On Thursday May 1, 2025 my family and I came to this location. We signed up for the summer deal which is fantastic! We all had a great time! We appreciated that this is the cleanest Chuckie Cheese we've ever been in. There was even a 100% health code sign hanging up. We also want to say that this location has the newest games and rides!! We loved it and had a great time! Thank you!!
First time I have been to a Chuck E. Cheese in about 16 years. My son wanted to come here for his birthday (even though we didn't do the birthday package). This place was as awesome as I remembered. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. As I remember using actual tokens to play games, I had no idea what I was doing or how anything worked. They explained everything to me and ensure I chose the best value for what what we were doing. The manager was awesome! When it came time for our kids to ge
Had fun celebrating party here with my niece.. place was packed and lots of games to choose from.. I'm just a little disappointed about the planning party here. Like they don't include free drinks for adults accompanying a kid. You have to pay extra for it and their salad station on top of the event prices. Employees are so nice and attentive, tho. Just extra charges they do is not right. Other than that everything's okay.
We had a birthday party scheduled and the staff was amazing. Everyone had a great time and it is always so clean. They really helped every step of the process. They even adjusted our party without me asking because we didn't have everyone show. I couldn't say enough good things.
First time going to this location, went for my daughter's birthday. The food and customer service was great. $12 for a basic tiny trampoline jump is crazy tho, same price for the epic trampolines at Urban Air so wasn't worth it. Everything else was great tho. The guy even gave my daughter cotton candy for her birthday when we were leaving
I brought my son here for his third birthday without purchasing the birthday package. Everyone was very kind. I was able to bring my cake in for him and have our own little birthday party so it was a very affordable option for me as a single mom. So five stars
Have never been to a Chuck E. Cheese before, wanted to take the kids but this place is seriously extremely ghetto. The moment u walk in you get a strong odor of must and weed. The people look so sketchy. Just avoid this place completely. We walked in and walked right out. Talk about run down.
The worst Chuck e cheese I've ever been to the staff is rude disrespectful and has no regard for the customers, the staffs children are running freely around the place without any supervision. There was no one at the door putting numbers on hands and no one was checking hands when leaving. They wouldn't serve anything because it was an hour and a half till close. Told us to come back tomorrow mind it was a birthday party . The line to get prizes was not long but took 45 minutes. I wouldn't come here.
The games are a rip-off. Their prizes are nice, but you will never get the top tier. You pay $20-$30 for 65 minutes of play, and if you're lucky, win 100 tickets. You only win 1-2 tickets per game, but as long as my 4yo grandbaby had a good time, that's all that matters.
Wow! Great job! It truly felt like it's a place to be a kid! Totally different experience from my last trip to Chuck E. Cheese. Pizza was way better and everything was super clean.
We had our kids' birthday party here. A little on the expensive side, but my kids and their friends had a blast!!! So, it was well, well worth it!!!
The kids enjoy playing and pricing is more than fair. I filled cards a month ago and still have points to use for a 3rd visit.
My daughter was severely injured in the trampoline area; a much larger boy barreled into her and landed on her leg, causing a buckle fracture. The supervising employee did nothing to the boy and roughly drug my crying child out of the space. No one attempted to help or even apologize. She's in a cast now with significant medical bills and rehab ahead.
Way better than the old one not sure when they remodeled myself but a real good experience here for the kids. Staff was nice also has a few different games then the Dublin location
The manager is rude and communicates poorly. The building is understaffed so they left a host of patrons waiting at the prize counter without telling us they wouldn't serve us because they don't have the man power. The carpet is covered in food and behind the counter is covered i. Soap and water.
Amazing place I love that place so much that I probably go there a lot since they have great food pizza too
Nice, new and clean. Kids will definitely have fun here, many games and all of them working with no problems.
Where a kid can be a kid! Love the addition of a trampoline world and so did my godson
Great prices; one of the few places nowadays where your kids can go nuts and someone is looking at you funny! Worth taking your family too
Very clean and bright place to take the kids. Food was a little disappointing but the two people on staff were working as hard as they could. Great selection of games and since we were there on a day when a summer camp showed up, we got to meet the great mouse himself and do a little dance. Will definitely go back.
Shout out to the guy that made this video happen by updating us on when Chucky was coming out! My son is 9 with autism & LOVES Chuck E Cheese!????????Also we came on New Year?s Eve because Trent(my son) has a New years bday! Thankyou for making his day the best!
