We had our son?s birthday and it was great. The staff were kind, patient, and helpful. Kelsey was our planner and she made sure we had everything we needed. She also helped serve food (wearing gloves) and explained everything. The place was clean and only one machine was out of order. Everyone from the lady at the entrance to the ticket collector were patient with the children, very courteous. The food was also good. The pizza, wings and drinks were all tasty. Highly recommend and will come here agai

Yesterday was my son?s 5th birthday. Xavier, Skyler, and Jeanae made his day so memorable. The staff really went above and beyond to make him feel so special. Thank you to this team for making his birthday the best day ever! He can't wait to go back.

Considering is a place focus to keep kids entertained, it is great place to hang out and play for kids a couple hrs; and which kids does not like pizza and chicken wings? Staff is nice and friendly, understandable with so many kids screaming and running around they get tired but still they nice and kind to the kids.

We just had my daughter's birthday party her today that she has been looking forward to for almost a year. We have a fun pass and visit this location regularly and have always had a good experience. I was there for a walk in birthday for my niece. Food was fast, hot, and really good. It was earlier in the day and games were working great, all kids in our party were entertained and happy. Chuck E performance was amazing and the birthday girl was so excited. She kept walking Chuck E around and all the kids just loved having the attention from Chuck E.

We had a great first-time experience at these facilities. The access was quick, and we didn't have to wait. The food was delicious, and they offer fantastic deals for gaming, making it quite affordable. However, I expected more machines as the inventory seemed limited, and the play area was a bit small. On the bright side, they offer unlimited refills, which is a nice perk. Overall, a good experience with some room for improvement in terms of space and machine variety.

We've been coming to this Chuck E. Cheese for a few years now and it's always pretty fun. The pizza is fresh and hot (and quite tasty for a place that isn't an Italian restaurant) and their salad bar is always a hit! I do miss the tokens and the tickets because it was more tactical but I get it, using a card and wrist bands is easier to maintain and is probably more cost effective as well. Kids love this place and we went for a party. The party was on point between service and friendly positive attitudes. The guy at the front door was so into his job it made me feel safe to let my child run around and not helicopter like I always do . My only complaint is the place is so small that when there is a lot of people there you're packed into one area. Overall they do an awesome job and I give credit to anyone who works around kids! This establishment believes that breastfeeding is gross, will belittle a nursing mother and try to get her to feed her baby in the bathroom. When being told that breastfeeding in public is protected by the law and trying to show proof, she was told ?ew, don't show me that? trying to swipe her phone away. I visited this location for my son's birthday. We were greeted by Andrea, who was a superstar the entire evening. She explained everything clearly, helped up up my son's ice cream cake and cupcakes, and made sure we had everything we needed for the time we were there, all while still maintaining flawless service to other costumers. Place is old and dusty. Ran by teenagers. Machines look 20 years old. Place is also small. The chucke cheeses characters helmets nose has been broken for a while and they just patched it. This place is just ghetto. You can't even compare to the other location in port Orange. It's a 1000 times better. Worth the long drive. I would not come back to this location.

Yesterday I witnessed a mom be publicly harassed by not only another patron but a STAFF MEMBER AND THE POLICE. My friend was feeding her baby in a booth minding her own business when another UNEDUCATED patron was apparently bothered enough to complain to staff. Staff advised her to call the police which they responded and said ?we don't know the law, what do you want me to do about it?? We love this place, but I wish the people watching over the trampoline area, would actually pay attention. They sit on the ledge on their phone the whole time. I had to tell her that kids were tackling each other and knocking others over, and she didn't notice bc she was on her phone. We brought the kids for the first time and they had a blast. We were told If we ordered through the app it would be faster so we played for a little and ordered. My little brother loves it here! He never wants to leave. I purchased the play pass for two months to see if it's worth it, but it doesn't include the trampoline zone or whatever it's called. This place was awesome! We had a large party that had an even here and they were super helpful. Anything we needed they were super quick to assist. The arcade was awesome, was super fun to compete with other kids in our group to get as many tickets as we could. Prizes were what you would expect, nothing amazing, but the kids were going nuts with the stuff that they could get. Food was pretty solid considering it was chuck e cheese. The pizza looked pretty good, kids went nuts and ate it all super quick.

