So went there with the kids tonight had a so so time. After spotting these two in the kitchen as probably not on the clock no one wearing hair nets that's a code violation in its self. Why was they even back there? I get it the Chuck E of ol is dead and gone. The food is even more bland than before. I couldn't be more disappointed in this establishment as I am now. Please get ya act together and act like at least you have common sense.........
Great venue for our now 11 years old birthday party. While some aspects are geared towards a younger age group, we knew and understood that when we reserved it. Our family mix of kids' age group varies, so this was suitable for everyone, while our birthday boy had a great time on all the games. The facility is very clean and was updated in just the last couple of years. All games are new age, updated, and working. The staff was excellent. They were attentive to us parents, keeping us updated on the flow of
I attended a birthday party here and they did a great job! The staff were super nice and did everything from serving the cake to cleaning up. Chuck E cheese was very entertaining as well the kids loved him. They also remodeled since the last time we went , now they have a trampoline area. No shoes allowed on the trampoline socks required, they do provide socks and they are awesome great quality with Chuck E Cheese on them plus non slip rubber pads on the bottom. The pizza was delicious and everything was c
There are far less amusement machines than ever before. The party area has been extended though. Some of the machines do not work and others need some maintenance to make them nice again. The pizza wasn't bad.
First time I have been in awhile. They have some new and updated games. Chucky stills comes out regularly to visit the kids. We did not eat this time, but our kids love the pizza there. There was a game or two not functioning and I did not see any workers in the area. That's to be expected in a game room with kids banging on those machines. I love that you can choose to pay for a time limit instead of per game, works great for a family. Our kids had a blast!!
My daughter loves this place, which is why we go. They need an upgrade on games. She likes the pizza. My husband says it's "like cardboard". It's edible, just not great. I will return, because my daughter loves it. She likes the driving games. She loves Chuck e. He is a great crowd pleaser and every time he comes out he interacts with the kids. They also have a dance floor and just installed a trampoline.
First, the positives: The staff were fantastic. The young lady overseeing the birthday party I attended was a total sweetheart, and seems to genuinely enjoy working with kids. The costumed Chuck E Cheese knew his choreography by heart, and was committed to the role, which I really appreciated. He wasn't afraid to dance! The pizza was better than I expected, comparable to Little Cesar's. All of the machines were in working order, and kept my teens entertained for the duration. Now, the negatives: The soda f
Ghetto as all hell. Half the machines don't work and you basically end up only playing like a total of 4 games. It's super run down and definitely needs work. Won't be returning.
Chuck E. Cheese has changed a lot since I was a kid in the 90s, and mostly in good ways. We went there for my son's birthday recently. Booked their ultimate package (or whatever the top tier is called) for 6 kids. It was a great time! Positives: The staff were great, especially our host, Caroline (at least I think that was her name). Full disclosure: she apparently knows our family through a church, so perhaps we're biased. But I hadn't met her prior to this and she was very professional, supportive, and c
False feeling of safty, some times they stamps people, some times they dont, more often you never get checked once ur heading out if you are with your children. Their excuse for everything is "we are a small store and we dont have enough people to do all the things". Pay for the "Adventure zone" dont waste your time 3/4 of the time they dont even check and they dont care... so save you $15. Food takes for ever and cookies get baked to a crisp. Theres also not many arcades since most of the space is taken by
The Ocala location is pretty cool. Has good machines and all were working!
