Kids always like playing the games and there is a good selection of all age groups. Prices for the games are really good. The pizza I think could be better but my husband really like the boneless wings. I feel the prices of their food is high but i guess thats what you pay for to make kids happy. The service was good and friendly. No one checked our stamps going out which was disappointing because one of the key things about this place was safety of the kids.
I get that a child's restaurant is probably not the ideal place that every young adult wants to work, but if you hate it that bad, there are plenty of other restaurants to work at. The three workers that I came in contact with appeared to hate their life and couldn't manage to crack a smile or even appear good-natured in an effort to provide an iota of pleasant atmosphere. Also, while helping my child use the 'card' to play the games, I noticed that if you don't hold the card juuuust right, it will remove m
These guys are amazing, always so inviting and my son loves it here. Amazing staff and good times ! He always leaves with a smile.
This place has improved drastically since the last time I was there. Kids have an awesome time. Pizza was better. Salad bar us good. Game cards are much easier to deal with! I Still believe they could do better with the prizes.
They stamp everyone's hand on the way in, and they must check you off on the way out; to keep children from wandering back out. The staff were very friendly and interactive with everyone. They took our order quickly and our pizza was out, in just a few minutes. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked, with fruit and jello options also. We decorated our table for a birthday celebration and brought our small cake with us. The unlimited card options work great for a family! We bought 1 hour's unlimited
Our granddaughter loves this place and we had a great visit recently there with a party of five. The staff was excellent, the food was great, and the whole facility was super clean and spotless. We were very impressed all around and will return for future fun!
My granddaughters birthday party was held here and though there are strict CDC guidelines they work it out wonderfully!! She/we had the best time and our hostess was amazing ?? I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to have a child's party or just a fun day! The pizza is great and there are games to play for everyone. Plus, they set up and clean up!!!! By far her best and easiest party yet. Thanks Clarksville Chuck E Cheese !!! I think our hostess name was Tori, she was so won
awesome service. had a birthday party here on the weekend and they went above and beyond to make sure the kids had a good time and their chuckie made our party great and did well doing a little show for our party. it was awesome. we will definitely be back!!
Obviously we don't go to Chuck E Cheese solely for the prestige cuisine, but great service & clean environment. Kids had a good time, staff was kinda & accommodating. Will be back!
Took our Grandson here for Valentine's Day! Ordered Pepperoni Pizza, Cheese Bread & Bone in Wings! Everything was EXTREMELY Salty - My husband couldn't finish his wings because of the Excessive Salt - Pizza was the same way! Cheese Bread was good! The games only lasted a minute or 2 & didn't give many tickets if any at all - Prizes were pretty much untouchable without spending way more money than they would cost in a store! Not sure we'll be back any time soon!
Had my daughter?s birthday party on Saturday and it was not as great as the first time. They packed us all together so we were bumping into the party next to us which was frustrating their party and my party. There was no room to move or sit comfortably without worrying about bumping into the other party. They should really consider having only 3 or 4 instead of 5 parties crammed together. I don't feel we really got our money?s worth.
If there was an option for a less than 1 star review this place would receive it. As someone who went to parties here as a child I was excited to have my son enjoy the birthday magic here and it did NOT. Our party attendant was no where to be seen almost the entire time, and when he was around he was rude to our guests. Half the machines were down and unplayable. My parents were basically held hostage by the staff when they went to leave until THEY paid for the party even though my husband and I were the h
Would have been alot better if the staff looked like they wanted to be there. The manager a older lady looked mad at the world as her and three others were sitting on a counter on their phones why one guy was helping everything
I took my daughter for the first time, she loved the trampoline, we didn't eat but it smelled amazing. It was a little bit toasty inside but other than that we had a great time.
The other favorite mouse spot. Always good times here. No major complaint. Food tasted good during bday parties. Haven't had their salad bar. Always using their fountain drink machine with our lifetime cups.
