My daughter loved it and our party planner Lisa was AMAZING and so sweet... It was my daughter's first time getting to see Chuck E there and she got to dance with him to her birthday song.
We go here often and enjoy it. However, they are always short staffed and never have anyone checking at the door to make sure kids are going home with the right person. Otherwise we love coming and it usually appears clean including the bathrooms. We haven't eaten here yet but the food looks decent.
Went in late it was my daughters 4th birthday. Didn't realize they were closing at 9 and asked if my kids could jump on the trampoline area. The red haired lady behind the counter threw an attitude and her phone. I'm sorry I wasn't able to get my children there earlier but there's a better way to handle yourself than that. This place is supposed to be magical for kids. Not full of teenage attitude. Especially around little kids. I used to bring my kids here all summer. I guess we need a new place to go make
My girls had a wonderful time. They played games and enjoyed the trampoline. We had the Pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. We stayed for about 2 hours. It felt safe for the kids to play. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Brought my granddaughter here and was surprised. I previously brought my 3 older grandchildren a couple times a month, they enjoyed it and we always had a good time. Today, we had trouble with the photo car, it didn't print pictures. The hammer game we tried 3 times, couldn't find an attendant. The door guy finally got an attendant to reset it for us. It was a disappointment .
For the value to dollar ratio, CEC is a great place to have a birthday if you can keep the kid count below around 10 and don't try to feed adult attendants pizza (or anything else). It's entertainment and food together, and you almost can't throw a party cheaper yourself assuming the venue is outside your own home (or other free place). Now, the vibe is basically mass-hysteria with loud music, flashing lights, and kids running around playing games. If you like low-key parties, this ain't it. But the host p
We love Chuck-E-Cheese... We love the app. You get points for every dollar you spend and when you get rewards you can get extra tickets for all the goodies. I'm fifty-two my daughter is 26 a my granddaughter is 7. Next birthday coming up is my daughter's happy 26th birthday we're having it at Chuck-E-Cheeses because we want to meet Chucky???? yes we are two very large kids !!!!!
Ok so my little man is 3 years old and has said he wanted to go to chuck e cheese every day for the last 2 weeks. We take him today and were disappointed. The pizza, game card for one hour and unlimited "trampoline" time was a little overpriced I thought but the customer service garbage. They acted like they didn't want to do anything to help the customers n were just rude. The trampoline thing was a joke and boy they took that serious. No sitting no landing on your butt no going out of your square no flips
I wish there were more games for the kids, but they all had fun. I definitely LOVE the new Photo Booth, it lets you take a group picture while standing at the back of the booth together! I'm a bit disappointed that they no longer serve adult beverages at this location ??
We just had our sons third birthday party here today and we absolutely LOVED it! All of the staff were happy and friendly. They communicated very well with us and really took care of everything which took a lot of stress off of me and let me enjoy my sons party with him. Our personal waitress was AMAZING and was absolutely fantastic with my son. The second photo is actually her dancing with my son because he was scared of Chucky at first. (She did ask before picking him up lol) They really went above and be
I realize that I'm an adult, and not a little child, but this place is designed for the 2 to 6 year age group. The videos, arcade games, singalongs were definitely geared towards small children. Food options are limited to flat crust pizza (cheese, or pepperoni). More options for drinks, but the sweet tea tasted like crystal light with tooooo much sugar. The party coordinator, and the person wearing the Chuck-E-Cheese outfit were not that excited. More like employees at the end of the shift. I am glad that
Food was great but the staff was rude especially the manager. We got the wrist bands for the kids to jump and they were very excited. They got in and started playing and the kid/guy said they need special socks that we had to pay for Chuck E. Cheese socks at the front. Out of no where the manager comes up and said they need to get out and was about to go in and take my kids out. My husband and I argued with her and the guy and told them that he had let other kids in without the special socks that our kids s
I think its a lil pricey and the kids don't win many tickets I paid 40 dollars for a hour and they also have a little trampoline if you want to do that's it's like 14 dollars I paid 20 something for pizza. The food was ok I wish the pizza was hand made . it worth seeing your kid have fun but besides that I wouldn't go
That's what I absolutely love about Chuck E. Cheese's... they are ALL inclusive! They don't frown on special needs children and they love and accept all kids, all ages! They have the best service, great staff, good food, and Chuck E. is AWESOME! Thank you so much, Chuck E. Cheese! Keep up the good work! ?????
