Customer Reviews

If you can roll with the changes, this place is a pretty solid venue to throw a party for young ones. We paid about $486.02 for a 2 hour window that included food, table, decorations, unlimited play for our son's friends. Yovani was super friendly and helpful making sure our guests had a very memorable time. It was really a zero stress experience for us and everyone left happy. The pizza is a lot better than you'd expect and probably better than even some pizza parlors. My only real complaint is their s

Great party for my 3 year old son! The staff was helpful and attentive. The price was great and the pizza a hit. I got a reserved table that was setup and ready when I walked in. $99 party deal, i had 8 kids and about 10 adults. I ended up paying around $250 in total after the add ons like pizza, $10 for trampoline access. They cleaned everything up quickly and the kids had a blast and played for hours!

You can't get more nostalgic for me than Chuck E. Cheese. I have so many fond memories of going there as a kid, and now that I have my own, it's just as fun as I remember?though I do miss the ball pit. That said, the addition of the trampoline is a nice touch. I've brought my son here for multiple birthday parties, as well as just to spend a fun day out. We haven't signed up yet, but they also offer a monthly program which seems like a great option. Right now, they have a special for birthday parties whe

Per usual all of Chuck E. Cheese employees seem to dread their jobs. The cashier and the manager seemed nice and the cook as well, the guy at the entrance was really shy and the guy that was suppose to be cleaning (the tallest in the building) was hating his job perhaps. No smile or hello, didn't clean any of the machines the way they claim, not that I care because we should all know that we are suppose to wash our kids hands in and out of this place. Overall it was okay. My kids love it here no matter what

Chuck e. Even came out! They did a wonderful job

I have four kids so I've been to my share of Chuck-E-Cheeses. This one is in the corner of the valley in what would be West Hills. This by far is the cleanest and most maintained Chuck-E-Cheese I've been to. The staff is very attentive which is rare in other ones I've been to. I know some Chuck-E-Cheeses can be a nightmare in the bathroom but this one was fresh and had at least 2 cleanings while I was there. The food. Well the food it's still Chuck-E-Cheese but they do their best to keep the simple fare pre

Love this location the chef cooks perfect Pizza & Wings also the location is very clean thanks to JACK always making sure it's good . ANDREA & Jorge Thank you so much for always being so welcoming and making my family?s Chuck E Cheese experience so special and fun you guys deserve a raise .

Went in to order just the pizza & bread stick Vary pricey but good. Spent 50 bucks for 1 pizza 2 drinks & salad bar ??

We had a birthday party today for my friend?s son and we were all thinking chucky is caming out to sing happy birthday to the Libby but he did not came at all and I went and spoke to the big manager and she said that chucky cames out only one time for all the parties and I told the manager that they should of said all birthday parties go to the table for chucky caming out but they only said that one parties name and the manager did not even care about it and the little boy was crying the whole time cause he

The staff frequently congregates in the back where nobody can bug them leaving one maybe two people if you're lucky out front to take orders and nobody is around to ask for help. You just stand there in amazement and wait and continue to wait and talk to the other people waiting around you about how bad the service is. Kind of ridiculous that in order to go in the bouncy house you have to buy $15 kids socks, which I hear are $10 during the week. The place itself isn't that bad, but the staff leaves a lot t

You can't add any food or drinks to your birthday party tab after you pay so when more people show up you have to pay full-price for food and drinks etc. What a rip-off that's intentionally designed to trap people into having to pay much more for everything. Next time we'll go to KIDS EMPIRE where you don't get ripped off.

Please tell me why this was $18?. The franchise needs better marketing. 30 year old lifesize puppets are old and rundown. Big screen TV was a 30 years old playing old music videos. Food was not good. $18 for frozen chicken nuggets with hot sauce is a joke. spent over $100 today for my kids to get a little plastic one inch plane with the tickets and a plastic key chain for 500 tickets. If they had better games. Not to rip me off on the food. Better toys to win will keep us coming back. I will come at

Wayyy Overpriced food took forever to get to us. By the time it did it was cold. Not to mention they put a trampoline inside that is not welcome for all children. My daughter just turned 10 and is tall for her age and they told her she is not allowed to go on the trampoline. Dear Chuck E. Cheese.... Do not put activities at your locations if you are going to exclude children. Make your activities inclusive for all children. Thank you.

Because my older son was misbehaving on the trampoline they didn't let me buy wristbands bands for my younger kids who were behaving. Are they punishing my younger kids because of their older brother. It's so not fair. I'm not going to this Chuck E. Cheese location anymore in west hills

My 2 and half year old loves running around here and security is at the door so kids can not leave without parents ????

