parents RELAX ??
Good place for spending your evening with kids. The atmosphere is clean and the customer service up to the mark.
My family and I went on a Monday afternoon around 3pm and stayed for an unintended 2 hours. They delivered worst customer service of 2019...the Catonsville location is the dirtest place made for kids that I've visited year, it smells like urine when you walk in, the staff is rude as hell, the young managers are clueless and it's just down right expensive! Where a kid can be a kid, yeah okay! I hope they are shut down very soon. This place would get a zero from me if the option were available. #nevereveragai
My granddaughters loved it. The service was good. The staff was kind and attentive to your needs.
It's an ok place. There are few games for children under 5 but a lot for kids older than 5. The staff was extremely polite and the area clean. It's very empty during school hours.
The worst experience 8.18.23 . Came for a birthday party . The manager was very inexperienced and lacked customer service skills . She upgraded a birthday package without authorization from the parent . She didn't properly communicate with the family . For the party package ordered the children didn't receive anything included but the cups and pizza no extra tickets or dipping dots . The manager lacked courtesy or common sense . I would never return here . If this could get 0 zero stars I would . I only lef
My daughter really enjoyed her birthday party and our host Gianna( I'm sure I spelled that wrong) was awesome :)
It is very expensive. Be prepared. My biggest complaint is the manager who was on her cell phone the entire time, even when assisting customers, she never took it off of her shoulder. Very unprofessional
We had a great time celebrating our sons birthday! He enjoyed his time and safety was observed. Thank you CEC!
This chuck e cheese is HORRIBLE. I will NEVER be coming back here. We first walk up, its people cussing and arguing about a argument that happened in the chuck e cheese. Then the floors and tables are nasty. They need more people working here. The workers are slow texting on their phone while we order. Yea, not coming back.
Went here yesterday morning for a quick hour while we were in Maryland to let our toddler play before heading home to West Virginia. I must say, I thought the pizza was great, workers friendly & helpful. The employee that really stuck out to us was a man working there that was walking around spraying machines (around 10:30-11am) . He was super cautious cleaning each machine after kids were done playing / touching them. Very very clean bathrooms, clean tables, everything was so clean!
Lots of fun for the kids. Clean and well organized. Friendly staff!
I have been taking my children here for more than 10 years. They changed the games from tokens, to an unlimited card with time expiration. This makes the experience more interactive with my kids and we love it. I like to go on weekdays when its not crowded, that way my son has all access.
It's hard to rate this place... there was a lackluster man in a rat costume who was void of enthusiasm. I still give it 4 stars because viewed through the lens of an 8yr old that might be enough.
Not only did we have a fantastic time at CC, but the food was great, staff was cleaning while we were there, and everyone was very accomodating: helpful. My son loved all the new games, rides, and trampoline! ?A huge shout out to Kayla, Ivana, and Annie and other staff members at this location. We are already planning our next visit soon!
Chuck n cheese is always a good idea to bring family and kids Play. Salad bar was very fresh and tasty.
It was for my grandson's and nieces birthday party ????. They had fun and so did I.
This place was PACKED. However, they were moving pretty fast as far as the line for Cards, food etc. Btw the food is ridiculously priced. Now let's get into the real problem this night. It was a whole fight in here between a ?baby momma and baby daddy? and their family. And i mean a physical fight. Let me remind you this is A KIDS ESTABLISHMENT! The baby dad mentioned he is strapped so at this point im just concerned for my self and the kids that are around. The good thing about this is that this location h
It was the worst visit I ever had to this location. Granted it started to snow pretty heavy, but we got there at 8:30pm. They were supposed to close at 11pm but were trying desperately to close early because of the weather. So instead of properly servicing the customers who were already there...they stood around calling numbers trying to get the ok to close. I asked the manager if someone could ring us up to get points but they told me to wait while they decided if they were gonna stay open. Keep in mind al
My kids love going here! And the pizza is still amazing ??
Our service at chuck cheers ?? was a good one. Will we go back yes yes we will. No
My 3 year old had fun here. We went around 12 on a Saturday and there weren't many kids there. A couple of the games weren't working, but most were. There aren't a lot of games for preschoolers, but she enjoyed the rides and the few games that she could play. We had pizza and cheesy bread. Both were a bit greasy but good. I ordered in the app, which went smoothly, aside from having to find someone to get cups for our drinks. The credits go pretty far. Most games are one or two credits and a couple are thr
Granddaughter Birthday party, 10Xs better than Glen Burnie.
