Customer Reviews

Love their new jump/ jungle gym area. Great price to be able to use it. My kids no longer play the games they spend endless hours just jumping about. The pizza is yummy. We also enjoy their events

Great place to take the kids ! I've been going to Chuckie Cheese Restaurant & Play Center since I was six years old and now I get to take my six year old daughter and nieces to enjoy games, pizza, prizes and more

We had a wonderful time here! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The team was constantly cleaning the rides and games which I really appreciated. The manager was active on the floor checking in with guests during our entire time there. He was amazing! Food was tasty- wings were surprisingly good. Would recommend this site!

Who doesn't love Chuck e cheese.. Pizza was good. 'Better than dominoes' I over heard. Was baes guest for a bday party. Pizza had cheese filled dough. Highly recommend . Chicken wings were ok. .

It's exactly what you would expect for a Sunday afternoon kids birthday party. Overcrowding is not only dangerous but uncomfortable for all patrons. Alot of games were not functioning properly. I will close this review with stating that the customer service and employees were great.

Staff consistently forgets about Sensory Sunday. As a result, I have to wait for an hour outside the facility. Since they are understaffed, we are unable to use the trampoline zone.

Management is on point - staff is friendly and patient. Food - The is great - pizza ?? is a recommended part of the experience (even when I was a kid) Service- Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about products and promotions (Check them out ask & save $) It can get hot inside when it's packed (weekends) Everytime my family has visited this location it has been a great experience even on the packed days! Keep up the great work, we appreciate ?? ?? yall.

This location has had a SERIOUS glow up in the past 1.5 years and my 4 year old, hubby and I are all about it. Their food is on the pricier side, but tbh - it's to be expected. The pizza here is actually solid arcade/bowling alley type pizza. First time I tried it I remember telling my husband that this pizza had NO RIGHT being this damn enjoyable?it was also probably really enjoyable because I had a great view of my daughter safely having the time of her little life. Lots of fun little rides here for the

First time here. I was total unaware about everything. Whoever was working at the front desk - lady was super nice. She helped me understand about the card and how to use it. It just nice to know someone like that working at the front desk and helping people specially nowadays. We enjoyed it and it was very spacious.

It is a small place but great for kids. We really enjoyed our time there and having lunch (pizza ??, ??and mozzarella sticks, Juice ?? ) And Chuck E. Cheese come every while. Everything was fine and we have a lot of fun except the lady who brings the food for us, unfortunately she was in a very bad mood ??she disrespect me and shout on my face and never smiled.

Food far better than would be expected for a kid's place. Video games not too expensive, with only a few out-of-order. Live and animatronic entertainment for children. Cleanliness is an issue on which the franchise is working, though staff is scarce.

Great place to take my children, well the only place to take your kids, This location has change so much over the last 20 years it actually got better, it's no longer "Getto" My children love it it was very sad when the play tubes where taken down...again this is due to inept parents and huge undisciplined kids who where and used to cause problems. I stop coming to this location for several years but now it has gotten better then before. The Staff are excellent very professional and they do cater to you

This place is terrible the pizza was nasty kids walking up and touching the stuff for the salad could barely get help I DONT RECOMMEND ANY ONE GOING HERE

It's a nice and fun place to be. Personally I didn't like how loud it was, but that was to be expected when you have hundreds of little kids running around. The food was decent and the games were mostly enjoyable. I would recommend going over there for your child's birthday. It's a fun environment to be in.

Sucks place to take the kids to have fun it was a nightmare we order a pizza personal we order with the buzz table service they never delivered on the table plus that the kids play run out time and points bullshit nacer again go there olso we go ask about the pizza and they told me go to the kitchen window the staff told me you order came in 3 minutes after 10 more minutes we asked what happen with my pizza order other staff employee told me you order it's there for more than 30 minutes she told me you whan

I celebrated my birthday here and it was an absolute horrible experience with their party manager Yasmin. I booked a 2 hour party, and we had minors. Yasmin said that every minor must have their own guardian which was the first time I ever heard that. ESPECIALLY when there was one parent with 2 kids there. She was giving us so many problems and REFUSED to give her corporates number although the corporate is the one that spoke to me. Yasmin wasted almost an hour of my play time and we only spend half the tim