Great place for kids and adults and kids parties at good prices
Grace was sn absolute pleasure!! She more than lives up to her name. This Chucky Cheese was spotless! Every employee looked to be enjoying their job. The pizza was phenomenal and salad bar on point. We will be back many times.
Great place for young children ages 4 to teens. Adults get some good food to eat while the kids play. You pay by time of play. We got a 1 hour card. That's enough for under 6 kids. Stuffed crust pizza was excellent with the salad bar.
My oldest daughter turned 2 years old. When I was younger I went to Chuckee Cheese, so I figured she would love it. My only concern was this location did not have what I traditionally was used to. There was no ball pit or play house like they had back when I was little. The various animatronics were lacking. I can say those were my only complaints. For a small children's party for a little over 100$ I got 4 kid play passes with unlimited play. I got 3 large pizzas for the adults and the pizza that came for
Had a great time on a Saturday morning. All workers were friendly to the kids and helpful. Chuck E. Cheese himself made an appearance and danced with a large group of kids and threw out several handfuls of tickets. The manager was present and we thanked him for such a nice place to play games.
As our son's Spring Break draws to a close (and because he worked so hard on his midterms, and all of his daily classwork, being so mature and responsible), we wanted to close out the week with a party to celebrate HIM! Thank you to the staff, and the food was delicious, too! We thoroughly enjoyed our time together at this Chuck E Cheese (and it was extremely clean, especially considering how busy they were)! The staff went out of their way to assist us, so the service was above and beyond exceptional... TH
Kids have so much fun! I do feel it's a bit more overpriced than peter pipper pizza but still the fun doesn't stop for the kiddos. They do keep the place fairly clean considering how packed it gets on the weekends.
It's a fun and safe place to take your kids.i thought it was kinda expensive I spent over 100 bucks that's a hour of play time and large pizza with salad
We took our 3 year old here for the first time and had a wonderful time. It was a great way to pass time for two hours on a rainy Sunday. The prices were very reasonable and it was overall clean. We were also very impressed with the child safety system. My only complaint was the women's bathroom was a bit of a mess. Although understandable, hourly checks would help a lot! The toilets automatic flush also wasn't working. Thank you for a great experience and we'll definitely be back soon!
First Time visiting there on 1/18/2025 grandbabies ????party Madeline Rogers turned 6 absolutely ?? up ..I had fun myself.. only one sm complaint. The crust on pizza tasted doughy other than that Kool..??
Well my 4 year old has been wanting to go to Chucky Cheese for awhile now and so my mom and me decided to take his brother and him so there were just the 4 of us, he was so excited and although I wouldn't trade his joy that night for anything I will say that the food is horrible and outrageously over priced and the guy manager or whatever he was, was not helpful in telling us there specials or very nice at all so we ended up with I pizza 2 drinks and 2 supposed to be unlimited play cards but it was just fo
Perfect for kids under 8, older aren't too easy on littlest.
The kids had a blast, great value on the time cards used to play the games. Staff was friendly and they constantly clean the areas being touched by all the kids.
My daughter IVORY had a party here and it was a great experience. The host Grace was wonderful and her attitude and attention was great , she helped and was on time to every task . The games were fun and the kids enjoyed the chuck E cheese show with the mouse . The music and dancing was a hit . Grace helped even with two other parties to do . She juggled it so well . I would have to say the best experience ive had in a while for hosting a party . The price was on point for 7 kids even with added bonuses . T
A great staff ! Great food !! We all had a blast for my son's Birthday!! I even got to arm wrestle Chuck E. Cheese himself. Unfortunately I lost LOL !! Great Place !!
Recently remodeled, clean and organized. Great service and we love their wings and pizza. Our kids had a blast.
Food prices are a bit high in my opinion. But their pizza is FANTASTIC!! My 3yr old LOVES to go here. He loves the games and when Chuck E is there he gets real excited
My son always has great time. They have a wide selection of games for toddlers up to adults. I thought the new card system they implemented is great and the pricing is extremely reasonable! Occasionally we stop and pick up a snack and go in for an hour just to play games because the food can get pricey. They also have a great prize selection also.
