We had my son?s 3rd birthday here this past weekend and I only have good things to say about the experience! Our party host was the sweetest and the pizza was delicious. It was affordable and all of our guests had a great time.

I attended a 4-year-old's birthday party at Chuck-E-Cheese. It was fantastic. They were so friendly in every regard. I think this was the best birthday party for a little kid I have ever been to. We had an absolute blast. No stress, no fuss. Just fun.

Super great, staff are nice. I've been here like hundreds of times and nothing is bad. Rides are cool, games are also cool, and even your dance floor is SUPER cool. It's just your school bus I need to complain about and the reason why I gave it 4 stars. 1: It would go off when nobody is riding it and would stay rocking back and forth even when I leave. I have always wanted to go to a Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid and I was so excited to bring my 2.5 year old today. Overall it's a lot of fun, but I gave 3 stars because it is really expensive for what you get. The absolute biggest ripoff is the trampoline area. You have to pay 12 bucks extra just to access the area which is comically small and looks like 3 trampolines the size of a bed pushed together. We just took my 3 (almost 4) year old son here and we had a blast! It was a great time, and we loved the play passes! You get to play a lot in two hours. The place was clean and there was plenty to do. We even enjoyed our cheese stuffed crust pizza and some ice cream! We had some much fun I decided to book his 4th birthday party here!

Came here for the first time before a kid's birthday party. Staff was friendly and very attentive. Everything was very clean. There are tons of different games for very young kids to a little bit older. Also a few rides that move back and forth. We celebrated our daughter?s birthday here and the experience was amazing. We took 6 kids party plan for 90$ plus 20$ for each extra kid. The play area is good and the pizzas were amazing.

We just had our son?s birthday party here. But the customer service we received was very poor and didn't expect such service, will never choose this chain again. We took the basic 99.9 plan and avoided the upgraded packages just because we had more guests and I didn't want the dipping dots ice cream, wanted to include trampoline which the kids love (but outrageously extra priced for the small trampolines and nonsensical that is not included in the birthday package). I miss when they had workers that actually enjoyed there job. The last few times ive come its been unpleasant between the attitudes and lack if customer service. I hate people that work at children places and dont like kids. Its a whole bunch of young rude teens/young adults.

Over packed. Lots of kids pushing others out of the way to get to games. Other children trying to take your turn on games by pushing your child out of the way. If you're going to go choose days during the week not weekends.

I was surprised with the changes they have made after the pandemic. Much better that before, and cleaner. They kids had a great time. Just still some issues with some of the machines being out of order.

I love this location, it's really close to my home, we purchased the gold summer pass since it started and we've had so much fun ?? it's worth the $90 we paid for the pass, My son had an amazing summer this year , thanks to Chuck E Cheese!! They have taken all the necessary covid precautions and we go there every week because of the summer pass , so we've even made friends with some of the employees. We went on a cold and rainy Sunday so I should have expected a ton of people and it was PACKED. The noise level was at 10 but most of the staff barely spoke above a whisper which was pretty annoying. I brought my kids here (5 and 7) on Saturday afternoon/evening 3/16/24. The place was packed the whole time we were there. I really loved the pay per time option vs the arcade standard of pay per game. The best part of the place was the staff, hands down. I was thoroughly impressed with each and every employee that I had an interaction with. The first one was a young man at the enter/exit gates. Well organized venue. Tons of of rides and arcade games, geared to the even the youngest customers. Pizza was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Large space made it feel not crowded, even though there were lots of children and families. Great place to take the grandchildren!

I brought my son here for his first real birthday. Everything was very good, and if a mistake happened, they fixed it immediately.

If you go mid week it is definitely less crowded and you can enjoy more games, etc.

It's a great place. I'm personally very picky so I can't rate the food. The atmosphere is great, and I love the games they have. I'm very good at the minions game that gives you cards. That was one of my favorites. Another favorite of mine is the flying tickets.

Absolutely the RUDEST most MISERABLE staff I've ever encountered at any establishment. Put a smile on your face and stop looking so annoyed. You work at a kids play facility.

My 2 year old granddaughter had a lot of fun, but a lot of the machines were not working, tickets provided after a game were very minimum. I purchased 120 points and was there for 4 hours, and at the end, I was only able to retrieve just a small lollipop and a ring with the tickets provided. Everything was so expensive, even the socks for the small trampoline were very expensive and you have to purchase for $12(they don't let you bring your own socks) Chuck E. Cheeses is not what it used to be before.

As an animatronic enthusiast the lack of an animatronic show is very disappointing. Personally, the place just felt sad to me without a show, but the little kids seemed to enjoy the dance floor. We recently attended a friend's daughter's birthday party there. Easy to find location, attentive staff, and a ton of games. I liked that they went to an electronic system for the game tickets. Less paper to manage. The only downside, and this may have been just cause it was a Saturday, was parking was a slight challenge. Otherwise, would recommend!

Not much entertainment for toddlers , wish they have more of different ride , before they had those giant music band is cool , now just a big screen TV and interactive floor mat which they don't turn on all the time ??, they took away the train that go around the track, it's tiny but it's so cute and enjoyable.

Our birthday party experience was terrible. No separate space, seven parties set up next to one another in a small space. Only cakes are allowed to bring from outside. Pizza is very expensive. Never want to go back again.

Good amount of games to play for the little ones and older kids as well. I'm an adult and there's a skeeball and a basketball game I play every time we come here. My daughter is a big fan of Chuck E. Cheese. The pizza is terrible, but we don't come here for the food. It's good to play an hour worth of games, then head out.

