I love Chuck E. Cheese...the pizza is great, and all the games works, the place is clean and my kids had a blast. Happy kiddos and happy mom.

Epic fail at this location. To be understaffed on a week like this. HORRIBLE the only thing you'd supervisors could do is expression horrible attitude not a single person to attend.

Great place to bring the family. Has lot's of games for the kids to play. Pizza is very delicious. They have a salad bar. Great place to have birthday parties. A wide variety of prizes.

perfect place to take your kids and have some lunch/dinner. I definitely recommend getting a subscription. I got the one that comes with 250 play points and trust me it's totally worth it. First day I went I got it and played for literal 5 hrs and it was my first time ever going here really fun even for adults.

We hosted our daughter's birthday party at the establishment, and we loved the atmosphere and service provided. The birthday package was really a great deal. I recommend getting rsvp to determine how many to purchase. I was just concerned about the pizza, which came out burnt. I understand the reason trying to get the food out but not at the cost of burnt crust.

It might not be the best place to eat ,but to have a great time with your family and kids to play games,game videos.The service is okay but they need more employees to take care of the customers when you order food.Theres only one employee or the manager doing everything in front.Also the prices are very high for the pizzas ?? and wings ?? .

So much fun, had a birthday party with the cheese mouse, girls absolutely loved dancing playing games and all the high fives!!! Not to mention dip and dots plus stuffed crust pepperoni pizza!

Went with my daughters field trip school, can't complain????I'm a kid at heart so I love being there.

My kid loves this place as do we. They have great security on checking the kids when they leave with the parents. The front door is always guarded to ensure the safety of the children. They games are great because they are 1 point each. This gives us plenty of gaming time with our children. They enjoy them and so do we.

A lot of fun! Bought the cheapest game card and didn't use it up! Looking forward to returning soon! Great time reliving my childhood with the next generation!

It was packed i don't like it it's so small for the amount of people no where to walk and the pizza was cold the drinks ehhh and the small are for the prices not acceptable everything so expensive of points and the games majority didn't function properly like for example it would take your money and not let you play at all and the people I guess were nice but most kinda bad attitude not very good for me on that day.

This place.... ????my toddler loves it but none of the good games ever work! Then when the games eat up ur points you need to call someone to either give u points back on card or fix the game is a whole other thing!!! I literally asked someone to help me out with one of the broken games and had to ask 4 different people cause they kept saying someone will meet u at the game. No one ever showed up. I don't know about you all (customers) but it's freaking expensive here so a point in a game that doesn't work

We had such a great experience here. Pizza is good, everything was clean, it didn't have that pizza-arcade smell... you know like the smell of cheesy carpet and ball pit? None of that. I was very disappointed with my visit to Chucky cheese. Came to celebrate my son's birthday. Only to be overly charged for cold food which I sent back, then only to have it warmed up twice and it took 15 minutes to be served Luke warm and already bit food, you would think they would bring you a new freshly made pizza and chicken wings ( especially for the price they charge. The pizza is good, the games are fun. Overall the service is great and I think they keep the place pretty clean! I love that they stamp your hand along with your kids with a matching number for a little added security so your kid doesn't go off with someone else.

We had Jennifer as our server for my son's birthday party and she was amazing. She helped me with all my decor, desserts, she helped set up and was super attentive to me and my guests. Great service! Will definitely request her next time.

Went for my great nephew's 5th birthday party there and enjoyed playing a few of the games myself.

Absolutely amazing service from the manager Karleigh and all her staff. They are so helpful and friendly. All of our guest were greeted with a smile. Karleigh came over to the table and helped us cut the cake and constantly checking if we needed anything. Thank you so much for everything Karleigh and all of Chuck E. Cheese staff.

Now I know why it's always empty. First time here, ordered a personal pizza for my son. Hi didn't like it. Very few workers. It took a while for us to change our points. My son wasn't sure if he wanted a frog or something else. But the lady dicited for him a just gave him a frog and said thank you.

The food is expensive. Almost 10 dollars for a personal pizza. Which tasted like a frozen pizza not made fresh. The wings were $17 for 8 of them which were bonesless and they were tiny af. The drinks were expensive and everything tasted flat. The game card for unlimited play for an hour is pretty cool. But it's expensive if you have more than one child.

