One of the most beautiful places for children to play electronically. It has a large area, is very clean, and the staff are respectful. As for the food, the pizza is delicious and fresh. The chicken pieces are fresh with a delicious sauce. I loved this place, and even my family had a very enjoyable time. They have wonderful offers and excellent subscriptions to save. I advise anyone who has more than one child to make a subscription with them.

My kids really love this place, so we come here quite often. We visited around 6 PM and ordered pizza and fries. There was a birthday party going on, and the staff seemed very busy, so I understand that the food took a bit longer than usual. However, I wanted to point out the fries. We've visited this Chuck E. Cheese location both on weekends for parties and on weekdays just for playtime. Overall, it's been a pretty good experience. After driving past this for over 10 years finally got a chance to visit it. It's a nice arcade like setup. Lots of games inside. Relatively clean and most games are functional. We hosted my 5 year oldest birthday party at Chuck E Cheese and we were presently suprised how seamless everything was from booking to the day off. Our party coordinator took care of everything for us. The food was fresh and tasty. And most importantly all the kids had a blast. Reasonably priced for a large group. The games here seem to be some of the best maintained of most of the Chuck E Cheese locations I go to. Had my son?s birthday party here, Promise and Eliza were both great and very helpful and attentive! 5 star service! Had my daughter's birthday party here for her and her classmates, and they had a blast. The place was packed, but the party host, Promise, went above and beyond to keep the kids engaged and excited. She was so sweet and attentive despite the chaos of the day. I'd come back to book a party just to have her host again!

The employees are rude. First, if you come to a birthday party as a guest and your children bring their own socks, they force you to buy the socks they sell because you have to wear theirs. This is unfair because places like Billy Bees and others include socks for party guests. I wouldn't celebrate a birthday party here.

This is a large location, they have a trampoline area but it was closed off. When I asked an employee as to why she said no one was there to supervise and that she would find someone. She never did, I get the supervision is needed and appreciated but there were 3 birthday parties there along with my daughter who turned three that day. I saw plenty of employees standing around that could have supervised that area. The pizza is okay but WAYYY too expensive.

This is the best Chuck E. Cheese my family has been to, I actually booked a party for my 3 year old for a Sunday accidentally wanting it for a Saturday, so we showed up a day before the date that was selected. They got me covered for my 4 year old birthday kid. They offer various packages for birthdays. We had 3 guests and they could play unlimited during the 2-hour party. All kids (and some parents) had a blast here. Staff is friendly. Masks are required at all times. Recommended 100%

Cheese is extremely small and we went there early and there was no one there so he played for two hours and then all of a sudden he got really packed and kids were on top of kids and although everybody had a mask there was no 6 feet apart my big problem is that the tickets are not like that used to be so the tickets do not come out of the machine anymore they put on the card before you got bonuses 50 tickets 20 to get 100 ticket 500

Went here on Friday with my family, and OMG...we loved our experience here at the Paramus location!! Kristy "the manager" & the staff were extremely friendly, and they treated us like royalty!! Since I completed a survey after the birthday, but no one from management cared to reach out, I will write a review. First, if you are having an event, please count the game cards given. I trusted my host, but he doesn't know how to count, or they have something to charge for a service you are not using. I just went to this place, and as soon as I got home, my child developed a fever. A few days later, I tested positive for COVID, while my friend who went with me and her child was diagnosed with Flu A. If you can avoid this place, you should, especially on Sundays when it gets very crowded. I'm also not sure if the cleanliness measures there are as good as they should be.

It's the place to be for family fun. Feels like a private club. Very safe very clean and freedom within limits for the kids. Our toddler loves running around, playing video games, and when there is a coupon, she gets the trampoline upgrade.

For a large staff it is not run to it's expected experience. Found dirty tables, the line was long at times while one staff member was behind the counter. Management was at the entrance with another staff member before coming to help the line which he rude sense send another customer ahead of me after waiting on line to be assisted. Staff members on their phones while being assisted behind the counter as well. It really was not a great bang for my money.

