We had our son?s birthday and it was great. The staff were kind, patient, and helpful. Kelsey was our planner and she made sure we had everything we needed. She also helped serve food (wearing gloves) and explained everything. The place was clean and only one machine was out of order. Everyone from the lady at the entrance to the ticket collector were patient with the children, very courteous. The food was also good. The pizza, wings and drinks were all tasty. Highly recommend and will come here agai

Yesterday was my son?s 5th birthday. Xavier, Skyler, and Jeanae made his day so memorable. The staff really went above and beyond to make him feel so special. Thank you to this team for making his birthday the best day ever! He can't wait to go back.

Considering is a place focus to keep kids entertained, it is great place to hang out and play for kids a couple hrs; and which kids does not like pizza and chicken wings? Staff is nice and friendly, understandable with so many kids screaming and running around they get tired but still they nice and kind to the kids.

We just had my daughter's birthday party her today that she has been looking forward to for almost a year. We have a fun pass and visit this location regularly and have always had a good experience. Today our expectations were exceeded! Our hostess, Sophia, was incredible. She really helped make it a great party. I was amazed how attentive she was, stoping by to ensure we always had everything we needed. Sophia was great with all of the kids too, making sure they were having a good time and were there

I was there for a walk in birthday for my niece. Food was fast, hot, and really good. It was earlier in the day and games were working great, all kids in our party were entertained and happy. Chuck E performance was amazing and the birthday girl was so excited. She kept walking Chuck E around and all the kids just loved having the attention from Chuck E.

We had a great first-time experience at these facilities. The access was quick, and we didn't have to wait. The food was delicious, and they offer fantastic deals for gaming, making it quite affordable. However, I expected more machines as the inventory seemed limited, and the play area was a bit small. On the bright side, they offer unlimited refills, which is a nice perk. Overall, a good experience with some room for improvement in terms of space and machine variety.

We've been coming to this Chuck E. Cheese for a few years now and it's always pretty fun. The pizza is fresh and hot (and quite tasty for a place that isn't an Italian restaurant) and their salad bar is always a hit! I do miss the tokens and the tickets because it was more tactical but I get it, using a card and wrist bands is easier to maintain and is probably more cost effective as well. The staff are always very friendly and helpful if a game breaks and they always have at least one person cleaning non s

Kids love this place and we went for a party. The party was on point between service and friendly positive attitudes. The guy at the front door was so into his job it made me feel safe to let my child run around and not helicopter like I always do . My only complaint is the place is so small that when there is a lot of people there you're packed into one area. Overall they do an awesome job and I give credit to anyone who works around kids! We will be back !

This establishment believes that breastfeeding is gross, will belittle a nursing mother and try to get her to feed her baby in the bathroom. When being told that breastfeeding in public is protected by the law and trying to show proof, she was told ?ew, don't show me that? trying to swipe her phone away. This place is DISGUSTING to treat a mother, who was just trying to discreetly feed her baby. I will let everyone know not to frequent this establishment. KNOW YOUR LAWS BEFORE YOU ATTACK A MOTHER WITHIN HER

I visited this location for my son's birthday. We were greeted by Andrea, who was a superstar the entire evening. She explained everything clearly, helped up up my son's ice cream cake and cupcakes, and made sure we had everything we needed for the time we were there, all while still maintaining flawless service to other costumers. The location was very well maintained. No machines were down, and the decorations were perfect. My son and his friends had a blast that day. I will most definitely return, and br

This location is very small and doesn't have that many machines but overall it's very well maintained. The front door guy is quite funny ?? "so, did we have fun today?" As he proceeds to check for the numbers.

Please like & share our reviews.** Wheelchair accessible (bathroom hall corridor is a bit of a left - right - left). Man.... if all locations were THIS good. Conveniently located in the Target plaze. Plenty of wonderful restaurants and shops for the big kids to enjoy. Kevin was the first face we met upon entry. He was super quick to stamp arms as a safety measure. We couldn't believe the size of this place! This has to be the largest Chuck E Cheese in the world. There was so much seating. You can sit in the

Great place to hang out, but if I were you, I would buy the unlimited games option or by the hour. It seems to be cheap cheaper.