They have significantly improved in the last year. A lot of new games thy are now geared more towards children. They dining areas are still pretty dirty but I was pleasantly surprised with all the new games they have now.
I'm here with family for a birthday party and I'm kids are going ham. I'm mean having a good time. The place is clean & stuff are kid and adult friendly. Two things I won't to point out the price is a high for a kids party. And I believe if they lowered it it would bring alot more business. Mean way it's great place for kids and adults and family to come and have fun in clarksville TN
We booked a $99 party which was a good price for the time the kids were able to play. The price of the food was $20 per pizza which wasn't very tasty at all, subpar pizza.
The kids had a nice time however it had been several years since we had been. I was disappointed in the newer changes. The cards are based on a time limit and nothing comes included with pizza combo purchases. 3 kiddos 90 min play cards and a very thin and lousy pizza with four drinks was $115. Not a good value and they were very under staffed. Good points were the games worked properly and it was clean. I say buy the play time and skip the food. It's a complete rip-off.
Fun place to take the kids, but man be prepared to spend your money! The pizza isn't horrible. The new play cardshelped us get ton of tickets! But I miss the tokens. They are easier to control with the kids.
Had my son's birthday here staff was friendly and helpful. The new party package 6 kids for I believe it was 99 was well worth it. The kiddos all enjoyed them self's and had lots of fun. Thank you for helping make my boys special day special
I did the birthday party package and i highly recommend it. They do all the decor and have everything set so all you need to bring is the cake (unless you purchase one from there) presents and the guests. The games are good for little ones (1.5 years+) to bigger kids. The food has gotten better over the years. I will be coming back
Under terrible management. I've never seen grown men be so flustered and rude in a place for kids. Kitchen closed after ordering. Pleas give this location a reliable staff instead of 3 mopsticks and a box covered with a toupee
I don't know why they say that they sell beer. I was there for almost 3 hours and nobody was ever available to sell me a beer. Take it off your menu if you are not going to sell it
Great afternoon with family & friends. All of the games were fun, clean, and age appropriate. Even for the big kids like me. The staff was outstanding & the pizza was delicious. Keep up the great work. ????????????????????
Enjoy coming back to Clarksville so my Daughter could enjoy her time there. Great Leadership and services thanks
We had a great time with our kids here! Celebrated both of their birthdays tonight and the service was great! Shout out to Savannah for being an awesome hostess for our party! We really appreciate you!! Highly recommend this place for a kids party!!
Wow..had so much fun the workers are amazing. Food was good. I had salad it was fresh and delicious while my son had pizza the stuffed crust was stuffed. Love it here for the kids.
Chuck e cheese has changed a lot. We did have a good time but it could have been better if most of the games didnt work when I swiped my card and it still took the time if it didn't work
We took our kids here for family fun and indeed we did have fun. We spent close to $300 all on fun and it was worth it because we paid for time and had 120 minutes plus bonus time our time didn't run out until they closed , we also got wrist bands. We loved it and got a few orders of wings and they were great .
Was a pleasant experience for the kids however food is quite expensive.
Kids and parents alike enjoyed themselves.Everything was well organized and of course kid loved the pizza.
Hard thin pizza. Fun for older kids but can be super extra packed during weekend. Some arcades were not even working but overall pretty decent for this town.
My son loves going here. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the place is clean. We only go during the week when they open up for lunch. It is crazy busy on the weekend. One word of caution, it states on Google that they open at 10 and if you call the phone number Google gives you, it states that they open at 10. They do not. They open at 11.
I'm a jail nurse... I'm pretty sure the jail is quieter, the food is better, and there are less diseases. However, that is an adult view, when this was clearly the "most funnest day ever" for my kiddos.
Been to chucky cheese several times for my kids birthday this time was not a great experience the host sucked we had to basically do everything our selves bye far the worst experience I've ever had
Worst Chuck E Cheese ever! The workers were lazy and played games the whole time. The manager (I think his name was Aaron) only cared about hosting his friends who ate for free and played games for free and the manager played right along with them. Chuck E was announced twice to come out, but never showed up! I guess they were to busy playing games while on the clock to actually dress up for the kids.