We bought a gold summer pass. We were there for 4 hours today and sadly in the last 30mins a group of kids around 9yrs old got on the trampoline with no blue payment band, or green socks that you get if you have paid. They told my 5 yr old and his friend to get off. They also told them they were going to hit them and brake their foot. The mom then told her kids to do whatever they wanted. So we left because the mom was as nasty as the kids. I will not be taking out another membership if the staff are chargi

I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese in many years, since my childhood. I took my 4yo daughter to Chuck E Cheese to attend her classmate's 5th birthday & we had our 10mo son there with us as well & they had an absolute blast. She loved the trampoline house, she enjoyed the games a good amount & they especially loved it when Chuck E came out & they got to interact with him & take pictures & do the Chuck E Cheese dance & everything. Our 10mo loved the music, I've never seen him shake his butt so much before. He

This is Las Vegas for children. Lots of bright flashing lots. Child gambling. The thrill of chasing a big ticket score. The thrill of the win. Yeah, it is a great places to bring the kids. The can run around for a few hours and have a blast. Sign up off the app. they are always running specials on there for food and games. This location now has a jumping area. The is a small additional cost. Worth it. Let them burn off any extra energy they may have gained from consuming large amounts of carbs.

Horrible service, only on person behind the counter on a busy Saturday afternoon. There's not much to do if you have kids under the age of 4!!

I will only go to a place like Chuchy Cheese during the week during slow times as we don't like the all the craziness. So with that said when we visited there was really only one other family and they were finishing their visit. We ordered food which I know is overpriced but whatever, my complaint is over how long it took to get a regular order of boneless wings(nuggets) and 2 orders of fries. Easy 20-25 minutes... with no other orders. We will make sure we eat before coming next time.

It's so loud. The video games are outdated. Nothing new in terms of arcade. Kids come home with a cold every time due to dirty surfaces but that's just part of the package with anything like this. The good is it's relatively affordable. Not cheap though. Parking is good. Pizza is decent and seating is clean. Staff is always friendly and the facilities are relatively secure for kids. A good time for the little ones.

My kids love it; becoming a member was the best thing ever.

My daughter loves here unfortunately, very bad costumer service. I was waiting for too long for one of them to come so I can pay. Very rude no Hi nothing. It's very over priced here. For trampling they charge $20 if you don't buy any points which is crazy. The pizza was burned out. Honestly waisting money here.

Kids love it, not too many games and really never tells you or the kids how many tickets you won, the food is a no go...too over priced and the quality has gone way way down, school cafeteria tastes better. Get drinks and tokens you be better off.

This location wasn't particularly bad. The service was fine but Chuck E. Cheese is just not as fun as it used to be. The toys are 99c store quality and the food is super expensive and not worth the price. And they always have at least 4 games that don't work. I mean if you're nit going to have them on then don't have them displayed because it just lets kids down. Would recommend if you REALLY need a place to take your kid but just don't expect too much.

Awful customer service! While trying to cash In on my tickets Kevin was super rude. Then while leaving I got stopped by Elias, bc my stamp did not match my daughter or husband even though I was not holding my daughter so what did it matter? I had to show proof of pictures of my daughter (again even though I was not holding her) and one picture was not enough! They need new employees, employees that want to work! Not rude employees. I feel very unsafe with their ?safe procedures? I will not be returning! Ve

I did not try the food. The salad bar looks depressing. I was surprised at how clean it was, heard horror stories about it being dirty in the past. All the games and rides worked. You pay by the hour (or even 30mins) to have unlimited access to all the games/rides. A bit on the pricey side for unlimited access for one hour.

They make fresh pizzas here, never recycled ones from old left overs, I don't care what they say on YouTube.

One of our favorite places to go with my kids it's decent size, it's clean and the staff is nice.

Took my nephew but I noticed the place had a weird smell not sure why it smelled liked that . Games were pretty clean but the use of the card takes a couple second for the machine to detect it its pretty slow. They only had 1 cashier so to get prices we had to wait for a couple of minutes. Chuckie came out and said hi to the kids . But before it was better when they would actually dance with the kids and give out tickets. Overall is not the same anymore but we still had fun. Hand sanitizers around the play

I love Chuck E Cheese, but this place just has no good process at the counter. Try to get a beer when the person at the register is underage and says, you have to ask another team member, who is swamped with prize/ticket duty. A manager couldn't even help. All the arcade he's were working and great. I've had my kids birthday party and they were great actually. It's just crowded on the weekends as you'd expect and it is hard to get help with a beer that you might desperately need.

Worst Chuckee cheese ever Main manager Nalleli is absolutely incompetent. Show my receipt for the summer pass fun and in a very condescending way say whe was the main manager and she was not going to help me. Even when I showed my receipt. I seriously feel treated like nothing in front of my kids.

Pretty sure the mechanical chuck had a missing arm... I paid $75 for 1 large pizza and 2 drinks with a 1 hour unlimited game time card. Pizza was garbage. They had alot of games down for service/broke. Kids got bored after 30 minutes.

