They started kicking us out and turning off the games at 830 and they close at 9 worst place ever i would want a refund waste of money i will keep going to shakey's from now on the have better service and better food this of not the first time or the only chuck e cheese location that does this corporate needs to look into their locations. The manager brandon and employees harassing us to get out the games .
My main problem was that there's not a person that stands at all times to check guest in with the stamp. My son who is autistic was able to sneak past them and walked out to the parking lot . I am 8 months pregnant so I couldn't keep up with him when he was ready to leave, plus with 6 other kids trying to get them ready to leave. I asked if they seen a boy run out they clearly said to me ?no, kids can't leave, we're always watching? false!. I know it's the parents job to watch their own kids but at a place
This was a birthday party venue. I noticed there were no signs pointing you in the direction of Chucks in the plaza. I drove around and around and around, the plaza until my child pointed it out. I was late and frustrated that it wasn't clear and the only way one knows is by looking up at the building. The place is a zoo! Kids running around, staff trying to maintain crowd control, and too many birthday parties at 1 time ! Why?!!! Nasty people everywhere ! The staff seemed pretty adamant about ?attempting
By far the best Chuck E Cheese in Los Angeles County. We celebrated my nieces birthday today. It was a last min thing so we didn't have a reservation. However the manager Brandon by far exceeded our expectations. We were allowed to use the long party tables. My nieces dad accidentally went to the Burbank location and had arrived early to buy the food and set up. His guest were all at the Glendale location. Once he realized the mistake he packed his pizza and drove over to Glendale which was a 25 min drive.
When you enter you get hit with hot smelly air ????? The guy in the front didn't even greet us. There was a long line to order IMO they could've opened the 2nd register ??. Food was tasty but soda is carbonated.
We Celebrated My Son's Birthday Today Friday1-8-22 And it was Pretty Awesome He Loved it Big-time the Food PIZZA was Great the Atmosphere was very Calm and Enjoyable... He ran ?????and played All that Time we were there 3hrs And I'm Very Happy that we Brought him Here.... ? ? ?
The pizza is pretty good. Cheese bread is decent. The wings were good but too salty. Fries were slightly undercooked. The food was hot when I recieved it for pickup. The place kind of smells when you walk in. It must be the carpet. Staff was friendly and the service was excellent. Most of the games work. They do refund your points if a games doesn't work which only happened once. The play area seems safe for kids.
This place was a sauna....yea I guess they had some games and pizza and stuff. But the atmosphere was so insane. Everytime I come to any chuck e cheese I leave with the flu or some kind of cold because its so damn hot that all the germs are just thriving. The reason why hospitals and jail is so cold is so germs and viruses dont thrive.. yet this place post covid is like 88 degrees inside the building? I didn't check but it had to be atleast 85
Took my 2 year old son here thinking it was a real Chuck e. Cheese, turns out this is a mini chuck e cheese. The prices should be cut in half because EVERYTHING is half the size of a regular location. There were 9 items in the salad bar, 18 undercooked fries in the fry basket. 2 rows of games. No ball pit or tubes, (or really anything!) I was very dissatisfied with the lack of amenities. But it was very clean, and if your at the mall with your kids and just need to kill time and money, this will do. Bu
The salad area sucks, they don't clean it, most of the bins are empty. The garbage cans are full, from the moment you walk in it smells like you are entering a karate gym. The bathrooms are dirty and smelly. The employees are not nice at all and if you ask them when they will put extra in the salad bar they say right now, an hour and a half and they never put potato salad or jello.
You can never have enough fun at Chuck e Cheeses. To me, it's better than the Burbank one because it's much more mellow because there seems to be a lot more space for the kids to play and areas for the parents to sit. Cheap enough too. They give you more points if you order the $20 package.
We did our son's 7th birthday on 26 Dec 2024 in Chuck E cheese LA, With 10kids. Kids were having fun with chucky ,party and food was awesome. Cake taste yummy. They have given us birthday host her name is Tina, she was kind, organized and help me in hosting throughout the event very nice girl and easy to approach. We all appreciate her work and dedication ??. Chuck E cheese it's prefect place for kids birthday party.
Dirtiest Chucky Cheese I've ever seen, they don't clean the tables, they worry more about guarding the trampolines than hygiene the carpet stinks this place needs to be remodeled and prices are too high.
This place is much better than others I've been to, very clean. Bianca was able to help us understand the monthly pass and I truly appreciate the patience she had to help me with the process.
Free parking. They have Wi-Fi now. A lot of it depends on what time of day you go, as to how many other people around and how much stuff they have helping. The all-you-can-eat lunch buffet is worth it. Various game options. Chuck-E-Cheese appears and does his dance and throw tickets hourly on the half. You can print coupons online before you go.