Celebrated my daughter 3rd birthday party! The manager and staff were awesome I was really impressed!!
I had my daughters birthday party there yesterday and they accidentally put 2 extra pizzas on my table and my guests at the party ate a few pieces so they said we had to pay for them. The manager was then extremely rude to my dad. Also it was really crowded. They charged 10 dollars for 4 bottles of water that we never got as well, after it's already an expensive party. Other than that it was a good party though.
Is it the worst thing to spend $475 dollars on nothing? When I went, nothing was ready, the pizzas were disgusting for so much money and they didn't have anything that the package I reserved included, so I was going to spend my money on nothing, not a bag of games or anything like the package said. Never in my life will you see me in such a mess, as if money were water. I was paying 27.99 per kids plus the mega fun didn't have everything that y?all said in the package stop lying!! Waiting for my pizza was l
Games were fun pizza was about you would expect from chuck e cheese. If you go on a Saturday though beware, it will be PACKED.
We go here often with our son, they have a great staff, clean facility. We haven't had a party here but we have witnessed several, they go out of their way to make sure the party is having a good time and taken care of. The prices are not bad considering they have to maintain all of those machines, which I am sure cost a lot to do.
Great experience for my kiddo and the kiddos at parties. Have been twice. One for my child's birthday and for my child's friend's birthday party. The servers who do the parties are always great and this is a clean establishment. Worth it to pay for the party experience no matter what package! My son always has a blast and even wants to do this for his birthday again this year!
I have 4 kids, none of them drink soda or sugary drinks. This Chuck E Cheese charges $2.99 for a cup tap water. Asked for a manager to make sure I heard it clear, the manager explained that they're too worried about people stealing soda. No problem, do you have a water fountain available? Nope. Place is absolutely garbage.
I didnt know what to expect when we took granddaughters to CEC. It smelled clean when we walked in, great staff, good method of protecting children, good pizza and the depth of games was outstanding. We will be taking all of our grandkids to this location.
We went here for an event put on by a PTA Place has some good games . However the Easton location and staff don't make you really want to come back . Very understaffed and very undertrained. Took us over 37 minutes waiting to check out . Had to tell 2 kids that they weren't going to be able to cash tickets in. When we tried to leave, the staff was very rude . Food took over 49 minutes once ordered . Highly recommend you avoid this place
We were there at the Easton Chuck e Cheese on Morse Rd. recently for my granddaughters planned birthday party. Overall it was a great experience and she really enjoyed it- the service from our assigned hostess was fantastic. She did such a great job. The manager of the location however completely negated everything positive we experienced. There was a mixup where pizzas were put on our party's table that we didn't order. No one realized it because we had ordered a large number of pizzas as a part of ou
Kids and adult kids had a lot of fun..good family time
This location is TERRIBLE! Kicking sensory needs kids out of their establishment. Stay away and DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION
Always a great time. A little busy around lunch time. So if you plan a trip that's not a birthday party I recommend going between hours people normally eat. they do seem a little understaffed at times. Which can be frustrating to wait for and find in times you want to purchase items at the desk.
Great for what it is, my kids love it!
My daughter had an amazing time here for her birthday! The location is beautiful and very clean. Everyone working there was nice and accommodating! They young lady Kristen at the front desk deserves a raise or something! She was running around doing everything, including being Chuck E! And did it all with a smile! That makes all the difference when you're short staffed!
Chuck E. Cheese is the GOAT . It doesn't matter how old you are you love going.
This is by far the best/most recently renovated Chuckecheese location in Columbus. We recently hosted a birthday party for our son there and everyone we invited had a blast. Tons of arcade and car/boat simulator rides. Highly recommend!
We went on a Thursday and it wasn't super busy. But some of the staff weren't very helpful or friendly.
Best to go on weekdays and get an hour pass, your kid will be able to play all the machines in an hour and do some a second time. Weekends get packed with birthdays and a lot of people so if you want it to be a bit calmer a weekday is probably best :)
I love taking my son here. The staff is so considerate. I have been twice on Wednesday late afternoons when they have the all you can play for an hour special. We will definitely be returning. I was sad to hear that Columbus area Chuck E Cheese do not have sensory Sundays anymore, but we always go when it is not crowded now and the staff is very accomadating.
