Ok, no judging here, but my husband and I love Chuck E Cheese! We really enjoy the Lansing location where everyone is friendly & it's pretty clean too. My teenage daughter states she has outgrown CEC, but I say no way! Hubby & I went midweek, Wednesday, from noon to about 2:30. Not terribly busy, enjoyed the cooperative games, skill games and just had fun ??. No long lines, open airy games, clear view to see what games are available, clean, and affordable! Bad experience was there 10 min and right after we bought 40 bucks in gaming alone. They Lost power. It was off for about 30 minutes and since we live far away we decided to wait it out. Employees did not even apologize they didn't even try to accommodate us in any way very disappointing.

Its a Chuck E. Cheese so if you have been to one you know the feel. I liked this locations games less than GR, Kalamazoo and Alpine but one of my kids liked it the most.

Tips for the team there a CC Lansing - I understand not everyone loves their job.... but really? The kids had an awesome time and this place could definitely be 5 star for me (it's not hard in this town). We went here today, Saturday at 7pm. There were maybe 4 other families in here. I'd call it dead. The employees were talking to one another, but everything looked clean for the most part. This location has strictly all arcade games. For $22 we were issued 72 play credits. Most of the games were only a credit a piece. Great value unlike most arcades. My kids are ages 1 and 3. They enjoyed themselves even though there wasn't much for them. They have 4 ride on rides for infants and toddlers. Maybe 6-7 game

We did the party pizza and it was ok but just didnt taste to good. Usually we get the stuffed crust and it's amazing . We did the top birthday package and the girl we had I had to ask many times for stuff and it wasnt fully her fault I think just under staffed. . Atmosphere is always how you make it. However there was a few people with strong pot oder and with the infants and little kids I think it should be a drug free zone in my opinion

Eating pizza and playing is a great combination that you can have at Chuck E Cheese. My kids were having fun. The cheapest play package is $16 for 30 + 3 minutes ( 30 + 3 points). They have a large parking space too.

Music was too loud, and we had to leave early because a group of people vaping and smoking came in and we didn't want the kids breathing all that. Games were all right

They're doing their best to come back from this pandemic. I appreciate their efforts and cleanliness. I do like the guidelines they have enstated as well, my family felt safe for sure. My kids love to go and I'm so happy that they can enjoy themselves at a Chuck E Cheese again.

Fantastic staff and party advocate! The food was good, music was upbeat, planning was made easy. Great setting, so much to do for every person of every age! We will so this again, for sure.

Food is high prices for what you get but is edible, not great and not terrible either. Young kids enjoy it.

It's a fun place to take the kids and maybe even yourself if there's no Dave and busters around. Employees are very friendly. Food is OK, nothing crazy but it can be pretty pricey for what you get. They are currently running deals for daily play points and percentages off food, which is the way to do it, I think. I would recommend trying it out.

I haven't been to any Chuck e Cheese since I was a kid, but I honestly think it's improved over the years! There was a cool light up dance floor area, so many game choices, great value for game cards, yummy food, and the service was amazing! A young man gave me great suggestions on what to order and even went above and beyond by bringing out a cake with candles on it to sing happy birthday to my child. Another worker came out dressed up as Chuck e Cheese to dance with her and all the staff was quick at help

My daughter always loves it here! The food is expensive, but pretty good otherwise. They change up the menu and games every so often. Their birthday packages are pretty good, too. The best time to go is between 11 and 3pm, it's most quiet during the week at those times.

Pizza was shockingly palatable. Games were reasonably priced. Kids had a blast. We went on a Friday night so it was pretty dead in there. I don't think it would be nearly as fun for the family if it was super crowded.

Don't like the animatronics and the stage but this location is where I found a token machine near the arcade area and found tokens though history and I do love the live walk around character! It's a bit on the expensive end. The pizza was better than expected. There are plenty of arcade games for kids. It's a good place to take a kid on their birthday in the winter.

The prices have really gotten high for pizza and play. Wednesdays, they have a deal for an hour of unlimited play for $18. Be careful, though, because you have to specifically ask for this special, or they will charge you the full price ($29/hour). The kids had a blast, the staff is actually energetic and made this a memorable occasion. Also, the games are actually possible to win at (such as the infamous claw game) my son was actually able to snag this little ball and it was an amazing feeling for everyone involved. Very impressed with the new system of game play. You purchase time instead of tokens. Makes it very enjoyable atmosphere for kids and grown ups alike. My son lost his ticket voucher and they still honored it like he hadn't lost it at all. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I took my daughter here for her Birthday, I spent 60.00 on a pizza, and 2 drinks. Then an additional 12. 00 for her to jump on a trampoline. I dont remember chuck E. Cheese being so expensive! We only saw Chuck 1 time, when we first arrived, we waited a few hours, he never came back out. I went to this location for the last 10 years. I wanted to go here for the main attraction the animatronics last year. But once I arrived the outside was green. I thought maybe just a remodel cool. I know it's to be expected ( kids running all over and chaos; It does not disappoint). The only thing that matters is that your kids have fun ( you don't have to). Of the food, I have only to say to say this. Your taste buds change over time and the pizza hasn't changed much in flavor. Other than this, it's still a fun place for kids to go to and enjoy themselves.

