My kids love this place. I've learned great ways to maximize our visits for a lower cost, making it a more enjoyable experience. Some suggestions for people complaining about the prices.... Groupon has packages. I usually get the Family pack that has two 60-min play cards, plus a large pizza & 4 drinks... for only $54.99 (sometimes $49.99 on flash sales). Seemed a little short staffed but everybody that was working were busy and friendly! Got my pizza order crust wrong but it was a really good pizza. My 8 yr old nephew had a blast!

Arrived at open , boxes on the floor, games dirty, manager had taken over a table with personal drinks and food paperwork, food took 40 minutes to make 1 pizza and boneless wings, shameful.

She is, without a doubt, one of the rudest individuals I've ever encountered in customer service. From the very start, she approached me with hostility and anger for absolutely no reason. They took the stage out with the singing puppets and added a motion activity floor which was pretty cool! Busy Sunday. Little dude talked us into it. You pay for a certain amount of time now. 15 min...30 minutes was $24 which was good for us. He got to do quite a bit w Daddy. Got a sausage pizza and drinks. Good salad bar. The workers were very focused and did a good job.

Came here for my niece's birthday, and had a little bit of fun as a young adult. The games I feel like are a scam, it takes quite a bit of effort to get to at least 300 points and even then, there's not a lot of things you could get at that amount. But, the pizza was honestly really good. Highly recommend the spicy Hawaiian pizza (without jalapenos though). As little service as you get being here, it was great.

It's expensive for the food but for my daughter it's a really good deal to go play for an hour.

Mike & Hanna hosted my granddaughters birthday party, we had a great time! Love the remodel. I think the birthday experience is nice with the new interactive dance floor.

I do miss the anamatronic bears playing banjos, but the way the whole gaming area is run is fantastic! I can take my younger kiddo there, they have the most wonderful time, and I relive my youth at Showbiz Pizza! It's a great way to spend an hour having the best time with your family. If you haven't been for a while, take the time to take a kiddo and stop in. You won't regret it!

Did a small bday party for daughter on a weeknight for 2 hours. Service hostess was very good. Was on top of things throughout whole night and communicating what was coming next. Remodel the Peoria Location so less to do but updated arcade games and cleanliness was better than what it used to be. On a busy day, I feel like they lack arcade games but it worked out good for us on a slower night. Pizza was ok, but not like I remembered it from past. Over all my kids enjoyed their time, and that is at the end of the day what matters. Unfortunately moment we walked in we had an issue with the machine eating our money and once handing the manager the slip telling us to go to them for our refund she refused to give us our money back and only offered a time card after I had already ended up using my debit card to get the play cards it owned us. I didnt think we would have an issue getting our cash back from them before using my card to make the purchase. So

This place was a mess, kids were unsupervised. The food took forever and it was dirty nothing was being cleaned up as well as the pop machines being watered down. I would not recommend.

Staff kept trying to short my family or over charge for things I already had apart of the party. Like double charging for adult drinks then telling us they didn't take out my son's cake so he didn't get one. Staff is rude and helped the families that came in after us before us and wasn't going to let my son do the ticket blaster til my boyfriend started snapping out about everything. Save your money and take your kids to fun city in Iowa instead!

Very clean and much, much better than we expected. I have not been to one of these in almost 25 years! The employees are really nice. The food was actually good, which I did not expect from Chuckie Cheeses. Got some pizza and wings. Wings were small but great taste. Definitely recommend the stuffed crust pizza, it was so good! The young lady working the front end was patient and helpful in explaining how the game play works. Miss the animatronics and the ticket/token system but the awesome staff more than made up for any negatives. We will for sure return!

My local CEC I grew up with I still go to it even though it's a 2.0 and all employees are extremely nice including the tech and managers place is very clean and well kept most 2.0s arnt this good kept and usually don't get as many costumes but this place is always packed with people all day every day

I was nervous going in during a pandemic, but I was SO impressed with this location. It was absolutely spotless in terms of cleanliness (impressively clean). The staff was incredibly helpful and made my son feel like he was a rock star. I feel like this location has a solid understanding that we are in the middle of a pandemic and went above and beyond to make sure that their location is inviting, safe, and clean.

The atmosphere is for children I get it but dang! Substandard salad bar and completely overpriced wings! They had to be pigeon wings cuz that wasn't chicken geez! My grandson was happy but it hit my pockets pretty hard! We will be going to the park for free!

The Peoria Chuck E Cheese is awesome! The staff is super friendly and always willing to make sure the guests are happy. The location is clean and well maintained. We had the Summer Fun Pass and that was a great deal. We visited several Chuck E Cheese locations and Peoria was hands down the best. We have been to several Chuck E Cheese where the employees act like they don't have the will to live any longer, but the Peoria Chuck E Cheese is not like that. Always have a great time with the family. However the prices are really high for games. And just wear a pizza it is like $40 and you got a large pizza and four drinks no game time at all. And it was $35 to $40 for 90 minutes of game play time.

We have been twice, hoping the first time was a fluke. The staff is relatively abrasive, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Soda was also flat this time but I did t tell the staff due to them being off-putting. I'm not sure if I did, anything would have been done.

The staff was friendly. The food was hot and they stacked the salad bar when we ordered. Place seemed clean for being very busy. The food was expensive. Bought 45 min of play time. Then 45 minutes more. Last 5 minutes on card a lady swiped my son's card that was sitting next to him. Heard other parents say the same thing. My son screamed and was upset. The lady knew we was on to her and she got on her phone and hid. I do not recommend this place after 4.

Pizza was good, bathrooms not very clean, no one enforces the children to be watched by an adult so when my child is trying to enjoy a game or the seat ride children are just running underneath her and trying to unbuckle her seat belt and stealing her balls. Like I mean the establishment is fine just people need to actually be watching their children.

