Look, is a Chuck E Cheese, they provide the same experience no matter which one you go to. This one is on the smaller side, but still has a bunch of games, prizes, dancing with the Mouse himself, and they even have a trampoline! We had a fun party there and the wings, pizza, and fries weren't half bad.

Pretty expensive myself my two kids $80 for food and 30 mins of play.. Basically 1 hour for food and play time $80 .. But my kids did like the Churros.. $5 Our pizza was cold.. wings are hot.. Maybe they waiting for wings to be done .. Got stuff crust but not worth it if the pizza is cold...

I went here with my 5 years old (I'm a nanny) and we had a great time! The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of arcade games and a trampoline attraction so there's a lot of fun garantices. Great place to go with kids and have fun playing! As for the food, I haven't tried but the people there loved the pizza! ??

The staff was fine. The corporate app and fun pass policies are dumb. I bought the annual fun pass a couple months ago but never used the app to do so, I bought it direct from the staff at register. They gave us the cards and said we were good to go. Now apparently you have to scan the app to use the fun pass. So it took 5 min to download the app inside the store due to weak signal. I spent over $40 for food the pizza was burnt and the cookie was raw. As far as service they did try to fix it but each time never the same great yummy pizza and cookie that I was used to food sucks now Don't recommend it at all. Eat at McDonald's before you come and just get a play card.

The place has so much fun for ages 3-12. Our birthday party guests had an amazing time. We were so grateful to our birthday host Ariana. She was extremely nice generous and great with the kids. The birthday party packages are wonderful. Thanks for an amazing time

The reason to go to Chuck E. Cheese is clearly for kid?s fun, not for food or table service. The food is WAY, WAY overpriced, and portions are tiny and sad. We spent about $40 for a VERY small pizza, a small order of pathetic chicken nuggets, and two waters. Nevertheless, our grandson had a great time meeting Chuck E. Cheese himself, and riding the rides and playing games. We'll go back, but only after eating a meal at home first.

The only good thing is the arcade part, which was somewhat fun for our kids. The food portions are very very small and overpriced also not good of a quality. They charge $10 per kid for Trampolines, which is ridiculous. Prime example of corporate greed.

Compliments on the thrilled kids, unfortunately my nephew got too many dam prizes that the house got clutered. I slipped the house cleaner a tip and told her to junk anything that looked like CHUCK E CHEESE collection. He never even knew they were gone.

Everything is well spaced out. Bring your kids' grippy socks if they want to play in the trampoline area, or they'll tell you to buy their socks.

A great establishment for kids and teens, good American food and great arcade fun,a nice chance to obtain cool prizes, has bathroom access for both genders.

This Chuck E Cheese has good management and great customer service. The place doesn't get too crowded and gets sanitized on a regular and the bathrooms are clean. Workers are extremely nice and always go above and beyond when I bring my niece there. Food is always delicious and fresh. Grand Re-Opening! (Never been to this location before) Super clean. Employees are everywhere. Nice jump area, my kid didn't jump though (3 y.o.) The games worked. Cake tastes great. Chuck really needs to up its food game. Pizza and Salad quality just aren't cutting it for the Adults; who keep in mind are the ones with the money you need to draw in for the business. Took my kids couple of weeks ago, and they had lots of fun. The place was super clean and tidy and the staff and the manager were very attentive and professional. I will come back again for sure and I definitely recommend it.

This Chucky E Cheese is excellent, but I am not of fan of it. But the kids love it. I gave my daughter a party here and recommended a mom to this location. The manager is very involved. I saw her again. She didn't remember me, but I remembered her from my daughter's party in February. The staff here is kind. I applaud them all. I can't imagine this is an easy job with so many children daily. If you're looking for a nice place for your kiddos to hang out at Chucky E Cheese, this is nice and clean.

It was not for us. Concept is good and the place was rather clean but there are little things to do for toddlers that won't get stimulated. Most of the attractions are for older kids. And trampoline is expensive.

We attended a birthday party and everyone enjoyed themselves. It's been over 20 years since I've been to a Chuck E Cheese, but the space is nice and the games are what you'd expect at any indoor arcade.

The kids had a great time. It was clean and everyone was helpful.

I am a caregiver that is helping a mother with 3 children. The two youngest ones have autism. The mom bought pizza and salad for her family. The baby and her 2 year old son made a mess on the floor. The mother was ridiculed for letting that happen by a female manager . All plates and silverware were thrown away by me. Unacceptable. I thought chucky cheese was accepting of all kids. Do better!

We are from Pittsburgh. We traveled due to my granddaughter s appointment at the Amen Clinic. We promised her if she did well at two days of appointments we would go to see Chuck E Cheese. It was the cleanest...the most welcoming and kind center we have gone too. The workers take pride in the work they do and they are great w kids. It was very safe...great job...we have to go back again and we will definitely return to that center..

