We went here yesterday and it was chaotic, the trampolines are $15 extra and there is no safety at all, my son got injured by an older child who was jumping on the trampoline with no wrist band! The child ran in, pushed him, then jumped on his leg and ran out!, the worker would occasionally come and check wristbands then leave the trampolines completely unattended. It's such a big safety issue to have 4 trampoline squares with 20 kids in there jumping, there should be a rule where 1 kid per square at all ti

As the adult person in the group that has always loved the arcade, this Chuck E Cheese has the best game!!!! All my old favorites, my children's faves, three rides for different pictures! This was great! The trampoline part is very big and open! My six year old had a blast!!!! And since we have a membership, we can go try them all. So far this is my fav, but it's not close like others. But it's worth the trip

I absolutely LOVE bringing my kids here. From ages 7 up to 15 and I, myself, have fun. The only thing I've noticed is the the pizza is getting thinner but the prices are getting bigger. The pizza is delicious! However, $15 for a pie that's smaller than the frozen aisle Red Baron pizza is a bit much. But the staff is ALWAYS great and friendly and ready to help. The building and bathroom is always clean despite all the kiddos. And they have a new mini trampoline area!(play socks cost extra)

My son got invited to a birthday party here and had the time of his life. There is a trampoline section, arcade, light up interactive dance floor. I can't speak on the cost of everything since games and pizza were provided through the party. It was very crowded and there were a lot of birthday parties going on. They did a good job acknowledging each birthday kid and making it fun for the kids.

Nice Chuck E Cheese! We went on a Tuesday shortly after opening. Pizza was good, salad bar stocked and fresh! There were a few games that did not work and the sketch/photo machine printed blurry pictures which is a bummer because its one of our favorite things to do every time we go to a Chuck E Cheese. The folks working were nice as well. Overall a good time.

It's fine, mostly clean, although sometimes the floor is super sticky, and the bathroom is gross. Seems like only one or two games are ever down. My kids really love the trampoline ($10 extra). The employees are always really nice and helpful.

In early December 2023, I had my daughters Birthday party here and it was amazing!! ? We had the Ultimate fun package, and i added a Hello Kitty Cake from here! All the kids had a blast! Great place for kids!! I brought my 2 year old nephew here for a night of fun and he thoroughly enjoyed himself! It was a very nice and clean establishment, had many options for the kids to play, and the staff was polite!

My kids really like this place. More games would be nice. I like that they added a ultimate games during a certain amount of time. Workers keep tables clean and most games operating. I don't go often because it's gets played out quickly but I have a good time with the kids when I do go.

First of i wanna thank our host the manager Jamie she was amazing. She made the whole chuck e cheese birthday experience fun for the kids and a breeze for the parents! Staff is great, Jamie ( a manager) knows all my kids by name! The food is always good, the salad bar is clean. The birthday party I had there for my 3 year old was so much fun my twin boys want their birthday to be there this year too! The host was very energetic and great with kids!

Updated 2023 This location has games older kids can enjoy and I love playing skee ball. Sometimes we go for a quick 30 minutes just to play a few games and do something different. The employees were very friendly and helpful the last time we went. So strange that the stage is gone now :( but the kids didn't seem to even notice?! ... Fun, clean, great deals on playing games, lots of variety. ..pizza and salad bar pretty good too :) Great entertainment for the kids.

I love this Chuck E Cheese. It's so easy to maneuver around. Everything is so spacious I can always find my daughter when she tends to run to different games. It's very clean on the inside as well. I've never had a bad experience here. We also had a birthday party for her here once. We come often.

Excellent service! We came here for my sons birthday and joe took very good care of us. He did a great job making sure my sons party went smooth would highly recommend coming here. We will definitely be back soon!

Very Pricy but it was worth at the end! The staff is very sweet but the worker who stood out the most to me and my husband was Michael. He was extremely sweet to me and my family and even gave my kids extra candy even though they only had like 12 tickets! We will be back!

My experience this past weekend was phenomenal, thanks to Samaya! I just asked her one question but she went over and beyond to help me with making my daughter?s 1st birthday special! I forgot to make reservations since I was traveling from NC. Samaya found me a table, helped me set things up and offered to give me cake cutter and candles that I forgot to bring! I don't usually leave reviews but I had my little ones first ever real birthday party at this location, and it was a hit!!!!!! I want to give another big thank you to Jacob, Joe, Nylah (i am truly sorry if i spelled any names wrong) these three were the ones that I interacted with the whole time. I was anxious majority of the party but they made the night one to never forget. I cannot express how grateful I am for that. I will definitely be coming back for another party and just to play.??

