We had my son's birthday party there yesterday and I can't thank them enough! We booked a 10 am party and we had the entire party table section to ourselves. The young lady who ran it was so helpful and nice! And the young man who is the mouse was amazing! All the parents and kids had so much fun. I have not one bad thing to say! I know next year, I'm going to try to talk my son to having it here again because everything was taken care of! Will definitely be back!!

We have the play pass and come here regularly. For $12/month unlimited for kids fun, it can't be beat. Terrell is always a pleasure to deal with as well. I almost never leave reviews but felt compelled to because it's such a positive experience here.

Our grandchildren had a ball. Age range from 7 to 13. Prices were reasonable and the food was very good though we only had ice cream type treats. Particularly they loved the dipping dots.

The staff really tries their best. Most times they are understaffed due to the shift, for instance weekdays before 5pm. Otherwise good atmosphere, clean establishment, food is good not great, and some of the games could use repair or maintenance but the majority of them work just fine.

Mainly went here for the arcade. The place itself is not bad. But lot of the arcade machines and games seem very outdated. Some are out of service and doesn't work. We normally get one card for 45 mins and share it among the kids for the time. I don't think the other options are worth it as the tickets you get is very little compared to other arcade locations we have gone to. I would suggest them to get some new games. I also compare it to Dave&Busters where we usually goes to on Wednesdays.

The pepperoni and sausage pizza was surprisingly good. My grandson is three and he had so much fun! The machines were all in good working order with a great mix of games and activities to keep all ages interested. Everything was very clean and prices were affordable. But the most outstanding thing about this location is the staff! They were all friendly, caring, patient, and kind. This is a special place because of the people who work there and how well they treat the kids! I know we will come often!

For 3 kids for 2 hours, I spent $ 140. Also, my grandson bought $20 more points. We had 1 pizza, 4 piece wings, small cheesy bread, drinks, and 1 medium fries. They had fun but not really enough for the price.

First time being here during a weekday around 3pm. Pros: The place wasn't crowded and spaced out comfortably. I enjoyed how the games for toddlers were separate from those for older kids/adults. I enjoyed the convenience of ordering food through an app from our table and the pizza was good. The facility was extremely clean and well organized. Pizza was surprisingly tasty. Salad bar looked fresh and well maintained. They do a great job keeping the facility clean considering the amount of activity. Manager was kind and helped with issues on the app.

Manager told me where to go. Over summer pass that I paid for with receipt in hand and refused to honor it. Gave me support number in Texas that never answers.

Ty was awesome and went above and beyond to make our night. Food was alright and my kids had fun, what more could you ask for?

Don't look under or next to the booths?.. it's not pretty. Games are alright, it makes you take time in-between swipes so some games like coin pushers are frustrating to play. Service was great! The person working the counter was super nice and gave my kid some extra stickers.

Went on a Monday at noon, good bit of people there but not packed. Spent $50 and got a large pizza, 4 drinks and 2 cards loaded with unlimited games for 45 minutes. Pizza was good, restroom was clean and Chuck was out a lot. The kids had fun!

I really like this location. The staff is great and do their best to make sure everyone has a great time. They keep it clean which is a huge thing to me. As with most places, they could wipe down often-touched surfaces more often, but I do see them cleaning occasionally. The food is tasty and salad bar always fresh. Sometimes our favorite games are broken and the AC occasionally has trouble keeping up. But overall, it's great!

Rainy days we take our 2 year old to run around and have fun. Pizza is ok, wouldn't recommend the salad bar. The staff is very nice. Spend about 2 hours here.

We arrived not too long after they opened on a Sunday. We were able to access all of the machines for a few hours. The staff was very helpful and it was nice and clean. Definitely will be returning.

Exspensive... The kids had a blast!! ages 2, 6, n 13. I got the $10 play card n 1pizza n wings for $51...He played basketball n loved it. I had a problem but got ot fixed by manager. Some lazy workers . Staff mind should be on safety and fun!! Not hard!! Chill on break time!

I was hesitant to give it a try because I'd heard bad things but I'm so glad we did. The team here does such a good job keeping everything clean and safe and fun. My kids have a great time and I feel comfortable letting them play without me watching them like a hawk.

