Came here tonight to celebrate my son?s accomplishments and the customer service was absolutely terrible! We were rushed to play games and had employees following us around. Secondly, we headed towards the prize section to cash out our tickets to beat the party crowd and was told they were only going to do prizes for a party that was there which consisted of about 30 people who were not even at the prize counter. If I could give a 0/10 for the experience I would. On top of that the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. Yo
Terrible customer service! They Will rush you to play games and follow you around. Then when we went to cash in our tickets we were told they were only doing the birthday party who weren't even at the counter. The courteous thing would?ve been to cash out those that were in there and at the counter waiting. Don't go after 6pm unless you want to be rushed and not allowed to cash in tickets.
Everything was up and running. Crew did a good job hosting party... Chuck E. Could have been a bit more energetic. But who knows how long they've been working or in the suit so that's understandable!
Took my son and granddaughter for a fun afternoon. The place was filthy. The employees were very inattentive. We had to ask to have a table cleaned off. All of the pop was Diet Pepsi. The last straw was when I saw a very large cockroach crawl across the floor near the rides. We decided to leave and when we got to the exit the employee that was supposed to check our hand stamps stood there and looked at us like a deer caught in the headlights. Very disappointed and don't plan to go back.
Kids used to love coming here. Got the gold membership and it's really began to suck. Food is always cold when you get it,more than half the games don't work, but if you aren't aware they're down they still take play points for it. Service is really slow. Thinking about switching to Dave and busters.
Food was okay. Place was decently clean. Prices were OUTRAGEOUS!! Half the games didn't work. The amount of tickets you get for what you spend to play DOES NOT even out one bit. Played on two cards for one hour per card ($66 total) & barely got 500 tickets. The dang toy broke before we even made it home ??????? not worth the money anymore.
Did not eat today, just played games, but was happy to see the creepy robotic animals are gone, the place seemed much cleaner and the young man behind the counter was a delight. We had a great time!
Half the games didn't work, pizza was cold and super greasy. We enjoyed it as kids, so we brought our kids and they did not like it at all. No one else in the facility had any respect for me or my kids running around. Knocked my toddler over and knocked into me and I almost dropped my infant. It's an $82 mistake that we will never repeat.
As a kid I used to go to Chuck E Cheese a lot whenever we traveled. Now that I have kids I find the price comparable to other eat and play places like Dave and Busters. Food may not be the best but getting your kids out of the house and off their phones/devices and teaching them how to take turns and wait patiently is a plus!
It was a nice experience, I didn't go to Chuck E.cheese since before covid ,and now it looks good, and they added more games
My birthday boys almost got ripped off guy working didn't give us there ticket for there 2000+ tickets told my wife he gave it to me and I had to go confront them and he dropped his post and put another girl infront of me to help me and he walked off ,but the lady lady in charge made the boys happy when she let them pick anything they wanted on the prize walls, so thank you for that, and for servicing alcohol beverages
Prices arent terrible, that being said the customer service is terrible. Stood in line for almost 15 minutes waiting for a kids cup. Kids had fun till it was long waits for any type of assistance. Machines down and being worked on and it wasnt like there wasnt any employees. I saw multiple employees on the floor when they werent all in the back. They loved chuckee and he gave them hugs and was so sweet. Wanted to purchase a doll but couldnt get help for that either smh.
All the good games are broken. Most of the games in general are broken. The employees dont do anything but stand around and talk. You cant get service for anything. They obviously have no intention of fixing the games either. The play pass is a rip off bcuz it tells u "u scanned to quickly" meaning u cant play back to back. But when u swipe a game and its broken u have to wait a few minuted to play another. The price for pay pass would b good if it was any other place. Its a rip here. Also 12 dollars per ki
Got there ordered our food spent almost 80$ there in food and waiting an hour for food to come out pizza was cold Fries were cold wing were just really small like I would have rather went to Little Caesarsfor there pizza and wings just go to Dave and busters you'll have all the games you wanna play and better food.
A really fun place for kids of all ages great food lots of games for all ages kid check at the door where parents don't have to worry about kids running out the front door fun and safe place friendly staff great place to have your kid's birthday party at come see Chuck-E-Cheese perform every 30 minutes on the hour with a ticket splash from Chuck-E-Cheese a great place to come have your fundraising for schools churches and different organizations so come in or call us or go online and check out what all the
I don't think my kiddo has been to a better Chuck E Cheese. I'm looking around at a busy floor with every kid (and adults) having a smile. Lexi and Jasmine were amazingly helpful in getting our food out perfectly! Superb!