Brand new location when we went. The atmosphere was great for younger kids...grandkids loved seeing the tickets come come out of the games. The food was good...pizza and fries. Drinks were refillable. And ice cream was available for purchase. There is a salad bar. The grown kids got good prizes for themselves and their kids.

Michael did an amazing job in helping my birthday party be amazing in both service and food. He helped us out when there was a rush in customers and made us feel welcome, very professional and had an amazing smile.

We didn't eat here. We just took our toddlers for a special surprise after dinner. They have timed unlimited play now! We paid for both babes to have 30mins of unlimited game & ride play for $20/ea, and they had a blast! My daughter keeps asking to go back literally every day!

They have a new trampoline area inside Chuck-E-Cheese..however it's additional price ( and a large price) 1 pizza and 4 drinks 1 game card already cost me 85.oo dollars...My 3 year old doesn't understand why 1 or 2 kids are jumping and they cant... because I will not pay the ridiculous price!!!!! First off, Jamie is a Superstar. From the second we walked in she was on the case, she also had a second party to host next to ours and did a stellar Job. I was here to attend a birthday party. I was very surprised they checked everyone in & out to make sure the right person was with the right child. At places I've been to before, this was supposed to be done and was not. The entertainment was great, the workers seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their job or at least get paid enough to act like they do. You can do unlimited play cards which is great! Birthday Parties at Chuck E. Cheese are so much fun for the kids even up to the age of 10. They love using the photo booths and taking photos with their friends. There is plenty of space to sit but I wish there were some more games because I don't sit at all, when I go it's Parent play time as well ??Checking out your points at the end of a birthday party is the hardest part. I just told my kids we will save our points and do it next time.

We had our son?s birthday party here and I was very pleased with the entire experience. Our party host, Samaya, greeted us at the door and was a gem the whole day. She took care of everything we needed and was so kind. The facility was clean and everything ran smoothly. My son absolutely loved the ticket blaster! Great fun for the kids! Lots of arcade style games that kids of all ages will love! You can buy game cards with time loaded (unlimited play for x time) or loaded by points (most games take 1 or 2 points to play). They host birthday party packages as well and can easily host 3-4 birthday parties at one time (we had party of 15). It was crowded when we went (around 1pm Sunday) but thats part of the atmosphere ???? parking can get full during busy times

So many birthday parties! Sunday morning had the place full of non-stop Birthday parties with kids 3-7 years old. Lots of kids playing baby casino games! But that's what they come for. Place was clean, food was typical, and party hosts and hostesses did their best.

We went to Dave and Busters at first, but my child did not enjoy it, so we came here instead. He enjoys Unlimeted Play a lot. He preferred it more. Free play is fantastic!

I usually take the kid once a month or so and he really enjoys it. Very kid friendly atmosphere and their pizza and salad bar is pretty good. I love the new changes as far as getting more points to play games and how things are upgraded. The staff was very friendly but my only complain or thing is maybe something different for the salad bar when it comes to getting plates. If the cashier has customers there is no one to give you a fresh plate until they are available.

Their food is great. Decent place for a birthday party. 20 dollars gets you 45 minutes of game play or maybe 15 games. You have to spend a lot of money to get the food prizes unless you want a mini piece of candy or stickers something small. But with that being said they do have something for the kids no matter how much they win.

My children love it here. This one is what I would call a medium sized one. I've been to smaller and larger CEC's. The staff were extremely friendly. My only complaint is the price. We paid right at $100 for a large pizza combo with 4 drinks, one salad bar, and 2 60 minute play cards.

Decent experience. Came for a birthday party for my daughter themed barbie. Came in and was informed they didn't have the cake. Would of appreciated a heads up before the party began since they informed us they found out they didn't have it that morning and the party was at noon.

The CLEANEST and nicest Chuck E Cheese that I've ever been to, and I have been to dozens of them across four states now. The play area is large enough for kids to play without losing sight of them.

Sensory Sunday is fantastic for my neuro divergent kiddos! The staff is super friendly and helpful. A lot of the arcade machines previously out of order are back in service. The stuffed crust pizza brings me back to my childhood.

Took my 18 month old twins this week. They have converted to play passes instead of tokens. Added more seating, removed playground area and thinned out the number of games. It was clean and well lit. Not overly crowded which was nice not having to wait for a turn or bumping into people as passing by. The play pass is a cool concept but didn't work out well for us. The place is a little dated, but the games are fun and the staff is very friendly. One game ran out of tickets and it was immediately attended by an employee.