We purchased a party package for my son. The food was not good. it seemed like the pizza was sitting out for some time before it was served. We spent 24 dollars on the cake and it was horrible! Could barely eat it. I didn't see a single employee wiping anything down as far as the games or door handles. Pretty good filler for employees standing around. To top it off, my whole family got sick and was vomiting for over a week. So yeah, I won't be going back.

Pretty disappointed with our visit today. Spent $175 just to be ripped off. The "E Tickets" we not up loading to the cards correctly. One game my kid and I won 500 tickets. We played many more games after that and before. At the end his card had 475 tickets on it. Made absolutely zero sense. My 3 older kids had 300 and less tickets when typically they have 1000 or more (each) at least after 60 minutes of play. Told 2 employees and they did absolutely nothing. Definitely will not be returning to this locatio

This was our first birthday experience with CEC and could not have asked for a better experience. We booked an opening time party, which for us, was perfect. This establishment is really good, definitely miss the other play structures that use to be inside. There should be more than just arcade games. It's really hard for the younger kids to use the game cards, as well as read them. The younger children like to run, so hopefully one day you all can get some play equipment back in there.

Great business plan for at least 30 years. Pay to play games that yield tickets of minimal value, but kids still feel that they are winning "treasure". My niece had her birthday party there today and the experience was awful. The manager guy, I think his name was Trayvon or something of that sort decided it was okay to bend down in the middle of her opening presents and have her mother walk away to pay. I love this place. They have a pretty good system in order to ensure no one can leave with the wrong kid. They've switched from a coin system to play games to refillable credit card style system that you can choose to pay for a certain amount of credits or a certain amount of time, which I think you can pause but I've only done the credits. Did not stay! Manager refused to sell my husband a beer because he wouldn't give her his middle name, He's 60! Then treated me like I was trying to buy a beer for a minor and was told that if he was seen drinking it we would have to leave. Not a problem we left. Plenty of kid games for big and small, the all you can play 60 minutes for $20 wasn't a bad deal and was perfect for the time we were there. Had rides and things for my 1 year old to do, the little kids all played nicely, but teen kids ruined the fun by starting a group fight which ruined the fun. The staff were all young and didn't know what to do to stop the fight. Bathrooms were clean and facility overall was nice.

Good value with the time slot purchasing instead of buying coins. Ticket games work with it, the kids didn't really get it at first but reminding them that it doesn't matter how many coins you spend just keep playing. We have never won so many prizes before, ever. The pizza is what it's always been, food for kids to eat around playing. The price fair, and the entertainment for kids is great. They have a safe system for entering/exiting that allows parents to relax while kids run around having fun.

The entire staff is always super friendly. They go above and beyond helpful. The play pass cards a good way to let the kids go play games without having to give them a big stack of tokens. The games are in good shape. Lots of newer looking games. Having said that, as a restaurant they're not great. The pizza is ok, the salad bar is scary. And sometimes it's hard to find a clean table.

Very clean surprisingly! Great workers, fast food service and fun for the children. The machines are up to date with the scanner for tokens. Pizza came out fresh and kids loved it.

Chuck E. Cheese in Lansing itself was decent. Having said that, it is NO 1990s 2000s Chuck E. Cheese ... NO ball pit, NO play place... at this point it is ONLY an arcade with some food...... the games weren't anything to rave about either... first time there in 15 years.... also my last.

We have not been to Chuck-E-Cheese in four years or so. Today, March 25th, 2018... The best it's ever been. Very clean, the food was great, the salad bar was great with a good selection, including the pizza, way better than it used to be, and the staff was absolutely phenomenal, including the manager. And, that all leads to most importantly, the kids had a blast and it was a good birthday event. Much better than it used to be. Thank you to all the crew!!!

Love that they have an area for little kids and an area for big kids. The booths are low so it's easy to see across the area. We've had birthday parties for two of our kids here and Jaylah was our host for both. She was absolutely amazing and should be requested by anyone wanting to have a party here. I like the fact that you can buy unlimited playtime or just buy credits if you would like. I brought my daughter 2 hours for around $31.00 and she had as blast knowing she will not run out of credits. The food wasn't bad either.

They removed the play structure so now all the kids can do is play games for more profit.. raised the price of many games to 2 tokens and raised the prices on all menu items a month ago the manager just told me. My kids have video games at home and want to play in the tube. No value here at all due to having no competition they feel they can give you nothing and I mean nothing. For $20 in tokens your kid will walk away with a few pieces of 5 cent candy. So sad

This Chuck E. Cheese is better than it was 15 years ago. The animatronics are all working. The dude in the suit was proud. It is what it has always been. Dont expect greatness, but if your looking for a cheap night out with younger kids this is a great place to go. We put $30 on a game card for the kids and weren't able to spend it all in 1 trip. Went back the next weekend and practically had a free night out with the previously bought game card. Not a place for older kids i.e. ~10 and under is the right age.