Staff extremely nice. Took my 3 yr old for first time few weeks ago and he had a blast.
We celebrated my daughters 6th birthday here and our waitress/ hostess was amazing. She went above and beyond to make the day special for her. She stuck close by and kept checking in. She has a blast and our experience was amazing. It's pricey and the cards they give you are a little challenging for the little ones to get to work but not a huge deal. Overall, great time!
I want to give a special shoutout to Chris the manager and Skylar. This place is so much better with them in there. They provided an exemplary customer service to me and my children. The kids always have a blast! Thank you guys!
My daughter wanted her 17th birthday here for nostalgia. We had 8pm party with all adults. Salad bar apparently closed early & a family member can't have pizza for medical reasons. Chuck E came out & was very disappointing. No energy or ?want? to be there. Yes she's 17 but this was her wish! The host was pleasant & tried. Bathrooms were not attended to. It was a very disappointing experience & I'll never go back there.
My son loved the Cheesy pizza and the frozen drinks, along with the games, the place was clean
It was okay. We had a birthday party here and the associate that was assigned to our group just didn't seem like she wanted to be there or deal with us. And the guy in the mouse costume didn't seem to be happy at all, but I don't guess I would be either with that job ?? but I think some of the kids noticed. The pizza was awesome, honestly better then some of the big restaurants. All in all the kids had fun, and that's what matters, but from our perspective, it could have went better. The facility was very c
We come here often, my daughter loves it. She is special needs and they are amazing with her. We do not eat the food so I cannot rate But will say the staff overall has been amazing. We enjoy coming here she loves to play and loves the characters.
The place is small. But very clean. The games are very good. It's a very family oriented environment. The pizza was good. Don't order the hot wings. We got 5 pitiful looking wings. They looked more like crumbs. I suggest pizza, drinks and games only.
This place is always a hit for my kids, whose goal is to play and to have fun! Pricing is nationally set and pretty affordable. Customer service was exceptional!!!! We are return customers because of the great customer service and affordability/variety of games. The food is also good. The kids love the variety offered at the buffet. My only major concern with this establishment is the very limited space. I will encourage the owners to consider an expansion to the existing space. It gets overly crowded duri
Pizza was ok but way too expensive for what it was. We had a fantastic waitress who was very attentive. The atmosphere was great for the kids. The sing along videos they played on the big screen were pointless, none of the kids cared.
We chose to celebrate our 5-year old?s birthday here, and we all had a blast. Our hostess did an incredible job taking care of the party needs, scheduling Chuck E. Cheese?s appearance/dance with the kids, and making sure our food came out when we needed it. The games are more carnival type/ticket games to win prizes, and the kids enjoyed them. We would definitely schedule another party there in the future.
We had a good time. G says I love you Chucky because you are so nice and I love your shirt. I will see ya next time when I come back to Chucky Cheese.
We went on a week night and it was pretty calm. There aren't a ton of games for toddlers, but the ones they do have, our little ones loved! There's also a "toddler area" with a small slide. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The salad bar had a nice selection and the pizza was hot and fresh. We'll definitely be back soon!
THE GREATEST! I could not imagine a better birthday. I can't find the words to describe the enjoyment by all. The closest I can come is; JOY. thank you from the bottom of my heart
They have REDONE the inside.... They have done an AWESOME job. Must go and check it out.
Great atmosphere for young children and parents alike. Spent $30 for two people that included: a personal pepperoni pizza, a small drink and 20? points to use the PlayPass on the games. The establishment was very clean and looks updated with outlets to charge electronics at each table. Bathrooms were spotless. Ample space to move around without being uncomfortable due to crowds on a Tuesday. Left with a smile on our faces!
