Miss the old place and how it ran. Kids enjoyed getting tickets and picking out. They loved using the tokens cuz they thought they were using money. Loved the old games also, especially the portrait that looked like a drawing. Every year we did this and now my oldest is 30. Sad that my grandson can't experience this with his mom, my youngest(20).... also way too expensive even with coupons!
I loved going to Chuck E Cheese as a kid (who didn't?!) and couldn't wait to take my own children to visit. I have a 4-year-old and a three-year-old and they absolutely LOVE this chain. All of the restaurants went through a redesign over the last few years, however, completely doing away with things like the animatronic characters/band (replaced by a weirdly small dance floor that's just a screen on the floor) and by nixing the playplace/tunnels/slides/ball pits and replacing them with nothing. Those were a
This place is fun. We celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday, they put 5 years old on the sign, also the staff was not attentive at all. Even though I paid for someone to guide us, no one was there, just a couple women coming to check like once.
Typically we love this place BUT my child wore socks previously bought from Chuck E Cheese and was told he wasn't allowed to jump unless we purchased new socks because it's a "safety hazard". Any trampoline park would allow him to re wear socks previously bought .... Sounds like a poor excuse to get money out of parents. Very disappointing how this place is changing UPDATE we used the restroom and I'm concerned that the bathroom smells like burnt popcorn ...
We love the crew and management here! Miranda,Shalece, Kevin, Delilah,Finn,Ezal all have been fantastic to our family! The whole crew works so hard here keeping up with the games, parties and all the business they do at this location! We do the Gold Pass for games and come here 1-3 times a week and always have a great experience!
Made the mistake of taking our granddaughter to dinner on a weekend. Multiple parties going on. Grabbed the last available table. Normally we go to the north Academy location and during the week. Think we'll stick to that plan in the future. The pizza here was good and came out much quicker than the other location.
01.28.2025 This was a fun place to take my niece for her 3rd birthday. We are from Pueblo have have nothing like this locally. We grew up going to Showbiz back in the 1980s in Dever by the old Cinderella City Mall and this is a knockoff of that, but the games were fun for us 40 and 50-year-olds. I was upset the staff did nothing to limit some games as the teens thought it was funny not to move and all they did was talk sh@t and laugh. If this happens again I will get ahold of corporate and report this locat
Took my son here for his birthday and ordered an XL pizza, 5 drinks and a cheese bread. My husband was at the table with the buzzer and it went off so he went up and grabbed the pizza and assumed the bread wasn't ready and he'd check back. A woman came out to our table and accused him of stealing the pizza. When I went up to ask about the cheese bread a few minutes later, they told me 2 minutes so I went back to my table. The same lady that came out accusing my husband of stealing the pizza brought the chee
It's a good place to have fun with your kids. Lunch buffet is good and they keep the pizzas coming. The ice cream machine was out of order but most all of the games were working. Staff was very nice and attentive. Chucky even came out.
I paid for the ultimate party. The party host threw away all of our special cups even though the other lady asked if we wanted to keep them and we said yes. Then she threw away my sons cake when we wanted to save it. She could have just sat all the stuff on the booth table next to our table. She saw that i was gathering everything and sitting it there. But instead of asking me, she just threw all of our stuff away. I paid 514$ for terrible customer service and rude attitude throughout the whole party, and t
Booked my son's 9th Birthday Party at this Chuck E Cheese. The place is alot smaller than expected, but happy all the games were in working conditions. The pizzas arrived fresh and hot which is definitely a Big win! Loved the 2 hour unlimited bracelets for my kids and all of our guests.
Very small but does do sensory day for special needs kids. Hard to get anyone's attention.
First, I want to say Allen and Veonte gave us awesome customer service during our visit. We went on a Wednesday around 5 PM, the place was empty but started to fill up around 30 minutes later. We placed our order for pizza and two 60 minute game cards. Pizza came out pretty fast and was good. All the games we tried worked and I noticed the games give out a lot of tickets, more than most other places I visited. The only thing I was disappointed about was about the game card situation. On the soda machine, it
Pizza was much better than I remember it being years ago. The summer pass is very much worth the price. Hopefully it continues in the future. Clean and not too busy on a Friday afternoon.
The pizza was good, and all 5 of the kids (age 2-7 1/2) had fun. The only issue we had was that ALL of the big tables were ?reserved? for parties the entire time we were there...3 1/2 hours. In the time we were there, there were only 2 parties, and both of them only had about 6 people. We were a group of 13?5 adults, 5 kids, and 3 babies. We ended up sitting in 3 different booths. I understand wanting to make sure you have the tables for parties, but for over 3 1/2 hours? That's ridiculous. If you want j t
A place where kids can be a kid. Be ready to have fun. Check out the Birthday Specials.