We celebrated our daughter's birthday a couple of weeks ago. everything was great and the food was delicious that's the only minus , for some reason on that day there were only few employees because of this they did not have time to do everything on time. for example, we did not have time to do some things that went according to the mega fun program. it's just that at 3:0 we were supposed to be somewhere else but we were late because at 3pm we just finished the birthday party. and then my kids did not h
Went here as a kid and even though I am disappointed about the shift in atmosphere I can understand it's not for me anymore. My daughter however had a birthday here and her and everyone there had fun, the pizza has also drastically improved over what it used to be. Overall I say it's a really good and fun option. The staff was on top of asking us if we needed anything for the birthday party so overall it was a very good experience.
We went to my grandsons 7th birthday party at Chuck E Cheese and had a great time! Everyone working there was great going beyond our expectations. The kids had a blast, and we loved watching them! Highly recommend a visit especially for children's special occasions.
A safe kid friendly place where a kid can run and be free, play and have fun. I really love the way they stamp your hands and verify the kids with the parents so I felt safe letting my kids play alone.
Nicely renovated with new features, friendly cast members and knowledgeable managers. Perfect way to make future memories!
I found it to be expensive. For a Wednesday. For two adults and one 3year old. A lot of games down. A smaller Chuck E. Cheese for sure. Salad bar didn't have much on it. One medium pepperoni pizza, one salad bar, two drinks, a water, one hour play card. Totaling $70. Only one kid playing.
My son had an excellent time for his 3rd birthday. Staff was extremely friendly.
Absolutely love this place for my family! The staff is wonderful and always so helpful. Very down to earth and pleasant but still professional. Great deals, and with the app you get even more. My favorite part has to be the REAL CHUCK E CHEESE every hr! My daughter was born 2017 and by 2019 COVID took chuck e!! Haha! She has been begging to see him for 4 years and no location ever had him. WELL HES BACK AND HES WONDERFUL!!! Thank you guys so much
I didn't order food, just took the grandkids to play.. cost 30 for 30 mins. Most of the games were not working. Will not be doing this again! Although we were about the only ones in there.
Kids had a great time. The host was super nice and gave us more than what we expected. The place was CLEAN and ALL games worked
Bought a membership here, came the same morning when they opened at 11AM. I went to the cashier since I was trying to figure out how to use the membership. Waited about 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me standing there, they were blatantly ignoring me. 3 teenagers probably in there early teen years. Just standing around talking. Later I Went back up to the cashier since half the games in the arcade aren't working and the trampoline park is closed so I wanted to get points back. Waited about 10 min
It was really fun actually.Took my son for his bday. not as messy as ive heard. I like the card system they have. u dont have to mess with tokens. And the pizza was yummy. He loved it.
It was our first time ever at a chuck e cheese. We went for my daughter's 5th bday we traveled 2.5hrs to get there and were not disappointed. The atmosphere was all kid friendly and the employees were so helpful. We were stamped on our way in and had no idea why...but when we left they checked each of our stamps I asked why was that and it turned out to be for security! Every kid had to match the adult! Way to go crew! As a restaurant manager myself I was impressed! My daughter talked about it for days! An
My daughter's first time here. A lot of the machines were broken and a lot we couldn't figure out what we were suppose to do to even begin with. Stay on top of the machines, you guys should check them periodically. If you are relying on the guest to do that....we are chasing our kids down and their attention span won't allow us to go all the way to tell someone "that one machine over there isn't working". Also my daughter is 6. She can't play the games like a pro. U should offer better gifts for kids a cert
Definitely been going a lot this summer with their summer app deal! Food is always good and gotta love their salad bar. My only complaint is their games are old. If they maybe added some new games especially for the young ones I feel it would be more busy. We went to a chuckie cheese in Texas and that one was way more updated with for toddler and older kids.
My daughter had such a great time on her birthday. It was everything she hoped for, and even the adults got to enjoy some games.
Great for kids took a while to get our food but it's a lot of people here
6-7 games were out of order. The establishment was clean and had a good time otherwise.
Thank you Jeremy for making my nephew's 5th birthday a huge hit! Excellent customer service!