I never left any reviews here but now I feel like I have to! Chose a different Chuck E. Cheese to attend! This one is managed horribly! I attended a party here and we were met with a party manager on 12/02/2024 at 7:30pm she said her name is Yasmin. She refused to give us a corporate name, spoke aggressively when she was spoken with kindly. She never seemed to try and help and instead she wanted to be ?correct?. Called the cops and escalated everything !!! The birthday girl lost half of her booked reservati

I give it 5 stars for our experience today. It was empty, staff was friendly and patient. We got a great deal because it's a Wednesday so my son got a 1hr unlimited play card for $14. Most games were working well and those that were down were assessed promptly by the staff. Food is always decent here as well and restrooms clean.

The place is good to have fun, but to eat I don't recommend it's a scam, I paid $76 including the 45min card and for this food look at the photos, a disappointment,

Grandkids love the place. Girl at desk was not very pleasant when we were checking in.

Ive visited here more than 10 times. I think it's an okay place.... but they can do much better service. Specially the counter .... always have big lines, sometimes works very slow. Stuff Could be more friendly.

My second time here at this particular Chuck E.Cheese in Queens New York.Had birthday ?? for both my son's ,10yrs old and 5 yrs old.Ordered pizza ,4 different kinds, buffalo wings,4 different kinds also.Kids all ate ,and they are all playing games at the amusement area with their cousins and friends. Now time for me to sit back and relax.Let them have their fun.

DO NOT EAT or PLAY HERE! Not only did they ruin my sons birthday party. I think they tampered with all of the food I ordered for the party because of all the complaining I did about our worst birthday party experience ever. My ENTIRE party who attended on 4/10/22 is now violently sick right now with food poisoning and everyone ate here! They're all having to go to the hospital. Stay away from this location! Seriously something is wrong if everyone is getting sick like this. They likely did this on purpose.

We had a birthday party for my son here. The place is clean but short staffed. The staff working were courteous and gracious but overworked and wrought! They didn't have chicken as topping for the pizza and they ran out of spoons during the party due to which the kids had to eat dipping dots ice cream using forks!

The place is amazing. The chicken wings and pizza are delicious. A great place for family weekend and gatherings.

The air condition is still provided by a few portable machines. It's hot once you reach the back where the smaller kids have games. Don't know if higher ups even have a plan to fix it or maybe they're closing? Bathrooms are nicely cold though! Average game choices not as many to bank e-tickets on. Too bad the Avengers game isn't here it's our favorite. The photo booth is cute, better than the sketch one. Skee ball sometimes registers slowly and we end up with odd number of balls. They get stuck in the bot

This Chuck E. Cheese gets wayyyyy too crowded on weekends. The prices are also a bit insane; I paid close to 80 dollars(!!!!) for 2 medium pizzas(one plain and one pepperoni), 4 soft drinks, and 1 hour of unlimited play. The only thing I liked about the place is that you no longer pay per game, but instead get unlimited play for a pre-set time. The problem, however, is that this causes people to just shamelessly sit at one game and not budge. I thought it was awesome that you could take unlimited photos in

So 2 issues. First, they allow adults not accompanying children to come in and play games. Why would an adult want to go to a childrens place for games? I could understand if it was a group of special needs adults. They dont have that mentality. Your children have to be at your hip because you dont know if someone (unaccompanying a child) will try to run out with your child. If they have a weapon no one can stop them. It raises high red flags. Kidnapping is real and it doesnt matter if you are a man/woman.

Jasmine was a spectacular host. She was so attentive to our party and made sure the birthday girl had a special birthday. She accommodated our needs and went about and beyond. Only con about this location was that the AC was broken and the temporary was not enough to cool down the location. Otherwise it's an awesome location and we will all be back!