Attended a kids birthday party here the other day. While it wasn't as exciting as it was during my own childhood it was still a lot of fun for my child. There was pizza, cake, dipping dots, unlimited games for two hours and a goody bag for each kid. The pizza was surprisingly good with fairly heavy seasoning on the crust and not overly greasy. I came in for family day I order an extra large pizza with the salad bar. The lettuce was brown, clearly out all day. then when my pizza came out , what I really got what looked like a medium pizza with baby cuts to make 16 slices. This place is a scam, and on top of that it smells like feet and the bathrooms are horrendous. Do Not Recommend. Rip off

Awesome place to go if you have kids with A.D.D and a large inheritance. It's full of little germ riddled kids all linking their fingers then touching games, rides and crawling through tunes that probably haven't been properly cleaned since Chuck E was little charie mouse. But your kids will love you more if you take them here. Spend $100 so your kid can cash in 1 million tickets for a rubber snake.

I used to live in the area and when my son was younger we used to basically live here. STAFF was amazing and kind from the manager to the technician to the sweet girl at the door. Expensive but what isn't these days. We made a lot of memories here. My visit was yesterday evening 06/12/2024, experience is not good at all. Staff are not respectful, specially the 2 girls at the front desk. Absolutely loved it!! It was my daughter's first time there, they have a ton of games. I don't even think we played half of them, there were so many. Pizza was good, not my fav but it was still good. All in all it is a nice place to spend time with your kiddos, especially during those cold months when its too cold at the park. Its nice to have food, entertainment, and even some interaction with some other kids!!

I've been here as a kid and it never really disappoints me except for the new remodel, but that's just a different story. Otherwise this is a really nice location. Highly recommend it.

I had my service animal in my backpack and we already put money in are card he let us in without a problem. Then 5 minutes in he claims no dogs allows that was in my bag and he didn't let me explain just letting us know we had to leave. Birthday party was booked for 10am, which worked out well because it wasn't busy and the birthday girl and guests played easily. Party was well organized and ran smoothly thanks to the chucky cheese hostess. The kids were well entertained and no clean up for the adults. Well worth the money

Had my Daughters 6th birthday party here and it has great. Her and 12 of her friends had 2 hours of play time, pizza, drinks, ticket blaster, plus loads of free tickets for toy counter and Ice cream for about $400.

I've been coming to this location since I was a kid so I've been loyal for years but this will be my last time ever going here and for only 1 reason. The price is wrong!!!! Wayyyyy wrong. A pizza, cheese bread 4 drinks and two 45 minute play cards for my children....just shy of 100 dollars. The thing is I expected it to be expensive but I must draw the line. I can't believe these places are still around... Best reason to have kids is to be able to come to Chuck E. Cheese's without being creepy. Busy Friday night but the staff does a great job keeping the place tidy. Good service, a fun assortment of games, and some really interesting rides. Fast service, decent food, and real beer on tap! Cost is moderate; not a steal or a bargain... But, for $50 you could bring a couple of kids for a couple of hours easy. I wish they had some toddler friendly areas.

My last two visits were disappointing. Almost half the games were broken or out of order. I spent more time asking for refunds after the games charged the card but didn't play.

I have taken my kids there many times. Games are ok, pizza is good but the party deals are to over-priced and not worth the $$.

Cool, fun, and video games, they made a smart move doing all you can game deals, believe it's like 16 bucks for an hr. Kids always have fun every visit. Will return again; the salad bar is decent but enjoyable cool. The cotton candy is a big hit for only 2 bucks...(update) they raised their prices on the all you can game.

Fun & exciting place for kids/families to visit. Many things to do, such as arcade games (where you can win tickets that can be redeemed for prizes of your choice) ride on equipment for kids, live show of Chuck E. Cheese & Friends. They have food available for purchase such as pizza. I do feel that it's a little on the expensive side, but worth a try if you've never been & have children who are bored or looking to do something enjoyable, perfect for rainy/snowy/cold days. Been here a couple times as a kid for birthdays and for many other occasions. The food is decent but every time I went on the rides as a little kid, I would end up being sick the next day. This place is a lot of fun for kids and families with rides and games for 3-100 year olds plus pizza, cotton candy, soda, etc. Win tickets (points) from games to turn in at the end for cute little toys. Kids (2 and 6) had fun and enjoyed the food. Like that the tickets automatically load on the "playpass card". The machines to reload the card were not working and had to wait for cashier to add funds, but staff was all very pleasant. As expected, the prizes were "junk", but seemed to be even more-so than last time we had been there for a bday party.

Store was nice and clean the food is pretty good. it's more geared to younger children. Very very overpriced and the rewards are way too much money and cheap Dave and Buster's is a hundred percent better. They cater to all ages up into adulthood after 10 p.m.

I have to say, when I think of this place, I think "ew, all set". Well, this is me remembering the place from years ago and also associating the run down plaza it's located in with Chuck E. We just celebrated a 2nd birthday and the staff there were excellent! We had a great time, the kids stayed busy, food came out hot and flavorful. They tried to "upsell" me on a couple of things, but weren't pushy when we declined. Our party host was attentive to our needs and made sure to keep us on time and prepared for the next activity (cake, Chuck E. And the band, food, etc). I would recommend this service.

Are you selling the animatronics? If so, for how much? I grew up with them being a major part of my childhood and I'd hate for them to just be dumped for spare parts. Great place for kids but unfortunately most of the games are either broken or turned off. Kind of disappointing since I already spent money on the card. Management is pretty much a joke and didnt really believe anything I said. I guess they were too busy in the back because it took forever to come out. Food is cheap pizza that's too pricey and an okay salad bar. But most younger kids love cheap pizza and video games. Most teens might have a tougher time having fun here. But for last minute birthyday party it's a valid option.

My children love the new unlimited play time. I thought that they would freak out at the sight of chuck E but no they laughed and waved . They are small but do understand that to play the games they need to pass the card over the box lit up on the game.