We've gone to this location twice, and we usually go to the Louisville / Superior location. We purchased the summer fun pass for the kids and I've used it several times. This time we were forced to purchase cards and we're told that we should have been charged every time and that we needed to hold on to them. Even though we were there the day before. Yes I realize it's a very small cost however with using the card several times and this never being an issue and even after explaining to the employee that we
Initial impression when we walked in to order was not great. Manager who took our food order was constantly going to check people in and interrupted our order 3 times. We ordered a regular crust pizza and received a thin crust and our Super sampler only came with cheesy bread instead of both cheesy bread and breadsticks like she said it would. The dining and play areas were both clean and looked well kept.
Have been several times at this location, for parties and not on party days. It's clean, but that's about all it has going for it. We can live with bad food (it's kid's pizza and expensive, but no one is coming for food), but the customer service is enough to have us headed to the north side of town for Dave's or even the other Chucky location. No smiles, clear annoyance, and when problems arise the advice is to "call corporate". Customer service is such an easy way to make an impression when you have littl
Food was good for the kiddos. Service was decent. The unlimited "all you can play" card that we got is totally worth it. We purchased the hour one. Cheaper than any other arcade place like a Dave N Busters or similar places. I only no noticed one arcade not working, which is great for a place like this. Kuddos!
Awesome experience! celebrated my 7 year old princess and what can I say about Alex (coordinator) excellent customer service! Sierra (our host) and Danielle (at the counter) great people that know how to work under stress, they just need a little comprehension from us customers and you'll get the best out of them, It saddens me to see other impatient customer demanding an excellent customer service with an attitude. my experience was really good.
Very bright, colorful and pleasant environment. I was here as part of a party group.
They accepted digital coupons and military discount. The price for my kids birthday was more than acceptable and the games were fun. He had a blast. Lots of seating and the place was surprisingly clean. The staff was nice and respectful.
Great newer games! Way better than the other Springs location. Excellent pizza too!
Came for a birthday, it was a lot of fun, price for the salad bar was a bit much
This is the first location I've been to in awhile that not only stamps the family as they come in but also checks them upon exit. Also appreciate them assisting us when we had issues w/the Summer Pass we purchased in another store. My son is 8yo and there are plenty games for his age at this location unlike the one on Academy. There are still plenty game options for smaller children at this location. Cookie dessert (crazy good) and pizza was delicious. We'll be back!
Shyanne was absolutely horrible. The lowest and worst customer service I've ever seen. There were 2 rude young ladies but they kept hiding their name tags. The manager was polite and apologetic but the experience was ruined repeatedly by the time I talked to her. I don't recommend having a birthday party here because the staff is not joyous. Their attitudes will upset you and it is a waste of money.
I'm giving this a 5 star review based off of the birthday server at the party we attended and an employee named Antonio at the cash register. I was having problems intermittently with my card. The manager was doing inventory, so did not really acknowledge that I had an issue. She had the other cashier attempt to help and they tapped a game which worked after I said the card issue was intermittent. After about 25 minutes of trying to play, my son only had a chance to play about four games total. So after the
Took my youngest and 2 grandkids for a little spring break fun. We all had a great time, the food was surprisingly good, service was great, and only one minor issue with the game cards being charged wrong that they fixed quickly and gave the kids a little extra time for the trouble. Won't hesitate to come back, which we'll likely have to now because the kids all want their birthday parties there now.
This place has gone downhill over the years, but tonight was the worst "customer service" possible. Spent around $350.00 for our 6 kids (unlimited play for 90 minutes). I thought it was odd that the place was nearly empty; now i see why. Shortly after the kids started playing, one of their cards stopped working. We asked one of the employees about it (next to the "manager" mind you) who then called us liars, told my wife to "shut up", accused my wife of inciting violence, and threatened to kick us out. Afte
One of the games jammed while my son (12) was playing it. None of the tickets are counting because the tokens are not going down. The people working basically said they can't do anything because there is no tech. Okay fine, so can we get like some tickets put on our card at least for these hundreds of tokens that are not falling in? Employees... no. Bad customer service. They didn't do anything to help. And then they were laughing about it with eachother. So because these are kids are you telling me they do
Great place to take young children to. Not alot of games but well enough to keep fun. Will bring my grandchildren here again and again.
Most of these locations lack the long term enjoyment. I wouldn't spend more than 30mins here outside of a birthday party. That is only because you run out of games to play. My kids found it boring after about 35mins. Customer service was great I must admit.
