I'd say that for the only Chuck E. Cheese?s we have in West Virginia, this is solid! At least from my five visits, the games are actually fun to play (even as an adult), the animatronic stage that used to be here was serviceable, and even some of the food isn't half bad. And the employees seem to be very helpful, which is important for a restaurant. This is the second time we did my daughter?s birthday party here! The kids had a great time , food wasn't horrible, and the party host was as good as you could expect coming from a young high school girl. She wasn't very attentive , did the least possible but I didn't expect much because the 1st time it was exactly the same. One of the good choices To take your kids. It fits all ages under 5 years. Location is great and staff are helpful. Clean place with decent varieties but they need to add more toys. The cards options are great to give the options for the buyers; points or timing.

Had a birthday party for my son. It was great other than I couldn't actually purchase a birthday package bc i didn't plan it the day b4. So my advice is to definitely plan ahead bc it will be a whole lot cheaper than if you don't. I ended up spending like $200 bucks for a birthday party that wasn't actually a birthday party package if that makes any sense. We still had fun though.

My Great Grandson's birthday party was a hit with his friends. Serval members of our family drove from Beckley to enjoy the fun at Chuckie cheese.

I have proved this location immensely over the past few years. I only wish they had jumping activities available for larger kids. Worth the visit if you have kids under 8.

The cost for the trampoline was ridiculous, there were too many games out of service and the prices were way out of control. Spent $136 for 2 kids to have 90 mins worth of fun.

Grand babies absolutely loved this place. It has an amazing atmosphere for children and adults. It is just a great place to enjoy your family without a great cost.

They have changed the system from tokens to points or time now. Much better than when I was a kid and my daughter had a lot of fun here and it was an easy way to kill a couple hours on the weekend.

Visited this location while on a trip visiting family. The pizza was typical Chuck E. Cheese pizza and prepared and delivered in a good time. Restaurant was clean as were bathrooms. Lost the two stars due to a number of broken games or games not giving tickets. Would have been a significant improvement to have a team member monitoring the game area.

Wonderful place! I also love that you have to take a selfie of who you came with & your child has to be in the selfie and you have to show the selfie before you leave!! So awesome!

The rating would be five star if I were 9 years old but I went there with my granddaughter and we had a good time and the pizza was great and the drinks were good and the ice was cold. What can you say?.

I booked my daughter's 3rd birthday party here. She had a BLAST. The kids were afraid of Chuck but that's normal. They loved the pizza, dip and dots and the games. There's an interactive dance floor where the parties are as well. I did the ultimate fun for 7 kids.

For being the only Chuck E. Cheese in town it's subpar. The pizzas and breadsticks are ok for being CEC. The wings are always chewy and super soft as well as overpriced. Not to mention the new trampoline where you could only get in if you buy socks from Chuck E. Cheese. What happened to the indoor playgrounds? Why not add more games for all ages. We had our grandsons birthday party there it was amazing!

The birthday party was a mess. First we waited to get to our birthday table because it wasn't ready, cards weren't activated when we first gave them to the kids, took a while to get them back, pizza was burnt, I wouldn't do a birthday party there again. The staff seemed they were occupied with something and not serving customers as they should have .

My daughter had a blast (she's 7). The food however was not great, or even good. We ordered a cheese pizza and some breadsticks. The breadsticks were ok but the pizza was terrible. We each took one bite and decided we didn't want any more. I suggest eating elsewhere, then stopping here for some fun afterwards. The place was clean and well kept and the staff were very friendly.

Our boys and their best friend had an amazing time at Chuck E Cheese. This was the most public place my wife and I have taken out boys to since covid 19 started. Great staff, clean and well organized. A fun, safe place for young children to enjoy a couple of hours of food and entertainment.

At 13 my son is getting a little old for the restaurant but still enjoys it and we had a decent time playing the games. I wish the value was a little better in the ticket trade off. The pizza quality is very good. We generally like the pizza at our local Chuck E. Cheese better than a lot of the usual nearby chains. Overall value could be better but it supplies a service that is not otherwise available locally.

Helpful staff, friendly Chuck E. Was happy and satisfied with the birthday party. There was no play area like other Chuck E Cheese. That was the only disappointment.

Chuck E. Cheese is always a winner with the kiddos! The pizza is surprisingly good for a place that caters to kids. They do seem to be chronically understaffed which can cause annoying delays when trying to order food or redeem tickets for prizes. Nice mix of classic and new games and rides.

The employees are top-notch. Great place to have host a child's birthday party! The staff are eager to wait on ypu hand and foot. The birthday kid even gets a round in the ticket/Hurricane chamber. Chuck-E even comes out to sing Happy Birthday with the guests. Great all-around experience. Whether it's for a quick hour of games, or an entire party, this is the kids' place to be.