We love going to chuck e cheese with our 7 year old wherever we travel. This location was lacking in service. We checked in the door and stood at the counter to order and no one was there! We asked the doorman to call someone and still was slow to arrive. The same problem happened when we wanted to cash in our tickets. No one was there so we saved the card and walked out. Took my 12 and 5 year old today to hang out with a family friend and their 11 year old son. The kids had a blast. Plenty of arcade style games that all cost 1 point. The only few issues I have it I don't understand why it's 12 dollars each time to jump on the trampoline. I feel like if u pay monthly that should be included. We went for my stepdaughter's birthday party. The place has been renovated and now is more spacious. Not as many games as before but it was ok. The atmosphere was upbeat as it should be for a kids place. Now I would say some of the employees need some to improve their customer service skills. Had an unpleasant interaction with Naomi at the front door yesterday. I kindly asked her for my umbrella from behind the counter, there was no employees to be found near or around the counter. Spent over $125 for 45 minutes playing for 2 cards, pizza, breadsticks, wings, juice box. Unfortunately, it was too expensive one hour visit where only food kids enjoyed was the pizza. What a great time I had with my nieces I took. They had a great time. The workers were all pleasant. Chris and Francisco made it all happen and were on top of things. They made sure we were taken care of. Every thing was great from the moment we walked out.

We had a pretty good time for the most part, however, they held a ?costume contest? for the kids, to which no one participated other than my two kids and one other. Great time! My kids prefer this place over any other. The thing I like the most, if the kids don't have enough points for the prize they want, you're able to purchase it cash.. so my kids always feel like they're winners!

Overall, this Chuck E. Cheese location is actually fairly well-kept and enjoyable for kids and adults. There are plenty of fun games to play and it's not impossible to walk away with some prizes. I was quite impressed with the variety of games they have as well, and how almost everything was in working order and not filthy. Clean and organized well, plenty of games to keep the kids occupied and Chuckie was very good! The salad bar was fresh and overall we had a great time and will be back to this location.

Brought our grandchildren (7 and 4) and they had a blast. My grandson loved the pizza. We bought 55 minutes of play, and there were instances when we were all playing at the same time.

I went to this place as a guest of a birthday party, I had to pay 8 dollars to buy socks and the birthday child was given a medal as if it was free and I had to pay for it. They made me spend 12 dollars for no reason and I had to pay it so that the birthday child would not get hurt. frankly, even if the price is not a problem, it is a place that I will never even enter the door again because of this kind of order.

I've been coming to this location for about 20 years now. I've never had a bad experience. My son was a little bummed the other day that the mouse himself wasn't there but I explained that he's out because of covid and will be back soon. We'll be back.

This is a smaller Chuck E. Cheese from others I have visited. My wife was asked to leave a game to let others play, yet the person right next to her was on longer than she was for the same game. Game attendants were not friendly. Pizza and garlic bread were delicious.

Went for my grandson birthday, had a great time, felt like a kid again. Felt safe for kids running around. It was refreshing to see both parents with their children having a good time. Chuck E. The food is not that great?. The soda machines had every other flavor out of order. The arcade is not entertaining for anyone older than 5. I believe there was a Jurassic park game that caught our eye only. Everything else were really just 5 second games (get tickets), basketball ball hoops of course, and press 1/2 button games. We have been frequenting this location a lot this summer as pass members, which is a great deal. Entertainment for your littles in air conditioning - yes please! Add the fact that their pizza and salad bar is always quite tasty and you've got a great spot to take your kids that feels safe and worth it.

It's always a great visit at this location, we do the hour play cards and they have a special going where you get an extra 30 minutes for free. Needless to say my kiddo loved extra play time! The staff is very helpful and friendly. I do miss the play place for the kids but their games are great!

Great place to take the kids ,food is good and place is safe they control the acces and the kids are stamp with the parents number so nobody can go out with them even if it is an adult.

Visiting there for family birthdays recently and loved it. As a person with no kids I would never be there. Being a young children's Uncle it is my duty to be there. Just through the kids in at the games and let them run around. This safe, friendly, and colorful environment will entertain the kids for you. They can do better with their masked Chucky guy.