This Chuck E. Cheese is probably the worst Chuck E. Cheese in Baltimore. I used to come here as a child and it was the best. However me experience today was awful!! They tried to feed us wilted salad and when a kind young lady was going to replace it and she was trying to figure out what to do to help. She asked another young man and he says ?it's too many people complaining today I don't got time!? I was so insulted like hello I'm right here and I'm not complaining I was suggesting to them throw that ish i
No animatronics, ghetto employees and a failed mascot update. Don't bother.
I personally think this place is a racket to steal parents' hard earn money when we just need a safe place to take our kids so they are not home in front of TV screens. The games are way too short. We were lucky if the games lasted 60 secs before needed to add more money. Each game is like a tic toc video. Sad part is you may not even realize it if you don't Plat it with your kid . But that's why they're coming so frequently to get more $$$ on the card. Take my advise Go to the indoor playgrounds instead.
Love: the new games. Dislike: The cost of the new bouncy pit. This place is wayyyy too expensive now. $12 for socks to bounce. The food is super expensive. The birthday packages are expensive. I used to love this place.
Horrible. Manager was super nasty to everyone. She screamed and screamed to every worker and made the whole atmosphere unpleasant. I must compliment the other employees on remaining calm and helping us. But again, please choose another Chuck E Cheese.
Truly flabbergasted! This place has came a long way for the better. I grew up coming here and I love all the improvements. The customer service was phenomenal, very professional and friendly. I love the new educational faces Chuckie discusses. We will definitely be back!
Definitely cleaner then most chuck e cheeses I been too, also my son likes these games better :)
It was good atmosphere for kids, lots of arcade games, photo booths and seating. Go on weekdays to avoid crowds. Recommended place for parents looking to play arcade games with kids. 2 hours is I recommended after that it starts getting boring. I didn't eat there but seemed overpriced.
I take my three year old daughter to this location often. We go during the week day when they first open because it's not crowded and we can maintain social distancing. They have a descent amount of games so she can stay entertained for a while. The best feature for me is the way you can pay to play. You can pay for tokens or an allotted amount of time. We buy the time option so we can play for as long as we want to stay which is usually 45 minutes to an hour. The menu is limited and tailored for the kids.
A good place to have your kids run off so energy.
My nephew had his 4th birthday party there 2 months ago. Very nice place, well organized, friendly staff, lots of fun - for every one!
So me and my friend decided to take my nephew to Chuck E Cheese yesterday evening only to be swindled out of $75 to $100 dollars only for 5 little small wings, and three small sodas and one salad. I knew we should have left after she refused to give my friend a fork. Also the lady never gave us our extra large pizza after we paid for it. She refused to give us our proper refund after we asked several times, we will not be back and will be taking our business elsewhere, somewhere like Dave and Busters. Manag
My granddaughter enjoy her self there must bring your kids
I took my children for a evening out, when time came close to closing the young ladies in front were taking extremely long to cash in their tickets, when they finally done the manager with the red and black straight hair told the young lady that was helping us to stop and go clean the tables and walked off, so we're just standing there and the security had to tell us that we could not be help and to come back, totally unprofessional, the manager(with the small leather jacket) had an attitude from jump, hear
This is a great place for kids to have all kinds of fun with electronic gadgets and non electronic gadgets. It's a super exciting place also for adults. My son had loads of fun and it was exciting to watch him run around trying everything he could get his hands on even if he didn't understand how to play some games..lol. we also loved the Pizza served in there. It was tasty. Free Soda and refills.
My daughter had taken my 6 yr old grandson along with myself .At this place, my grandson really had a good time playing the games and drinking out of his chucky cheese cup and eating his pizza.I like that they give out a key card for the games it's better than waiting on tickets.
We booked a 10am party for our 3 year old and 20 other kids. It's not crowded first thing in the morning, so the kids had space to run and play. Staff was great, especially our party hostess. She was so helpful and sweet. Everyone had a great time and it was nice to have a party venue that takes care of all the details.
I've been to this Chuck E. Cheese about 4 times. The first time I went it was okay because only like 3 other families were there. The other times it just plain felt unsafe for my 5 year-old child, so we can never go back again. The clerks are terrible and move at glacial speed.
My recent visit was for a birthday party. It was around 12:30 on a Saturday and to my surprise it wasn't anywhere near crowded! Access to all the games, never a problem. My only gripe was the staff working the tables. Most (not all) were unprofessional, but I chalked it up them being so young.
