Customer Reviews

One of the most beautiful places for children to play electronically. It has a large area, is very clean, and the staff are respectful. As for the food, the pizza is delicious and fresh. The chicken pieces are fresh with a delicious sauce. I loved this place, and even my family had a very enjoyable time. They have wonderful offers and excellent subscriptions to save. I advise anyone who has more than one child to make a subscription with them.

My kids really love this place, so we come here quite often. We visited around 6 PM and ordered pizza and fries. There was a birthday party going on, and the staff seemed very busy, so I understand that the food took a bit longer than usual. However, I wanted to point out the fries. They cost almost $5, but the portion and quality felt a bit disappointing. As someone who also works in the food industry, I understand how challenging things can be during busy times?but I do believe this could be improved. I

I took my granddaughter to Chuck E. Cheese, and we had a fantastic time! We used a $34 coupon and got to play for 60 minutes, which was perfect. The games were fun, the atmosphere was lively, and she had a blast. It's a great spot for kids to enjoy themselves, and the deal made it even better! We'll definitely be back.

We've visited this Chuck E. Cheese location both on weekends for parties and on weekdays just for playtime. Overall, it's been a pretty good experience. The place is generally well-maintained?especially the tables and game areas, which are kept clean. I can't speak to the restroom conditions since we've never needed to use them. The pizza is consistently decent?exactly what you'd expect from a kid-focused entertainment spot. The main downside is the staff; they're not always the friendliest and rarely smile

After driving past this for over 10 years finally got a chance to visit it. It's a nice arcade like setup. Lots of games inside. Relatively clean and most games are functional. Huge space for dining as well. Menu has items like pizza, wings, fries and dips. Food prices are little bit expensive but games are cheaper. There's option to buy game points based on time or number of points. We went for a birthday. Each group gets their own bench and table. It's nicely organized with plates and cups. After playtim

We hosted my 5 year oldest birthday party at Chuck E Cheese and we were presently suprised how seamless everything was from booking to the day off. Our party coordinator took care of everything for us. The food was fresh and tasty. And most importantly all the kids had a blast. Reasonably priced for a large group. We are happy we chose Chuck E Cheese in Paramus!

When we first came in they asked us for a photo of me, my husband and daughter together. I was confused at first but the lady explained that there were lots of kidnappings going around...?? We've been to other chuck e. cheese locations a few weeks before and was never asked for a photo and just given the icon number stamps. I did understand but I was confused and a bit shocked because...was it just this location? Or is it something new that all locations are starting? Either way I did appreciate that they p

The games here seem to be some of the best maintained of most of the Chuck E Cheese locations I go to. Had my son?s birthday party here, Promise and Eliza were both great and very helpful and attentive! 5 star service! The pizza was tasty, I bought a couple extra pies and few extra sodas, and there was more than enough for everyone. Good value!

When you walk in they greet you & the employee took a picture of our family so when we leave they know that's our child! Love this! Great Job! Place is bright, vibrant, clean! I'm 42 & now I want my birthday here! THE PIZZA IS SOOOO GOOOD!! CANT WAIT TO COME BACK!

Had my daughter's birthday party here for her and her classmates, and they had a blast. The place was packed, but the party host, Promise, went above and beyond to keep the kids engaged and excited. She was so sweet and attentive despite the chaos of the day. I'd come back to book a party just to have her host again!

So I came here with my family for my little girls birthday.. I gotta say the greeter at the door Elissa was extremely courteous and friendly and answered all of our questions we had about what options we had for what event we wanted to throw for my little girl. We're a big group so it's good when there's a space where they can accommodate us and this was perfect fo small kids and big kids like myself. I did feel bad because I was grabbing salad at the salad bar and there was a black girl with braids who le

SUPER CLEAN with friendly and accommodating staff. Lots of recent great updates since we last visited (new games, monitors, all new booths etc). Great experience for our large family with various age kids. Andre made us DELICIOUS stuffed crust pizza that my kids raved about. We will be back!