Jeremy is the greatest employee ! He was very friendly, patient, and had excellent customer service !!!!! Chuck E came out twice in the 1.5 hours we were there and danced with the kids. The games were great for young kids , pizza was hot and fresh, and overall service was awesome!!
update** I had rated the experience as 2 stars. When we were redeeming tickets I wanted to let the manager know that they had a bunch of games down. His name was Jeremy and he did a fantastic job showing that he genuinely cared and offered us some credit for next time. I didn't ask for anything or expect that so it was really appreciated. Changed to 5 stars bc of the people. We paid for two cards with 60 minutes of unlimited play ($62). I counted 11 games that didn't work at all. We spent a ton of time
This is a great place for any kids party. The games are always in working order and if there is a problem just let staff know they get right on it. The food is good (how can you go wrong with pizza) and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure we are all taken care of and happy. Thank you Chuck E Cheese!!
Close to half the games broken. Some even take money and didn't work with no signs Staff was friendly
It's ok for toddlers and young kids. My 7 year old enjoys playing the games. My reason for the 3 stars is because the rewards are not worth it. 100 tickets will get you fake vampire teath, or for less candy and stickers. I would suggest to switch up the rewards.
I took my family there on a Thursday afternoon and it was not very busy. The guy running the counter was very friendly and did a great job directing us towards the best deal. The building is freshly remodeled and looked great. We did the hour play time and it was definitely the best way to do. It definitely brought back childhood memories and we will definitely take the kids back. Update 10/19 They have added a trampoline pit. It does cost extra and bring trampoline socks. I think there's newer games there
It's okay. My 2 yr old loved running around, the 5 yr old says its fun for a bit, but the 8 yr old got bored pretty quick. It'd be nice if it were bigger for sure. Still would be okay jut to visit once a year possibly.
Little cramped compared to the one I normally go to, still fun nonetheless!
First time here and boys loved it. No play place though which I thought this place had, just arcade games. My boys loved having 2 hrs of unlimited play!
Took the grandchildren while on vacation in Kansas and they had such a great time that they didn't want to eat nothing while we were there. Next time i'll be sure to wear my sneakers...The staff here were really great. (Plenty of tickets ??)
Went for my grandsons birthday party, everyone had a blast. And the ticket blaster was fun
The food, was okay- but they kept on messing up our order and not bringing certain items, and the salad bar sucked. The service was wack, the employees seemed like there was no communication between them and they all seemed overwhelmed with simple ask. The games were odd and very misplaced, most of the games that had balls were missing the actual items because parents were letting there kids walk around with basketballs? and of course employees not saying anything. Overall a bad experience.
It's always fun for the grown-up. Brings the kid out in you.
My kiddos had a great time attending a birthday party here. I really appreciated the stamps that are used when you walk in to make sure your kids only leave with you. I saw the attendant stop a couple young kids who were trying to escape. It sets my mind at ease knowing someone can't run off with my kids if they get separated from me. There is plenty for kids big and small to do. I also loved the salad bar so there was a healthier option than pizza if someone wanted it. The anomatronic characters were
They staff was kind and helpful! As well know the overall location could use some updating because the games are a little old and don't function the greatest. But the kids like it... which is all that matters :-)
Based on my experience here, this place was just alright. It wasn't too busy when we went, so there were multiple tables to choose from and the environment was pretty clean. Customer service was not the best. The wait time to receive our simple order of food was approx. 1 hour, but there was literally less than a dozen individuals inside this establishment (excluding the employees). The wait time was absurd. Furthermore, I observed the cook in the back with our food prior to eating it. After we received it
This location is very clean and they are always working to keep the games working. We've had nothing but friendly service. The kids absolutely love it! I haven't had the food, but with the all you can play cards, this is a great spot to take the kids for an hour or two!
Like the recent changes with points and minutes. Employees were helpful and friendly. The kids had a great time!
They finally took out the animatronics because of the 2.0 renovation (I wonder when the renovation will be done)! I went for my Brother's birthday and the pizza was so good!
Great place to bring the kids. The food is okay. The staff is okay. Some super friendly, others not so much. I really appreciate their check in and check out system to ensure everyone who enters with their children leave with their children.
Fun and affordable place for kids to play. We came to celebrate our birthday here and had a great time. Can't beat $20 in tokens for an hour of entertainment!!
