Customer Reviews

We had my son?s 3rd birthday here this past weekend and I only have good things to say about the experience! Our party host was the sweetest and the pizza was delicious. It was affordable and all of our guests had a great time.

I attended a 4-year-old's birthday party at Chuck-E-Cheese. It was fantastic. They were so friendly in every regard. I think this was the best birthday party for a little kid I have ever been to. We had an absolute blast. No stress, no fuss. Just fun.

Super great, staff are nice. I've been here like hundreds of times and nothing is bad. Rides are cool, games are also cool, and even your dance floor is SUPER cool. It's just your school bus I need to complain about and the reason why I gave it 4 stars. 1: It would go off when nobody is riding it and would stay rocking back and forth even when I leave. It's so annoying and nobody wants to see that. 2: It makes like a weird static like noise that I totally hate. And that's so annoying, it's probably the bus

I have always wanted to go to a Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid and I was so excited to bring my 2.5 year old today. Overall it's a lot of fun, but I gave 3 stars because it is really expensive for what you get. The absolute biggest ripoff is the trampoline area. You have to pay 12 bucks extra just to access the area which is comically small and looks like 3 trampolines the size of a bed pushed together. You couldn't safely fit even 8 toddlers in the area at the same time and really it shouldn't be more th

We just took my 3 (almost 4) year old son here and we had a blast! It was a great time, and we loved the play passes! You get to play a lot in two hours. The place was clean and there was plenty to do. We even enjoyed our cheese stuffed crust pizza and some ice cream! We had some much fun I decided to book his 4th birthday party here!

Came here for the first time before a kid's birthday party. Staff was friendly and very attentive. Everything was very clean. There are tons of different games for very young kids to a little bit older. Also a few rides that move back and forth. I was pleasantly surprised the pizza was quite good with a nice stuffed cheese crust. I like how they have a system around making the birthday celebration theme entertaining with a large screen TV that prompts you to join in on the fun and then the mouse masco

We celebrated our daughter?s birthday here and the experience was amazing. We took 6 kids party plan for 90$ plus 20$ for each extra kid. The play area is good and the pizzas were amazing.

We just had our son?s birthday party here. But the customer service we received was very poor and didn't expect such service, will never choose this chain again. We took the basic 99.9 plan and avoided the upgraded packages just because we had more guests and I didn't want the dipping dots ice cream, wanted to include trampoline which the kids love (but outrageously extra priced for the small trampolines and nonsensical that is not included in the birthday package). We will be spending much more than the up

It's a fun kids' place. I dont know of any kids that do not have fun here. Kids love it. Adults, we can play some games too. If you're looking for something to do with your kids, this is the place!

I miss when they had workers that actually enjoyed there job. The last few times ive come its been unpleasant between the attitudes and lack if customer service. I hate people that work at children places and dont like kids. Its a whole bunch of young rude teens/young adults.

Over packed. Lots of kids pushing others out of the way to get to games. Other children trying to take your turn on games by pushing your child out of the way. If you're going to go choose days during the week not weekends.

Kids had fun. Pizza and salad bar were very good. Had gluten free pizza

I was surprised with the changes they have made after the pandemic. Much better that before, and cleaner. They kids had a great time. Just still some issues with some of the machines being out of order.

I love this location, it's really close to my home, we purchased the gold summer pass since it started and we've had so much fun ?? it's worth the $90 we paid for the pass, My son had an amazing summer this year , thanks to Chuck E Cheese!! They have taken all the necessary covid precautions and we go there every week because of the summer pass , so we've even made friends with some of the employees. They are really nice people here , we love it ?? 5 stars ?? all the way!

We went on a cold and rainy Sunday so I should have expected a ton of people and it was PACKED. The noise level was at 10 but most of the staff barely spoke above a whisper which was pretty annoying. Went to get food and waited at the counter for an inexcusably long time while staff members only a few feet away talked casually among themselves and when I asked for assistance by waving my hands, one approached me slowly with what can only be described as casual disdain. VERY unfriendly. A note- it would hav

I brought my kids here (5 and 7) on Saturday afternoon/evening 3/16/24. The place was packed the whole time we were there. I really loved the pay per time option vs the arcade standard of pay per game. The best part of the place was the staff, hands down. I was thoroughly impressed with each and every employee that I had an interaction with. The first one was a young man at the enter/exit gates. I asked him about the different play purchase options-this was our first time to Chuck E. Cheese so I wasn't sure

All new games since I have been here. Great grandsons (9+6) loved it, want to come back tomorrow. Pizza was great.