Loads of games. Staff are great! Best chuck e cheese branch in North Jersey. We bought the 2 month membership and go every Sunday. Kids never get board.

I highly recommend Chuck E. Cheese! It's the perfect spot for kids to play, enjoy arcade games, and even meet Chuck E. himself.

Chuck E. Cheese used to be a go-to spot for family fun, but after my recent visit, I'm not sure it lives up to the hype anymore. The arcade games, which were always the main draw, were hit or miss. Many were either broken or out of order, which was incredibly frustrating. Even the ones that worked seemed outdated, and I noticed a few machines that didn't properly register points or tokens. The pizza, which I remember being decent in the past, was a letdown this time around. It's still passable, but it was

The employees are rude. First, if you come to a birthday party as a guest and your children bring their own socks, they force you to buy the socks they sell because you have to wear theirs. This is unfair because places like Billy Bees and others include socks for party guests. I wouldn't celebrate a birthday party here.

This is a large location, they have a trampoline area but it was closed off. When I asked an employee as to why she said no one was there to supervise and that she would find someone. She never did, I get the supervision is needed and appreciated but there were 3 birthday parties there along with my daughter who turned three that day. I saw plenty of employees standing around that could have supervised that area. The pizza is okay but WAYYY too expensive.

This is the best Chuck E. Cheese my family has been to, I actually booked a party for my 3 year old for a Sunday accidentally wanting it for a Saturday, so we showed up a day before the date that was selected. I'd like to thank the staff, the manager, and Kristy our Host! I'm beyond grateful for your accommodations and attention. Will definitely be a long time customer of this location. Kristyyyy you were amazing!!!

They got me covered for my 4 year old birthday kid. They offer various packages for birthdays. We had 3 guests and they could play unlimited during the 2-hour party. All kids (and some parents) had a blast here. Staff is friendly. Masks are required at all times. Recommended 100%

Very inexpensive. Lot of fun

I took my son to Chuck E. Cheese in Bergen county New Jersey this Chuck E. Cheese is extremely small and we went there early and there was no one there so he played for two hours and then all of a sudden he got really packed and kids were on top of kids and although everybody had a mask there was no 6 feet apart my big problem is that the tickets are not like that used to be so the tickets do not come out of the machine anymore they put on the card before you got bonuses 50 tickets 20 to get 100 ticket 500

Went here on Friday with my family, and OMG...we loved our experience here at the Paramus location!! Kristy "the manager" & the staff were extremely friendly, and they treated us like royalty!! This location is a recommendation, because this store has a good felt to it, and everything was perfect to my expectations!! I haven't been here since 2015, this location always have a good amount of staff, and always have a good warmth to it!

Since I completed a survey after the birthday, but no one from management cared to reach out, I will write a review. First, if you are having an event, please count the game cards given. I trusted my host, but he doesn't know how to count, or they have something to charge for a service you are not using. When he gave me the cards, he said we only put three less cards in case some party members do not show up, and when I looked in the bag, it did not look like 22 cards, but when hosting an event with that ma

125$$ for my family of four to come here play 40 games?. For my two children to jump around on new trampolines they just installed along with some horrible pizza. I will not be bringing my kids back ? what a rip off

I just went to this place, and as soon as I got home, my child developed a fever. A few days later, I tested positive for COVID, while my friend who went with me and her child was diagnosed with Flu A. If you can avoid this place, you should, especially on Sundays when it gets very crowded. I'm also not sure if the cleanliness measures there are as good as they should be.

It's the place to be for family fun. Feels like a private club. Very safe very clean and freedom within limits for the kids. Our toddler loves running around, playing video games, and when there is a coupon, she gets the trampoline upgrade.

Love this Chucky Cheese! It's the best location out of all of them. Very clean, the staff is polite, salad bar is never messy. The pizza is made to perfection.