As a parent, I wish I could hate it, but my kids had a great time. The staff was all very friendly, and my kids felt like they were transported to kid-world. The time cards are a good choice for a company aimed at young kids with short attention spans.
When we got there we walked to the counter to order food and the teenager assisting just looked at us and proceeded to continue talking to his coworkers instead of helping us. They were talking negatively about a previous customer and even called her names. That is very rude and unprofessional. We finally ordered food and purchased a 2 hour play card for our kids so we could play while food was ready. 5-10 minutes later our buzzer goes off so we pause our play card (only 1 pause allowed) then we get ready t
I just want to shout out to the salad bar at Chuck E. cheese...it's so good! It's the best salad bar I have found. I stop in sometimes just to get a salad to go. It's always fresh and the Thousand Island Dressing is the best!! seriously ...if you are out and about, stop on in and get a to go Salad from the Best Salad Bar in Wichita. You won't regret it.
Kids had fun playing games, but there were quite a few out of order ones. Price was good at $30 for 60 minutes of unlimited play. No sure why but the whole family had instant sore throats as soon as we left. Dirty air maybe.
Kids had a great time. A little pricey. The toys are pure junk. And u need way too many tickets for anything good. But the kids had fun
Look, I am not one to usually make a bad review. but this place when you first walk in after not being there for a long time you think oh my they really upgraded in here! But then you buy game play (DONT BUY POINTS BUY TIME) a majority of the games don't work. You will be charged the credit to oky but you can't actually play. There were like 10+ games that had 80+ credits remaining because everyone tried and no one can. It's great for a small child who doesn't understand the concept of what they can't do. A
I mean, it is a fun spot for kids, but it looks like children are running the place. The doorman wasn't quite doing his job with the hand stamping and checking process. There were people(same) shuffling in and out over and over with kids in tow, and the doorman wasn't checking their stamps to verify. When my own family went to leave, we were checked, but I couldn't verify that we all had the same stamp number. These days, I think the doorman position needs to be conducted by someone who just might be able
Had a relaxing weekday birthday party. Most of the time we were the only ones. The staff were amazing giving my kiddos extra attention and ice cream, tickets, and even an extra prize for one kiddo who didn't get as many tickets as the others. Food was yummy. Place was clean. Oh and cards are by time not by token amount so we had 2 hours of unlimited play. It was awesome!
Maybe it's just my 9 year old nostalgic brain thinking I would walk back into a chuck E Cheese and expect to see the band set up in the corner, or the man himself still wearing that iconic purple shirt and khaki pants. Wasn't I surprised that 34 years takes a huge turn in the children's entertainment industry!! The whole dynamic is different and this is more like a club scene with rides and games rather than glow sticks and a bar. I was really thinking ?? how much it would be cool for my daughter to meet
They did some renovations to the place and it looks a lot nicer but there isn't much workers there to keep an eye on everyone.
Today we took our daughter to Chuck E Cheese and we at a great time from start to finish. We didn't book a party of anything just wanted to do a quick family celebration on her actual birthday. All the works were nice and kind and the atmosphere was great and play area was clean! Well done Chuck E Cheese. We didn't order any food this time so I couldn't rate that. A special thank you to Jeremy!
First of all the staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. All the children seemed to love Chuck E when he came out, but the cramped quarters for the birthday celebration was a little too close for comfort. The food is decent but way too overpriced. One large pizza and 6 wings shouldn't cost 48 dollars, and some change. We will definitely bring the kids back, but we will eat before we come.
The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. 0 integrity. Tried to force us to eat burnt food and refused to give a refund when we wouldn't take the black burnt food.