Place is old and dusty. Ran by teenagers. Machines look 20 years old. Place is also small. The chucke cheeses characters helmets nose has been broken for a while and they just patched it. This place is just ghetto. You can't even compare to the other location in port Orange. It's a 1000 times better. Worth the long drive. I would not come back to this location.

Yesterday I witnessed a mom be publicly harassed by not only another patron but a STAFF MEMBER AND THE POLICE. My friend was feeding her baby in a booth minding her own business when another UNEDUCATED patron was apparently bothered enough to complain to staff. Staff advised her to call the police which they responded and said ?we don't know the law, what do you want me to do about it?? Despite showing them the statutes that legally protect women breastfeeding anywhere they're allowed to be. Mothers in Flor

We love this place, but I wish the people watching over the trampoline area, would actually pay attention. They sit on the ledge on their phone the whole time. I had to tell her that kids were tackling each other and knocking others over, and she didn't notice bc she was on her phone. What is the point of someone there, if the parents have to step in anyway.

Wow! Amazing upgrades! Better crowd! Excellent staff. Gabe went above and beyond to provide a wonderful customer experience. Max was another employee that really stood out. The whole staff was great, but I didn't catch everyone?s names.

I was just there (6/5/2025) this morning with my son and after waiting 20 minutes on the gift line to retrieve our prize, we were told our time had elapsed?? The lady there refused to check to see how many points we had and to retrieve our prize. Upon further questioning this, we were told to come back another day since they were short staffed. While I understand, they may have been Shortstaffed, I don't appreciate being told that I have to come back at another day after waiting our turn patiently and espec

Food was great and the young lady that helped us at the beginning was also great. What I was not expected was to be ignored by y?all employees I was the only customer that was not acknowledged which was very disrespectful. Went there for my children school even I will never return to this place.

We brought the kids for the first time and they had a blast. We were told If we ordered through the app it would be faster so we played for a little and ordered. After about 15 minutes it said the food was ready but no one was there so we had to find someone to get the food for us. No plates or napkins are provided

My little brother loves it here! He never wants to leave. I purchased the play pass for two months to see if it's worth it, but it doesn't include the trampoline zone or whatever it's called. The pizza is tasty, but pricey for $22 when you can get a large pizza from Pizza Hut for $14 or so. Me and my brother can eat the whole pizza by ourselves

This place was awesome! We had a large party that had an even here and they were super helpful. Anything we needed they were super quick to assist. The arcade was awesome, was super fun to compete with other kids in our group to get as many tickets as we could. Prizes were what you would expect, nothing amazing, but the kids were going nuts with the stuff that they could get. Food was pretty solid considering it was chuck e cheese. The pizza looked pretty good, kids went nuts and ate it all super quick.

This place is #1 favourite moment of 2025, I have been looking forward to head to Chuck E Cheeses since I was a child and this place did what I would expect, it has so many games and I even get to experience Chuck e in person and do his B hop! My favourite mascot, my favourite restaurant, my favourite food and goanimate inspires me to go there, 5 star review hands down, if you were a child or already been there, I promise this place will not disappoint you, #1 Childhood memory of all time!

We love going to chuck e cheese with our 7 year old wherever we travel. This location was lacking in service. We checked in the door and stood at the counter to order and no one was there! We asked the doorman to call someone and still was slow to arrive. The same problem happened when we wanted to cash in our tickets. No one was there so we saved the card and walked out. We saw no management presence the entire time and felt the store was lacking. A few of the games never worked either. This store needs so

Took my 12 and 5 year old today to hang out with a family friend and their 11 year old son. The kids had a blast. Plenty of arcade style games that all cost 1 point. The menu for purchasing the play cards is a little confusing but basically, just buy the card for the minutes of play. it's the better option. meaning purchase however many minutes of time you want your kids to play. this means the child can swipe their card as much as they want until time is up on the card. it'll give them more opportunities t

The only few issues I have it I don't understand why it's 12 dollars each time to jump on the trampoline. I feel like if u pay monthly that should be included. Or if you already bought the socks, maybe charge like 2 dollars for the trampoline. It doesn't use electricity, so I don't think it should cost so much.