We have has lots of parties at CEC but a recent visit was one of the best. Our hostess was great, attentive and sweet. The place wasn't super crowded and the kids had a great time with the unlimited game play. And they have made amazing improvements to the pizza and wings. I was also floored by the fact that adults could her beer and wine. Will definitely be back!

The birthday was fun, but this place is somewhat dated. Pizza was adequate, fine fare for kids. Service was good. Games are all rather old. The Angry Birds game was fun and a favorite for my daughter along with skee ball.

Good place for kids. Good relaxing time for parents. The major issue that administration has to look at is, cleaning the place. Lot of food and plates left on the tables and some times it's hard to find place to sit. I think it's customer's responsibility to put trash in trash bins after eating.

This place is just amazing! We had our son?s birthday party here and it was a super hit! Our birthday host Hajra and the manager were so friendly and helpful! Hajra was on top of everything and made sure the party was super fun but also organized. Kids love this Chuck E Cheese much more compared to others (I.e Fairfax location) for the simple fact that they still have the large ?jungle gym? tunnels, ladders and slides. Some of the other Chuck E. Cheese?s in the area have taken theirs out in favor of virtual dance floors, those are great but they aren't for everyone. When I pay for my child?s amusement, I'd like them to burn off some energy and not just play the arcade games, this place has it all though. 4 solid stars.

The cleanest Chuck E. Cheese by far that I've seen in some time! Everything was great. One game was monopolized by a single family hoarding tickets. I would have liked management to step in after 10 or 15 minutes or so, let alone the 90+ minutes (not exaggerating!) they spent there. Other than that, no complaints, a good time was had by all!

My kids don't like this place anymore I mean there are no good games and they give you less tickets and usually the games are either out of tickets or they just don't work. Another thing is I pay a lot of money for the coins and my kids get less tickets and they don't have fun with the games. when they go get their prizes all they get is a cheap plastic toy that costs about 5-10 cents. I will never come here again it's a waste of money and time.

Changed for the better. They changed the floor plan by taking away some games. Before, it used to be crowded and congested. Now, you can clearly see across the room and see you child. The games are all new, and modern. Food has improved, much better for kids, and adults. They also have beer fyi. Better games, and variety of prizes for kids to win.

Beautiful setup for kids to go crazy. Soft matted. Free playarea to climb. Tickets can be bought to play digital n other console games. Pizza is not that gud. If you collect tickets receipts of two three visits, you can buy some good toy. For tickets more than 2500 has gud toy options.

Birthday party there was good. Pizza is surprisingly tasty, kids got to take home the fun cups and a balloon. Games are the icing on the cake, so to speak. It's a little chaotic there, but that's to be expected, I suppose.

I go here once a week every week. My son has so much fun and the staff is so friendly. They always give my son extra tickets or an extra prize. When chuckee comes out, he's so friendly with the kids and always takes pictures with my son.

I was not happy at all. I have requested 120 point and the gantelment ring me up. After spending about an hour, we decided to spend the rest next time. At the registration we check the points. we last all the point from the last time we played with the kids. So, thanks they fixed that. And they mentioned that we still have time to play. I said we will be back next time. So the gentalment sold to us not point, but minutes. After requesting to fix that we lost a lot of the points, they gave us only 60 points

Children enjoy the games and collect tickets that can be traded for some nice toys. Best place for birthday parties. The staff are well trained to handle the crowd. Overall a nice place for kids.

No one goes here for the food. But they keep the salad bar well stocked which is nice. The real draw here is the super kind and friendly staff. We've been here multiple times and have not had one negative experience. The store is also kept very clean.

The parking here was an awful experience with three children. The facility was nice and clean. The games are spaced out enough to not feel like you're bumping into people at every turn. This particular location is the better of the bunch!

Music is soooooo freaking loud. My kid literally freaked out due to the loud music and I had a headache. This is a place for kids no need for it to be that loud god!!!

The new play unlimited cards are excellent. No need to worry about refilling the cards, getting tickets etc. Best part is, once the time runs out - kids know it is time to go home!!

I miss good all days chuck e cheese.. the pizza was good.. but the prices are ridiculous.. I spent $80 just for 1 hr play for 2 kids each and 1 pizza.. not affordable.. now we can only come on rare occasions because of the prices.. and we only choose time vs the points bc the games are now up to 3 points each.. not surprised on a saturday night it was barely anyone there...

You can always count on a great time when visiting this Chuck-E-Cheese. Our most recent visit was on a weekday afternoon, which tends to be a lot less crowded. There's always familiar faces with the staff, which in turn helps create a trusting environment.

Loses 2 stars because skeeball is 66K points to hit the jackpot. 66K is ridiculous. It's a miracle to get 20k how about make it more sensible number like 25-30k for the jackpot. Not like you'll lose money giving away 100 tickets that's good for just 3 little lollipops.