While I won't go into our specific experience since the manager handled our complaints very well I will offer some advice to potential customers. The games experience was fantastic. However, for birthday parties be prepared for things that may not go your way. You may have to host your own table, be aware of food delays/quality changes, the toys provided in the gift package are smaller trinkets. The staff may not be providing enthusiasm so bring your own hype train. Otherwise it was clean, games worked grea
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Over half the games are broken, or steal your points, it smells like burnt mustard, EXTREMELY HOT in there. The only good thing was how cheap it was and now I know why. Honestly unless you just need to waste 20min don't go. We were there for almost 2 hours, the mouse showed up once. We would have left sooner but we were trying to run out our minutes. The games that spit out tokens, don't. The games that spit out cards, don't. Really take your kids somewhere else, and spen
We used to love coming here, but after the renovation (which made prices go up) it feels like a rip off. We recently came for a birthday party and so many of the games just didn't work. If you need to order anything (like food or beer) it's a LONG wait - like 10-ish minutes, no lie - and a lot of the staff aren't old enough to pour the $7.99 beers (also WHERE. IS. THE. MANGO. CART?!). Also we were stopped on our way out so they could scan our hands (???) but nobody had stamped our hands when we came in. Wha
if I could do 0 I would the worst customer service I have ever experienced we waited over an hour for 1 pizza and 1order of wings and still didn't get it the place is not clean some of the games don't work and some stuff was not in thesalad bar and it looked like some kid played in it and the two female workers at the front was the rudest two people I have ever met and the manager was no help
A very sad place to go, at least 50% of the games didn't work, most had damaged controls. The atmosphere was chaotic, employees demonstrated 0 motivation and professionalism. Will not recommend and will not return.
Waited at the door to get checked in we were the only people in line. Waited 7 min for someone to help us at the register, again only one in line. Waited to get prize, again only one in line. Plenty of staff hanging out talking to each other but none of them giving customer service. Makes me wonder where the manager is? If you are going to hire teenagers they need a leader to show them what is important when working in a place like this.
Way overpriced food. Playtime was expensive. Service was okay. Ticket prices to use tickets were step. Food was better than I was expecting. Kids had fun.
We had a great visit! The guy at the cash register was awesome! Very helpful, kind, and patient. My twins were going nuts over the prizes and he handled everything so well. We all had a great time. It was super fun. We will go back.
Not bad, opted for french fries (2.99) and 16 min late this is what I received. Not bad when your starving. Had to add salt and pepper for better flavor
Always a great place to take the kids to and enjoy for an hour or two. My kids love it.
We have been here a couple of times, and overall I'm impressed. It's pretty clean, the staff is kind, and about 95% of the games work. Buying gameplay by the minute feels like you get more for your money, and you can learn skill games better with more tries. I think the pizza is pretty dang good, comparable with most major pizza chains. It's fun to see arcades hanging in there and providing somewhere with young kids to go, that don't break the bank.
Definitely a fun spot for kids going as an adult watching kids have fun is what matters the place is crowded a lot but kids love it
The employees were not friendly, and they seemed confused about half the time I spoke with them. They were sort of helpful... But the business itself was great. Lots of fun things to do and play for a decent price. I liked the all you can play pass where you can pick how long you can play, and my kids loved having their cards to run around and play whatever they wanted.
Just had my daughters birthday there. Pizza is like buying a frozen pizza at the store except for 13 bucks. The host was nice enough. She told be the plan for the party and she got everything set out real nice. But a couple of the staff were real snarky when I asked for some paper plates. Having unlimited games option was great. Its a little pricey for it but was worth it seeing my kid and her friends so happy. My kid had a blast seeing Chuck e cheese and people singing. I was told on the phone that I could
Our party was great. The employees are fun, attentive and courteous. The pizza and cake were really good. The games all work. The kid security gives great peace of mind. The only negative was that the floor needed a good sweep. I look forward to our next party there.
We went around 2:00 p.m. it wasn't very crowded! I waited in line for a good 7 to 10 minutes before I was able to get assistance. It appeared to be two lines however one of the lines were for birthdays only. It would have been nice to know which was the correct line, but I didn't see a sign. I ordered a combination with pizza and wings and was shocked to find out there was a 45 minute wait on wings. They gave me a buzzer but the buzzer did not vibrate when my food was ready I don't know how long it was up t
Everything was super clean, food was delicious, staff was super friendly and helpful. We came for a birthday party and had a blast! All the games were functioning like they should. We will definitely be back soon!
Hey staff was amazing considering there was only two of them for all the stuff that they had to go through five birthdays or more tonight and only two employees they were running their butts off granite it did take almost 3 hours for a pizza in a 10 piece of wings staff was amazing though I was very upset with how long it took but I totally understood usually don't have any problems just really need more staff
Went for granddaughters birthday. We enjoyed the time and food! The prices were a little high but so is everything these days. Hardly any other people during this time, made it easy for kids to run around and play lots of games with the time I got on card!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