Top notch! The management, the staff, everybody?s friendly, the pizza is always hot and super fresh and delicious, my kids prefer this place over Disney! Fun games, affordable game packages, great birthday parties, gotta check it out!

$13 for a salad. It doesn't cost $13 for a salad with chicken in a restaurant. I could not get two three year olds to eat the chicken nuggets and the french fries that's how bad the food was. Enjoy the games and the rides but stay away from the food.section $60 to feed my wife and two children. Left the place and had to take them for a hamburger at McDonald's

We went for my stepdaughter's birthday party. The place has been renovated and now is more spacious. Not as many games as before but it was ok. The atmosphere was upbeat as it should be for a kids place. Now I would say some of the employees need some to improve their customer service skills. If you are at the door receiving people have a happy attitude and if you are serving show pleasure in what you are doing. Other than that a good place to celebrate ??!

It's way better then It was 5 years ago. The staff is better and it's much cleaner. The games seems to also be in better condition. The birthday parties are perfect! We did celebration 2 years ago and about to do another this year. Prices went up a little but the deposit is cheap. Looking forward to this years party at C.E.C

It can get a bit pricey when you factor in the games and food. This location charges extra for the little bounce area. But my daughter does love it

Mr Jayemes Patrick Toli is the very fabric and Glue holding together the pure essence of Chuck E. Cheese, from his quick witted humor to his charitable delectable donations, he made sure this guest left happy. What a dude.

Had an unpleasant interaction with Naomi at the front door yesterday. I kindly asked her for my umbrella from behind the counter, there was no employees to be found near or around the counter. Naomi was about 13' away from the umbrella and I was about 3' away. She had no customers at the door comming or going. She rudly instructed me that I was not allowed behind the counter, by making a scene and using whetever little authority she had. She made me and my 3 year old wait when there was no need too. She was

My little angel Loved It! She's 8 and can't wait to go again tomorrow! They're such a blessing at that age ?? ??

Spent over $125 for 45 minutes playing for 2 cards, pizza, breadsticks, wings, juice box. Unfortunately, it was too expensive one hour visit where only food kids enjoyed was the pizza. Threw away breadstick (soggy center) and wings (kids didn't enjoy it this time). Staff friendly, kids enjoyed various games, area was clean).

They did a big remodel on the party section. I do miss the animatronics they had but things must change

Great Service I am so happy and my family as well I am so glad thank you to Andrea B for being so attentive and Brenda as well my son had a super Happy Birthday All team in Chuk e cheese was amazing but I just remember the name of Andrea and Brenda thank you so much omg and last but not least the pizza delicious and a lots cheese we loved it

My Grandson loves the new trampoline. We have become regular customers because instead of jumping on his bed, he can go to Chuck E Cheese ?? and jump for hours. Hahaha Hahaha! I love it. Kudos to the management team that came up with this great idea.

Skyler was awesome, went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US!! TY, YALL ROCK

Very nice and the birthday party are great

The best location , lots of fun games and friendly staff. All machines were working.

Wish they still had the indoor equipment for the kids to play on. Now it's all arcade. But that can be a good thing too. Entire family avoids the food which is the reason for four stars. Update:I'm process of renovating

What a great time I had with my nieces I took. They had a great time. The workers were all pleasant. Chris and Francisco made it all happen and were on top of things. They made sure we were taken care of. Every thing was great from the moment we walked out.

Such a fun place. It was clean. Staff was very helpful. Our kids loved the trampoline. Good safe environment for kids to let loose.

Great for kids, they were running around like a crawdad on hot pavement. Pizza was good and fresh. Free refills on drinks. The child check in system is a good way to make sure your kids can't fly the coop with out you. Now if only they had a Jeep game it would rock.

We had a pretty good time for the most part, however, they held a ?costume contest? for the kids, to which no one participated other than my two kids and one other. They judged the winner based off how loud everyone cheered for the costumes. Now considering no one else was with this other kid, me and my family gave him a little cheer for his costume to be fair, but then obviously when it came to my children, we got pretty loud. They chose the other kid as the winner, ok cool. He got a little gift bag. Mind

Kids go here a lot. The food is just so bad, but it's Chucky Cheese. You are not expecting a 5 star restaurant. Kids have fun, and it's an important part of the community. A safe and fun place for kids to be kids.