Took my gd Kailani over for her B-Day. We knew we couldn't have a big party for her this year because of the Covid-19 Virus so we wanted to spend the day out somewhere fun that she would enjoying being at and get some pizza (her favorite) for her b-day. Sup this was just the right place for us. The place had sanitary station out al over to be safe and while we were there I seen the cleaning guy wiping down tables and more the whole time we were there. I recommend this place to anyone that has kids of all ag
Clean and inviting. Not too crowded at 8 pm....which was great except a lot of the games (8) ran out of tickets during our turn or was out already and we didn't know. They changed a couple of them and gave us tickets owed but I guess decided not to fix the remaining machines. A lot of people didn't know either and played again losing money. Didn't eat... But cheap enough to keep a child entertained for an hour and a half!
Parties here are so easy! They set up, cut the cake, serve the pizza, clean up, everything! Not to mention, they make sure kids are not walking out the door with anyone other than who they came in with. It's one of the few places you can still feel ok about letting the kids run.
Great experience. And the staff was awesome. The food was great. Will be going back again.
It's OK for small kids.New bounce area is separate.Charge and kids have to bounce in the same spot as what we were told
The evil of this place is amazing. My daughter could not have my grandson's birthday party due to the flooding. This is completely out of her control. They refused to refund her 50 dollar deposit. I'm sure Chuck E. Cheese needs it more than she does. I'll be posting this on every social media website I am able to.
Always fun and fresh cooked pizzas! Never reheated old pizza or left over pizzas lol. Kids always have a blast. Very clean, someone is always walking around cleaning the games or tables. Coupons online help with cutting cost to.
Kiddos have a great time every-time we have came here! Typically for birthday parties! Will be back!
Thr kids like playing there but the food is not good. We only go for the games
Where is Chuck E Cheese at ? We were there over 2 hours yesterday. The place was paced. There was 3 birthday party?s and he came out 1 times for about 20 min. He didn't mingle at all did the party thing and left. A lot of kids were standing around in hopes to see him. My grandson is 5 and was so excited and wanted his pic made. We spent 200.00 and left with a very disappointed 5 year old
I had an hour to kill with the kids and went in; I hadn't been in one since I was a kid in the early 90s! The people were very friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean. Granted, this was lunch on a weekday, but there were 3-4 other families there. Only knock is I wish there were a more video games and less carnival type games of chance, if that makes sense. Also, not as many games for older kids so I would say the ideal age range is for kids 2 year old through fifth grade.
Wonderful first time there for my daughter. Pizza was great and she had an awesome time. Covid precautions were fully enforced and the safety of children was top priority. We will visit again soon!
Great for my toddler. Surprisingly good pizza and clean. Not a typical Chuck e Cheese. Always have a good experience. Updated: Added a trampoline area for kids. There are 3 squares, your kid has to stay in a square. It costs 14$
The toilets in the ladies room need to have the batteries in their auto flush fixtures replaced. At least 2 didn't work. Little kids don't know how to manually flush those and if you are going to promote yourself as a "clean" environment for kids you don't want them touching the toilet since most of them don't wash their hands. I let the man at the food counter know but while I was there no one went and replaced the batteries. Maintenance men were there with their computer aimed at the children playing and
Kids had a great time!
National chain entertainment center and arcade. Went on a Tuesday, place was empty. Had great prices and the kids had a blast. Went on a Saturday, very busy, but even busy the kids didn't really wait for any games and still had a great time. Edit: Went again on a Sunday, birthdays throughout our two hour stay but the kids never waited for anything. Food was quick, and the staff were friendly.
The security of the blacklight stamps is a great idea when there is actually someone watching the door. We walked out without anyone checking our stamps after standing and waiting for several minutes.
Granddaughter had her first birthday party there. Staff was excellent.
Had a great time with our birthday host. She was full of life and great with the kids and families.
Our party was amazing, I haven't been there in a while. The atmosphere was so pleasant and the host was amazing his name was Matt and he went above and beyond his job. He definitely knew what he was doing and kept things going. My little girl really enjoyed herself and our party guest had a blast as well. Thank you all for making her party memorable.
