Love their new jump/ jungle gym area. Great price to be able to use it. My kids no longer play the games they spend endless hours just jumping about. The pizza is yummy. We also enjoy their events

We had a wonderful time here! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The team was constantly cleaning the rides and games which I really appreciated. The manager was active on the floor checking in with guests during our entire time there. He was amazing! Food was tasty- wings were surprisingly good. Would recommend this site!

It's exactly what you would expect for a Sunday afternoon kids birthday party. Overcrowding is not only dangerous but uncomfortable for all patrons. Alot of games were not functioning properly. I will close this review with stating that the customer service and employees were great.

Staff consistently forgets about Sensory Sunday. As a result, I have to wait for an hour outside the facility. Since they are understaffed, we are unable to use the trampoline zone.

Management is on point - staff is friendly and patient. This location has had a SERIOUS glow up in the past 1.5 years and my 4 year old, hubby and I are all about it. Their food is on the pricier side, but tbh - it's to be expected. First time here. I was total unaware about everything. Whoever was working at the front desk - lady was super nice. She helped me understand about the card and how to use it. It just nice to know someone like that working at the front desk and helping people specially nowadays. We enjoyed it and it was very spacious.

It's a nice and fun place to be. Personally I didn't like how loud it was, but that was to be expected when you have hundreds of little kids running around. I celebrated my birthday here and it was an absolute horrible experience with their party manager Yasmin. I booked a 2 hour party, and we had minors. I give it 5 stars for our experience today. It was empty, staff was friendly and patient. We got a great deal because it's a Wednesday so my son got a 1hr unlimited play card for $14. Most games were working well and those that were down were assessed promptly by the staff. Food is always decent here as well and restrooms clean.

I think they tampered with all of the food I ordered for the party because of all the complaining I did about our worst birthday party experience ever. My ENTIRE party who attended on 4/10/22 is now violently sick right now with food poisoning and everyone ate here! They're all having to go to the hospital. Stay away from this location! We had a birthday party for my son here. The place is clean but short staffed. The staff working were courteous and gracious but overworked and wrought! They didn't have chicken as topping for the pizza and they ran out of spoons during the party due to which the kids had to eat dipping dots ice cream using forks!

The prices are also a bit insane; I paid close to 80 dollars(!!!!) for 2 medium pizzas(one plain and one pepperoni), 4 soft drinks, and 1 hour of unlimited play. So 2 issues. First, they allow adults not accompanying children to come in and play games. Why would an adult want to go to a childrens place for games? I could understand if it was a group of special needs adults. They dont have that mentality. Your children have to be at your hip because you dont know if someone (unaccompanying a child) will try to run out with your child. If they have a weapon no one can stop them. It raises high red flags. Kidnapping is real and it doesnt matter if you are a man/woman.

Jasmine was a spectacular host. She was so attentive to our party and made sure the birthday girl had a special birthday. She accommodated our needs and went about and beyond. Only con about this location was that the AC was broken and the temporary was not enough to cool down the location. Otherwise it's an awesome location and we will all be back!

The place was dirty. The bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor and papers in the garbage. They clean it for the entire 3 hours of our stay. It was so bad the toilet paper somehow reached the dance floor. If their bathroom and play area is this dirty I wonder about the kitchen.

Mostly just for kids aged 10 and under. I went here a couple days ago and honestly it was a much more different vibe when you're older. I bought a Groupon which entitled me to play for 1 hour unlimited games and I managed to get through every game in less time than that. A place i used to come to as a kid and a place where I brought my younger sister. It has a vintage vibe, mostly because it never really changed over the years. Its small so if you just planning to do a quick play and have some food then this is the place, besides that I wouldn't recommend staying for more then an hour honestly. The food is great and it gets served quickly.

This is the worse chuck e cheese. Their will be 3 employees behind the register but only 1 register in use with a extremely long line. Many machines dont work & nobody's even trying to fix them & this location doesn't have many games as their is & the bathroom is always dirty. This place is still super clean with friendly staff very accommodating to their customers and kids of all ages. Lots of fun kid activities and prizes to be won. I really enjoyed myself and am very appreciative of my time spent there.

I love the Location as there is a lot of free parking available and that's one less thing to worry about when you're hauling around a bunch of kids. This location is very clean, includes friendly staff members and very diverse. The food was really good but the games are fewer than the other location I sued to frequent especially for toddlers. Would be visiting again soon.

I went yesterday with my six years old daughter! We only paid $15 for unlimited play. We had so much fun and we are looking forward for going again next week!!! Half the machines in here don't work. Food takes long for it to just be cold. The one in Flushing is more spacious with one or two machines not functioning. All in all I can't believe it's still in business, I prefer Dave n Busters for my 5 year old any day.