You have to take a photo ID and your vaccinations card or proof of it. Had a pleasant experience staff we friendly. Also chuck E. Cheese did come out a lot to play and dance with the kids.
Was kind of slow today which is good so my kiddos could play whatever they want with no wait time. Staff here is very nice recommend if you have down time for the kids. They have Wednesday special on games for 1 hour of playtime for $14.99
Great place to have some fun with children that likes arcade games but it is kind of expensive, like everything price have gone up to wild good to go twice a year no more good offers like in the past.
Pizza is ok. It just has a funky odor like dirty clothes, funky socks and wet dog . Maybe the vaccum they use is making the carpet stink ??
This is our 8th different chuck e cheese using our fun pass... Phillip the guy at the counter should be employee of the year.. interacts with the kids did voices.. make even the shy est kids smile.. clean and ticket payout was higher than other chuck e cheese location .
They have a new slide attraction. Come check it out, our son loved it!
Great fun place grandson had a blast;
I went for my co-worker's daughter's Birthday. It's a fun place for kids and the pizza is good. The staff is very helpful.
Love the fact the they reopen my kids love it, although not too many games, they when green now every credit and points go in your card.
Very friendly staff. Super kind and accommodating. Clean environment. Fun games and birthday celebrations. Highly recommend.
This place never disappoints. You don't have to pay just to get in. Other places do. Kids always have fun. Been coming since 1996
It smells horrible once you step inside. Like vomit.
The entrance smells like dirty shoes.
Me and my husband had an amazing experience. We got there and although it was pretty packed, we ordered and the food did not take long to come out. We stayed until they closed and not once did they tell us we have to leave or anything. My son and little sister had an amazing time. Definitely recommend this Chuck E. Cheese. For all those bad reviews that I read, boy were they wrong. I will definitely come again. Thank you to Chuck E. Cheese for making it a beautiful experience for my son. He had so much fun
I've had parties at a few different cheeses for my children throughout the years. I haven't gone in in a while, and I went to my best friend?s daughter?s birthday party yesterday. When I tell you, it was the worst experience ever I mean it. The food was disgusting. The service was terrible, the hostess did nothing. We kept having to remind her to clean to bring things out to do the cake. It was dirty. It smelled so bad in there and I get it there's kids, but it was poorly run. We were the only ones having a
We had my daughter's birthday there recently. Everyone had a good time and the staff were very helpful. The bill came up lower than we estimated and every kid went home with a plastic ball (The machine is rigged! The crane is a lot easier than you'd think. Give it a try!). We got the passes for unlimited play for 2 hours. The 3 to 7 year old kids were done before the passes expired. I had to relinquish my pass to my son, so Mr. J, I'm coming back for you! At least the kids had fun and we got to meet some co
Always have a Great time..hanging with the kids and family.
Not biased at all, but this is one of the best Chuck E. Cheese?s ever.
I loved this place as a kid and now that we got one it's even better.
Unfortunate experience over nothing. My 10-year old daughter needed to break a $20 for me while I stood at the card machine (it needs exact change). She waited as the only customer for several minutes and at least 2 team members couldn't open the till for her due to lack of authorization. So she had to wait for the manager who was at the concession stand helping another customer. Again, my daughter was the only customer waiting at the till for several minutes. By the time the manager was finished, a group
Helpful staff, Pizza is good, wings are good not the best but they will do just fine. My son always enjoys coming here. My son wanted a blue Chuck E. Cup. We were told they were out but staff ended up finding one more. Glad they took the time to get my son the color he wanted
Very bad customer service the girl on the register literally walked away to go on her break they started skipping me in line after waiting 10 min a to purchase a salad they said they didn't accept cash? food took over 30 min on Labor Day weekend when it was empty and let's not start on the manager no manager skills wats so ever!
The very beautiful very powerful I like there's not many games but they have a trampoline but it's only for young kids
Fun for the kids went there for my grandkids' birthday party's.
This place is nothing like it used to be. There's no physical activity involved. They just have cheesy games that only let you lose once. You don't get any tokens with your food purchase. You have to buy a tap card. They're not fun to share, either. There's a buffer time between each use. You don't get tickets anymore either. No more ticket muncher. Only very small children can appreciate this place. Not for kids over 7.
Food was awful. Wings were a big disappointment. Order the platter with the Asian BBQ spicy sauce and it didn't even taste close to that flavor.
I was celebrating a birthday. I did not know that you needed a different colored plate to get items from the salad bar. The employee was so rude. He literally took the plate right out of my hand and threw it in the trash right in front of me. He told me that I needed a white plate. It was completely unnecessary for him to snatch the plate from my hand and waste that food. I get that the employee could care less because he's not paying for the food, but wasting food like that is just sad. The employee cleani
We had a fundraiser there last night! All I want to say that the fact that Chuck E. Stopped by the school during dismissal was the best! Our K-8th students were excited to see him there! Chuck E. Even played soccer with our 7th graders! It was so fun. Special thanks to Leilani for bringing us such an animated Chuck. E!!!