For a large staff it is not run to it's expected experience. Found dirty tables, the line was long at times while one staff member was behind the counter. Management was at the entrance with another staff member before coming to help the line which he rude sense send another customer ahead of me after waiting on line to be assisted. Staff members on their phones while being assisted behind the counter as well. It really was not a great bang for my money.

Teenage employee shut down the machines without warning, basically telling us to get out. My daughter was in the helicopter machine that goes about 6 feet in the air. Luckily my wife was near her because had she tried to get down herself, she would?ve gotten hurt.

I had my son?s birthday party here today 8/2 and the state of the place was absolutely unacceptable. It was under ongoing construction, there was duct tape covering the floors and made them hazardous for children, my niece tripped and fell twice over them, and the area where the stage used to be was unfinished. There should have been some kind of notice on their website that it would be under renovations and should have been CLOSED during this time, so people would not be able to plan their parties in this

We celebrated my son?s birthday there a couple weeks ago. Great atmosphere friendly staff. The only thing is they burnt completely the pizza for the amount of money they charge for it. I paid almost 40 bucks for 1 large pizza, 1 soda and 1 small chunky cup. I think it's very expensive for the quality.

Food took long and it was cold and horrible. like chuck E why you do me like that look at these wings! The Economy isn't that bad!!! These wings are baby chicks? Sad

Discrimination against autistic child and racist. I was told that my son would have to get off of the trampoline because he was "bothering" another kid who did not want my son jumping next to him. The worker tried to tell my son that he can only jump in the first two boxes and that he couldn't jump to any other boxes. This was even after explaining that my child has difficulty with understanding certain directions because of his autism. The manager also did nothing to help diffuse the situation.

Two weeks ago my boy got invited to his friend's birthday party and had a lot of fun. This was the first time we visited this store and had to say that this one was one of the best chuck e cheese I've been. First, almost all the game machines ran well because we had bad experience before - a lot of machines in some other chuck's store were out of order. Second, the food supply was very quick and the floor in food areas was well maintained. We had fun there!

??Everyone knows this is the place to be a kid. But if you are an OG ?? parent and you remember the cups of coins and the bag of tickets. Oh the good ol days ??. ?? A lot has changed. Now they have contactless/tap and pay play ??'s where the ticket count is awarded and saved on the card account. ?? DONT LOOSE THAT CARD?? *4K TICKETS ??? ON A CARD IS A LOT OF GAMING FOR A CHILD TO EXPERIENCE AND NOT BE AWARDED BECAUSE MOM OR DAD DIDNT EXPLAIN THE VALUE OF SAVING AND WAITING TO BUY WHAT YOU WORKED HARD TO

Great atmosphere for families and the kids can run free in a controlled space, great games and awesome set up of seating. Will definitely go back to this location, I've been to other chuck E. Cheese places but this one is the best!

So much fun! You get a lot more out of the arcade because you can buy 45 min instead of points that run out quicker :) we stayed there for almost 3 hours - a super fun family place

You don't provide any training to your employees, you hire employees who don't know their job. Those idiots threw everything on the table into the trash. People should pay attention, there are pictures of us on the table, can't you see that you are cleaning the whole table, our drinks, our unfinished food, they even threw the picture in the trash, I will never bring my child to chuck e cheese anymore again, I am protesting in my own way.

Loved that they made u take a selfie of you and your kids. You had to show it to be able to leave

They have you put on hand sanitizer as you enter, smart! Not crowded. Upgraded cards so that you get virtual tickets versus paper ones now, great improvement. Staff very friendly and helpful!

My son wanted to come here. I've never been to Chuck E Cheese before. This place is definitely catered to the younger kids, not sure if adults actually enjoy this place. We had the extra large pizza with vegetables and it was actually quiet decent. Their salad bar was decent as well. The kids had a blast playing the games here as well as jumping on the trampoline. I guess that's all that matters. Plenty of seatings but on the tighter side. Clean and big bathrooms

Always a fun place!! Kids love it.Ordered Pizza too .and it tastes awesome.

