We took our grandsons to celebrate a 5th birthday celebration. Food and endless salad bar were delicious. Lots of games to play. Option of per game play or time to play makes this an adorable play time for kids.

Love this place, especially during the week. Not too busy, good deals on game cards and food. Pizza was really good and we got to see Chuck E! My three year old loved it!

We went on Wednesday and got 1hr playtime cards (for $20 each) through kiosk! After which we noticed that they have a deal (for $14) posted in drink area (which is very hard to notice) that is lot lesser than what we bought. When asked about this to the front desk staff and manager, they responded saying they will not tell unless someone ask them or they won't promote it directly. Neither helpful nor friendly staff! She also refused to compensate or do anything for the higher price we paid! We felt cheated!

Family went to eat, we ordered alot, bought game packs. Only problem was that it was closing in 45m. The poor young lady didn't say anything, the on shift management didn't say anything. Only till we picked up the food was when it became an issue. "WE HAD TO LEAVE, IM SORRY WERE CLOSING. HE MADE A FEW CALLS, THE GM SAID NO". NEXT TIME PLEASE MENTION THAT YOUR CLOSING IN HOWEVER MANY MINUTES. MAYBE WE WONT ORDER AND GO ELSEWHERE. YALL LOST SOME CUSTOMERS.

Took my son for his 3rd birthday and the one pizza I ordered (basic peperoni) took 45 mins and then they didn't even tell me when it was ready. I just went and found it myself.

My kids (8, 6, 2) love this place! It's not very cheap, but always use an online coupon and buy gift cards and Sam?s to save! We wish that a salad bar came with a pizza order and not a separate $10 each. (The hand dryer in the bathroom is too loud, it scares small kids).

If you are looking for a not pricey place and good service this is the place to go. Birthday packages are cheap and your kids will have fun.

We came here because my daughter begged. The cashier didn't listen to what we ordered, so I had to get back in line and reorder the second pizza that I ordered the first time but the cashier didn't charge us for. After an hour, we still have no pizza. We asked why and we're told they were having problems with their oven. We asked for a refund and they offered us two free salads instead. About fifteen minutes later, the pizza came out. It was hot, but flavorless. Not a good experience.

Food was actually pretty good and the games were awesome for my kiddos. The only issue is the atmosphere. It used to be fun and full of joy but it was quiet, the music was so low and didn't match the environment. I wish it could go back to the Chuck E. Cheese mascot walking around and engaging with the kids with music blasting on the dance floor. My experience there was no mascot or music. If they could just work on that it'd be perfect!

Over priced and service was horrible. Pizza took to long and super under staffed. Will NOT be taking my family there again. Oh and so many games were out of service

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness,punctuality, and service from the Lubbock location. It is definitely well managed and maintained. I would highly recommend. Staff were so friendly too. I didn't catch the young girls name but she was awesome and danced and played with the kids also. 10/10

Mesha's customer service was outstanding! You all have the right person greeting guests as they enter and taking orders. The kids had a great time playing the various games. I was actually impressed by the stuffed crust pizza. It was tasty. Great Saturday outing.

It was my babies first time here, my mother came in to town for their birthday and wanted to take them somewhere fun. It was clean, there was only one other family that was here so it wasn't busy. It was during a weekday for lunch. The games are fun, there's something for everyone all ages. And they decorated for Halloween very nicely. The pizza was delicious and the crust/bread was soft. I wish they had more options for the salad bar, but it was yummy.

This was my first time here, and it was a BLAST! The employees were awesome, super nie, and very attentive! The games were so fun for the babies, and the food was delicious, although it took Sooo long to come out. For it only being 3 pizzas, it took 1 hour after we had already had this party scheduled, and then they forgot 1 pizza, So that just took that much longer, so that's why service got only 3 stars. All in all, it was definitely fun.