Staff is friendly. The arcade is mostly clean. Sometimes a game won't work every now and then and the staff needs to be notified so that it can be fixed. I never try the food here, but there are some worthwhile restraunts near by. My kids always have a great time here.
Nothing like I imagined from growing up !! It wasn't fun at all. As soon as you walk in, the music is SO loud. The staffs are just bodies there. No, ?hey how you doing. You ever been here?? Just stamp on hand then walked away. All the games are pretty much the same. It's either doing something with balls or driving a car. I expected more since I was paying $25 for 45 mins. Oh & It's all through a card now, so no collecting tickets & the ?toddler section? just sucks. The one game I tried with my toddler scar
I didn't actually eat here, so I can't tell you about the food. What I can comment on is the party. My grand nephew turned 4 and he and all of his friends had a great time! There were 6 other parties at the same time. We had our own host and she took care if everything, including storing the cake my niece bought until it was time for it to be cut. I don't know how much it cost, but I know the kids all had a great time and that's what really mattered!
Haven't been in a while but took my four grandchildren for lunch. The food was good but, like everywhere, the prices were in the stratosphere. The use of card vs tokens and tickets was an improvement over the old system. The kids had fun, so it was worth it.
Terrible experience. Too many birthday party tables set up that there is no room to move around, can't use gift cards to purchase cards for games, only the overpriced food that doesn't ever match up on the tray.. couldn't scan card twice at one game for multiple players, so kids are playing alone at most games...half the games didn't work, too crowded, and no one to check numbers that were stamped upon departure. If you have a choice, go to City Forum. Chuck is a greedier mouse than I remember...won't be r
Went with my grandbaby. She loves it.
Wow! Clarksville is continually growing and this business is cutting corners it shouldn't. Child safety is one of the top priorities promised to customers who support your establishment. Tonight, that was NOT a priority. How do you justify putting ONE employee BEHIND the ticket counter and also running the booth for both incoming and out coming families? Easily someone could walk right past them with a child that wasn't theirs! The cost to enjoy 30 minutes of play for a family of 4 is $75.00, super inflate
Fun but super crowded. Need a bigger space.
Came here for a birthday party it was clean and all the games were working good. The pizza even tasted good :)
Good deal for the money. My little boy was able to run around and play, got a meal and had fun for around $45. However, their website advertised for Halloween if kids showed up in costume they would get a candy bag and that they also had pumpkin shaped pizzas. We showed up and there was no candy bags, we ordered the pumpkin pizza and it came out regular. I did not get the sense the staff cared.
I visit this Chuck E Cheese with my wife and 2 kids on a regular basis. The staff is always friendly and the food is always cooked fast. They have a great salad bar and some of the best pizza in town. My kids love playing the games and running around and having fun. A great place to take your kids for a little fun.
Came ate pizza and played!! They was about to close but still had a blast and the lady suggested a cheaper way for us to play for 45mins!
If you look at reviews from 2 3 plus months ago and it's still the same even though they say they are going to look into it they don't. They don't do anything at all. The staff is extremely rude and seems racist. The games are rigged where if you win the max amount it'll say you didn't and give you barely any tickets like 4 instead of 200. This happens a lot so it's obviously meant to barely give you any. If you're cool with spending $100 for only like $2 worth of prizes be my guest. I could go on and on. T
they have remolded adding more kids games and rides and a nicer party area for birthdays I love it
Took my kiddos here, ordered 1 pizza and it took almost an hour to get it. Unacceptable. What I find interesting is it was NOT busy at all. There were maybe 3 or 4 mothers with 1 or 2 kids each with them. I was going to order the lunch buffet but there were No pizzas on the bar, nothing. As far as the staff. I really didn't find them to be very friendly. The building itself I found to be a bit dirty and in my opinion carried a smell. There was what seemed to be missing running boards behind the cashier coun
We had a great Mega birthday party here today. The kids had a blast....they are doing some updates/renovations. The ultimate game play is a must have for any occasion. Heads up...don't buy the gift cards at Sam's Club and try to use them for birthday parties; they are not accepted.