Had a great bday party for my daughter today 7/6/24, our host (SET) did a great job and was very attentive, along with the other girls everyone was very attentive they all really worked together and made our experience wonderful also during clean up they all did a spectacular job
The design of this location is not like the others. The building is a slender, straight long strip which makes it very hard to see your children if you have more than one with you. I can comfortably see all three of my grandsons playing at the other locations.
Staff was great, I enjoyed passing out cake to them.
I purchased the gold pass for my kiddos since paying for one visit would have cost the same amount with 3 kids, pizza and drinks. We have used our gold pass 3 times and the first two times were great! Then yesterday manager Stephanie ruined our family fun. We ordered a cheese pizza and they made pepperoni pizza. I told her that my order was incorrect. We do not eat pork and have not EVER but she insisted that I ordered a pepperoni pizza. Continued to throw the pizza in the trash can while yelling at me and
I took my granddaughter to Birthday party for another 4 year old. They were loving Chuckie Cheese. Lots of fun for the children.
Grand Nephew's Birthday party. Let's start with the manager who worked the night of 11-17-23. He is the worst manager I ever encountered. He was unable to handle a situation that was avoidable. Then there is the hostess. She didn't host the bday party she just brought the food. She didn't know the happy birthday song. It was a horrible customer service experience. I could continue but this was enough. There were 2 other party's going at the same time and they were clearly upset as well.
Highly recommend!! Everything was clean, in fact, there were several people walking around cleaning and checking game machines throughout our visit. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The ?all you can play? option was a game changer. So much easier than trying to keep track of credits and explain to toddlers how many they have left?.time makes so much more sense.
By far worst chuckie cheese I ever been to customer service is terrible I left the cards with over 300 tickets on both that was a horrible experience never will go back there
This is a really good place for a child's birthday party. The games are fun, and the food is good. Party tables that are a little wider would be nice, but I understand that there is only so much room in the facility.
Impromptu party! Talk about a blast! Clean, attentive staff, great kids food!
Attended a birthday party I was impressed with the Easton location. Staff has very helpful and attentive. The kids had a blast and overall the food was good. Highly recommend for young children.
The place was fun and enjoyed the place. The food was very great and the people were great. But I think they kind of lied to us. Because they said the dipping dot machine is broken but it was when we looked at it. It was literally into the dots, but then when we ask. Why are the emertronics are not here? They said it's because of financial. And when the chuck e cheese costume came we're like. Why is it here even know the fnaf movie
The place is very clean and huge. My grandson had a birthday party there today as he turned 1yrs. He had a blast with his cousins and family members. Thank you again for the great experience for all of us. Christina
Had a great time with my son. Games were new and well maintained.
We were so excited to find out about Chuck E Cheese opening up. We had one in our town before COVID. This chuck e cheese is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The games all worked. However anytime I've went there was a kids play area. This one does not have the play place. Also it's very expensive. I don't know if pricing is national or what. But before there were eat and play combos. This one doesn't have that. And we spent $33 each just for the kids to play. We could have went to Cosi for a fu
It's pretty expensive. It's nearly $20 per child for only 30 minutes. As for the food, the pizza was pretty good, the wings however were extremely small and quite tasteless. When we were about to leave there were other people waiting to cash their points/tickets for prizes and nobody came by. The man who was the manager had a unfriendly demeanor in my opinion. Overall, expensive, short amount playtime/experience/unfriendly/not worth it!
It was clean, but some of the games didn't work that my daughter wanted to play.
We were having a great time untill we had a pizza mix up! The pizza cook with the greasy long hair was very very inconsiderate, mean and said some very uncalled for words,(EXACTWORDS) well next time PAYATTENTION,,YEAH YOU HEARD ME!!! it caught me off guard because the way I presented it to him as a mistake!! staff handled it but after that I didn't trust him making my new order! Staff was great except for the mean guy!!lighten up it's a kid place for fun and pizza!! I DO NOT TRUST MEAN/INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE W
We didn't eat here, just came to play and my kids had the best time!! Super clean, all of the games worked and the staff was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
The staff were amazing! Even though they just opened , the staff was friendly & kind even though they are still learning & navigating! The mascot put a smile on my godbabies face even though she was scared! He didn't force her either! Thank you all! For everything you do for the kids! The manager even walked around and gave great customer service! Thank you again! We will be back!
