Great party for my 3 year old son! The staff was helpful and attentive. The price was great and the pizza a hit. I got a reserved table that was setup and ready when I walked in. $99 party deal, i had 8 kids and about 10 adults. I ended up paying around $250 in total after the add ons like pizza, $10 for trampoline access. They cleaned everything up quickly and the kids had a blast and played for hours!

You can't get more nostalgic for me than Chuck E. Cheese. Per usual all of Chuck E. Cheese employees seem to dread their jobs. The cashier and the manager seemed nice and the cook as well, the guy at the entrance was really shy and the guy that was suppose to be cleaning (the tallest in the building) was hating his job perhaps. No smile or hello, didn't clean any of the machines the way they claim, not that I care because we should all know that we are suppose to wash our kids hands in and out of this place. I have four kids so I've been to my share of Chuck-E-Cheeses. This one is in the corner of the valley in what would be West Hills. This by far is the cleanest and most maintained Chuck-E-Cheese I've been to. The staff is very attentive which is rare in other ones I've been to. The staff frequently congregates in the back where nobody can bug them leaving one maybe two people if you're lucky out front to take orders and nobody is around to ask for help. You can't add any food or drinks to your birthday party tab after you pay so when more people show up you have to pay full-price for food and drinks etc. What a rip-off that's intentionally designed to trap people into having to pay much more for everything. Wayyy Overpriced food took forever to get to us. By the time it did it was cold. Not to mention they put a trampoline inside that is not welcome for all children. We bought a gold summer pass. We were there for 4 hours today and sadly in the last 30mins a group of kids around 9yrs old got on the trampoline with no blue payment band, or green socks that you get if you have paid. They told my 5 yr old and his friend to get off. They also told them they were going to hit them and brake their foot. The mom then told her kids to do whatever they wanted. This is Las Vegas for children. Lots of bright flashing lots. Child gambling. The thrill of chasing a big ticket score. The thrill of the win. Yeah, it is a great places to bring the kids. The can run around for a few hours and have a blast. Sign up off the app. they are always running specials on there for food and games. This location now has a jumping area. The is a small additional cost. Worth it. Let them burn off any extra energy they may have gained from consuming large amounts of carbs.

I will only go to a place like Chuchy Cheese during the week during slow times as we don't like the all the craziness. So with that said when we visited there was really only one other family and they were finishing their visit. We ordered food which I know is overpriced but whatever, my complaint is over how long it took to get a regular order of boneless wings(nuggets) and 2 orders of fries. Easy 20-25 minutes... with no other orders. We will make sure we eat before coming next time.

It's so loud. The video games are outdated. Nothing new in terms of arcade. Kids come home with a cold every time due to dirty surfaces but that's just part of the package with anything like this. The good is it's relatively affordable. Not cheap though. Parking is good. Pizza is decent and seating is clean. Staff is always friendly and the facilities are relatively secure for kids. A good time for the little ones.

My daughter loves here unfortunately, very bad costumer service. I was waiting for too long for one of them to come so I can pay. Very rude no Hi nothing. It's very over priced here. For trampling they charge $20 if you don't buy any points which is crazy. The pizza was burned out. Honestly waisting money here.

Kids love it, not too many games and really never tells you or the kids how many tickets you won, the food is a no go...too over priced and the quality has gone way way down, school cafeteria tastes better. Get drinks and tokens you be better off.

This location wasn't particularly bad. The service was fine but Chuck E. Cheese is just not as fun as it used to be. The toys are 99c store quality and the food is super expensive and not worth the price. And they always have at least 4 games that don't work. I mean if you're nit going to have them on then don't have them displayed because it just lets kids down. Would recommend if you REALLY need a place to take your kid but just don't expect too much.

Awful customer service! While trying to cash In on my tickets Kevin was super rude. Then while leaving I got stopped by Elias, bc my stamp did not match my daughter or husband even though I was not holding my daughter so what did it matter? I did not try the food. The salad bar looks depressing. I was surprised at how clean it was, heard horror stories about it being dirty in the past. All the games and rides worked. You pay by the hour (or even 30mins) to have unlimited access to all the games/rides. A bit on the pricey side for unlimited access for one hour.

They make fresh pizzas here, never recycled ones from old left overs, I don't care what they say on YouTube.

Took my nephew but I noticed the place had a weird smell not sure why it smelled liked that . Games were pretty clean but the use of the card takes a couple second for the machine to detect it its pretty slow. They only had 1 cashier so to get prices we had to wait for a couple of minutes. Chuckie came out and said hi to the kids . But before it was better when they would actually dance with the kids and give out tickets. Overall is not the same anymore but we still had fun. I love Chuck E Cheese, but this place just has no good process at the counter. Try to get a beer when the person at the register is underage and says, you have to ask another team member, who is swamped with prize/ticket duty. A manager couldn't even help. All the arcade he's were working and great. I've had my kids birthday party and they were great actually. It's just crowded on the weekends as you'd expect and it is hard to get help with a beer that you might desperately need.