My granddaughter turned 7, and she wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese. We had a party pkg, food and cake included. It was moderately busy, 3 birthday parties. Ours started at 12:30. We had my sons birthday party there and my complaint would be communication from the party host. After about an hour into my party we decided to do cake and presents. The party host then came up to us and said to wait about 10 more minutes to do the party singing with chucke. I didn't even know that was a thing because I wasn't given a breakdown of what would happen during the party so I asked if there was a chance chucke could come now since I had already gathered everyone and she said we could skip it. It was really hot inside, we had to ask for everything, spoons, forks, the soda machines were not even turned on and we were there at 11 am. Lots of games were not working but still taking points off the kids cards, and nobody was available to reimburse those. Not sure what was happening but wasn't really ideal for a fun place for kids.

Horrible 8/8 got pizza and played games 15 minutes later they trashed it I had receipt circle time and they trashed it didn't remake it bull rap then a little kid was not attended by adult and hit my baby and tried taking our card they did not say anything to parents and I did not get refund for pizza very upset do not go here it's terrible terrible worst experience ever never ever returning ever

If you're looking for a job definitely do not recommend working here. Heard to many bad things about the GM and some of the managers. Also not the best place to take your children. Would recommend Dave and busters down the street great place. Too over priced some of the games are disgusting and not that great of pizza. They need a wider variety and more deals at most.

There is no staff really working the floor. And chucky the mouse no longer presents during birthday events. Customer service none existing. Kids do have fun there but this place needs some improvement. The game card so much better instead the tokens. And i like the idea of paying for minute's.

We hadn't been in years to a Chuck E. Cheese and this was our first time taking our kids and I'd say that over all we had a good family fun night! Food was good and pretty prompt, we enjoyed the games and atmosphere. Although I felt like they could have used more staff everyone I encountered was friendly and wearing a mask. I felt like this location was clean and informed me of their Covid guide lines while also letting me be a free person and not wear my mask.

Terrible experience. $70 for an hour wait on pizza and drinks. Our group arrived, two of us got to order while the others paid for game cards. After we ordered, the "system" went down not allowing anyone else to order food in our group. We offered to pay cash for food for the kids and they refused to take it. My kids have never been. My daughter seen an ad and wanted to see the ?mouse? I called the weekend before to ask when he comes out. I was told every 30 minutes. We went yesterday for 2 hours & paid alot of money. No ?mouse? & there isnt many games the very few games we able to play my kids had to play over and over since we got 90 min game passes? The food is really terrible. The crust is so tough. We didn't get our appetizers out until after the dinner arrived. The salad bar is pretty pathetic. The kids love going for the environment though and they do have good games and there's lots of fun to be had for them.

Went early in the afternoon but it was great. Pizza was fresh and all the games worked. I took my 2 y.o. nephew and he was more entertained by the lights than actually playing although he loved skeeball. Place was clean as well.

Went to the one in Lubbock on Friday and ordered food and two, 60min all you can play cards. My kiddos were super excited to play games and played for about 5minutes before one card read out of time. I took it up to the manager and she told me she would need both cards. So I went and got the other card and waited for about 15minutes and she came out and gave them to us. She had put 45 minutes on each when we paid for 60minutes. I went to let her know and she took another 10minutes to bring me back a 60

Was very fun, although they've given into the modern era and gotten rid of all physical activities and replaced them with pointless racing games. There were still things like Ski-ball and the food that were very enjoyable. Overall a good experience, and I'd go again, but it could be better.

We took our 3 year old son to have a good time and instead we pay way too much for games that he couldn't really play, which only seemed to pay one ticket anyways, and the food wasn't even worth the time we spent waiting on it. Place is not where it used to be. Changes have caused it to be a shadow of its heyday. Food was OK. Bathrooms were dirty. Most of the machines for cards are out of service. Some of the games are out of service. This is a problem considering games is all they do now. Sad day for our family.

I've been to several Chuck e cheeses in different states and this one by far was the worst. The prices are way to high. Never have I paid $80 for 2 regular pizzas and 10 PC wings. The wings were under cooked and not impressed with the pizza at all. The games were average for the ones that was working. The bathrooms was nasty. I will not spend my money here again. They have taken the play place out of the building. There is nothing for younger kids to do. They added a few more video games but nothing impressive. Same over priced pizza with nothing for my younger kids to do. We were very disappointed. On the bright side the pizza tasted less like cardboard - new recipe was the only change we appreciated.