The cherry Pepsi was out of syrup. I talked to the people up front, waited, talked to the guy at the pick up window, waited some more, then gave up.
It is Chuck E. Cheese.. so you can't expect the world here, but the facility was clean (and staff was actively cleaning during our stay) so that was refreshing. The front of the store seemed understaffed as there was only one person checking people in and running the register to buy food and filling the salad bar and checking people out, so there was some wait time at the counter while she performed her duties. She was super nice and helpful.. there just needed to be three of her for the customer load at 6:
We took our grandson and he had a blast! The staff was helpful food was great probably the best , strongest soda we have had from a fountain drink in years! Great time for our grandson we will be back!!
Took my son here a week ago and I never saw him so happy! Used to come a lot as a kid and wanted to see if the pizza was still up to par, and dare I say it has improved!! The cleanliness is amazing and definitely appreciated the new things that have been added, like the card system and the adaptive dance floor. Glad to see Chuck E. Cheese still going strong, and will make it a regular hang out spot for me and my son :)
I was actually really impressed, after not being here since I was a kid. Salad was very fresh and the pizza was great!
The staff was friendly but was slow on service. I believe they are overworked and understaffed for sure!
Great place for good time with your family ???? I'll be back soon ??????????????????????
If I could leave negative stars for service, I would. The store manager and another staff member were extremely rude to my 83 year old father when he went to buy a glass of wine for himself and my mom at my 6 year old?s birthday party. It was honestly the most rude and disrespectful service we have ever received. My kids love Chuck-e-Cheese, but I doubt we will ever return.
Don't have kids but they have beer and nice bathrooms !!
The only reason I have it less stars is that it's so expensive. I remember why we never come here now. The food is good, salad bar is awesome, but the points on the card thing sucks. If your child is younger and accidently hold their card too close to the sensor it will keep charging it over and over, the sensor takes about 4 seconds to react to the card and if your child is impatient they will scan it again and lose points- very expensive mistakes. There are also a lot of games that are just chances t
Pizza was not good, which we expect. But the nuggets for Granddaughter were burnt and not edible. Fries were the best thing. I guess it's been a long time since I've been inside. No Chuck E., no band, no small kids "play" area. A few little ride ons, but that was it. Overall, don't recommend for under 6 years old.
It's everything you expect for Chuck e cheese. The employees were great awesome customer service. prices are horrible, and food is fine for a bunch of little kids. I do think it's crazy it's $10.00 a person for the salad bar so not really any healthy options also your not allowed to bring out side food and drink but they only have pizza and wings pretty much or a super over priced salad bar. You can bring birthday cake and ice cream but nothing else. Also, their "goody bags" are so sub-par. Like if I'm payi
Miranda was rude to me and wasn't very helpful at all won't be coming back to this location because of her
Had my daughter and nephews birthday party here. Everything went very smoothly! At first I rated 4 stars because there was a lot of people there. But that wasn't there fault for it being a Saturday and we scheduled late. I appreciate that they were so attentive and were able to complete all of our requests. All of the staff were working very hard to make the experience great for every.
No playground for kids. 95% games and a bounce house.
I am the wife of the last review from Gregory Raskopf. I have never in my life experience such horrible customer service. I was ready to walk out but is it fair for my grandson to have to suffer because of lack of respect and customer service. NO! I'm just glad my older grandgirls were not there with us because they would have saw how the female worker was acting. So even though she told me to leave and she will give me a refund and I was ready to take it but I couldn't get my refund for my food which I was
I was very impressed with the Chuck E. Cheese staff this evening. The store was very clean, and everyone who worked there made sure we had a great time ! We ordered the Appetizer sampler and the wings they recommended were amazing!
I visited this location twice and with each visit it was always something. My initial visit was for my daughter?s birthday. Everything was going fine until two out of three of my kids wristbands ran out of points (I purchased 120 points, not minutes). My oldest still had points on hers but my son and other daughter ran out, which I thought was odd considering they weren't playing nearly as much as my oldest was. Went back to the counter so the staff could figure out what happened. Apparently, the associate
This chuck e cheese is way better than the north academy one! It's so clean the food was delicious and the staff was helpful and friendly. The games were all working and they have a good variety! Thank you for a fun experience!
This is not the Chuck E. Cheese we had when we were kids. The gross ball pit, and creepy animatronic mice. Chuck E. Cheese is a cute mascot with a fun little dance for the kids. The games range from nostalgic type games for adults like skee ball on basketball jump. To little kid games and rides. As well as more challenging games for older kids. The prizes are still mediocre if you don't save up your points, which is far easier than saving tickets these days. You can save your credit card type gameplay card
Fun for the kids. Good pizza and nice salad bar. Staff is nice and helpful.
