So went there with the kids tonight had a so so time. After spotting these two in the kitchen as probably not on the clock no one wearing hair nets that's a code violation in its self. Why was they even back there? I get it the Chuck E of ol is dead and gone. The food is even more bland than before. I couldn't be more disappointed in this establishment as I am now. Please get ya act together and act like at least you have common sense.........

Great venue for our now 11 years old birthday party. While some aspects are geared towards a younger age group, we knew and understood that when we reserved it. I attended a birthday party here and they did a great job! The staff were super nice and did everything from serving the cake to cleaning up. There are far less amusement machines than ever before. The party area has been extended though. Some of the machines do not work and others need some maintenance to make them nice again. The pizza wasn't bad.

First time I have been in awhile. They have some new and updated games. Chucky stills comes out regularly to visit the kids. We did not eat this time, but our kids love the pizza there. There was a game or two not functioning and I did not see any workers in the area. That's to be expected in a game room with kids banging on those machines. I love that you can choose to pay for a time limit instead of per game, works great for a family. Our kids had a blast!!

My daughter loves this place, which is why we go. They need an upgrade on games. She likes the pizza. My husband says it's "like cardboard". It's edible, just not great. False feeling of safty, some times they stamps people, some times they dont, more often you never get checked once ur heading out if you are with your children. Their excuse for everything is "we are a small store and we dont have enough people to do all the things". It's all about timing with this location as it is all CEC locations. If you come right then they open on the weekends, chances are you'll enjoy a pleasant time, as I always do with my daughter. She's 14 now but we go at least once a year since 2010 to have our Sketch picture made. This is our fourth visit and our last. We go on Sundays. We arrive around 11:30. For most, our 3 year old has fun, we get our max limit of 2 beers and eat some food. Their Sweet Chili wings and cheese pizza are awesome. However, about a quarter of the machines didn't dispense tickets. A handful of the machines were completely off. The wife and I brought our granddaughter here for her 2nd birthday she was surprised and very excited we stayed about an hour and a half very pleasant and clean very friendly staff all the games were clean and operating was not very busy at all we had a great time highly recommended to stop in

Love this place, the staff are great with the kids. This location is always clean and fun. The employees are really good about making sure everyone's stamps get checked prior to leaving. The staff cleans and wipes down everything A LOT . This is one of the only places that your kids can play and not being home a cold after every visit. They also have outlets at every single table so that you can work while your kids play. That's probably the nicest touch of any business and much appreciated!

So the food was meh, we had an issue with our card that had the token or play time on it. When we took it up so the employee could fix it, they added a full hour and some tickets onto it to make up for the inconvenience. I appreciate stuff like that. It's really nice when staff will exceed expectations and go out of their way to make sure your child has a great time!

My granddaughter celebrated her birthday party at this venue. The staff was extremely helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly. They made certain we had all necessary amenities and more.

We had our son's 7th birthday (01/05/2025) there. The house was clean, and constantly being cleaned. The staff and service was superb. They even accommodated, extra guest for the party. This Chuck E. Cheese's location exceeded our expectations! The environment was clean, the pizza was really delicious (that garlic crust!), and the staff were friendly and helpful. The games were interactive and kept the kids entertained for hours. Chuck E. Cheese himself made several appearances, getting all the kids dancing and cheering. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it for a fun family outing!

Chuck E. Cheese has been the biggest disappointment to date of any establishment I have visited. I have been two Saturdays in a row and I just wanted to leave this positive review because both visits were extremely fun and enjoyable. I was surprised today when I noticed how clean the carpeted floor was, because my 1 year old was walking around in socks and by the end they weren't dirty at all. I feel like there isn't much to do at CEC anymore. Some of the games looks like routine maintenance wasn't performed on them. The submarine game was shooting automatically. The trucker game the blinker doesn't work neither does the horn. The pop up mole game is missing a mole and the moles hardly pop up. Also, I know covid happen a while ago and the tunnels had come out to reduce the spreading of the virus and germs but bring them back. The kids love it.

Very expensive for what you get. Some employees are not very helpful. some were, no one around when you really needed something though. We had our daughters birthday party there it was perfect worker's werr so nice and just treated her like family made her feel so special.. everyone had a great time . My nephews 6th birthday party was held at this Chuck E. Cheese. We had a blast! This place is HUGE compared to others I've been to. The Pizza is AMAZING. Service was great with the exception of the fact that they only had one person on hand to address issues with machines so it took up a lot of time waiting at a machine where we had won a huge amount of tickets, to get it fixed. They did however, add that time back to our cards for the unlimited play time.

Def Smaller than I remember, but I was also really little. Lol. The girls had alot of fun, it like Dave & Busters Cousin. Haha ?? They also converted using old school tickets (??) into the playcards that keep track of the tickets to use and collect for trade at the counter.

Two grown adults on a night out and choose Chuck E. Cheese. Do I regret it- no lol. I had fun. It reminded me of my childhood and the chaos of it all. I think all chuck e cheeses are 3 stars at best, so they deserve their own category and this one is above average in that category. My autistic son really wanted to dance with Chuck and that happened, the paper flavored pizza was cooked as well as could be expected, and I like how they got rid of the token system and replaced it with game cards with a time limit. We had exactly one hour of play time, ate some "pizza" and we're out of there!

Amazing great customer service. The host was so knowledgeable and helpful everyone was kind the place was super clean this is our 3rd year doing events here love it! Chuckecheese went beyond to makesure even the kids that were scared took pictures he was so patient. The food was super fresh and extra tasty.

Many of the games didn't work. Some rude kids just pushing other kids away from machines. First time going to this one in Florida. Seen that you charge after you know what for everything $12 $13 for a salad bar. Are you kidding me and you don't even have that much on it. And I spend $150 plus and I still have to pay for a trampoline. You were by no means hurting for money. Very disappointing.

Took my son on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn't overcrowded, it's a big location with a lot of games. It was very clean including the bathrooms and the two women at the front were nice and attentive. They have an LED dance pad by the tables that's cool besides the regular games. It's definitely one of the nicest Chuck E. Cheese?s I've been to and I've been to a lot. I'd come back again, and recommend it for parties.

Its Chuck E. Cheese, so you get what you expect. Food was better than what youd expect from a place with a giant rat. Service was awesome. The young folks working her cared about giving the kids a good experience. I really only marked it down for atmosphere cause there are not animatronics. Its just not the same, and with all the rude little monsters running around, I know the establishment cant fix that but I just dont like it with out the animatronics from the past.

We had a birthday party today for my 16 year old daughter. The ladies were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Our hostess/server Jaylnn (sorry if I didn't spell it right) was professional and fun. She made my daughters day!