The grandkids had a great time. The staff was awesome. It was very busy, yet everything flowed just fine...

Well organized venue. Tons of of rides and arcade games, geared to the even the youngest customers. Pizza was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Large space made it feel not crowded, even though there were lots of children and families. Great place to take the grandchildren!

Sadra was great with the kids both times I went. She should get a shout out. Friendly and helpful

I brought my son here for his first real birthday. Everything was very good, and if a mistake happened, they fixed it immediately.

If you go mid week it is definitely less crowded and you can enjoy more games, etc.

It's a great place. I'm personally very picky so I can't rate the food. The atmosphere is great, and I love the games they have. I'm very good at the minions game that gives you cards. That was one of my favorites. Another favorite of mine is the flying tickets.

Absolutely the RUDEST most MISERABLE staff I've ever encountered at any establishment. Put a smile on your face and stop looking so annoyed. You work at a kids play facility.

My 2 year old granddaughter had a lot of fun, but a lot of the machines were not working, tickets provided after a game were very minimum. I purchased 120 points and was there for 4 hours, and at the end, I was only able to retrieve just a small lollipop and a ring with the tickets provided. Everything was so expensive, even the socks for the small trampoline were very expensive and you have to purchase for $12(they don't let you bring your own socks) Chuck E. Cheeses is not what it used to be before.

great place to take the kids, unlimited cards genius. security pretty impressive, prices a little steep but worth the peace of mind

As an animatronic enthusiast the lack of an animatronic show is very disappointing. Personally, the place just felt sad to me without a show, but the little kids seemed to enjoy the dance floor. Game selection was good, didn't try the food but I'm assuming it's likely the same as other locations. If you like pizza that tastes absolutely nothing like pizza you will enjoy chuck e cheese pizza. One of the soda dispensers inexplicably dispensed water despite being labeled as something else, I'm not sure what th

We recently attended a friend's daughter's birthday party there. Easy to find location, attentive staff, and a ton of games. I liked that they went to an electronic system for the game tickets. Less paper to manage. The only downside, and this may have been just cause it was a Saturday, was parking was a slight challenge. Otherwise, would recommend!

Not much entertainment for toddlers , wish they have more of different ride , before they had those giant music band is cool , now just a big screen TV and interactive floor mat which they don't turn on all the time ??, they took away the train that go around the track, it's tiny but it's so cute and enjoyable.

Our birthday party experience was terrible. No separate space, seven parties set up next to one another in a small space. Only cakes are allowed to bring from outside. Pizza is very expensive. Never want to go back again.

Good amount of games to play for the little ones and older kids as well. I'm an adult and there's a skeeball and a basketball game I play every time we come here. My daughter is a big fan of Chuck E. Cheese. The pizza is terrible, but we don't come here for the food. It's good to play an hour worth of games, then head out.

Brought my 7 year old nephew here the other day, we got 2 - small sodas, 1 - chicken nugget & 1 - order of fries with 45 minutes of play time, it cost $52.00 I will never go back there, way to expensive for me...

Trampoline access is denied even though I've purchased socks for my 23 month old a week ago!

Attended a kids birthday party here the other day. While it wasn't as exciting as it was during my own childhood it was still a lot of fun for my child. There was pizza, cake, dipping dots, unlimited games for two hours and a goody bag for each kid. The pizza was surprisingly good with fairly heavy seasoning on the crust and not overly greasy. I liked it a lot more than my child did. The games were mostly well targeted at younger children. There were a few rides aimed at smaller kids. There were a couple

(50 SW Cutoff, Worcester, MA) This so far the best Chucke E Cheese's we've been to in MA, it has a good variety of games for small and older kids, adults can have lot of fun too, it is acceptably clean, the food is good and comes in time, the staff is friendly and helpful, the games are well maintained. I would only suggest them to add a larger basketball station.