Went to a 3yr old birthday party. The environment was very clean and the pizza was delicious. The server was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend mend the one at Brownsville texas off the express way. The party planner did an awesome job of scheduling .

i use to like to bring my daughter to this place but not anymore first of all the guy wanted to overprice one pizza and wings 90 dollars so i told him it was so over price for only a pizza and wings and plus they gave me the pizza super burn and super hard even my daughter couldn't eat it never again coming to these chuck cheese place worst experience ever

1st time there. Pizza was delicious. Nice melted cheese as it's supposed to be. Crispy and not soggy or undercooked. Not as big as Peter pipers but it has more things fir the birthday kids to do. It has more interaction

The pizza is ok and the tv is entertaining. The big mouse came out once every 30 minutes for a song. Wish the salad bar had more options. Looked like a very fun place for the kids and they were all having lots of fun

Pizza was great and service was quick. Girl in charge of giving the little prices was kind to my kids, the guy at the door had a bubbly personality, other employees need to work more on interacting with customers. (Didnt get the names sorry)

If you want a place to let your kids let loose and not worry about how much credits are left for them to play then this is the place to go! Pizza is delicious! Games are purchased by time not credits! Highly recommended!

Great place for kids and adults. The food is good, the games are fun, and the most important thing your kids are secured and free to play without worries.

Food is OK but a bit over priced, but the games are the real highlight. If your child feels a need to play every game it's best to do it here, you pay per hour or 2. Ends up easier on the wallet.

Wow it is soooooooo packed! But the trampoline and games make it better than the Harlingen and Weslaco location.

Very friendly cashier by the name of Lelanie. Pizza was so delicious! My kids had fun here. The GM Connie went out of her way to make our eating experience superb.

Took my kids for some pizza and fun time. The staff were very friendly. All the games and kid rides were fun and i didnt find one that was not working. Spent a total of 3 hrs at Chuck E. Cheese, my kids had alot of fun. My only note to mgmnt would be to maintain the fountain drink area clean.

The service is terrible. There's really only one guy running around cleaning, fixing things, handling the register, helping the customers. Literally everyone else is ignoring the customers. I watched one guy walk to the back when a line at the food register started forming. Even the manager isn't doing anything. There are so many games to keep the kids occupied! The food is really good, and the drink selection isn't that varied, but in my opinion the drinks they do have are good. The games aren't that expensive, though the prizes can be pretty bad; I think they just need a little better prizes. The big prizes are worth it, though.

The pizza is good and the employees are great but understaffed. I don't think that having one employee to handle both the register and salad bar at the same time is not good management. Several customers had to wait almost 30 minutes for the salad bar to be restocked because the cashier was busy taking orders and didn't have anyone to assist at the salad bar.

Chuck E. Cheese needs to update their games badly. They are very worn and some of them don't even work. My children used to love this place, but now they don't even want to go because they have the same "boring" games and arcades. Food is decent, but their salad bar is really good.

I went to the lunch buffet and will not be going back. There was like 3 pizzas out. The salad bar was just a bowl of lettuce and dressing. The worse part was the drink machine. The ice was dirty and you can tell they don't clean the pumps daily. My son had a good time with the games which I have to say is the best part of the trip. They do have a lot of games for the kids to pick from but I will not be going back for the lunch buffet that's for sure.

I don't usually go to places like this, but it was for my niece's birthdays, so an exception was made. Judith was an amazing hostess and made sure everyone had everything they needed. For the amount my sister had to pay, it wasn't that bad.

Chuck E. Cheese pizza is just amazing! I wish I got invited to more birthdays there just so I can gorge on more of that cheesy, crispy pepperoni goodness. This pizza never disappoints based on my experience.

Went today as per my sons bday request. Never again will we go back. Unlimited gameplay led to two ignorant parents hogging a game for their kid, while my son waited and ultimately never had the chance to play. As parents, they should have had the decency to give a turn to someone else. It was a horrible display of selfishness and it was even worse to have chuck e cheese back that kind of behavior. I get it, you cant tell someone to stop playing a game but DONT BACK UP THAT BEHAVIOR. Put up signs..BE COURTE

About as good as a children's pizza place can be. Lots of fun loud bright flashy lights for the kids. Cool games for them too. Not the best food.

Went there for my little neighbor 's birthday party, I remembered what I used to do on my kids birthdays, Chuck E Cheese is a great place for the little ones, as adults maybe we aren't having a great time but it is for the little guys, I recommend it if you don't want to host and clean up at home

Visited this place for a nephews bday party. If it hadn't been for that, I would?ve never touched this place. I got sick with their pizza, or who knows, maybe the salad. This place is dirty not disinfected enough, so many kids are running around with their mucus flying all over the place.

This is a great place except some parents need to watch their children because some kids usually hog all of the games and don't let anyone else play, and someone stole my sister's ball that she worked hard to get, and she ended up crying.

Amazing place for the kids. Connie the manager is always super friendly and they have hand sanitizer stations all over the place. The crew is always cleaning the games.