What a welcoming environment. The staff is great with kids and they go above and beyond to make sure you're having fun! Hands down best Chuck E. Cheese
It's all about timing with this location as it is all CEC locations. If you come right then they open on the weekends, chances are you'll enjoy a pleasant time, as I always do with my daughter. She's 14 now but we go at least once a year since 2010 to have our Sketch picture made. However, if you choose to go on a Friday night or Saturday afternoon, chances are it will be crowded and there will be tons of kids everywhere. I avoid that and am always pleasantly surprised by how clean it is and how helpful an
This is our fourth visit and our last. We go on Sundays. We arrive around 11:30. For most, our 3 year old has fun, we get our max limit of 2 beers and eat some food. Their Sweet Chili wings and cheese pizza are awesome. However, about a quarter of the machines didn't dispense tickets. A handful of the machines were completely off. One machine failed to spit a coin out for the game. So disappointing. When we arrived, trash bins on the floor were covered - not ready for business and there were bags and bags
The wife and I brought our granddaughter here for her 2nd birthday she was surprised and very excited we stayed about an hour and a half very pleasant and clean very friendly staff all the games were clean and operating was not very busy at all we had a great time highly recommended to stop in
Love this place, the staff are great with the kids. This location is always clean and fun. The employees are really good about making sure everyone's stamps get checked prior to leaving. The staff cleans and wipes down everything A LOT . This is one of the only places that your kids can play and not being home a cold after every visit. They also have outlets at every single table so that you can work while your kids play. That's probably the nicest touch of any business and much appreciated!
So the food was meh, we had an issue with our card that had the token or play time on it. When we took it up so the employee could fix it, they added a full hour and some tickets onto it to make up for the inconvenience. I appreciate stuff like that. It's really nice when staff will exceed expectations and go out of their way to make sure your child has a great time!
My granddaughter celebrated her birthday party at this venue. The staff was extremely helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly. They made certain we had all necessary amenities and more.
Didn't eat this time. Granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed her visit playing games and on the trampoline. Atmosphere was casual and relaxed even though it looked a little busy.
I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese since my 34 year old daughter had a party in one when she was 5 y/o. Her son (my grandson) had his 2nd birthday party in this particular one, so I didn't know what to expect. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The young staff was courteous and friendly, which was refreshing. The place was very clean, the food was pretty good and most of the games were age appropriate. Even Chuck was was exceptional. My grandson was hesitant, but eventually warmed up to Chuck. I w
We celebrated my daughters 5th birthday here (her first real birthday party) and we all had a blast. Natalie was our server and she was on top of everything. She checked in with us frequently and was so sweet to my daughter.
We had our son's 7th birthday (01/05/2025) there. The house was clean, and constantly being cleaned. The staff and service was superb. They even accommodated, extra guest for the party. They made games and prizes fair, for all the children in our party. I have no negative comments. Thanks a million.
Great for kids 4-8. Not much here for older kids or toddlers. Most of the things our almost three year old could do were out of service. Pizza is definitely over priced but you know that going in. Kids had a great time which is all that matters. Wednesday they have a special on the hourly bands. Staff was very friendly. Update 2/16/25 I had to come back here to update my review. They've taken away half the small toddler games to put in a trampoline area. It's no bigger than my living room maybe 10x15 and
This Chuck E. Cheese's location exceeded our expectations! The environment was clean, the pizza was really delicious (that garlic crust!), and the staff were friendly and helpful. The games were interactive and kept the kids entertained for hours. Chuck E. Cheese himself made several appearances, getting all the kids dancing and cheering. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it for a fun family outing!
The ?? was perfectly cooked and tasted extremely good. Chuckle was on his fun side and my family had fun. Place was slow when we got there but within an hour it was popping. Need some newer games, is my idea.
My kids absolutely love going to visit Chuck E Cheese. I love it because there are a variety of games and activities that appeal to my 16 year old, 6 year old, and 18 month old.
Chuck E. Cheese has been the biggest disappointment to date of any establishment I have visited. The establishment is annoyingly loud, not loud because of the kids, but loud because of all the background noise. The speakers are blasting music at what I would guess is full volume along with every game in the arcade seems to have its volume jacked up to the max. It is so obnoxiously loud in there, that just exiting the establishment was the best part of the visit. The food was mediocre at best. A pizza, 4
I have been two Saturdays in a row and I just wanted to leave this positive review because both visits were extremely fun and enjoyable. I was surprised today when I noticed how clean the carpeted floor was, because my 1 year old was walking around in socks and by the end they weren't dirty at all. My 5 year old had the best time ever and loved getting a prize with her tickets at the end. My only complaint, food is a little expensive for me. Thanks to all the staff for creating and maintaining a fun and mem
I had fun there! I love the chuck e cheese mouse. He's so cute and good with my friends and me. He don't mind holding one of my babydolls. And I like the games too.