Terrible location. The customer service is the worst, nobody that works there has urgency to the customer. I waited more than an hour for my food order, I went up to the counter 3 times and asked why was my order taking so long, they said my food was coming, until I had enough and went to the counter one last time to find out from the cook that she hadn't put my order in because she said she didn't get the receipt. There was also no AC and the place was so hot. The kids were sweating. Forget about the bathr

AMAZING place to have a birthday party ! i met with the party manager Jasmine she was amazing and very helpful had 3 parties at the same time ! made sure everyone had a great experience

We went on a Monday afternoon, 2 pm. There was only one other person with their kid there. I've never seen it that empty before. I have been to a chuck e cheese since before the pandemic, so it's been some time... They have some new game machines and some of the old. The little kids section had some changes. The games for them were kind of boring, in my opinion. The playground they had is gone and has been replaced by a trampoline. Only 10 kids at a time and you have to pay extra, I think $10 and they give

Place is clean, pizza is good, kids have fun, is a cool place to come with the whole family, but bring money because even with coupons is expensive.

Nice place for kids. Weekends are over crowded. Restrooms are clean.

We have been to this Chuck E Cheese 3 times in the last 3 weeks... and it's all due to the refreshed space, games, and incredible service! The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and energetic; the space is clean, and ordering food was seamless. Kids had a blast and we look forward to coming in more often. During one visit, the online ordering wasn't working but no biggie - I ordered at the front. It really was the great and friendly service (plus games and clean space, of course) that make this a must-vi

All games are for toddlers, too boring said my son who is 8.

The place was dirty. The bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor and papers in the garbage. They clean it for the entire 3 hours of our stay. It was so bad the toilet paper somehow reached the dance floor. If their bathroom and play area is this dirty I wonder about the kitchen.

It was fun, Food is delicious. Great place For kid?s birthday party. But Some attraction does not working, The manager taking care of customer well but it taking forever if i want to get point reward after done all game.

Affordable place. However, they do QR codes where you order your food online. On the table it says ?We bring your food to you? They do not. We waited over 1 hour to find out the pizza was sitting on the counter the entire time. Their QR service does not tell you when the order is ready and no one comes to you. Don't expect prompt services.. which I should have expected because it's Chuck E. Cheese lol. The place also looks abandoned and smells old. Place should be closed or renovated. Escalators don't work

Fun with family but food sucks and staff are nowhere to be found

Mostly just for kids aged 10 and under. I went here a couple days ago and honestly it was a much more different vibe when you're older. I bought a Groupon which entitled me to play for 1 hour unlimited games and I managed to get through every game in less time than that. Some of the games are classics like basketball hoops, pink panther on the run, soccer scoring Simpsons etc and others not so much like crossbow shooting, doodle jump and the flying stuntman. Skeeball and drop the red balls in the container

Our experience with Jason an Melody Was the most fun I had in years. IAM a 55 year old man That had a Party at Chucky cheese For my birthday. Amazing

I celebrated my daughter second birthday we had a blast everything came out the way I wanted but one person really stood out the party host Empress! She was super attentive always checking in I needed a couple extra things and she was on it I really appreciate her help planning a birthday party is already hard enough but she definitely took the stress off thank you for your awesome service and thank you for helping me clean up! Will be back for sure

They have ruined the Chuck E. Cheese experience. No obstacle course, no gold coin filled little plastic cups, no tickets everywhere.. it used to be fun children and adults alike. I have no desire to return.

Celebrated my great nephew Tyler 1st birthday had an awesome time with the kids. Everything was on point but a little overpriced and crazy packed.

there are always bdays happening so dont expect your food to take priority over the group orders. it can be about an hour for a pizza. pizza was good though. staff were nice enough, but you're mostly on your own here. brought 5yo son, he did everything and got bored after. i'd say 10 or 20 bucks is enough this place is not the chuck-e-cheese of your millennial childhood. it is an office floor, with grey carpet and some arcade machines.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful! I like that there are staff all over the place keeping the place clean, and helping people out. The food is great. I love that they upgraded to digital tickets! Last time I was there was when I was a kid with the tokens! So it was amazing to see my favorite childhood place be so modernized. It really was a great experience with my children. The games are great. There were some out of order though. I wish they had a bit more games and that they were bette

I'm so disappointed with the new Chuck E. Cheese . Honestly, I miss the stinky feet smell, the sweat and the tickets everywhere . I miss the obstacle course they use to have . all fun is gone. Prices are insane . I spent almost $80 today. Not worth it at all. Pizza still good but nothing else . I'm grateful for Those times in the 00s where it was really FUN.