First time back after the pandemic , they have renovated a bid by removing the fun house ( due to covid ) adding more games and tables , I went on a weekday so not that many people but still a bid busy , we ordered food it took about 25 m everything was good, clean , temperature checks at the entrance , overall we had a good experience

Buyer be ware they charge $2 on top of the $1 for the card. I literally told the girl to take off the $2 for the little bungee cord thing for the card. Watch out for the skee-ball machines too they weren't working we tried a couple of them. Other then that love the security the constant eyes on the kids doesn't mean you don't have to watch your own kids but they do try and keep a watchful eye. The food is decent for what it is the salad bar looked neat and clean and tidy. Definitely a special needs friendly

This franchise improved a lot over the years. Best bang for your buck. All games are same price (one credit). Except the trampolines (you have to pay extra). The salad bar/buffet is a great addition and a step in the right direction but it could more healthy options/snacks. Drinks selection continues to be bad. Only ?sugary? items. Time to add the ever trendy sparkling/ seltzer water with flavor. Ambience was clean and decor in sync with activities and arcades.

A very fun and bustling place. Extremely tasty pizza and you came up with a cool idea to give the cups to the children at home. Thank you for organizing my son's wonderful birthday!

Lots of fun! Great pizza not expensive this is a good location clean. Nice workers!

This is a great place for kids I'm not sure why now they change the tokens per minutes of play. I gave 2 stars because the carpet smells like stinky feet I got a headache because of that my poor kids was saying that they don't want to eat anything here because the food may taste the same as the smell everywhere, I ask the cashier that is smells bad and her answer was ?yes I know everybody it's telling me that? So I told her but you know this is not acceptable for sanitary purposes and she just answer ?they

Chuck E. Cheese has gone under some major upgrades since I've last been. They've gotten rid of the infamous ball pit and tunnel and created a mini trampoline section. Although I felt the tunnels and ball pit were some of my favorite memories of Chuck E Cheese, I can see how much the trampoline park is loved! Pizza is always good, and the kids have a blast!

Hot had a terrible experience, I have a son from the autism spectrum, he enjoys jumping, I forced him to spend a nice time... he loves to jump, when we were on the trampoline, the girl who works there looked at my son in a derogatory way, he was as unpleasant, as it is possible that they have staff like this girl without any kind of touch, respect or training

Please see the photo I took tonight, imagine paying $14 for this piece of food? And the reason given to me was inflation?? There's no reason for a normal person to cut the pizza like this? Horrible costumer service. Will not come back for a long time for sure

Still a great place for kids to have fun and chaotic for the adults, but things have gone downhill over years. Food is pricey. Pizza is pretty good as is the chocolate chip cookie. But salad bar was limited and dressings did not look fresh. Soda is Pepsi instead of Coke. Finally, I was annoyed to see that all games now pay the same number of tickets regardless of result. Takes a lot of fun out of it in my opinion.

I must say that at first I was a little unhappy with the food, usually the pizza a d salad bar are delish. But this evening the pizza was "ok" and not only had they ran out of a couple of items at the salad bar, it looked like everything had been sitting there for days ??..... the winds were good! On the upside and what changed our whole night into an amazing night at Chuck E Cheese was that even though we were celebrating my daughters 2nd bday privately, Chuck E came and took pictures and played and even

Great place years ago have some fun with the family and good food. The customer service here is exceptional.

I love it so much I had the best day ever and got the cutest caterpillar and plushie I'll always treasure thanks for helping me share a magical day with my family each time I visit!! I love that it has more rides than the normal one I visit, and trick or treating!

Attended a birthday party - no napkins on the party tables, a third of the games didn't work or the balls were missing, air hockey puck got stuck for 30 mins (2 hour party), and now we have stomach aches. Would not go back again, waste of money.