I feel like there isn't much to do at CEC anymore. Some of the games looks like routine maintenance wasn't performed on them. The submarine game was shooting automatically. The trucker game the blinker doesn't work neither does the horn. The pop up mole game is missing a mole and the moles hardly pop up. Also, I know covid happen a while ago and the tunnels had come out to reduce the spreading of the virus and germs but bring them back. The kids love it.
Great game selection and atmosphere. Enjoyable for all ages and I enjoy the play by the minutes option they give too, much better deal!
The games are now paid for with a preloaded card you carry. It is much easier for parents to manage than coins.
Our whole family loves Chuck E. Cheese! The pizza, the games, the character, Everything! This place has been a great place throughout all of the littles' lives. I wish the tubes/slides for the smaller kids were still available to play with, but they kept the rides at least. We will continue to frequent this establishment not only for nostalgic purposes or the fun my kids have but also because the safety precautions i see in place. The way they stamp hands and check before you leave. The way someone is alway
This was going to be a 3 star review because it took over an hour to receive our cheese pizza however the manager demonstrated great problem solving skills about the situation. The cashier was amazing and informative. The facility was clean and slightly full with little consumers. However the custodian was observed cleaning tirelessly
We went to Chuck E Cheese for a birthday party October 2024 and the place looked much better than it had in the past. They have upgraded and added a trampoline area. It cost $8 extra per kid. The staff were friendly and mostly attentive. At one point the party mom needed more drinks and she had to go find someone because she couldn't find her party host. Chuck E Cheese came out two times, once to pass out candy and high 5 everyone, and then the second time to sing and dance with the birthday kids and their
Very expensive for what you get. Some employees are not very helpful. some were, no one around when you really needed something though. Machines out of order...my kiddo and I fixed the skiball ourselves. We swiped the cards to pause the time while having pizza, lost 20 minutes of play because the machine didn't actually pause our time although it confirmed it did. Staff didn't seem to care. The choices of prizes were super questionable. Left very disappointed.
Ordered a pizza. Took 30 minutes to make. Cost $21 and was paper thin and soooooo tiny. Supposed to be a medium 10 slices but was the size of a normal personal pizza! Ridiculous!
It is so much smaller than expected, and the prices are so inflated. The cashier whonassissted me had no idea how to use the coupons. No one was at the door doing safety checks for kids
Staff were nice but several games were out of order. Kids did enjoy their time. They have safety checks at the door which I love that they do.
We had our daughters birthday party there it was perfect worker's werr so nice and just treated her like family made her feel so special.. everyone had a great time . The party package was awesome they got so much stuff played and had so much fun . Made the birthday girl feel like a queen . Didn't have to worry about decorating or food or anything they took care of everything no stress at all will definitely be back ..
Pizza is delicious!! Servers weren't that friendly. And too many people there to really enjoy the experience.
My nephews 6th birthday party was held at this Chuck E. Cheese. We had a blast! This place is HUGE compared to others I've been to. The Pizza is AMAZING. Service was great with the exception of the fact that they only had one person on hand to address issues with machines so it took up a lot of time waiting at a machine where we had won a huge amount of tickets, to get it fixed. They did however, add that time back to our cards for the unlimited play time.
Def Smaller than I remember, but I was also really little. Lol. The girls had alot of fun, it like Dave & Busters Cousin. Haha ?? They also converted using old school tickets (??) into the playcards that keep track of the tickets to use and collect for trade at the counter.
A great place to turn $80 into $.50 in 45 minutes.