It was great !! People and employees are very nice .. very helpful and made it easy !.?
My 2 year old daughter enjoyed her first time here tremendously. She especially enjoyed the trampoline area. ????????
Today, when I visited with my family, everything seemed well until I submitted my food order at 5:15pm I noticed the food was taking longer than expected. An hour passed and my device started to vibrate to pick up my order. When I arrived to the pick up area to get my food I asked one of the employees about still missing a LG pizza. She then said oh its still not ready so she gave me the device with a number. I then waited another 30 min and no pizza yet then I decided to go back and ask and the employee sa
This is a great place to bring the kids for an afternoon or evening of fun. It's very safe, so you can let them run wild if you want without worrying about anything. Games are inexpensive to play, and there are a lot of them. The kids like the food, but it's not gourmet. Plenty of seating and a animatronic show rounds out the experience....
We take the kids here often. They love it. Also their pizza and salads are pretty good. I like that they now have unlimited one-hour game cards! On weekends this place can be pretty busy and hard to find tables. They seem to be short staffed on weekends and don't clean tables fast enough to make room for new people.
They added a new TIME BASED card option to just go in and have unlimited access to games, I think that's way better than paying 35c per token / credit. I didn't even know about this new change until I went inside and gave it a try. I managed to play all the games within 30 minutes lol, just for old times sake
I've came here for years since I was a kid. The place is good and the children will enjoy their time! The smell coming in here is weird, smells like smelly feet and sweat lol. The food is good, but they have to be careful with this. My pizza came out like this and we weren't satisfied with the look of it (it tasted delicious, stuffed crust sausage pizza) prices are expensive for food. We spoke to a worker and they were great and made a solution. I love the change with the time card instead of tokens. I feel
The prices were already over the top. But now they charge more for everything. Tokens no longer come with your order, no matter how much you spend. You have to buy a timed card. But this card doesn't just let you swipe it over and over. There's a buffer time between swipes. Most of the games only give you one life or one chance. Your turn is over in seconds, then you have to wait a few minutes. The games only award you average 4-7 tickets. It costs 60 tickets to buy a little piece of candy. 500 tickets
It's so nice to spend some hours with kids. Children can enjoy games, eat pizza and have birthday parties. It's enough for the family to have a good time.
I had so much fun with my nieces. They do 1 hour for $20. Play all you want with your loved ones or kids. They have great customer care. Prizes need to be better. I really had fun with my family here. The best location.
Pretty clean I really like this site then all the ones I've been in and is 4 different locations and this I say is cleaner neater and nice staff. None gave me any attitude and service was great.
I've had bad experiences with certain Chuck e cheese where it was gross walking on the carpet and even worse getting down on my knees to be at children level. But this one I go quite often and it's always clean I actually felt comfortable enough to lay down. The pizza is always delicious and the games are for everyone. My 1 year old daughter enjoyed the games my 5 year old loved them and my husband and I as adults enjoy them as well.
We like Chuck E. Cheese's a lot. It's a great place for kids (and adults too) who like to play games. Though, it is mostly geared towards children since at least half of their games/rides can only fit little ones... ; ) We are in Cali visiting for several weeks and this happens to be within blocks of where we are staying, so super convenient. Playtime at Chuck E. Cheese's is always a fun time, so very good nighttime or anytime thing for us to do while we are here as a filler play event or dinnertime activi
I'm happy this Chuck E Cheese is still open. On Tuesdays they have the 2 for 1 pizzas! The place is clean and I have to say one of the best pizzas in town! The cookie cake also amazing! You don't need to worry about parking , there is plenty of parking underground and on the 2nd floor.
Loved going back here after so long! Everything was just as I remembered as a kid, of course updated for covid regulations. Great place to kill time, and the new coin system to play games works like a charm! Not too great with social distancing though, bring sanitizers and remember to be cautious.
Was here for a birthday party. Service was horrible. The party attendant was rude and unavailable. My friend had to continue to run back forth because there was no service. They even started singing happy birthday without the birthday boy!! I've had many parties for my own children over the pass 23 years and I've never experienced anything so horrible. Currently speaking to the manager because my poor friend missed valuable picture opportunities.
Food was ok i asked for crust pizza and i got the thin one ..?? also when we were leaving the white girl checking the stamp hand ignored me and just act like i was invisible i really thought tht was very rude of her white girl glasses on door never coming here again .....
Lord, I am not a fan of Chuck-E-Cheese but my grandson is! The salad bar is actually okay for adults and the sampler platter is a menu item I can recommend. The pizza is, at best, average. I always by the timed ticket for the games. For around twenty bucks my grandson has an hour of unlimited play on any and all of the games.