I can't tell you how much I've loved this Chuck e cheese. The team members are beyond nice and helpful. The I believe manager if very kind and helpful towards his customers and employees. They always keep it clean and clean the games throughout the times we are there. The bathrooms are spotless. The food is always yummy. I can't praise this one enough. It's been a long time since I've been to such a nice one. Every time we get to go it's a wonderful experience.
GREAT Service with great ease,& confront knowing you have one less worry off your shoulders that Only You or whom you decide can walk out with your child and have a Better enjoyable experience
Staff screaming at small children, 3 small children outside when the safety measure in place it to confirm each child is leaving with the correct adults. An overall awful experience
This place made my head spin but my 5 year old grandson loved it.
This Chuck E. Cheese is the nicest we've been to! The manager was really kind, the Chuck E. Was fabulous, and the restaurant was really clean and nice! Keep up the good work and thank you for making our time special.
Very nice people caring and handled the whole group very well
The manager placed our birthday table as far away from the stage as possible and right in front of the restrooms. THERE WERE NO OTHER PARTIES!!! The manager saw no problem with this and offered no alternative, what do you think? WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
What happened to the old Chuck E Cheese? No more play area, no more classic arcades, and no more animatronics. The animatronic show was the best part and it never was that great but it was classic and always neat to the kids. Of course the prices are outrageous and the lack of good games are plain as day. The only thing that hasn't changed is the lack of quality when it comes to the food.
Was there to celebrate our grandson and grand daughters birthday. The pizza was amazing, the kids had a ball. Loved it!
Good pizza. Staff are very helpful. Kids had fun!
Excellent experience! Our host was amazing and all of the kids had an absolute blast! I highly recommend getting the unlimited play package. The cost was very reasonable and we will definitely be back for more fun and games.
My daughter loves Chuck E. Cheese! But she gets terrified around the mascot lol it's the funniest thing. The employees are always so sweet!
Me and my family had the most fun we had ever had!!!! Can't wait to go back soon!!!!
Had both my daughters birthdays here together. I booked it for 8 kids 9 adults and the medium expensive package. It was a little less than 300. I thought the food and hospitality was amazing. They were very kind and helpful. All the kids had a blast.
It's fun for the kids and all, and the pizza isn't half bad. But, the employees are only really there during certain "stages" of the party. You have to try to remember everything you get or the Dippin dots get given on the way out the door (no lids.. so what's supposed to happen then? Oh yeah, eat it in the cold parking lot!), and Chuck E. Cheese comes out without any preparation. I have a unique perspective as I've been to a big (lots of people, therefore lots more $$$) party and a much smaller party. I ca
Great place to go. Good pizza & my daughter loved it ?
A fun spot for kids to spend an hour or so, with parents. Pizza, and/or salad, and...... Chucky!
Had my sons 2nd birthday party here and it was amazing! All the kids AND adults had a blast. Our host was Maddy and she went above and beyond for us. I made sure to tell her she did awesome. The price was so cheap to have such a great stress free party. I never write reviews but this was well deserved!
Had a blast with our 4 year old! She loves our local one; we decided to give this one a chance. It is freshly remodeled/ updated. Heck I even hit a jack pot! We didn't eat here, but I did notice they had their salad bar up and running.
Our son loves going here. It's always a special treat. The pizza is great. Staff is always friendly. Can't wait until ALL the games are opened. Of course the ones that are closed for social distancing are the ones our son wanted to play. But it was still fun
My family (4 adults & 4 kids) visited this CEC location and ordered some food and played the unlimited 60 minutes of games. The location appears to have been recently updated to a more modern feel and everything was very clean, to include the restrooms. I was extremely impressed by the salad bar and, while I didn't eat pizza, everyone in our party seemed to really enjoy it. Unlike other locations I've been to, the majority of games were working (I think only two were not) and the staff was extremely attenti
My husband and I took our 16 month old today. We weren't expecting many games for a child this young but they had multiple rides our daughter enjoyed. The staff was patient about explaning the new card system, the food was fresh and the place was clean. We also really love how the cards keep track of our tickets now. Awesome experience.
Great place for a birthday party. They handled everything from handing out wristbands for games to cutting the cake we brought & everything in between. Our host was very sweet and made my older birthday girl feel comfortable with having fun & just being a kid ??