Birthday Party!! Awesome experience and good pizza.
That staff and the GM was amazing. The place was super clean
We had a wonderful experience in the Birthday Area for our sons 6th Birthday. We ordered one of the packages and TORY was our host. I lost the receipt so I wasn't able to do the survey for her but she DEFINITELY GETS A 10 OUT OF 10!!!! I'd give her a 20 if I could. She was amazing and made the process run so smooth. I would definitely book a Birthday Party there again.
We loved this Chuck E. Cheese. All of the games had tickets, and not one unit was down. They were slammed, and yet the tables were clean, and the entire store was well maintained. The store was well lit, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Jackson, TN store could take some lessons. If you have little ones, and they need to burn off some energy this is the place to do it.
Not a big place but it was enjoyable. Customer service was good and pizza was what you would expect. Try and go during the weekdays if you want to stay away from crowds. Update: as of 20 NOV 2022. The ladies behind the counter are very unprofessional. Lazie and didn't want to help each other out. One even charged me a 5 dollar donation without asking. Which I didn't make a big deal out of but that's beside the point. Games where running super slow so it took a minute to read my card. They need someone
We attended a birthday party Sunday. We only purchased minutes and 2 drinks out of our pocket, because the food is way over priced. The old "value deals" were a lot better. It included pizza, drinks and tokens.
We had a birthday party for our son here and Trin our hostess was AWESOME!! The pizza was delicious and everyone was very helpful. I was a bit disappointed that they removed the play ground but overall they had a great assortment of games for kids and adults.
Not my favorite place but the kids love it. It's a good time for them.
My kids had a great time. I wish they would do some upgrading to the game choices. Overall the store was clean and the pizza looked fresh when people ordered it.
Overall the facility was good and the food, however our host was useless I pretty much could?ve done without him. Jeremiah hosted our birthday party for our 15 kids (which I felt I should?ve had 2 hosts with that amount). And he honesty didn't know what he was doing I literally took control of the party and served all the food, drinks, cake, and everything else. Everyone was shocked at the amount of things I had to do and he did so little as a host. He offered, but when i gave him a task he either took fore
My kids love playing here and we normally go during the week if school is out or early on the weekends and it isn't too busy. If you check the website before you go in you can normally find some good deals in their coupon section. They've recently renovated and it does have more of an updated feel.
This place was clean, organized, and overall delightful to visit. You can have birthday parties, date nights, whatever you want to do here and have fun. That's the important part. Fun. The food?s not half bad. They even have a salad bar. That was a pleasant surprise. I'd definitely see myself coming back soon.
I liked how clean the entire place was. The pizza was good. I was a guest so I don't know how much was spent. I also did not seen the menu. All the kids w-12 had fun.
Play center is not there frys where trash but chucky tried at least for the kids ...just was dead atmosphere
My infant and 3 year old got RSV after our visit here. None of the facility was cleaned or disinfected at any time we were there. There were no hand sanitizer pumps and no way for visitors to clean the games. I am surprised how dirty it was considering how easily Covid could spread. My daughter had fun and the pizza was delicious. However, not really worth the serious illness.
We had a great day! The staff was very nice and friendly with all the kids.
Workers are a joke and rude! Not clean and the food sucks at this location.
I had my daughter's first birthday here and everything was terrible. I was told everything would be taking care of and I was to enjoy the fun with rge kids. That's not what happened. We were left wondering where the food was? how are the kids suppose to get their drinks? I'm not a rude person so I didn't want to take out my frustrations on the host because I felt like management threw him into it being a host for the party and he wasn't very comfortable with doing so. I also was charged for goodie bags for
We brought my son and several friends here for a birthday party. Our host, Tori, was amazing!!! She went above and beyond. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks, Tori!
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