Staff needs training, specially 3 young males I encountered. Very unprofessional and I spent close to 20 minutes waiting on a personal pizza and small order of fries, awful

Games galore, ?? if you happen to not want to play games, they are seat available to dine and rest. Its a great place, I like the socks given to all the children .

Great place for smaller children, I like the unlimited arcade cards they have now, makes it much easier for the family to play all the games.

We went there on Friday afternoon with the Groupon order 1 hour all you can play pass , it supposed to include one reloadable play card but the front desk charged us two of them (2 orders) , my daughter only played 30 mins the card has no balance, so I have to go to the front desk and let them take care of it. I have been told I can only have certain points she gave me 20 points again. But the other card is fine with unlimited points to play, that means the front desk didn't give us the correct points at th

My Daughter loves chuckee cheese. The promos are good. The trampoline pricing is silly. If you buy a package deal or socks u shouldn't have to pay ten dollars extra every time to have your child use the trampoline. They need to change up the trampoline rules.

Just had a birthday party here and I want to shout out the employee, I believe his name is Zair or Zahir. His customer service skills were excellent. He really had a wonderful vibe and kept me up to date on every detail and helped to keep our party organized and entertained. Great employee. Thanks so much to him for making it easy.

Several games were not working properly. Security attention needed. After you scan your card to play a whole family of kids were pushing in front of you and stealing your game! The mother did nothing...she was told repeatedly. Beware of being set up like that. We left early because of this.

They changed everything!!! No more animatronics just weirdly standing around but a big vibrant screen. They did take out the little jungle gym and replaced it with a trampoline ...but honestly, it's cleaner and safer for the little ones. The food as usual was really good. We used the timed unlimited version to play games, it has a 15 - 30-second pause though. Maybe wasted 5 minutes in between games...I'm not sure how to feel about that. But nonetheless, it was a great time, being an adult I also had fun. It

We come to this location all the time and always have a great experience but this night in particular was the best. My son lost his play card and I went to the front desk to see if anyone had turned it in. My son was so disappointed because he had won so many bonuses. Brandon at the front desk went through all of the receipts of customers since we had originally checked in to find ours and replaced the card with all of the points still attached. I didn't even know this was possible to do. He made my sons ni

My kids had so much fun, clean place, kind stuff

Great for kids. Employees were kind. Pizza was a little on the cold side (not fresh). Nevertheless it was good enough to eat!

Called to make reservations and try to find out some information on a birthday since it will be my first time throwing a birthday party there and the guy that I spoke with was very rude , giving one word answers and hung up the phone on me. If that person does not like his job than don't work there. Poor customer service.

I've visited this location several times and I always have a pleasant experience. I usually visit during the early afternoon when it's less crowded and easier for my little one. This last visit was very memorable as I witnessed the staff, specifically Andre, adhere to the very important procedure of reviewing the ?entrance picture? when kids exit the restaurant. Despite one of the other staff members waving a particular man off because she seemed to be familiar with him, Andre still stopped the man and chil

The children had fun, however alot of the table areas were blocked ?? off for reserved parties, or maybe b/c of Covid..the children had fun and that's what counts ?????? C.C. experience ????thumbs up!!!

Nice and clean. Came with wife and had a great time! Not just for kids!

I guess I'm old now because I'm comparing it to my experience as a kid. Pros: You don't pay to enter, choose which arcade games or random little rides, trampoline space, somewhat clean and good space. Tickets that you cash in for prizes, my card had good value. Cons: No ball pit, jungle gym or place for kids to travel through Tunnels or whatever. It's more like a Dave a d busters for kids, there is no longer a stage for Chucky, there's a big screen and the mascot walks around in that area, I guess they re

Best Chuck E Cheese I've been to. Very large and well spaced out. More games than most. Parents there seem to be responsible with their children. And I like the new trampoline.