It's a great place for kids and even for parents too! The system changed and they now use cards with nfc chips instead of tokens. However, there is a machine to exchange for tokens for "points". The food is great including pizza, salad, fruits, drinks, and even more! I think it's a great place for kids to just spend a little time and for parents too!

Good food. Needs upgrading. Kid's place so of course it's crowded. But this one is better than most I've been to. I've been to one where the employees were laying down and laughing at the back tables. The place was a mess and to make matters worse the employee fell asleep on the bench. Horrible. The "not so great one " was in Fontana CA.

We had family visiting from out of town during the holidays, and decided to take them and their two daughters to Chuck E Cheese. As we walked in, there was a foul odor that hit us, that my daughter asked what was that smell. The odor was so bad, My husband mentioned it to one of the employees, so they could attend to it. As we proceeded to walk in, we had to wait to enter as there was no one to stamp us in. After several minutes, someone came from from the back party area, and stamp our hands. Our guests ar

I was excited about the new trampoline concept, but they just added 3 small ones and now they're charging like it's six flags or something

Nearly fell because of the screen at the side of the birthday party venue. It's only tapped around the screen. Received excellent service from a courteous young man.

Four stars is about as physically many as I can give. For what it is, it is good to great. They are perfect for birthday parties, the pizza is surprisingly decent... and they have beer on tap! What do kids want? They want to play games, they want to fill up on pizza and cake and play more games. This place has it down pat. You have a 2 hour window for your party, then they turn over the tables and move on to the next group. They come out and sing happy birthday, Chuck E. Cheese comes out and takes pi

Great place for a kid, still. I like the time-framed cards to pay for games. It really does save money and time. We did get the wrong pizza, a cheese pizza instead of the pepperoni pizza we ordered but got to keep the pizza and got our pepperoni pizza too.

Had my kid's birthday party for the first time at this location(infact the first at Chuck E Cheese). The service left a lot to be desired. Even though they asked me to comment on different aspects of service at the end of the party I didn't want to leave on a bitter taste on a special day for my kid.

Crowded and super ghetto The manager sent 2 employees to a table before he himself walked over to literally take pizza from a family after the employee had delivered an extra pizza to the table. The family had started eating the pizza when he came. Austin, the manager who literally made them take slices of pizza from the plates to put back on the tray so he could toss in the trash can, threatened that if they didn't they would have to pay for the pizza. It was chuck e cheese mistake. I would have filed a c

Great staff and great place to spend an hour or so with your kid. On Sundays when the open for first hour they do a special service for children with Autism where they tune the sounds down and turn off most of the brightest lights.

O good old baby Vegas. I have a 14 year gap between kids so it had been a while since stepping foot in one. The effort to modernize shows not only in a coinless/ticketless experience but surprisingly in their pizza too. The crust received the biggest improvement as I found myself eating my daughter leftover crust shamelessly. The audible volume level was almost ear plug worthy but what else would you expect from a kid-ridden arcade!

Best Chuck E Cheese we have been to! Great food, service, and the female manager is fantastic versus the Chuck E Cheese's that we have visited in other locations. Will definitely be coming back as a regular with the kids.

We recently celebrated my nephew's 3rd birthday and the staff was amazing and attentive to all our needs. Thank you for making his birthday super special!

Not good tonight... we where there for 2 hour and it took over 50 min to get our pizza and it was not the right pizza. And after spending $135 for the wrong pizza the staff is rude with a smile. The bathroom needed to be cleaned the whole time we where there. I told 3 staff members however no one took care of it. The soda machine had flat soda and no ice. I don't think we will be back for awhile

Came here for a birthday party which was underwhelming compared to how it use to be years ago. The pizza wasn't bad, many of the games ticket function wasn't working, staff was friendly but wouldn't come here unless but was to celebrate someone else's child.

I've been at chuck E. cheese's a lot of times when i was little. I really loved it! the games were fun, the crawlng tubes were fun, the pizza was good, and the mouse mascot was nice. I even went there on my birthday! man, those were great times! Then right now, when I went to the W. Hillcrest chuck E. cheese's, there wasn't a lot of games, and there was no crawling tubes, there weren't a lot of kids and the new version of the mouse mascot wasn't interested of a lot of kids.

Really great staff, they also cater to children with special needs, having spectrum days. I believe it's the first Sunday of every month but it's worth calling and checking this place out. Had a great birthday party package to accommodate our friends and family!

Just had my kids birthday party at Chuck E Chesse for its convince. No need to worry about any details . The staff is very friendly even during peak hours which seems to be between 11 am to 3pm. Our servee was Amazing. She was on top of things with refillls and minor things like napkins, cup and such. I hadnt set foot in Chuck E Cheese in so many years, and I must say their menu is by far more tasty than I can remember. Their pizzas are just as good as Dominoes or Lizza Hut.. I swear they taste the same an

BEST PLACE FOR GROW UPS AND KIDS

Food is very expensive compare to its quality.