There was people just standing there and they stole my kids card. then we had to go get a new one, and we have to follow our kids around so they don't steal their card again. and they did not do anything about it It was a really bad experience

You're paying to play games and eat pizza with a rat. What do you expect? The place was packed, but yet didn't seem like we really had to wait to play any of the games. Some of the games were unplugged or out of order. Took my son for a half hour. $10. We ended up with 3 suckers and a whistle. He was a happy camper, therefore, so was I. Not a bad place, just not great. Convenient location.

We love this location! We get the summer pass and go more than once a week! The staff knows who we are and loves our grandson!

This place has gotten very expensive. They also don't cater to the little kids anymore. Use to love going but don't feel like wasting 50 bucks for 1 pizza and four drinks and some play time. Oh my how this place has changed I haven't been here in a few years and when I tell you I was very disappointed what happened to all the games what happened to the tickets that the kids used to get. The atmosphere was so dull and the prices are so high now what happened to the band that used to be on stage and Chuck-E-Cheese looks like he's on crack he wasn't engaging with the kids dancing nothing I was truly disappointed what happened to Chuck e cheese it use to be the place to go I guess not anymore.

I enjoy the games and the pizza, as do my two kids, but the location has had some issues in the last few years so it's not always the best. There are far too many parents that turn their young kids loose while there. I can't recommend going in the evenings, or when it's crowded, but if you go for lunch it's usually not too bad.

My kids loved going. We went to celebrate my son's birthday.The staff was really nice and helpful. We did buffet and were told if there is a pizza that we like to let them know. The staff made sure buffet had plenty of salad and pizzas. My kids had so much fun playing games. When we went to get prizes the young girl was super polite. Then we ordered a cookie instead of cake. They lady behind counter asked if we wanted Chucke to bring out to us. That made my son so happy.

This place needs shut down. We took our two children here on a Friday evening. It was dead. No chuck in costume running around. Kids were bored after an hour. Not to mention the strong aroma of marijuana where kids are playing. Spent $22 on tokens and left with 23 left. Will not be back. Might try the one in Bloomington.

At a friend's kids' birthday party. The lady in charge of the parties was fabulous! She did great with the kids and their feelings and was just a real down to earth person who understood all the craziness.

Terrible experience went there for our daughters 4th bday the food was Terrible. And everytime my kid tried playing a game some other kids would push her off or try taking her seat belt off a ride while she was on it. The parents of the other kids were not watching how Terrible there kids were acting. That ruined my daughter's birthday we will never go back there.

This kid casino has never been my preferred place to visit. Now everything is digital and they've removed the tickets, stage and costume rat mascot. Plus there is a max capacity of 50 ppl at a time. We took a selfie to verify our children upon arrival and exit.

Great caring friendly staff facility is clean sanitized and monitored regularly. Pizza salad bar refreshments all made fresh look taste fantastic. Definitely recommend bringing the kiddos here.

Had grand daughters birthday party there. 1 hour into it,still no pizza for kids. Salad bar was so so for 9 bucks. TV'S on as stage were very dark. Color was off on then. Anamatons looked old and in need of maintenance.

My daughter loves it. I loathe going there except for seeing how happy she is. Many parents dont watch their children, the food is terrible and I personally dont want my child listening to vulgar conversations and cursing by other parents. This is suppose to be kid friendly. Busy and not enough staff on a Saturday night. We had to wait in a long line just for a drink cup. They removed the play area so now it's just video games and very little for small children to do. The games need to be serviced a lot due to malfunction and the games last 5 seconds before your turn is over. It's not a fun experience anymore and the space is so small it feels very crowded during busy times.

The best birthday party help ever!! Entertained the birthday child and his friends the entire 2 hours! Very polite, sweet, and helpful too! I'm about to have my birthday party there!!! Lol. I highly recommend it!!!

Tried to take my grandkids there, & was stopped by the Peoria Police officer due to a mob action fight had broke out; my grandkids were so hurt! It was awful to see all of the little faces upset because this is their place of fun !!

Really great but I can't say I enjoy how it is now. All the old decor and even the animatronics were taken out. This location was originally a Showbiz Pizza Place so the animatronic were the same as the original "Rock-afire Explosion" but underwent concept unification (retrofitting basically). Went for my grandsons birthday... Never again go again... There was a fight over tickets the cops had to come break it up... Parents didnt watch there children at all!! We would try to play a game or take a photo and other kids would steal the balls or jump in the photo.. Next year NO chucky cheese... The park would be a pleasant place for sure....

Need to call ahead to find out about mask policy. There online policy and store policy differ. Management very rude. Floor staff new and unsure of what to do. Tables where dirty. When I asked fora cloth to whip table off manager filled her eyes at me.

I wish it was 0 stars available. Placed an order for carry out. Told 15 minute wait. Try 30 minutes. No apology only excuses such as "it normally takes 20 minutes". Well its been 30 thanks but no thanks. Place empty as well so really no excuse. Customer service just as sad as the scenery inside.

On Sunday, November 12, 2017 from 9am-11am I attended a birthday party, in Peoria, Illinois for my great-niece. She turned 5. There was a young man, Our Party Helper, named DeSirgeeon. This young man, took Excellant care of ALL of us. There were ALOT of children, plus Adults & none of us wanted for a thing. He was Johnny On The Spot, at all times, making sure we had any and all needs & wants met. My 3 year old Grandson even gave him a hug goodbye!! He treated ALL those children with so much respect

Kids loved themself was a little crowded but still had a great time wish they would lower the prices on some of the prizes for how much people actually pay to come play there.

We had an awesome time. The place was clean. Alot cleaner than the other ones ive been to. Including the bathrooms . The staff was helpful as well. Food was tasty will be returning.