Still a great place to go! I went as a kid, and now taking my 4 year old, we both have a blast! The pizza is always so good! I love the wrist bands with the play card attached, no loose coins! We can't wait to go back!

I took my daughter to play during her birthday the girl at the register needed more training She tried her best !! My daughter was disappointed because she wasn't to say hi to chucke apparently he just come out for birthday party's we ask one of the employees and that was her answer and we order some wings and it took 1 hour for them to have it ready besides we pay 46$ for the wings we got like 16 wings never on my life order again but my kid had a blast

My baby always has fun (: We are from Ohio & the year here was always a great experience. Just the three of us had his birthday party there because we don't know anyone we did not get him a birthday table but Chucky came out for him (: thank you ! The Phanphangs

Chuck E.Cheese is in this business more than 40 years, is great for Kids Birthday Celebration , for teams event or for Organizational purposes.

I came in for family day I order an extra large pizza with the salad bar. The lettuce was brown, clearly out all day. then when my pizza came out , what I really got what looked like a medium pizza with baby cuts to make 16 slices. This place is a scam, and on top of that it smells like feet and the bathrooms are horrendous. Do Not Recommend. Rip off

Awesome place to go if you have kids with A.D.D and a large inheritance. It's full of little germ riddled kids all linking their fingers then touching games, rides and crawling through tunes that probably haven't been properly cleaned since Chuck E was little charie mouse. But your kids will love you more if you take them here. Spend $100 so your kid can cash in 1 million tickets for a rubber snake.

Brought my kids here to get out of the house for a little bit after playing on the games we sat down ordered food we're sitting for about 45 mins and out of nowhere the manager in a button down Hawaiian shirt comes up to me and my kids very aggressive telling me the unicorn churros my daughter got were not hers being very rude and aggressive me being the dad I am immediately got defensive for my kids because there was absolutely no reason for it I had a receipt to prove I paid for them and it was 45 mins si

I used to live in the area and when my son was younger we used to basically live here. STAFF was amazing and kind from the manager to the technician to the sweet girl at the door. Expensive but what isn't these days. We made a lot of memories here. Now my son doesnt want to go cus "he's too old" and now Im the one missing it (cries in childhood trauma) ... anyway its fun they're awesome its clean, GO! 10/10

My visit was yesterday evening 06/12/2024, experience is not good at all. Staff are not respectful, specially the 2 girls at the front desk. Took forever to get someone to help us, both on their phone DO NOT CARE. And what about the no uniform?? Allowing sweat pants to be worn and not casual work clothes? Other staff were wearing their uniform and it was nice but the 2 front ladies are no no. And when one of them showed up she was NOT happy that she was pulled from the back room. Sooooo much attitude. I do

I don't eat the food but the games are great for kids. Unlimited play with a pause is awesome. I grew up with quarter games . This is amazing. 40 dollars for 2 hours of Play.

Reduced capacity, social distancing, clean, safe environment to bring the little ones during the pandemic. Go as early as you can and have the place all to yourself.

This is my sun's favorite chuck e cheese Despite the other chaos that is any cheese's they are clean well run and the staff are great. We went again and had a great experience. My father in-law even liked the ?? pizza

Absolutely loved it!! It was my daughter's first time there, they have a ton of games. I don't even think we played half of them, there were so many. Pizza was good, not my fav but it was still good. All in all it is a nice place to spend time with your kiddos, especially during those cold months when its too cold at the park. Its nice to have food, entertainment, and even some interaction with some other kids!!

I've been here as a kid and it never really disappoints me except for the new remodel, but that's just a different story. Otherwise this is a really nice location. Highly recommend it.

Went for my granddaughters Birthday Party she loved it.

I had my service animal in my backpack and we already put money in are card he let us in without a problem. Then 5 minutes in he claims no dogs allows that was in my bag and he didn't let me explain just letting us know we had to leave. Worst experience ever no refund on the money we slid in the card and horrible service don't come here ever!!!! The manager was in a bad mood no hello no nothing

Birthday party was booked for 10am, which worked out well because it wasn't busy and the birthday girl and guests played easily. Party was well organized and ran smoothly thanks to the chucky cheese hostess. The kids were well entertained and no clean up for the adults. Well worth the money

Had my Daughters 6th birthday party here and it has great. Her and 12 of her friends had 2 hours of play time, pizza, drinks, ticket blaster, plus loads of free tickets for toy counter and Ice cream for about $400.