I had the pleasure of meeting the senior manager Mark upon arrival. Mark is one of the best managers I have EVER met . I was a walk in, and I had explained to mark that I had just had a terrible previous experience at a Chuck E. Cheese at another location the day before . I have a 3 year old and didn't know much about Chuck E. Cheese. He literally sat me down for an hour to tell me the ins and outs of Chuck E. Cheese so that next time I would know exactly what to do and what package would be best for my chi
My husband and I just hosted a birthday party for our son this past Sunday. While the party itself was nice, the food was good and the hostess was good, most of the games required attention. A lot of games needed more tickets. I was able to track the manager down to assist, but there should be someone walking the floor to assist with that so we don't have to hunt someone down.
Shocked and surprised to have to pay 10-12 bucks for grip socks in order to jump on the trampoline. There were many sad faces. Even if you are already wearing , you have to buy theirs. Wow!
The manager was pleasant. This chuck e cheese could use a makeover and deep cleaning but otherwise the kids had fun and we felt relatively safe. I took my own wipes. I do like the fact that they no longer do paper tickets
Surprisingly when I took my son there to celebrate his birthday, there weren't many people. I loved that. No waiting in line for games. No crowded areas to try to squeeze by. My son and I both had a great time. The only thing I was disappointed with is that a few of the games weren't working, so we didn't get all our tickets.
I booked my daughter's birthday party there yesterday (12/11/21). It might have just been a rough day so I dont wanna judge too much, as it was my first time. With that being said.. it was a chaotic mess! Nobody knew what was going on, miscommunication between staff, the ticket blaster machine (part of the package I paid for) was broken so we had to wait for them to fix it.. they didn't bring out enough ice cream for my guests so a kid had to wait..it was just a disaster. I wouldn't have thought the money w
It's a great place to spend time with your family and have fun. It has food although I wasn't impressed with its quality. The games however are pretty good. The prizes are not really worth the amount of tickets unless you get above 800. So, if you know you are gonna be going there multiple times, then it is probably a good idea to stock up your tickets and then spending them once you reach a high amount.
My granddaughter's 2nd birthday! It was actually nice and organised considering all of the kids running around!
Manager their was great. He answers questions we needed to know when we were waiting too leave, if could hold on to our ticket slips to another time, because it was so long waiting to pick a prize. He was so nice in telling us what to do. Food was good kids had fun. Love the pass cards.
It was clean, just need more workers. Food was good nice hot. Salad bar could have been better.
Had a fun evening at Chuck E Cheese on Rt 40. Everything was super clean, food came out hot and quickly. The staff members were all contentious and carefully cleaned booths, tables and seats! So impressed with the staff and management there.
This business was ratchet to put it nicely. Kids were running around out of control without little or no supervision. We were there for my grandsons birthday party. He is 2. I was afraid for his safety. Ticket machines were broken, so there was a long line to cash in tickets and an even longer line for the prize counter. Poorly managed. The waitress who handled our party came over about 10 minutes before our party ended and started pulling the table cloths off the tables with our stuff still on it. WE WILL
I had a horrible experience with this location. Reserved a birthday party for my son who was turned 8 about 10-12 days before the party on the phone. The person on the Chuck E. Cheese line was very nice and answered all my questions. The problem came when I arrived at the location and was told some of the things in the package I picked did not actually come in the package. The host and manager told me I was told the wrong pre-covid information. Long story short there was a verbal altercation between myself
The Manager and the Hostess were both so accommodating, attentive, and friendly the whole time during our son's birthday party. They were also forthcoming about the charges and called me to confirm details a few days before... really good upbeat atmosphere. We've had kid's parties for our 4 kids everywhere and our experience at this Chuck E Cheese was the best and easiest no fuss kids party.
I haven't been there in years, until today. I took my grandson. He played a lot. Won 40,000 tickets. It's still a good family spot. But the things you get, when you redeem them , need to be improved to me. But we enjoyed our time in there.
Pretty good, clean and organized place. The staff is a mix of young unmotivated kids to grown adults with a chip on their shoulder. They are not good under pressure, when there is more than 3 people in line you can bet they will be overwhelmed. Generally nice staff tho, just not well trained or managed.
Good Place. Guys Constantly cleaning the floor. The workers are nice and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I had put 110 minutes on three cards and by the time they ended up closing the store I still had like 80 minutes left. I asked the worker if I could get a credit for the minutes left or somehow transfer them into points. She told me No. Very Disappointed. I wish she could had done something to help me.