This place is very different than it was years ago and in a good way! I'm actually looking forward to taking my kiddos back. It was clean, the games were working, and the staff was pleasant and kind. We didn't order anything to eat, so I can't comment on that part.

Attended this place for a birthday party! It is a decent place for kids to enjoy and to have fun with their friends.

My sister and I spent an a couple hours there with my niece. It was so much fun. We played the games, my niece danced with Chuckie cheese! We didn't eat. I guess that when we got her prizes that counts as service, I'm not sure. It's a vague question.

We had our 3 year old son's birthday here last Saturday. We were supposed to have a host during said party. We saw two people at the beginning, when the pizza was brought out, then when she brought the dippin dots. Since the kids are fairly young they were supposed to be brought their drinks. My aunt had my little cousins 3rd birthday party at Go N Bananas. The host there actually helped out a lot more.

Chuck E. Cheese is SO much better now that they offer the "all you can play" specials. Brought my son in today to celebrate a perfect report card and we all had a great time. We will definitely be back!

Disappointing to say the least, half the place is filled with little rides that you would see back in the day outside of the grocery store. The small air hockey table is missing the puck, half the skee ball machines are missing balls, multiple machines are broken or missing parts. It's really sad how far this has gone downhill. We had my daughter's 9th birthday party at C.E.C. The kids had a great time. The All You Can Play feature is great for parties. The management was especially helpful. They were willing to spend their time helping me find my son's phone after he lost it under one of the games. They must have helped look for close to an hour. I would not have found it without their help. They definitely care about their customers. Thank you!

It was a great family time. We were celebrating birthday fun which happened to be on a Wednesday which has all you can play hour for discount. We had a BLAST! The staff were very sociable with us. The greeter ended up complimenting both my ex and I on our appearance outta left field. We'll probably return, but it's going to be a while. Typical arcade games you would expect. I got there an hour to closing. The employees were attentive and kept the place tidy. I'm not sure who had more fun my toddler or us adults. Haha the salad bar was the only thing available at that time. I loved it. Everything was fresh and tasty!

If you can afford it, get the All You Can Play cards for the maximum minutes the first time. If you skimp the first time and your kids want to play longer the combined total will be way more expensive. My son and his friends had a great time.

I wanted to share my experience at Chuck E. Cheese yesterday which was completely?unacceptable. My daughter?s birthday was a mess. Upon arrival I was asked to order my ?pizzas for the party. I ordered?2 large pepperoni and 2 large cheese pizzas. As they called our party over to eat there were 7 pizzas that came out. I said there had to be a mishap because there's only 9 kids. The host Nina then?took two pizzas back. The manager on duty who didn't introduce herself came out aggressive?with the pizzas again.

Pizza, fun and games! We love it here, it's somewhere we go every two weeks at least! Great staff and nice environment.

This is a great place for kids 12 and under. Lots of games for different ages. Was there as a Birthday party so can't say much about cost but my kids had fun. However, the tickets take a while to earn and the pizza seems like frozen pizza they just heated up. That staff was helpful but not obviously not excited about their jobs.

Great place for kids to have fun. They are a little understaffed (who isn't nowadays), but the staff there work very hard and go out of their way to help guests and keep the place clean. We will be back.

Nice selection of games here, also pretty fair pricing compared to some of the other big arcade chains. We've made so many memories here, and say what you want, but the pizza buffet is really good! We also really like the jungle gym, it makes me want to go in myself! Definitely would recommend, especially for kids!

this chuck e cheese is pretty terrible. the staff don't seem to care about the look of the place or the quality of service. pizza orders are consistently wrong, the mouse doesn't come out to greet the kids as often as he should even though it's advertised every hour on the half hour. family tries to give this place the benefit of the doubt as we understand staffing is tough. we've come here almost every weekend the last year. but it looks like it's time to find somewhere else to take the kids.

Had my son?s 3rd Birthday here and he loved it. It seemed pretty clean and the kids loved the pizza. I would not pay to have another birthday here though. It did not seem worth it and I could not even enjoy my time with my kids because the party host kept coming to find me about stupid questions. My brother had a great birthday party on new years day. First of all thanks for being open new years day cause we were really worried little man wouldn't get one cause alot of places were closed. I will start with the good and say it was a clean environment and the pizza was good. But we were disappointed in the customer service. Perfect for little guys and good food

Clean, pretty empty, friendly and attentive staff. It was a great visit for my family. Pizza was good too! Our visit was on a Thursday, late afternoon from 330-530. Closer to 515 more families came in, but it was nowhere near crowded. Everyone spaced out and respected boundaries.