Of course it was a blast no matter the price and we will be back. However, we had a birthday party on 02-18 for my son and 12 guests. When I got there I counted the cups at table there were 12 cups. I told our server there should 13 cups, 1 for birthday boy and 12 guests. So she got 13th cup. I didn't have enough wrist bands for my 12 guests, one short and I kept recounting thinking that maybe I had more guests that I thought I had. I had to buy an extra play card for one thinking it was me who made the err
Absolutely love this place! My kids love it and that's what makes me love it the most! We have the best time here and we get everything we can get when we are there bc it's just so fun! The cards having a pause thing is pretty cool. The stamp on your family's hand thing is a little weird for a restaurant but at the same time, I get it. It's your business, your rules. You may put a stamp on me and my family, however it is my kids and my rules so, Just understand when I leave the restaurant, rather your wet s
Good people who work there, great staff, and kids always have an awesome time. Place is remodeled and looks very nice, and kids love the new stage and area in front of it or the ?dance floor?. Appreciate this place greatly and have hosted a few kids birthday parties as well.
The building is very clean and the staff are always friendly/attentive. The food is good quality and freshly prepared. All of the games are cleaned at least once every hour. The building however, is very small with a limited number of attractions. The games have limited engagement for children, most likely related to the size of the building. Compared to larger locations, the cost doesn't justify the return as there isn't much to do.
Had our grandson's birthday there, and highly recommend it. We purchased one of the birthday party packages, and we had the best party host, Dee. She was amazing! She went through the process, and guided us through ordering, and serving the pizza. She cut and served the cake, and ice cream. She was personable, up beat and engaged the guest with singing and when Chuck E came out. Dee checked with us throughout the party to make sure we were well taken care of. We didn't even have to clear our tables. Dee box
We just celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday and it was absolutely amazing. Mallory was our server and was essential in our party experience, she was on top of everything and it made the day so much better The pizza was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was amazing. We weren't even expecting a live Mouse it was the absolute best experience and I would recommend it for anyone having a party for their little kiddo!
This was my 4 year old daughter's first time ever going to a Chuck'e'cheese, and our first time stepping foot in one in over 15 years and we had a phenomenal time. The manager, Adam, was extremely friendly and excited to show us how much has changed since the 2000s, he genuinely made the entire visit feel much more personal and happy with his upbeat attitude and eagerness to teach us the cool new gadgets they use for the arcade. The other worker we interacted with, Kaitlyn, was also an entire pleasure to ta
First time there, went with our neighbors and our 5 year old. It was close to 830 and the sweet girl up front hooked me up on salad since they were any to pull it. We had a great time, my kiddo enjoyed his pizza and overall a fun experience!
I went for a Birthday party and it was amazing. Granted, it was extremely crowded and because of that, it was hard to play the games because they were all taking. You get 2 hours of playtime which seems nice but, the issue was how crowded it was. I felt like we didn't get our money's worth due to that fact. Other than that, all the kids had somewhat of a good time. They were just disappointed that it was hard to play any games, due to the place being overly crowded. I wouldn't recommend doing a party here o
We took our daughter about a week ago. The pizza was pretty decent. The salad bar was okay. Prices were high for 1 pizza, 1 salad bar, and 3 drinks. It was pretty clean though. We did the 30 minute cards. We all had fun. They did however make us quite a bit angry by clearing our table while we were playing games. I guess they don't have a way of knowing, but I would have loved to have finished the pizza and my drink.
I love the remodel! It's so much fun there now. The manager was super nice and so was the person who worked our party. I appreciate that you have a salad bar for those of us who can't eat pizza due to allergies.
I grew up in Georgia but Chuck E. Cheese used to be amazing. Now, it's practically a miniature size arcade and I do mean miniature compared to many other places. I miss all the anatronics too. There are a few little rides that barely move, you know like the ones you see when leaving Walmart that cost fifty cents. We took my 5 year old for his birthday and he thought those were extremely boring and he didn't like most of the arcade games besides maybe 2-3 and after 1x each he was done. He did play in total
Granddaughters 4th birthday party! She had a blast and her friends did too! We went on a Saturday and they were having 4 parties at once so it was pretty crowded. We had an excellent hostess and she did her best to make her feel special in her bday ??
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