Two grown adults on a night out and choose Chuck E. Cheese. Do I regret it- no lol. I had fun. It reminded me of my childhood and the chaos of it all. I think kids need a place to be wild and this is it. Get there energy out especially in a slow town. Keep doing what your doing ??????but I would love more games and being on standby if it breaks down. With bigger pizza portions ??but other than that it is what it is ????
I think all chuck e cheeses are 3 stars at best, so they deserve their own category and this one is above average in that category. My autistic son really wanted to dance with Chuck and that happened, the paper flavored pizza was cooked as well as could be expected, and I like how they got rid of the token system and replaced it with game cards with a time limit. We had exactly one hour of play time, ate some "pizza" and we're out of there!
Food was great as always I love the pizza and also salad bar was amazzziinnnngg
Took my grandson for his birthday. We stayed for 3 hours while he played. Fantastic service
Its alright, I mean no where near as fun as it used to be, and I definitely recommend waiting ill corona is over if your kids like the slides, and ball pit because its gone cause ya know, germs. But I recommend going for some good games
they want to be scammed in a very easy way come buy a small pizza for 17 dolar from chucke cheeses hahahaha
3/19/2023 @ 3:34 I was playing in the machine that pushes the coins and a bunch of coins came down but out of the 20 or more coins that came down only 1 coin made down (giving me another free chance) just one coin out of over 15/20 coins!!! I did recorded part of it,and one employee told me I couldn't record, thus violating my 1st amendment, secondly a lot of Chuck e Cheese game machines don't work, and last but not least we were being charged $212 for 3 hours ( my wife and our twins)I honestly felt like I
The place has gotten very expensive for what you get. Since when do you have to pay extra for their employees to help clean the tables.
Amazing great customer service. The host was so knowledgeable and helpful everyone was kind the place was super clean this is our 3rd year doing events here love it! Chuckecheese went beyond to makesure even the kids that were scared took pictures he was so patient. The food was super fresh and extra tasty.
It was busy, so it was hard to get someone's attention to put more salad in salad bar. But, overall, great!
My grandsons 6 birthday party was the best birthday. He had a great time at Chucky E Cheese with all his cousins and family. He got 2 hours to play and had pizza and cake and ice cream and got lots of presents. The girls was very helpful with the party and did an excellent job. Thank you for making my grandson Brantleys birthday to special.
A good bit of the machines were down, and prices are a bit high, but the kids had a blast, and that's what matters most ??
Many of the games didn't work. Some rude kids just pushing other kids away from machines. Very few staff available, the amount of tickets is ridiculous for the amount of what you can use the tickets for, my grandson had over 500 tickets and got two things of junk items. The girl behind the counter didnt ever calculate the amount she said your done with getting these two junk items. Extremely loud in the place. Not enough space for all that's going on in the facility. Seems to be all about the money in my o
We love Chuck.E Cheese. This was the first year we bought the summer pass. My girls have so much fun here. Chuck E Cheese is a great value and the staff is welcoming.
Always a great time here! The Manager (can't remember her name) was very friendly too when helping my kids pick out their prizes. Will return again soon!
BBQ chicken pizza was actually good. Good job Chuck E. Cheese
THE OLDER LADY HELPING CUSTOMERS IS VERY RUDE, SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
My sons 3rd birthday was excellent! The staff made his day! The only Thing he disliked was not having more time to dance under the lights lol
First time going to this one in Florida. Seen that you charge after you know what for everything $12 $13 for a salad bar. Are you kidding me and you don't even have that much on it. And I spend $150 plus and I still have to pay for a trampoline. You were by no means hurting for money. Very disappointing.
We had a great time Maddy was super awesome as a host!! We did however miss the old school breadsticks they no longer have. Also BRING BACK THE ANIMATRONICS!!
What a great way to spend the afternoon! My great grandson is 4 and loves going there. The pizza is ok, but the games keep him busy for several hours and my young adult grandchildren enjoyed it more than I think they wanted to admit
Great experience are family had so much fun games, prizes dancing with chucky pizza & cake good idea for a birthday
Took my son on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn't overcrowded, it's a big location with a lot of games. It was very clean including the bathrooms and the two women at the front were nice and attentive. They have an LED dance pad by the tables that's cool besides the regular games. It's definitely one of the nicest Chuck E. Cheese?s I've been to and I've been to a lot. I'd come back again, and recommend it for parties.