The kids had such a great time. We came a little after 8 pm and it was super fun because there were not many other people there. The kids always have tons of fun. The workers were actively wiping down tables/games and using the vacuum to ensure it was super clean for the kids. As always will be back!

I love this location! They have a good sized location and the cool chuck Era sign. But the main reason is because of the animatronic. I have always loved rock afire and chuck e cheese animatronics and this one is great! It has a studio c bot, 16 movement I belive. And he does still move around, unlike most locations. He is kept neat and tidy too. Otherwise the location is big, has passable food, and the games are kept in fair condition. But yeah, the bot is the best part, happy it's still here for a while!

We had my sons 8th Birthday party here today. It was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! This place is so clean and well kept. The pizza was so good. They set everything up for us. My daughter and I love Chuck E Cheese! It can easily get expensive for what it is, it's always at least a $60 trip, but its a lot of fun for kids. The pizza isn't bad at all either!

6/27/24 - The staff throw away any play point bands or curly bracelets they find. They are $3 and $6 each and $1 for the card alone. Last night we were there until closing and there was a pile of them at the prize counter where the staff forgets to give them back. Wonderful for children's parties. Even if they're not super huge parties. My brother had a blast and and I love the pizza. Awesome ice cream machine too. I loved the fruit Popsicles I got out of it. Definitely a fantastic trip. I think the only way I would've liked it more is by being a kid again.

I enjoyed this place. The only issue I had is they stamp your hand going in and give your kids matching ones and mine has worn off the last two times before we left and they weren't going to let me take my kids. They had to ask my kids if they knew me and if they felt comfortable leaving with me. I know it's for safety and I appreciate it but when the kids say it's okay you don't have to keep asking them questions. Especially my daughter who is shy and won't talk to people that she doesn't know.

Unlimited salad bar was out or low on most everything. Wife commented to management, it still took 20 minutes to bring more. The trash cans were overflowing. The restrooms were dirty. They seemed very understaffed. Took more than 30 minutes to get our pizza and cheese bread. Was not a good time even for the kids

My daughter absolutely loves this place. this is the second year we have had her birthday party at this location. The price for the party is great. However, the staff as friendly as they are, are not always the best at what they do. Most of them are kids so they don't do a bad job, just at times it can be frustrating.

The workers were helpful, the pizza was okay, and the salad bar was disgusting it had slimy eggs, the cherry tomatoes were soft and tasted rotten, cucumbers you are slimy and mushy, and the lettuce was brown and for $10 times 2 people I feel we were ripped off. I did let them know about the salad bar (quietly) I seen them looking at it but I'm not sure if they did anything about it. No offer of a refund was made even though our plates of salad sat on the table and were not eaten.

Probably would have given 4 stars, maybe, if it weren't for the young woman at the ticket redemption paying more attention to her phone than what we wanted to get for our kids. Her attitude didn't help, either. Oh, and the pizza for our kid's party was awful. Also, the "cow herding" that they do for parties is awful. Give an option for a private room and I'm sure some would pay it.

Pizza was really good..however did not care for the cheese bread sticks because they were a little over baked. The employees had miserable attitudes and were not friendly at all.

My son always has the time of his life here, one of the great things of it all is that rather your kid is alone or someone they will still have fun regardless. Also to note, I love the blue light stamps they give to the parent and child as a safety feature of no one taking your child.

Pizza is decent. Games are carnival style skill games. Definitely get the play pass for a time limit instead of the credit limit. A single play on a game can be done in about 15 seconds. The timed pass is the much better value. You can even pause the time once and not worry about wasting it while you eat.

My kids had a fantastic experience and can't wait to go back. However, I was ready to leave before I walked in the door. I'm an adult. They serve pizza, have games and play music so loud you'll quickly begin to question your sanity and wonder how you survived being a kid. What else can I say?

The kids love it. The pizza is what you expect. I'm not happy with the new pricing scheme. They used to have a deal with a large pizza, 4 drinks, I think, and 30 tokens for less than $30. Now the pizza & drink deal is almost that much and another $20 or so for the token/points (they've gone to a swipe card for points or you can do minutes). It's almost twice as much as before. I did discover that Sam's Club has $50 of Chuckie gift cards for $37. I'll be doing that next time.

they took out the ball pit you now use credit cards and it pretty much upset me that they teach the kids how to use credit cards and bonuses and points. They are kids. For some reason they still have the old tacky tickets. With the ball pit being out it's more sanitary but also when you run out of money or points on the little credit cards they give the kids you're pretty much out of things to do.