Went there over the weekend for a birthday party! Kids had a awesome time! Staff was friendly and enthusiastic! I think what stuck out the most is when we were preparing to leave the manager at the front checked my stamp and then check my daughters stamp. My daughters stamp for some reason did not show up. The manager asked my three year old who I was in relation to her prior to letting us depart. Of course my daughter said " that's my mommy". The fact that that she did take the extra step to ensure the saf
I Went Today For My Grandson's Birthday Party. It Was Overcrowded But That Was No Excuse Why I Had To Wait Over Two Hours To Get My Food And Kept Being Told Twenty More Minutes.Had It Boxed Up To Go Because The Party Was Over By Time It Was Ready Even Missed Singing Happy birthday To Him Then Served A Plate Can't Say Plate Because There Was Hardly Any Fries For $3.50 Talking About That's The Amount You Get Plus The Soda Machine Wasn't Working At All So It Was Piled With Ice All Over It Along With Straws And
Great place , rude manager. Manager was screaming at workers for no reason. And really rude to talk to. The games give very little tickets.
The stage dancers need replaced asap! Now they have no section for children 3and under besides three sit on rides. Chuckee cheese definitely has lost its thing, invest in this place ?? it was a child hood fun house.
My kids love it here and the atmosphere is full of fun. No bad unattended children, staff is polite and food is fresh. My daughter's birthday party last Friday was a blast and everyone including the adults had fun
It's crazy busy but the games are fun and they put on a good birthday party! We have come twice as part of a registered birthday party group. The pizza is decent, and I'm thankful for the little TV shows and birthday show they have playing so my kids will actually sit still long enough to eat. I'm disappointed though because both times we came, we lost credits on games that weren't working properly, and I just didn't feel like asking for an attendant to come over or waiting in line to get our credits back.
Had no problems, my son enjoyed it so I'm happy. Only thing I would say is that the employee that checks the stamp exiting really needs to checks to make sure the numbers match. I understand that you may remember who came in with who, but the quick glance at partial stamp covered by a sleeve doesn't do the stamp system any justice. Last thing I need (Lord forbid) is my child or someone's child is exiting with the wrong individual or party.
Had a great time with the grandkids. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. My only complaint was the bathroom....it was clean but had a strong urine odor. We arrived at CC shortly after it opened so the bathroom hadn't received much use for that day and it should have smelled better.
Horribleeeeeee! Had my nephews bday here and they kept forgetting items that came with the party. The host wasn't even with the party half the time. Not clean, compared to other locations. When leaving the young lady at the door didn't even check our numbers! I couldve been stealing my own children. Too many young children running the place. Saw the manager one time and he looked like he was about to lose his cool. I cannot! Nope! Only good thing about the visit was the cashier. She was very pleasant and i
Been here every year for birthday parties. Hostess was very attentive. All the games worked and it was a clean and fun atmosphere. Make sure you take some coupons with you. Get the best deals you can. Pizza is still the best and they added alot of food for adults. Wings, bread sticks, etc
I was there with one of my son's and my great granddaughter. It was just wonderful to see her so happy and excited about so much to do and play on. I just enjoy the atmosphere, playing some of the games, watching others enjoy themselves. All in all I really really like going to Chuck E Cheese.
Love this place! Great pizza, awesome band, and fun selection of games to play. I didn't realize the band was mechanized until my friend told me. He's the same guy who ruined pro wrestling for me too, so it's no big deal. Just make sure to get enough sauce in ya' before taking the kids. I highly recommend that as well!!
Had my daughter's birthday here. Early the better. Staff was helpful and the place was very clean.
Chuck E. Cheese ?? is always a great experience for the little ones. As well as some of us adults ????. Great family atmosphere, very affordable, and loads of games for the kids. You can also have Chuck come entertain if u desire. Great place ??
Not as fun as it used to be . I am not of fan of everything being electronic. No tickets just cards to swipe. The ball pin & jungle gym is gone. Even the little clock swing for the babies is gone. The pizza isn't as good as it used to be. But the service from the staff was A1.
There were some things out of order. Bigger kids trampling over smaller children on slide. Was there with a birthday party and it seems like Chuckie doesn't stay out long or take time for pictures. Employees were cleaning and sanitizing which was good.
This place was awesome and the party helpers were very helpful.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