Teenage employee shut down the machines without warning, basically telling us to get out. My daughter was in the helicopter machine that goes about 6 feet in the air. Luckily my wife was near her because had she tried to get down herself, she would?ve gotten hurt.

I had my son?s birthday party here today 8/2 and the state of the place was absolutely unacceptable. It was under ongoing construction, there was duct tape covering the floors and made them hazardous for children, my niece tripped and fell twice over them, and the area where the stage used to be was unfinished. We celebrated my son?s birthday there a couple weeks ago. Great atmosphere friendly staff. The only thing is they burnt completely the pizza for the amount of money they charge for it. Discrimination against autistic child and racist. I was told that my son would have to get off of the trampoline because he was "bothering" another kid who did not want my son jumping next to him. The worker tried to tell my son that he can only jump in the first two boxes and that he couldn't jump to any other boxes. This was even after explaining that my child has difficulty with understanding certain directions because of his autism. The manager also did nothing to help diffuse the situation.

Two weeks ago my boy got invited to his friend's birthday party and had a lot of fun. This was the first time we visited this store and had to say that this one was one of the best chuck e cheese I've been. First, almost all the game machines ran well because we had bad experience before - a lot of machines in some other chuck's store were out of order. You don't provide any training to your employees, you hire employees who don't know their job. Those idiots threw everything on the table into the trash. People should pay attention, there are pictures of us on the table, can't you see that you are cleaning the whole table, our drinks, our unfinished food, they even threw the picture in the trash, I will never bring my child to chuck e cheese anymore again, I am protesting in my own way.

They have you put on hand sanitizer as you enter, smart! Not crowded. Upgraded cards so that you get virtual tickets versus paper ones now, great improvement. Staff very friendly and helpful!

My son wanted to come here. I've never been to Chuck E Cheese before. This place is definitely catered to the younger kids, not sure if adults actually enjoy this place. Buyer be ware they charge $2 on top of the $1 for the card. I literally told the girl to take off the $2 for the little bungee cord thing for the card. Watch out for the skee-ball machines too they weren't working we tried a couple of them. Other then that love the security the constant eyes on the kids doesn't mean you don't have to watch your own kids but they do try and keep a watchful eye. This franchise improved a lot over the years. Best bang for your buck. All games are same price (one credit). Except the trampolines (you have to pay extra). The salad bar/buffet is a great addition and a step in the right direction but it could more healthy options/snacks. Drinks selection continues to be bad. Only ?sugary? items. Time to add the ever trendy sparkling/ seltzer water with flavor. Ambience was clean and decor in sync with activities and arcades.

This is a great place for kids I'm not sure why now they change the tokens per minutes of play. Chuck E. Cheese has gone under some major upgrades since I've last been. They've gotten rid of the infamous ball pit and tunnel and created a mini trampoline section. Although I felt the tunnels and ball pit were some of my favorite memories of Chuck E Cheese, I can see how much the trampoline park is loved! Pizza is always good, and the kids have a blast!

Still a great place for kids to have fun and chaotic for the adults, but things have gone downhill over years. Food is pricey. Pizza is pretty good as is the chocolate chip cookie. But salad bar was limited and dressings did not look fresh. Soda is Pepsi instead of Coke. Finally, I was annoyed to see that all games now pay the same number of tickets regardless of result. Several games were not working properly. Security attention needed. After you scan your card to play a whole family of kids were pushing in front of you and stealing your game! The mother did nothing...she was told repeatedly. Beware of being set up like that. We left early because of this.

I went on a Monday! It was empty and perfect timing. We got there by 6 pm and got the kids 30 minutes' worth of playing time and ordered some food. Kids were tired and stuffed by 7 pm in bed by 8:30 pm.

It took over 90 minutes to get our food, and it was the wrong order. When I told the guy we were supposed to have dry rub wings, not sauced, he just shrugged his shoulders. I've been coming here for years with my daughter I love it. There is plenty of parking and the managers are usually on point with fixing any issues you may have. Also the store was remodeled with new games added, which was long overdue. I still think the fun house should be free and not 3 tokens but I have no issues besides that.