Worst Chuckee cheese ever Main manager Nalleli is absolutely incompetent. Show my receipt for the summer pass fun and in a very condescending way say whe was the main manager and she was not going to help me. Even when I showed my receipt. I seriously feel treated like nothing in front of my kids.

It's a great place for kids and even for parents too! The system changed and they now use cards with nfc chips instead of tokens. However, there is a machine to exchange for tokens for "points". The food is great including pizza, salad, fruits, drinks, and even more! I think it's a great place for kids to just spend a little time and for parents too!

Great place for a kid, still. I like the time-framed cards to pay for games. It really does save money and time. We did get the wrong pizza, a cheese pizza instead of the pepperoni pizza we ordered but got to keep the pizza and got our pepperoni pizza too.

Had my kid's birthday party for the first time at this location(infact the first at Chuck E Cheese). The service left a lot to be desired. Even though they asked me to comment on different aspects of service at the end of the party I didn't want to leave on a bitter taste on a special day for my kid.

Great staff and great place to spend an hour or so with your kid. On Sundays when the open for first hour they do a special service for children with Autism where they tune the sounds down and turn off most of the brightest lights.

O good old baby Vegas. I have a 14 year gap between kids so it had been a while since stepping foot in one. The effort to modernize shows not only in a coinless/ticketless experience but surprisingly in their pizza too. The crust received the biggest improvement as I found myself eating my daughter leftover crust shamelessly. The audible volume level was almost ear plug worthy but what else would you expect from a kid-ridden arcade!

Best Chuck E Cheese we have been to! Great food, service, and the female manager is fantastic versus the Chuck E Cheese's that we have visited in other locations. Will definitely be coming back as a regular with the kids.

Not good tonight... we where there for 2 hour and it took over 50 min to get our pizza and it was not the right pizza. And after spending $135 for the wrong pizza the staff is rude with a smile. The bathroom needed to be cleaned the whole time we where there. I told 3 staff members however no one took care of it. The soda machine had flat soda and no ice. Came here for a birthday party which was underwhelming compared to how it use to be years ago. The pizza wasn't bad, many of the games ticket function wasn't working, staff was friendly but wouldn't come here unless but was to celebrate someone else's child.

I've been at chuck E. cheese's a lot of times when i was little. I really loved it! the games were fun, the crawlng tubes were fun, the pizza was good, and the mouse mascot was nice. I even went there on my birthday! man, those were great times! Then right now, when I went to the W. Hillcrest chuck E. cheese's, there wasn't a lot of games, and there was no crawling tubes, there weren't a lot of kids and the new version of the mouse mascot wasn't interested of a lot of kids.

Really great staff, they also cater to children with special needs, having spectrum days. I believe it's the first Sunday of every month but it's worth calling and checking this place out. Had a great birthday party package to accommodate our friends and family!

Just had my kids birthday party at Chuck E Chesse for its convince. No need to worry about any details . The staff is very friendly even during peak hours which seems to be between 11 am to 3pm. Our servee was Amazing. She was on top of things with refillls and minor things like napkins, cup and such. Once when I was a *ahem* younger man - I came here for a NICE birthday EVENT. But - MY FATHER - forgot what time we had this scheduled (silly Dad, haha but I forgave him). So ANYWHO we came back here at a later date. Now, I know what you're thinking, "hey! No way! His Daddy (I called him Daddy) must have been SOOOO embarrassed by forgetting". OH. He. WAS. My wife and I decided to introduce our small children to Chuck E Cheese finally. We both have very fond memories from our childhood and were ready to start then with our own children. We haven't been this disappointed in a place in a very long time. It was Saturday night, prime time take your kids out time. Of course it was packed.... kind of. There were only 6 people that we saw working there, plus whoever was cooking in the back. One of the 6 is at the door stamping everyone in and "checking" them out.

Used to enjoy going to Chuck E. Cheese but now not so much!! Since they removed the tokens and instead they put ?? cards .... The machine takes away so much points!! I used to give my kids tokens so they could play alone , now I have to be behind them cause they don't know how to used the card and I have to make sure the don't steal points from the cards! They removed the play structure and slide. I scheduled a party for a bunch of 3 year olds and they were bored to death. Climbing on the structure was the best part for kids to burn off energy, but now they only want you spending money on games.

Great place for families. I appreciate the extra layer of security; at the front upon entry, they stamp families with the same transulent code. All family members have the same number. When leaving, the adult(s) is/are checked against the child(ren)'s code to ensure the child(ren) are leaving with the correct adult. The food is just okay.

This chucke cheese sells alchohol to gang members that came in with no kids or family with them. They were drunk and starting to rub and hold my 9 year old brother. My dad was behind him and told him off and took the my brother to the side. We told the manager. Amazing had a party booked the manager was just wonderful after we had issues with a free loading family stealing food and our cups and the lady assigned to use Monse is the best attentive with with what we needed highly recommended.