I've been coming to this location since I was a kid so I've been loyal for years but this will be my last time ever going here and for only 1 reason. The price is wrong!!!! Wayyyyy wrong. A pizza, cheese bread 4 drinks and two 45 minute play cards for my children....just shy of 100 dollars. The thing is I expected it to be expensive but I must draw the line. I'd can think of a thousand better things to do with 100 dollars. Especially when 100 dollars only gets you a pizza, cheese bread, drinks and just 45 s

I can't believe these places are still around... Best reason to have kids is to be able to come to Chuck E. Cheese's without being creepy. Busy Friday night but the staff does a great job keeping the place tidy. Good service, a fun assortment of games, and some really interesting rides. Fast service, decent food, and real beer on tap! Cost is moderate; not a steal or a bargain... But, for $50 you could bring a couple of kids for a couple of hours easy. I wish they had some toddler friendly areas.

Pizza was surprisingly good. Space was clean, and bright. Staff care about safety of children.

Fun for the kids and everything is taken care of for you!! Win-Win!!

My last two visits were disappointing. Almost half the games were broken or out of order. I spent more time asking for refunds after the games charged the card but didn't play.

I have taken my kids there many times. Games are ok, pizza is good but the party deals are to over-priced and not worth the $$.

Cool, fun, and video games, they made a smart move doing all you can game deals, believe it's like 16 bucks for an hr. Kids always have fun every visit. Will return again; the salad bar is decent but enjoyable cool. The cotton candy is a big hit for only 2 bucks...(update) they raised their prices on the all you can game.

Fun & exciting place for kids/families to visit. Many things to do, such as arcade games (where you can win tickets that can be redeemed for prizes of your choice) ride on equipment for kids, live show of Chuck E. Cheese & Friends. They have food available for purchase such as pizza. I do feel that it's a little on the expensive side, but worth a try if you've never been & have children who are bored or looking to do something enjoyable, perfect for rainy/snowy/cold days. Appropriate for children of all age

Filled with plenty of nostalgia, and now kids can play with time cards instead of a per game quota It's awesome

Been here a couple times as a kid for birthdays and for many other occasions. The food is decent but every time I went on the rides as a little kid, I would end up being sick the next day. I then visited the place many years later and it has improved a bit and became more modern these days. If you have kids and you're looking for a fun place for them to play, well this is it.

Large Chuck E Cheese with lots of options for kids. Been to this location about half a dozen times with no problems. Went today for my son?s birthday and had the worst experience. We paid for two 90 minute cards and paused them to eat when the food came out. When we went to resume play we realized my son?s card didn't pause from the machine. I went to talk to the manager to explain the situation, but he was mean, rude and unwilling to help. He called me a liar and said I never paused the card. He said he co

The experience definitely could have been better, but what do I know? I am only a grown-up. Nonetheless, my kids love it there, so I guess I'll keep bringing them until they say otherwise.

Food is old and disgusting. Worried about poisoning from the wiltered and old veggies at the salad bar, absolutely disgusting.you have to ask for water, it's not a typical option. No healthy options for people who come along to celebrate little ones

We went on Wednesday for the play all you want for an hour for $18 per child it was well worth it and the fact you can pause your play time is brilliant!

Lots of teenagers working and THE PIZZAS. THE. CHEESE. MOLDY FOOD YOU GUYS. THE STORE MANAGER THERE DOES NOT F.I.F.O OR CYCLE COUNT INVENTORY. You guys are eating moldy pizza and cheese and wings. The staffs cover the moldy cheese with pepperoni and extra sauce. The wings have weird taste. Teen staffs kissing in the bathrooms and back of building.

This place is a lot of fun for kids and families with rides and games for 3-100 year olds plus pizza, cotton candy, soda, etc. Win tickets (points) from games to turn in at the end for cute little toys. Free parking. Pretty clean. nice staff. About $5 per person gives you a good hour or two of fun (plus the price of food).