Worst customer service experience ever! There's a white man that works in the kitchen with the utmost disrespect! The manager whose name is Mike joined the man in being rude without even questioning the man and came after me, a paying customer. I purchased food online and when I came to pick it up, they tell me they don't have it anymore so I only received a partial order. Then when I asked for a refund for the part of the order that I didn't get, they say they can't help me! I will not recommend this place
The girls stall was ridiculous, When my sister was trying to use the bathroom the stalls would close but there was a humongous gap between the door and the wall and you could see her and she felt uncomfortable. The food was outrageously salty and everything was so expensive and ran out quickly. The workers didn't even know how to do the math for how many tokens we had from games and ripped us off. Please fix this.
Complete waste of time. Showed up, spent 40 dollars tried to play 6 different games. Only one worked. We was in and out in under 15 mins. Driving to the hilliard one now which is way out of our way but dont want the money to be completely wasted and dont want to try and explain all of it to a toddler.
Place a pick up order online about 2 weeks ago. Went in to pick up they said the online order is down. They took the money out my account and was told to call a corporate number. We called them multiple times left voicemails and nothing. Out of the money and did not get food. Management here was rude and didn't care to help.
Clean, fun atmosphere! Shamaya was friendly greeting us at the counter and the manager Stephanie clearly cares about the establishment she cleaned from the time we walked in till we left ??
Kids had an amazing time! They love the cheesy bread and wanted more time to play. Awesome place and will go back again and again!
My host Nemo was so helpful and polite. The Manger Ms. Stephanie was very professional and exceed my expectations. My son had his 3rd birthday party and we really enjoyed our experience it was stuff for all my guest to do ages ranged from 1 to 18.Thank you guys!
Tonight was so hectic here! Waited kver a hour for food and the amount of 1-2 year olds that were unattended and crying for parents was ridiculous! I had a 1.5 yr old little girl with me for almost 20 minutes playing games with my 2 yr old before her mom came and got her and realized we're she was. They didn't check our stamps when we walked out with my 2 yr old and were a white couple with a white baby but they checked our friends that are a mixed couple with a mixed kid. We will probably never come back h
I was going to take my kids but couldn't find the pricing online so I called and spoke with Michael. I immediately decided we were no longer going simply because of Michael?s conduct. I'll spend my money where my business is appreciated.
My kids had an absolute blast at a birthday party here! Would love to come back sometime!
They have no water fountains!! They said I would have to pay 4$ for a water cup!! Ridiculous!! Also lots of kids running around with no shoes on very unsanitary!!! Won't be back!
We used to take out teenagers to Chuckie cheese every year for a treat we have five children so it's not something we can afford often when we went back today with my 2 year old I was shocked cost us 200$ for 1 pizza 4 drinks and for 4 people to play for an hour that flew by we thought this would be at least a few hours for that much the person who helped us took advantage of us not understanding the new ways up sold us to the wrist bands without our knowledge there were other options added several things
Hair Cooked In The Crust Of My Pizza. Unacceptable Guys Do Better
Typical Chuck e. Cheese franchise, clean, organized and well staffed though. The kids had a blast.
My family visited location yesterday for a birthday party. The host was so friendly and the staff was very attentive. We had such a amazing time.
Great clean and new spaced out for room and games. Only HAZARD is the Pizza on the hot out the oven silver platter that you are the teenager workers are nearly dropping them getting to your table. I grab it to help and see why he had such a time walking with a hot platter in his bare hands. I recommend employees wear oven mitts
I was there standing at the register for quite amount of time that I have to call out saying hello for someone to come out. Come out to ask if I pay with cash or card. Never someone ask this before with the first question. Walk around modely to get someone else out just to walk around without telling me if I suppose to wait or anything else. Don't feel valuable as customer didn't feel welcoming. Poor service
Big location and all the games worked
Really great time for my nieces 3rd birthday! Great times, great food, great fun for the kids
It all started with taking the little one to have a good time and turned into three adults having just as much fun. It was clean, good vibes and ALL the games worked lol.
Nice place dirty drink station
The day center program brought us to Chuck E. Cheese and I ordered me chicken wings and fries and a medium drink then later cotton candy dipping dots and I felt like a kid again
Management is amazing??! Keep operating with EXCELLENCE??
Dejanae took care of us during our whole stay here with checking in and out she was wonderful patient and has amazing customer service skills! Will be coming back! Thanks girl!
Excellent place to take kids
The atmosphere was energetic. My little girl love the place.
The lady working the front desk was wonderful, super helpful and nice. It was also very clean and felt like a safe environment.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