Kids are always happy.... but it took our food almost 45 minutes before it came out... and the chicken wings was still cold...
I hadn't been here since I was a kid and it was a lot calmer and brighter than I remembered. We were here for a kid's birthday party and it kids enjoyed it. It was weird to see they digitized all the characters and just have them playing on a giant TV now.
Took our grandson to chuck e cheese today, visiting from out of town. Front counter person(male) taking our order was very helpful. We were not sure how the game cards worked as back in our day everything was done with tokens. He helped us decide to get the one hour card. After purchasing our food and card we found our booth. I had to go to the car and retrieve something and upon returning I saw a sign on the door about a deal for the 60 minute card purchase with a 30 min of free game play. This wasn't offe
Went for a birthday party and it was run so well everyone young and old had a great time!
Took my kids and my son's friend to Chucky cheese for his birthday. All I have to say is we will be back. The pizza got a lot better. It is so good. And the kids had a great time with the games and dance floor. The staff was great and very helpful.
I've visited this location for many years and for the first time my kid was constantly being hounded by other adults and kids while.my kid played with others. When I told the other parent to stop calling my kid a bully and to keep their distance i was told to leave. Staff sided with the other parent rather than understand the circumstance. In the meantime the other parent was cussing at me and allowed to stay. I definitely won't be supporting this business. Spreading the word chuck e cheese condones bullyin
Visited here for a 3 year olds birthday party and we enjoyed all the games and atmosphere!!! The interactive video floor was very cool!! I'd like to see a bigger food menu, it was a little pricey but pretty much what I expected. The pizza was pretty good but I'd ask for a little more sauce next time!! All around great time!!
We had my son's birthday party here last week. Everything was set up when we arrived. Our pizzas came out hot, and our pitchers were always filled. Our party person kept everything moving smoothly and checked in with me periodically. By the end of the party, my son had the biggest smile on his face. Everyone had a great time!
This was less than satisfactory from our last visit in August. Tons of the machines were broke and one lonely gal working to fix but only saw her fix something twice. Staff didn't care. Not sure if I really want to go back.
If I could give it zero stars after the remodel, I would. Staff was rude, had no personality and couldn't even do the Chuck E. dance correctly! Also, I dropped $90 for my daughter to have fun, but was told she could not go in the ticket blaster because we didn't pay for a party! There were NO parties going on and you can't tell me they couldn't take the time to let her go in the ticket blaster because we were more than willing to pay the extra. Definitely not worth the money at all!
VERY CLEAN! FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! A bit pricey and the women working the front desk were short and rude. Plenty of arcade cabinets and only was was broken down. Whoever played as Chucky when I went Saturday afternoon JUNE 5TH was great, friendly and accommodating!
Unfortunately, do to circumstances and obligations we were not able to get to Chuck E Cheese's until 8:30 a few nights ago. There close time was 9. It was my son's 5th birthday and we hoped to squeeze in a good time at the end of the day. Sadly, we were told that they were no longer serving food since they were only open for another 30 minutes ??. I know of no other restaurant that operates in such fashion. They wanted to sell me game cards but I chose to reject them as they had just rejected me. If you are
Okay pros the pizza is still a good as it was when I was a kid, and the salad bar is all you can eat when purchased, and then games are still fun for adults and kids. Cons are that they people running the place appear disheveled and confused. They are young, and this may be their first job and it shows. Though the salad bar was delicious it took nearly 45 for it to be re-stocked after telling two staff members it was almost empty. I hadn't had my first plate yet. One staff member came out and put lettuce
What happened too their pizza. I remember when their pizza was good enough to compete with other Pizza brands. This pizza looks like a frozen one you throw in the oven for 10 minutes. And this is barely a medium.
Completely changed. Jacked up the prices and you can't do 2 player games with 1 card. Realized almost immediately but because the card was swiped there was nothing they could do. So we stayed and used our time. Several of the machines were not dispensing tickets. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Will not be back.
