Miss the old place and how it ran. Kids enjoyed getting tickets and picking out. They loved using the tokens cuz they thought they were using money. Loved the old games also, especially the portrait that looked like a drawing. Every year we did this and now my oldest is 30. Typically we love this place BUT my child wore socks previously bought from Chuck E Cheese and was told he wasn't allowed to jump unless we purchased new socks because it's a "safety hazard". Any trampoline park would allow him to re wear socks previously bought .... Sounds like a poor excuse to get money out of parents. We love the crew and management here! Miranda,Shalece, Kevin, Delilah,Finn,Ezal all have been fantastic to our family! The whole crew works so hard here keeping up with the games, parties and all the business they do at this location! We do the Gold Pass for games and come here 1-3 times a week and always have a great experience!

Made the mistake of taking our granddaughter to dinner on a weekend. Multiple parties going on. Grabbed the last available table. Normally we go to the north Academy location and during the week. Took my son here for his birthday and ordered an XL pizza, 5 drinks and a cheese bread. My husband was at the table with the buzzer and it went off so he went up and grabbed the pizza and assumed the bread wasn't ready and he'd check back. We've gone to this location twice, and we usually go to the Louisville / Superior location. We purchased the summer fun pass for the kids and I've used it several times. Initial impression when we walked in to order was not great. Manager who took our food order was constantly going to check people in and interrupted our order 3 times. We ordered a regular crust pizza and received a thin crust and our Super sampler only came with cheesy bread instead of both cheesy bread and breadsticks like she said it would. This is the first location I've been to in awhile that not only stamps the family as they come in but also checks them upon exit. Also appreciate them assisting us when we had issues w/the Summer Pass we purchased in another store. My son is 8yo and there are plenty games for his age at this location unlike the one on Academy. There are still plenty game options for smaller children at this location. Cookie dessert (crazy good) and pizza was delicious. We'll be back!

Shyanne was absolutely horrible. The lowest and worst customer service I've ever seen. There were 2 rude young ladies but they kept hiding their name tags. The manager was polite and apologetic but the experience was ruined repeatedly by the time I talked to her. I don't recommend having a birthday party here because the staff is not joyous. Most of these locations lack the long term enjoyment. I wouldn't spend more than 30mins here outside of a birthday party. That is only because you run out of games to play. My kids found it boring after about 35mins. Customer service was great I must admit.

Took my son here a week ago and I never saw him so happy! Used to come a lot as a kid and wanted to see if the pizza was still up to par, and dare I say it has improved!! Had my daughter and nephews birthday party here. Everything went very smoothly! At first I rated 4 stars because there was a lot of people there. The games range from nostalgic type games for adults like skee ball on basketball jump. To little kid games and rides. As well as more challenging games for older kids. I've visited this location for many years and for the first time my kid was constantly being hounded by other adults and kids while.my kid played with others. When I told the other parent to stop calling my kid a bully and to keep their distance i was told to leave. Staff sided with the other parent rather than understand the circumstance. We had my son's birthday party here last week. Everything was set up when we arrived. Our pizzas came out hot, and our pitchers were always filled. Our party person kept everything moving smoothly and checked in with me periodically. By the end of the party, my son had the biggest smile on his face. Everyone had a great time!

We took the kids here for their first time a couple weeks ago. It was my first time visiting Mr Cheese's place in like 30 years. It was pretty fun. The pizza was not bad. I thought this is a place for kids but the manager said I couldn't have my kid on top of a game because he might get hurt. We've done it many times and understand the risks. Most employs were well mannered and professional. When chuck e cheese came out, he completely ignored my younger sister and she was extremely disappointed she didn't get a picture with him. We had a fantastic time here! My daughter is non-verbal and only signs. One of the employees there knew ASL and was able to commuticate with her. They were very informative on the deals we only went to play games and played for an hour and a half we only spent $15. It was an absolute blast! I highly recommend!

The place is remodeled and looks really nice. We had a birthday party here and our hostess didn't do very much. I had other people helping me because she was no where to be found and didn't check on us. She would bring stuff to our table and not say anything. She sat our ice cream down on the table next to ours but didn't tell us. When we asked for our goodie bags she told us we already got them but we didn't.

We came into celebrate my nieces birthday pretty late. We arrived at 8pm ordered our food, it was great, the salad bar was clean and fresh.