Great place to bring your kids.
Best Chuck E Cheese day ever! So clean, so yummy & excellent service!! Plus we got the most tickets ever!!
My kids loved it although I am used to a bigger size..we have gone about 8 times and they love the prizes, chucke and the pizza
I loathe children, but had to go to a birthday party. So, begrudgingly, for what it is. The food is better than expected, the servers were good, they do have beer to take your mind off all the children.
We had the pleasure to get the Summer Fun Pass for my niece and nephew. We had so much fun all summer, we didn't want the fun to end so we booked an end-of-summer party. We had an amazing time! This location is super clean, the food was delicious, and the games were great. It was safe, clean, and fun. Veronica, Erika, Amy, Stasia, Jaylin, the young gentleman at the ticket counter, and several other girls have been so kind, nice, and professional all summer long and this party really put it over the top! Maj
Great place for a kids birthday party. This 8 year old had a blast! Great service!
Friendly employees... Clean environment. The kids had a great time. A couple of the games weren't working though and one was out of tickets.
My grandchildren enjoy playing games and dancing with Chuck E. Cheese. It's lots of fun and they enjoy the trampoline also.
Luv taking my grandkid they she luvs it. Just like she luvs pizza. We ordered when we came in they give u a numberand u select a table to place, number on. When ur order is ready they look for ur number on table andleave, the food there while ur playing games. U can see from a distance that food has arrived. Then I got a special. They offered 2 months of 40 games for $50 bucks. U can go everyday if u want. Or 4 times a week for the next 2 months. It was great.
Didn't try the food but its a good experience for your kids. I went here with some family and were all over 18, as a nostalgic trip but wasn't worth it for us.
Needs to be cleaner. Attitude of employees is lacking. Prices are way too expensive.
We love coming here! The kids always have a great time! It's clean and the staff is helpful. Just had my sons 4th birthday party and it was a success. Bianca was our coordinator and she was amazing. We were lucky to have her. Chuck E. Cheese rocks!
A great clean, safe, fun and exciting place for children to play and eat. Our first visit here to bring our great niece 12 years old and great nephew 8. They really enjoyed the variety of games.
Pizza is really good just a little on the pricey side. Games were fun and Chucky was awesome as well. Great place to bring the kids and eat ??
Its Chuck E. Cheese, so you get what you expect. Food was better than what youd expect from a place with a giant rat. Service was awesome. The young folks working her cared about giving the kids a good experience. I really only marked it down for atmosphere cause there are not animatronics. Its just not the same, and with all the rude little monsters running around, I know the establishment cant fix that but I just dont like it with out the animatronics from the past.
We bought the 45 minutes card option, two grand baby's and three adults and we will do it again!
My grandbaby loved the trampoline section and of Chuck E.
We didn't eat. My granddaughter had the best time playing the games. I like not having to worry about having enough tokens to play. She understood that she had a time limit and there were no tantrums when it was time to leave. It was great and we will be going back with more of the kids.
I have to say I was honestly impressed. It has been years since I've been so when we were invited to a birthday party I was expecting the worst. I was highly impressed with the remodel that they've done and all my kids (7,6&17 months) had a blast! I do wish they would allow you to keep your play points, I feel like It would encourage people to come back and also add a few more games for the litte kids but it was still a good time. The workers were extremely friendly and chucky was full of energy and really
My nephew had his son's 5th birthday here and the kids had a blast. They had 5 birthdays and the staff was awesome. They were very attentative to each child and manage to combine one big bash with chuckle the mouse. Great job would definitely recommend.
We had a birthday party today for my 16 year old daughter. The ladies were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Our hostess/server Jaylnn (sorry if I didn't spell it right) was professional and fun. She made my daughters day!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