Fun for the little kids.
Extremely clean areas with staff wiping surfaces on a timely basis even with all the children actively running amongst them while sanitizing. Staff is helpful being actually will answer questions or find someone whom can. Appreciate all the workers hard work and effort to do their job masked and outnumbered. Thanx Cheese Crew ??.
Go to their website and you'll get good deals for game cards and food for the kids. The custimer service is great. My nephews loved our visit. Will definitely come back again to this location.
My girl enjoy it I do to knowing she safe here and I am keeping in eye out
My kids had a good time. It was quiet. They no longer bring your pizza to your table. You have to go and get it. It is expensive.
Pretty clean Chuck E cheese in the eagle Rock mall, by the Target and Macy's. Sometimes they get over crowded and certain games are not working. Cool spot for the little one. I would recommend they fix the games and I'll give them five stars
The stench of expired milk or cheese is very strong througout the place. I've been to other similar places, but it's not this bad. Maybe a kid recently vomited, i don't know? Ventilation needs to be better. 3-4 of the play machines charged our card, but did not start. There were no signs of "Out of Service". Staff needs to be more available to provide assistance.
Had my daughter's birthday party here a few weeks back and I can't say enough how hard these people worked to make everyone happy and give her the best experience. I was honestly so impressed. Adrien was our party host. He hustled, organized, problem solved, kept his eye on everything (he still had to handle non-party issues), and never missed a beat or lost his cheerful disposition. Everyone that worked there was so friendly and genuinely helpful We would recommend it for anyone considering a Chuck E. Chee
It was nice , the young lady help and had patience with my daughter and grandson
I've been to a few different locations and this one by dad is the best. The staff are super friendly and they also take care of you rite away especially if the games mes up on you or your child... Also it's very clean and organized.
Great staff exelent and fun. But they have took out the big playground and are adding more babby rides and games. Ages 6 and under would love it but im twelve my brothers 10 and we still love it just as much!!!!!!!
It's a good place with employee really fun and enjoyable for my kids but I believe it just need some more ventilation because it's smells like sweaty kids.Of course ,it will but just a little air will be just a little bit more pleasant.
While my son had fun honestly thought it was overpriced w/ decent eats & subpar associates representing this brand
With the new timed unlimited tokens, it has made Chuck e cheese and easier place to visit. With a multitude of kids it can get expensive, but we eat beforehand or after to bring the price down. This location has easy parking upstairs or downstairs if you want to keep your car cool. Just enter into the mall and take the escalator or elevator up to the second floor. They do have beer and wine here and like all Chuck e cheeses, they limit the amount that you can buy. Lastly they do have gluten free pizza op
Fun for the kids. If tou get the unlimited but timed card to play beaware that there is a machine to pause the card while you eat or have to step away from the games. The machine is in plain sight but you would never know it was there. Be sure to ask the staff to point it out so you get maximum play from you timed card.
I leave one star because I went with my children, and the girl at the reception treated us in a bad mood. and some games were not working.
It always smells like feet to me. Probably from the kids that vomit and it only gets cleaned up superficially. They should do away with carpeting and put in hard floor. It would be easier to clean but I'm sure it would get dirtier quicker and that's why that hasn't happened.
Great for family moments with the kids!!! Great games, pizza & wings!!
Had alot of fun with the kids. Employees were making sure everything was clean and fixing machines that were not working!
Took my little girl here with 2 of her friends last weekend. They always have a good time. Wish Chuck E would come out more for the kids.
The service of that place is nicer than last time and the food that they ordered is super tasty and new arcade stuff has been added to the area.
The feet smell in here is horrible! It doesn't feel clean in here at all even the cheese and pepper shakers feel sweaty and sticky it's gross. The place gets jam packed on the weekends and there's always a huge line to order. I think it'll be a better idea to take this CEC out of the Eagle rock plazza and put it in its own building. Give it enough parking, more games, more staff, more tables and MORE VENTILATION
It's cool here cause it's not ridiculously big like other ones I've been to. They're in a shopping center so if you're there for a while and want a break and your kids to use some energy it's perfect. The only thing was when I first walked in it smelled a little weird
Leilani definitely makes guest feel welcomed and safe! We will return with the kiddos!
Too expensive for the food. Worst beer ever. 11.00 for a salad? Salad bar needs help. Employees are not outgoing or helpful! Not as good as it use to be.
Would be nice if the card worked. Half the machines didn't read the card, some asked for coins but neither of us could find where to insert them. Supremely unimpressed, not recommended, will never return.
Horrible staff, dirty location. Restrooms arent clean. They lie about times that chucky will come out. The manager ignored me while I was asking why employees say one thing and it doesnt happen. This establishment needs improvement
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