Continuously improving! New games and more tickets are earned! This was very exciting for my 6 year old. We didn't spend a lot of time playing and were able to score a ton of tickets with play points left over. Check out the website for coupons (they are worth it!). Even without coupons the prices aren't bad for what you get. Had an issue with tickets not coming out of the machine but I spoke with a manager who was very nice and professional. We were able to get our tickets hassle-free. The employees on dut

Kids had a great time at the birthday party!

The cashier very rude on entry...This is supposed to be a happy place with smiles. Next ordered food kids played I left my food on table as I sat . The worker came over to my table and started taking food off Didn't introduce himself didn't ask are you finished and lean over my food. Yes I told him he was VERY RUDE & WHERE IS HIS MANNERS??????

I went on a Monday! It was empty and perfect timing. We got there by 6 pm and got the kids 30 minutes' worth of playing time and ordered some food. Kids were tired and stuffed by 7 pm in bed by 8:30 pm.

Bathrooms are putrid, service was barely subpar, but the pizza is always good. Would be nice if they would have cut it all the way through for the party. Overall disappointed. The worst part is they automatically overcharge by forcing stuffed crust and upcharging the pizza size. For my daughter's party, I caught $75 in overcharges. Pay attention when you book a party. They are terribly money hungry. Never will have a party there again.

I addressed the staff on some questions, they push you on to the next staff member. Staff is standing around while lines form for prizes or food. The manager will see you standing right there waiting or in need of help and she will not greet you or address you personally. The manger is also standing around chatting. The staff is not friendly. Extremely slow service. I have been to other locations. This location seemed great from the outside but it was a terrible idea. Typically the managers are also very n

The pizza ?? it's really good!! It wasn't crowded, the people who work here are very nice! It's very clean!!

It took over 90 minutes to get our food, and it was the wrong order. When I told the guy we were supposed to have dry rub wings, not sauced, he just shrugged his shoulders. The wings were still cold (not even room temperature but cold), and the pizza was barely warm. $75 for a large pizza and a dozen wings and an order of unicorn churros that were dried out. A huge disappointment. We definitely won't be going back there.

Spent about an hour there with my 3 year old. He had a good time. However, when we went few machines weren't working. However, my son didn't seem like he was missing out. The place was lively, and the staff were friendly. Will come back again. They can have more machines.

This location feels much more roomy and modernized with more TV screen and the big projector screen that replaced the animatronics. Great, useful staff members and especially Andre was great help on our first visit since the renovation. Can't wait to see this place after the final renovations!!! Very big plus, that they are very military friendly!!!

I've been coming here for years with my daughter I love it. There is plenty of parking and the managers are usually on point with fixing any issues you may have. Also the store was remodeled with new games added, which was long overdue. I still think the fun house should be free and not 3 tokens but I have no issues besides that.

First of all this location Chuck E Cheese is not deserving 0 Star!! They will promise you everything, but in reality it will be very different. The store manager Carlos is very rude and very unprofessional. He has blundered all the things. Literally Carlos made the fraud to us. 1) Starting from communications (someone saying Yes to something and other person from same team saying No to something). Huge communication gap among themselves. First of all you cant even reach them over phone. 2) Delivering Pizza

Not the Chuckie Cheese of old. Kristy & Zach keep the place immaculate & stocked up. Friendly playful atmosphere. Gave 5 stars for kid food. Stuffed cheese in crust is a nice touch.

Hola So Me and my classmates went for a trip and first off it makes no sense the playtime and cards were fine the food was ok but why so much for such little portion also you have to pay for socks in the trampoline even through u already have socks on and it's ten dollars for not even ur size and the trampoline isn't even good we paid 10$ for socks that didn't fit + we didn't get the right amount or change back and also the cards had like 999M on it and I went to buy something with the tickets and it showe

The food sucks for Adults but I feed all my God Children before we go. Games are Kool too

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