Good food, small chuck e cheese, could use more games and the service was very impersonal. Too expensive!

We attended 2 birthday parties and had a blast!!

Great time! My kids prefer this place over any other. The thing I like the most, if the kids don't have enough points for the prize they want, you're able to purchase it cash.. so my kids always feel like they're winners!

Overall, this Chuck E. Cheese location is actually fairly well-kept and enjoyable for kids and adults. There are plenty of fun games to play and it's not impossible to walk away with some prizes. I was quite impressed with the variety of games they have as well, and how almost everything was in working order and not filthy. The only real downside is that service can be quite sluggish, likely because the staff consists of younger employees that can be a little aloof and detached at times. Redeeming tickets

We came here for my daughter's 4th birthday! I recommend booking a birthday party here! Everyone, including the adults, had so much fun. Serenity was the employee who helped make our daughter's day so special. Serenity went above and beyond what was expected!

Clean and organized well, plenty of games to keep the kids occupied and Chuckie was very good! The salad bar was fresh and overall we had a great time and will be back to this location.

DO NOT LIKE THE "NEW PAY2PLAY CARDS" NOT SELF EXPLANATORY AT ALL. ASSOCIATE HAD TO EXPLAIN 2? JUST TO GET IT. $$$ EVERYTHING IS STUPID EXPENSIVE NOW, VERSES WHEN I USTA BRING MY SON & 2 OF HIS FRIENDS ONCE A WEEK... $60-65 TOPS+ 2 ADULTS.

Best Chuck E Cheese I've ever been to. Very clean and the employees are very helpful and go out of their way to help if there's a problem. Prices are a little high but that's everywhere now.

I feel like Chuck E Cheese is not the same as it used to be. It was very expensive and I feel like we did not get our moneys worth. Lots of kids running around without supervision and deliberately cutting lines or shoving my child aside to go first. Which is not a huge deal unless you're on the time limit you paid for. They do not do the mouse anymore, which I was surprised. He does not come out to see the children like he did a few years ago. I will say this location was very clean and the games seemed to

Hello I am back with the Chuck E. Cheese stuff but this location was so awesome to go to it had the red Apple Which I never seen in my whole life it's so awesome to see this and when I went over there he was wearing an avenger hat which was awesome as heck I love the location it's an awesome visit definitely go back

Had my daughter 4th per birthday party hear it was great! Very clean and well kept along with friendly staff. Definitely returning with her to play!

Brought our grandchildren (7 and 4) and they had a blast. My grandson loved the pizza. We bought 55 minutes of play, and there were instances when we were all playing at the same time.

I went to this place as a guest of a birthday party, I had to pay 8 dollars to buy socks and the birthday child was given a medal as if it was free and I had to pay for it. They made me spend 12 dollars for no reason and I had to pay it so that the birthday child would not get hurt. frankly, even if the price is not a problem, it is a place that I will never even enter the door again because of this kind of order.

Excellent!! My son loved he's birthday party at this location Haley my host was super nice and all the staff as well. The characters show was very good???? I recommend this location for a birthday party ??.

My first time with my 19 month old granddaughter was a BLAST! She was shy at first with the Chuck E Cheese character, but by his 2nd performance/cope, she was waving hello and blowing kisses! Their $6.95 buffet lunch was perfect for a quick fill up and go play. Definitely planning on going back!!

Went there with my 3 years old. Place gives such a 90s vibe. I didn't like that I can't find prices on a website, why you hiding it?! My child has eczema and for some reason Chuck E Cheese requires to stamp child arm? what is that?! Night club?!????????? we are buying card, which stops working in 30 minutes , why do you need a stamp?! I absolutely didn't like this part of experience. We paid extra for trampoline and it's unlimited, but it is located in the main hall, so even children who didn't pay, were

If you want your kids to be entertained by video games, this is the place to go.

Family fun place. Can't get crazy at times but staff were great!

Great place for kids, but Mr Mouse should show more frequently.

I love this place. My grandson enjoys coming here regularly. If you are looking for something to do for your family, I highly recommend this place?