Doordash messed up my daughter's home birthday delivery from Chuck e cheese. Sierra at the store was so sweet. She let us come in, helped us have a party, and was so nice. I really appreciate her. There should be more Sierras in this world. She saved my daughters 2nd birthday
Chuck E. Cheese always good place to hang with kids/grand kids and let them have a good time. Food is ok and good time for everyone.
update- They now offer unlimited play. I believe it's $12 for 1 pass with 45 minutes, $16 for 2 passes with 30 minutes, and $30 for 2 passes with 60 minutes. A much better deal, in my opinion, than the 1000 play pass points for $25 (yes they increased the price AGAIN, and the games still cost 20+ points per swipe!) -end update- We frequently visit this location. My kids love it, and they usually get to play for a decent amount of time. We get 100 play pass points for $20, fair deal. But our most recent expe
We took the kids here for their first time a couple weeks ago. It was my first time visiting Mr Cheese's place in like 30 years. It was pretty fun. The pizza was not bad. It wasn't spectacular but I have had way worse pizza from regular pizza places. They have a nice variety of games to play. They do seem a bit stingy with the tickets, or maybe we're just bad at arcade games. It was surprisingly affordable as well. I think we paid around $45 for pizza, drinks, and 1300 points on a game card. Kids loved it,
No better place to have a birthday party!
I thought this is a place for kids but the manager said I couldn't have my kid on top of a game because he might get hurt. We've done it many times and understand the risks. He is too short for the game and so I need him to be on the game which isn't harming anyone. Had there been more kids here I don't think they would focus on him playing. So now I know to come when there are more people so they'll have better things to do then complain about a child trying to have some fun.i would give 0 stars if I could
If I was able to rate our experience, it would be zero stars. Reason being, we scheduled our daughter?s birthday weeks in advance to ensure nothing wrong would happen during this event, we ordered a few pizzas with wings. Pizza and breadsticks came out within about twenty mins, not bad but it took an hour for the wings to come out and we tried to cancel them before they came out because they were taking a while but they told us no, it's coming now and when they came, it's was super soggy. The food wasn't th
The staff here is friendly to each person from entrance to exit. The salad bar is clean and neat. The pizza is hit n fresh and just the way you ask for it. The many extras are also delicious, my kids always have fun here. My only complaint it the ticket exchange to value of the items. For example, a single Tootsie Roll is not worth $1 but it costs 100 tickets. 1 ticket equals $0.01. A correction in the prize department is my only complaint. The bathrooms are clean and stocked. Mr. Cheese is fun and out ever
Finally they changed their games back to a token instead of the points system. You finally get your what you pay for. I tried avoiding this place as much as possible because of the point system. So happy they out their games back to a token each. My son loves coming here and so do we. Employees were extremely helpful and very nice. Great job!
Excellent birthday experience for our daughter, very pleasant
Pizza was yummy, kids had a blast and the customer service was great. Wings were extremely over priced and they tasted like they were boiled then microwaved then dipped in sauce. Salad bar was mediocre and over priced. If you're planning a trip to Chuck E Cheese?s, stick with pizza and drinks.
This location is always clean and the staff is lovely. Dani helped me today and she was absolutely lovely. Very knowledgeable and helpful and she was also training at the same time. She's a gem.
Most employs were well mannered and professional. When chuck e cheese came out, he completely ignored my younger sister and she was extremely disappointed she didn't get a picture with him. Overall the prices and food were pretty good. Needs some improving and the person behind the chuck e cheese costume needs more training. Furthermore we will be returning to a different location.
This place has definitely changed. The cards you play with now are not as fun. Also half the guys are coin related. Definitely for 6 and under! If your 6 and under this is a good spot. My 10 and 8 year old have retired lol
We had a fantastic time here! My daughter is non-verbal and only signs. One of the employees there knew ASL and was able to commuticate with her. They were very informative on the deals we only went to play games and played for an hour and a half we only spent $15. It was an absolute blast! I highly recommend!
I loved it, my kids loved it, we had a blast thanks for a wonderful time and the staff was great
The place is remodeled and looks really nice. We had a birthday party here and our hostess didn't do very much. I had other people helping me because she was no where to be found and didn't check on us. She would bring stuff to our table and not say anything. She sat our ice cream down on the table next to ours but didn't tell us. When we asked for our goodie bags she told us we already got them but we didn't.
We came into celebrate my nieces birthday pretty late. We arrived at 8pm ordered our food, it was great, the salad bar was clean and fresh. The staff were a bit frustrated by our presence being there so late, but not the store manager, she treated us so great! We love seeing her here, I can't remember her name, but she is phenomenal and she really made my nieces birthday perfect! We were out by 9:05pm, all smiles.
Ordered a meat pizza, got a cheese pizza instead. I called the store and was told if I wanted the right pizza, I needed to go pick it up even if I ordered delivery. They also mentioned if I wanted a refund, needed to contact support. Not helpful at all and it was my first time ordering from this spot.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