Wonderful clean environment for kids. My daughter loves the live dance floor with Chuckie.

We celebrated my son's birthday there. The staff was friendly and attentive. The place was very clean and not so crowded. They made it possible for the character to come out and sing happy Birthday with us to my son. That definitely made his day.

Great place! Nicolas helped us out allot. Very responsible young man! Thank you!!! A/C needs to be fixed. I work in havoc, I know it was not on.

James the manager made our experience really awesome. He was very nice and also made sure our experience was organized, fun, and flawless. Thank you James and to the rest of the team for an awesome birthday for my son!

Always a great time here. You could always complain about something but machines are expected to be broken sometimes (like in all arcades) so that doesn't warrant a low score from me. Always clean, staff is helpful and food is good. My son loves it!

Such a fun experience for all ages! I had my birthday party here last year and the staff was extremely sweet, helpful, and gave me more than what I had asked. Everyone had an amazing time. This has been an amazing location for my family since I was young.

Lazy and unthoughtful people you go in for and job a never hear back unprofessional

Special thank you to Empress, she was an amazing party hostess! Super attentive and so kind. The kids and adults had a great time. Highly recommend hosting kids birthday parties at this location.

My kids favorite place to go to!!!! The lady who works there is always so nice and kind. Very clean place and the staffs are always making sure to disinfect every now and then. Staffs are always amazing. Of course their pizzas are the best and my kids loves it. My kids always have a blast when they go here. Worth every penny!

Fun place & clean.. not crazy amount of games but kids definitely had a blast.. they told us they'll be adding new attraction this weekend so kind of excited to see how it is.

A place i used to come to as a kid and a place where I brought my younger sister. It has a vintage vibe, mostly because it never really changed over the years. Its small so if you just planning to do a quick play and have some food then this is the place, besides that I wouldn't recommend staying for more then an hour honestly. The food is great and it gets served quickly.

Much more fun for children than adults, as intended. Most staff were uninterested teens, but Slava was so kind and helpful she brought the score up to 4 stars.

This place is packed and the AC is not functioning. It's incredibly unsafe but it's just business as usual. Even the staff knows it's unsafe, but corporate offices haven't done anything about it. Health and safety mean nothing here.

Not too many games and a lot of the games were not working. It is very small and you have to buy a separate tickets in order for.the kids to go I side the trampoline or bounce area.

Had my sons 8th birthday here and it was soooo good for the price! We all actually loved the pizza, the kids got unlimited game time for 2 hours, and chucky came out to hand l hang. Extra bonus was lots of extra tickets they gave the birthday boy, so he eas able to get a really cool prize from the prize wall. I highly recommend!

It's a Chuck E Cheese. Pizza was good but took so long to come out. Games are sufficient for the kiddos however many of them were broken and did not have clear signage it was out of order so many times you wouldn't realize until after you used your credit. It was crowded but not packed despite there being 4 birthdays booked. Honestly if not for my son being invited there, we would never have gone.

Really had gone downhill from the memories of when i was a kid. They have many of the same games and dust from back then. However the new attitudes from the workers there are unneeded to deal with at a location for children. They tried to get away with doing the bare minimum and they couldn't even put out fresh salad or ensure it was clean or take out the rotten pieces

This is the worse chuck e cheese. Their will be 3 employees behind the register but only 1 register in use with a extremely long line. Many machines dont work & nobody's even trying to fix them & this location doesn't have many games as their is & the bathroom is always dirty. They have toys your kids pick for prizes in the showcase but when you ask for them they dont have most of them in stock. Today is the last time i will go to that location

This place is still super clean with friendly staff very accommodating to their customers and kids of all ages. Lots of fun kid activities and prizes to be won. I really enjoyed myself and am very appreciative of my time spent there.

I love the Location as there is a lot of free parking available and that's one less thing to worry about when you're hauling around a bunch of kids. This location is very clean, includes friendly staff members and very diverse. The food was really good but the games are fewer than the other location I sued to frequent especially for toddlers. Would be visiting again soon.