I've been coming to this location for about 20 years now. I've never had a bad experience. My son was a little bummed the other day that the mouse himself wasn't there but I explained that he's out because of covid and will be back soon. We'll be back.

?Super ? Xavier employee was more that we were expect he provide a wonderful customer experience. The whole staff was amazing and courtesy. We was there for a birthday party, all my guests was thankful and surprised of the service, food and attitude we was treated there. Also big tank you to Manager supervisor, this place location is kept very clean. We love it, we go back there in shorter for another kid?s party.

I've been coming to Chuck E.Cheese?s before I can remember, and it's the same every time. Nostalgia, childhood, games, and fun! The food is good, classic stuff like pizza and salads. The service has been slow before, but it's not unusual as it is a busy place most of the time. It should still have the animatronic, and of course the mascot that greets the kids. Play the games, get your tickets and get prizes with them! Super fun, a huge classic arcade. I will never even consider not coming here, best childho

This is a smaller Chuck E. Cheese from others I have visited. My wife was asked to leave a game to let others play, yet the person right next to her was on longer than she was for the same game. Game attendants were not friendly. Pizza and garlic bread were delicious.

Ryan K. did an amazing job with interacting with my nephew and playing games with him!

Needs to maintain machine and get away from non used games and get new ones

We basically had the place to ourself so it was awsome ! going during the weekday before 1 pm is the best , and the hr for 17.89 free play was fun , we played everything and they have better prizes , place was clean as well

Excellent service for my child?s birthday. Our server was amazing.

Went for my grandson birthday, had a great time, felt like a kid again. Felt safe for kids running around. It was refreshing to see both parents with their children having a good time. Chuck E. Cheese and friend stayed out for long periods of time and entertained the children as well as the grownups. Would highly recommend to all, even us, the young at heart!

I have kids of all ages and have been coming here on and off for the past 15 years. This is like a little Las Vegas for kids where they play games and win prizes. This place is clean, safe, and fun

My son had so much fun. Will be back again.

We love our local Chuck E Cheese! They are so good at helping set up fun birthday parties for the kids! They make it look so easy at handling a dozen excited kiddos and they go out of their way to make sure that all the kids (and especially the birthday star) have a great time. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

The food is not that great?. The soda machines had every other flavor out of order. The arcade is not entertaining for anyone older than 5. I believe there was a Jurassic park game that caught our eye only. Everything else were really just 5 second games (get tickets), basketball ball hoops of course, and press 1/2 button games. The place gets very crowded, we went on a Saturday, almost shoulder to shoulder everywhere we went inside. I provide 3 stars for 4 reasons. 1. There was a elderly man that was alway

We had a great time with my family Had a birthday party for my grand daughter. It was great ??

We have been frequenting this location a lot this summer as pass members, which is a great deal. Entertainment for your littles in air conditioning - yes please! Add the fact that their pizza and salad bar is always quite tasty and you've got a great spot to take your kids that feels safe and worth it.

It's always a great visit at this location, we do the hour play cards and they have a special going where you get an extra 30 minutes for free. Needless to say my kiddo loved extra play time! The staff is very helpful and friendly. I do miss the play place for the kids but their games are great!

Not what I expected, used to larger Chuck E. Cheese. Placed seemed clean. Descent place to take the kids. One thing I liked that We were able to buy minutes instead of having to buy tokens. Only bought 30 minutes because 5 and 4yr old had played all of the games for their age

My kids love this place, they're always ready to go there!!! Amazing ????

The 2.0 isn't that bad I'm glad that they kept the original chairs but if this location would kept the animatronics and add dance floor like northbridge it would?ve been better but it's still good I remember coming here as a kid in 2015 it was amazing and still is. pizza taste better than ever! And this location is special with the 2.0 because they kept so many old games! I love this location tho it's not the best because of the 2.0 but I'll always keep this location in my heart it was one of the best thing

Great place to take the kids ,food is good and place is safe they control the acces and the kids are stamp with the parents number so nobody can go out with them even if it is an adult.

Visiting there for family birthdays recently and loved it. As a person with no kids I would never be there. Being a young children's Uncle it is my duty to be there. Just through the kids in at the games and let them run around. This safe, friendly, and colorful environment will entertain the kids for you. They can do better with their masked Chucky guy.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