Kids (2 and 6) had fun and enjoyed the food. Like that the tickets automatically load on the "playpass card". The machines to reload the card were not working and had to wait for cashier to add funds, but staff was all very pleasant. As expected, the prizes were "junk", but seemed to be even more-so than last time we had been there for a bday party.

Store was nice and clean the food is pretty good. it's more geared to younger children. Very very overpriced and the rewards are way too much money and cheap Dave and Buster's is a hundred percent better. They cater to all ages up into adulthood after 10 p.m.

I have to say, when I think of this place, I think "ew, all set". Well, this is me remembering the place from years ago and also associating the run down plaza it's located in with Chuck E. Cheese and that's not fair to do. This place has been redone and modernized. It has plenty of games and rides for kids 2-13ish. The pizza was very good and the staff was excellent. All the birthday parties we've attended here have been fun, well organized and a hit with all the kids. We were very impressed with the clean

We had so much fun! ?????????

Lots of fun options for kiddos, free WiFi, decent salad bar (all you can eat) and tasty pizza as well. The option to pause the time on our card while we ate was great. Wasn't very busy on a Friday evening.

Way overpriced but the kids had tons of fun

Had a lot of fun with the family. Very clean! Food was delicious!

Our 5 year old granddaughter wanted to go for her birthday, she could have chosen anyplace to go, Six Flags, Billy Beez, etc. We tried to change her mind, she didn't and we we went with reservations. We were pleasantly surprised. I haven't been in a few years, I like the changes that were made. All the games were working and the price to play the games with the coupon online was a great deal. The food is ok, we go there knowing this. It was fairly clean, compared to before, not crowded and the staff was fri

We just celebrated a 2nd birthday and the staff there were excellent! We had a great time, the kids stayed busy, food came out hot and flavorful. They tried to "upsell" me on a couple of things, but weren't pushy when we declined. Our party host was attentive to our needs and made sure to keep us on time and prepared for the next activity (cake, Chuck E. And the band, food, etc). I would recommend this service.

Are you selling the animatronics? If so, for how much? I grew up with them being a major part of my childhood and I'd hate for them to just be dumped for spare parts. They're a part if history and a lot of kids' childhoods. Haven't been here in years but I will always love this place. Fun games, friendly staff, good food. Will definitely plan my daughter's birthday party here in the future

Awesome party. Didn't need to worry about a thing! Every detail was planned out by the staff. Our hostess Sheila was great! Extremely attentive. Food was good, the value was awesome for what we got. We got tons of extra tickets as well for taking a survey and booking the party on a certain date, so my son got some really good prizes. The only grievance I have is the ticket blaster. My son was looking forward to it sooo much, and when it was time, they said he could pick one friend to go on with him in front

Great place for kids but unfortunately most of the games are either broken or turned off. Kind of disappointing since I already spent money on the card. Management is pretty much a joke and didnt really believe anything I said. I guess they were too busy in the back because it took forever to come out. Also was there over an hour and no chuckie appearance.

Took granddaughter today and she said "best day ever". I like the unlimited play for a certain time. We chose 45 minutes, you can do more or less. No tokens to worry about.

Kids love this place! It'd be nice if the games functioned correctly, rewarded the tickets, didn't say please see attendant (there's no attendant in Sight) but... like I said. Kids love it!!

Food is cheap pizza that's too pricey and an okay salad bar. But most younger kids love cheap pizza and video games. Most teens might have a tougher time having fun here. But for last minute birthyday party it's a valid option.

My children love the new unlimited play time. I thought that they would freak out at the sight of chuck E but no they laughed and waved . They are small but do understand that to play the games they need to pass the card over the box lit up on the game. Just wish there were games for my 1 yr old that were geared to touch scene to make it more easier for them.

Good time with my friends and their grand daughter $ a bud light is $8.50 but I get it not a place to get drunk. Cheese pizza was good and the churros lots of games and safe place nice parking.

A bit out dated and charging $6 for a 12 oz beer. Obviously not a drinking place, but they serve it there. As expected, lots of junk for ticket rewards, I mean throw away stuff, not even dollar store worthy prizes lol. I think corporate folks here are enjoying the profits and investing very little back into the business, at least that was my perception from what I observed. Yes, very kid friendly and cost per machine is reasonable for the most part, just don't expect anything "latest and greatest".

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