I went yesterday with my six years old daughter! We only paid $15 for unlimited play. We had so much fun and we are looking forward for going again next week!!! We were surprised that all the games were working and the place was clean and organized!!!! Huge difference between now and 2 years ago! We will come back

Half the machines in here don't work. Food takes long for it to just be cold. The one in Flushing is more spacious with one or two machines not functioning. All in all I can't believe it's still in business, I prefer Dave n Busters for my 5 year old any day.

Half the machines don't work (the staff know the machines don't work) the place is run by 16 year Old's who don't have a clue what they're doing. There was a huge crowd at the prize section because literally none of the staff knew what they were doing and were taking forever to assist anyone. My 3 year old niece (who's birthday it was) wanted this miniature cat toy worth 500 tickets, she had 200, we told them we would pay the difference, they literally took like 10 minutes to figure out what the difference

Great place to take the kiddos!!

Place is clean and great .. Food is great but takes to long tpnbe prepared .. I feel like chuck e doesnt come out as pften as brooklyn and staten island location.. Not sure if understaffed maybe new management needed ..

They've refurbished the game areas and almost all games were up & running. Kids had a great time. However I wouldn't recommend their party services as quite disorganized (thus only 3 stars).

I went on a Sunday afternoon. It was quiet and clean. My kids had a blast. Room for everyone to run and play with everything. A few of the machines were out of order which was disappointing.

So the pizzas still good. The food is decent. This is why I didn't give it one star. Figured I'd start with the positives. But I threw a little party for my daughter at this location in the middle of the week 5 kids only. The hostess was difficult to find during most of the party. The location wasn't very populated with people eating food so we were confused when the food came out late. I had to get up several times to ask for utensils and plates and was given looks by the girl behind the counter like I w

You don't go to C.E.C. For the food or service--you go for your kid to have fun and boy did these 5 6 year olds have a blast. The facility was clean, easy to get to and generally empty!

UPDATED REVIEW: We have been coming to Chuck E. Cheese for a few years and it's literally my daughter?s favorite place; she says it's better than disneyworld. This year she asked to have her birthday party here and we agreed! We are SO happy we did because she had the best day of her life! The staff truly made this party a dream-they took care of EVERYTHING and were on top of it all-organized, efficient and most importantly, kind. The team was truly exceptional; they made sure my guests were taken care of a

Fun place to bring your kids

I was trying to let my little sister in. They asked for a vaccine for a 5 year old young girl who does not live in NYC and is here for vacation. I am vaccinated and showed them the vaccine but they won't let my little sister in because of her vaccination. I understand you need to be vaccinated to enter this business. But sometimes you have to understand that not everyone is going give the vaccine for little kids. I was frustrated because she does not live in the city and I just wanted to give her a good tim

I usually got my kids there,is safe, friendly. The bathrooms are neat and clean. And the food always hot and fresh. Love the pizza with cheese in the crust. And the wings plate. No si happy, about the beers sale,is a kids place for me personally.

Amazing air conditioner doesn't work so they have portable air Conditioner that don't work good. Staff says it been going on for week's and the have to work in these conditions #chuckiecheese

Some of the arcade games felt like they had seen their fair share of wear and needed to be replaced, but overall it was a very wholesome experience with the children. Staff was friendly and helpful in our little birthday party.

Yes the kids had fun but this place needs some love. First thing I see is the B on the door, which made me not want the salad bar. Second, the staff needs to be happier, especially if they are working with kids. This included Chuck, who came out and didn't even dance. Third, the games are outdated, still giving out tickets instead of putting on a card. With all that said, I would still go, because it is convenient and safe for the kids. Corporate Chuck E. Cheese made sure the games are not violent and age a

Fernanda is the worse manager/employee I have ever witnessed run Chuck E. Cheese if this place actually had any sense she should not have a manager title I would like to think Chuck e cheese is a family oriented place and based off her demeanor she shouldn't be around a work environment that involves being around people

Games are great. Some machines don't take cards. Cashier who takes food orders took way too long while I was carrying heavy baby. A machine was out of tickets so guy who fills them up gave us a few extra. Pizza is super small. I ordered the large and it was still tiny. Still hungry.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
