Remodeled. Looks very nice. Many different games. Added a small jump area for little ones (probably 5 and under). Ordered salad as well, not pictured. Salad bar had a nice variety. Order the pepperoni and a supreme. A little pricey, 20 bucks for the pepperoni 25 for the supreme. Both large. About standard large size but the extra cost is to be expected at a place like this. I used to really like Chuck E. Cheese back then, but now I'm starting to think it's a horrible party place. Mostly all the fountain drinks were water, except for Pepsi zero and regular Pepsi which were still flat. I can't believe what this place has turned into.

This place was way understaffed...waiting time was ridiculously long due to this...the 2 girls at the front were overwhelmed with the many things they were trying to do to meet everyone's needs Kuddos to those 2 girls...they earned every penny.

I didn't like the fact that you have to get a bracelet to be able to use the trampoline area and one of the staff got all the kids that were in their out if they didn't have a bracelet my daughter and son we sad that they had to get out I didn't know about the bracelet and I didn't have the $$$ to buy them 1 it wasn't planned for us to go their but we did.

Place is expensive for a NOT fun atmosphere?my kids came super disappointed , we paid over 400 in 10 kids and the kids came asking for $$ to jump????? Wow? they overcharge by the hour, then they charge extra for a mini trampoline area , kids wanted to take pictures and machine ais always out of ink . SMH. food is overpriced, a salad is 13 bucks . My goodness. No wonder every time we just go to main event. We wont ever be back. Thats it. Not good for partys , nor going on weekends. 2/10

We loved it, we went for a schoolarships fundraising night. We spent an awesome* family time, the kids loved the new trampoline area. We spent like 3 hours and didn't realize with all the fun!

Chuck E. Cheese is an amazing place! The games are very fun however, some were not working but mostly it was the ones no one plays. Also I love the fact that they still have the old Chuck E. Cheese logo and still have the art of the 2000s chuck. The food is amazing. The new trampoline?s are very fun even tho it's pretty small. R.I.P playground. Also the Chuck E. Cheese performances do great most of the time.

This entrance needs a solid path entrance and a solid path exit made it difficult to be tendered and have people entering and exiting through the same gate. We need more energy in this place felt like I entered a funeral service. We also need better pricing bought a pizza for $10 and let me tell you that thing will only feed you at least an infant. You want business fix the small things.

My son loves Chuck E. Cheese. To be honest service is always dependent on the staff/traffic. I always feel like the line to pay is long and slow. I had one young man respond to me very rudely when I asked him for a salad plate. But I've also had a great experience when I have my sons party there. I had one girl Annie I believe she was the best! Super helpful and her positive energy was awesome. She made the whole so much easier. She's the only reason this is a 4 star review instead on a 2!

Most horrifying soda selection I've seen in my life. I stand here in absolute disgust that you chose "CHERRY PEPSI" over Sprite and Coca Cola. This act of yours is outrageous and disastrous....it leaves me in an absurd amount of disbelief and it makes me wish that this memory can disappear.

Once they see you winning at a game they go and shut off the game. They have done this every time I start to win at a game and while I'm playing they will come and open the machine and the game no longer works anymore. Very disappointing.

Reason for a two it's based upon food, service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and games. FOOD- Was very mediocre. Wings were frozen and chewy. Pizza was very bland. SERVICE- Only time I received great service was at the counter when I was getting up sale like crazy. Other than that I wait at the ticket counter for around 20 mins. All new system but not one employee was excited to work very bad management.. I bought a salad buffet and the salad bar was half empty ,still some ingredients were not fill. The pizza was good with the new cheese flavor.

This place is horrible!! I had my son's 7th birthday party here and waiting 2 hours for my section. The food was disgusting! The pizza tasted like something out of a microwave. The staff is lazy, I asked for some tables be put together took 30 minutes and me and my husband to do it!!! NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS!!!!