Everything is just so expensive now. At this particular location, there's no cushions on any of the seats. If parents can't sit comfortably, how long are they truly gonna stay. If parents can sit comfortably, they'll stay longer & spend more money.

My 3 year old grandson loves Chuck E Cheese. We were traveling home from vacation and decided to stop at Chuck E. Cheese for a break. The venue wasn't very busy. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. She assisted me with available coupons to make the most of my money. When we went to turn in the tickets for prizes she was very kind and patient with the children.

I think it could have few better games. Games were mostly for smaller kids. Therefore not a place for all ages if you have kids in different age ranges. Pizza was great! Customer service was ?? good.

I love that you can buy a card for a certain amount of time, it is very convenient. However, I dont know what was happening but all 3 pizza we got were barely cut. Like they had a bad pizza cutter or something. Made things kind of messy.

A fun place to take little and though it's not cheap it's definitely cheaper than going to most other places with games for kids. The pizza is ok but that's not really why most people go. Definitely look on their website for coupons before going so you can get the most from your money.

Chuck E Cheese is SO MUCH FUN! We took our 5 year old son for lunch and he enjoyed every second...I love the fact that u can purchase game cards and pay BY THE HALF HOUR/HOUR, etc or pay with a dollar amount. Sad little buffet. Commercials and advertisements show a good buffet, desserts, good pizza. We walk in and the salad "buffet" was wilted lettuce and croutons. One pizza at the buffet which was a supreme. No desserts were ever brought out. I wanted to leave but my son had already ran off to the games. Do not recommend the buffet!

horrible! half the games weren't working all the tables were dirty and when I tried to talk to employees they brushed it off and ignored me. all employees were either on phones or giving each other piggy back rides then proceeded to talk badly about me after i brought it to the managers attention how the employees were acting. will not be bringing my daughter back !

There are some wonderful staff that work at Chuck E Cheese. They made my kids feel like they were royalty. It was their birthday today and the staff went above and beyond today. Especially manager Lynn. Thank you for a great day.

This place is a complete rip off. Seemed like 75% of the games were either broken or out of tickets and I'm pretty sure they had a staff of like 4 employees running the entire place and was doing a terrible job. Needs a new manager they wouldn't even tell us who the owner or general manager was to complain to. The machines give no where near enough tickets for the games compared to other places in town. We will not be back.

New and improved look. Some new games and decent prices to play games. Don't eat food much but it's not bad tasting just expensive compared to Pizza hut or dominoes which actually tase better. prizes cost more sice renovation. For example Tootsie rolls use to cost between 10-15 tickets now they cost 60 tickets.

I had not been to CEC in a while, and was surprised when I seen new remodeling done. Area is nice, new layout was nice and spacious, food was ok. Could be better, but it is affordable. Overall visit wasnt that bad. They have definitely improved.

This place is good overall. The only thing this place lacks is a person that enjoys their job or being around kids. Day in and day out, everytime I go here it is the only thing they are missing. It's clean, games are enjoyable for the kids...food is what you expect, service is okay.

The update made this place great. The food is good, the games are all priced the same (1 play), they serve beer??, and the kids had fun. The prizes still stink, but that is to be expected.

Came to Chuck E Cheese on a Wednesday. Stood in line for 30mins and waited on our food for another 30-45mins. Then to cash out points/tickets took even longer for anyone to acknowledge us. Only reason we didn't leave is because our son wanted to play games. Since Mr.G is shut down. Won't be coming back any time soon.

The "All you Can play" option that CEC has now is worth every penny. Since I'm not worried about how much it costs for each game, it feels less like gambling. There are still more games of chance than games of skill which i would love to see change.

No. Decently clean, but lots of broken machines. No animatronic show, no dancing mouse, nada. We had to convince my daughter that he was sleeping through three "shows." Staff was certain that he would "come out" and never made an appearance, their exucse was that it wa s anew show and not all the bugs had been worked out. Food also took 30 minutes to show up, it was a pizza, nothing crazy. 1/10 will not visit again unless we find out magically that all their problems are resolved.