Chuck E. Cheese is where ANYONE can be a kid! We thought our kids (2 of 3 are teenagers) had outgrown this place. We visited to spend the last of old tokens and tickets. When we walked in the door and told them to spend it all, since we wouldn't be coming back, their response (in unison), "But we WANT to come back!" As one child noted, "It's like Dave & Busters but quieter and much cheaper." Certainly, there are a few more differences, but none the less, it is still a great time especially for some families

First time visiting a Chuck E Cheese's. After hearing a lot of not so favorable things, was expecting much worse. It was fairly busy. The staff was pretty unpleasant and unresponsive. My 5 year old enjoys spending a few hours at Chuck E Cheese playing games. It's a nice mid-week distraction for the two of us. Not a fan of their menu but there are some snack options. Look online for all you can play special pricing as it can be pricey for a larger family.

We had a very good time. The place was relatively clean. The line for the prizes was long and we had to wait several minute with various malfunctions, but they were fixed. My 3 year old loved it!

Second time there and loved their pizza. I also like that they changed their coins for cards, so you can play all the games you would like for a certain amount of time. Staff was nice, patient and helpful (I was kind of lost with the change from coins to cards).

After visiting multiple Chuck E. Cheese locations in various states, this one stands out as the best. By far. It is clean, caters to toddlers and kids of all ages, has lovely climbing equipment/tubes and all the games/rides work and look great. The service and food is good and Chuck E always comes out and puts on a show. We love it!

We went for a birthday celebration for our daughter who turned 9 years old. We were told by the General Manager Justin that the oven was "broken" for 1.5 hours. The food is good, the chocolate chip cookie is really good. The salad bar looks fresh. We came as grandparents and our 4 year old grandaughter, our son and daughter in law. Years ago when we brought our children he was never here. The restrooms are clean. We couldn't remember what to do as it was years that we were here and the staff was very helpful.

I asked her if they'd been sitting out long and she told me I could touch them to see. Terribly slow service, took 40 minutes to get a salad. Forgot to bring out the cakes and when asked about it they had to pull out another one because they sat out too long. They claimed to be understaffed when you could see 5 employees eating pizza and talking on the phone..... they get 1 star for the fact that the kids don't know any different and still have fun

Horrible service. We sat for an hour and a half before finally being offered a refund. Watched multiple tables being served their food while waiting on a cheese and a pepperoni pizza. Finally, after the 4th time asking where our food was, we were told a "Mentally Challenged" person was working the kitchen and that he sometimes skips over orders. We were then offered a refund. We will never be returning.

This place is frustrating. No matter how you play the games, you end up with 2-5 tickets max. You need to spend a small fortune in order to get a decent prize. It wouldn't be a problem, but they rope you into these "packages" There are coupons and everything. You buy a package and get all these tokens and your kids think they are going to win some sweet prizes. But, even when I played the games, with the ability and skill of an adult, the max payout is 2-5 tickets. I was pretty disappointed.

Staff here were excellent. Recently took my son here for his 5th birthday. We had so much fun and the staff treated him like a king! We'll be back for sure.

HORRIBLE! Had my son's birthday party here yesterday. Never again! I spent a lot of money and was supposed to have a party host, whom I never saw.. the kids never got their food. My son started to open his gifts and they came over and asked me to have him stop because in ten minutes they were going to sing to him. Yeah, let me make a four year old stop. Was dreading going here remembering issues it had from a decade or more ago. Time can change things. We had a great time. Generally staff is pleasant and accommodating. All the kids had a fun time. Will certainly go back.

We visit this location about once a month and never have any complaints. The kids have a great time and the lunch buffet is a great deal for the whole family. Everyone always leaves happy, full, and ready for a nap!

Terrible terrible place to bring your children. Disgusting. Every single high chair was covered in garbage. Every single one. When I went to go get a rag to clean them, the ONE employee was on her phone doing nothing. Don't go. It's a waste. I promise.