Once when I was a *ahem* younger man - I came here for a NICE birthday EVENT. But - MY FATHER - forgot what time we had this scheduled (silly Dad, haha but I forgave him). So ANYWHO we came back here at a later date. Now, I know what you're thinking, "hey! No way! His Daddy (I called him Daddy) must have been SOOOO embarrassed by forgetting". OH. He. WAS. But I made him take me back. I then played wack a mole (PRO TIP: don't take the skillset Wack-a-mole teaches into church with you. Haha #SorryPastorMatt).

My wife and I decided to introduce our small children to Chuck E Cheese finally. We both have very fond memories from our childhood and were ready to start then with our own children. We haven't been this disappointed in a place in a very long time. It was Saturday night, prime time take your kids out time. Of course it was packed.... kind of. There were only 6 people that we saw working there, plus whoever was cooking in the back. One of the 6 is at the door stamping everyone in and "checking" them out.

Used to enjoy going to Chuck E. Cheese but now not so much!! Since they removed the tokens and instead they put ?? cards .... The machine takes away so much points!! I used to give my kids tokens so they could play alone , now I have to be behind them cause they don't know how to used the card and I have to make sure the don't steal points from the cards! Bad idea!! Want tokens back!! Will not be visiting again soon! ?? ??

One of the kids best favorite place to play or throw parties. Large variety of fun games. And fresh pizzas , fountain drinks for purchase. Customer service is really good.

They removed the play structure and slide. I scheduled a party for a bunch of 3 year olds and they were bored to death. Climbing on the structure was the best part for kids to burn off energy, but now they only want you spending money on games.

Very expensive to eat there. Salad in salad bar was wilting and old. Food subpar. Not worth the price at all. I could of spent the same amount of money at a fancy resteraunt for better food. Also, most of the game machines not working. Don't go

My family and I were celebrating a 1 year birthday, got here at 7:30 ish took a while to order it was a busy night. An hour later we got our food which was fair by then it was 8:40 ish by 9pm they started hurrying us 9:10 when we were cuting this baby's 1st cake they turned the lights off on us and told us we had to go! Not taking in consideration that they took long a disrespectful employee told another coworker "we should have said it in Spanish since they don't get the hint" get this a Caucasian female

Ok so as a parent of two girls age 5 and 9, I have visited chuck e cheese's more than once or twice - I try not to count the number times so that I don't start calculating how much money I wasted there. Look, this place has its niche, but no more than that and if you really take into consideration the value you get, it's not worth my patronage. Despite the little fun my kids are having playing the games for tickets, it doesn't satisfy my Fun Value Metric for me to return there anymore. First of all the Lo

Great place for families. I appreciate the extra layer of security; at the front upon entry, they stamp families with the same transulent code. All family members have the same number. When leaving, the adult(s) is/are checked against the child(ren)'s code to ensure the child(ren) are leaving with the correct adult. The food is just okay.

Had my daughters 1st birthday here and everyone was so nice and our party host Ashley was so full of energy and attentive to our party needs. Definitely coming back??

They were understaffed cashier gave me an attitude because I could not hear her. The food was horrible not how it used to taste the games we're good my kids did have fun but I would not eat here again I would eat out first and then just come play games

This chucky is quite boring for adults. They took out their jungle gym so that was really dissapointing. It's deff one of the lazier chuck-e's as far as kids activities. Pizza is off the chain deff on my Top 5. Prizes kind of suck but has a few OK ones. My son is 2 we have a lot of fun.

Of all the chuck e cheeses around this is one of the better ones. All the games worked and was pretty clean. Can't give it 5 stars because the pizza will always be horrible at any chuck e cheeses.

Man as soon as you walk in it smells like f****** feet in there everybody's wearing sandals it's nasty. But it's for my son so I take him, don't go Friday's is so packed overwhelming it took an hour and 15 minutes for me to get my food

This chucke cheese sells alchohol to gang members that came in with no kids or family with them. They were drunk and starting to rub and hold my 9 year old brother. My dad was behind him and told him off and took the my brother to the side. We told the manager. He kick them out but said he has not much power to do more When we went outside it was dark and they were in the truck in shadow Watch for you kids safety. We told police.

Games are mostly played for tickets only , hardly any fun ones. The prizes are eh. Service is great. Food is nothing special but what can one expect. Good deals on food and games.

Prices are too expensive...food quality is not what it use to be. Portions are smaller and the chicken wings were cold. The food took too long to come out.

Expensive not happy with the price increase smh for a 9 peace buffalo wings for $20.25

Nice place to have a family day out and something to do for every age group kids, lastly Food is good too. All in all, Good Family amusement activities and food not hard on wallet at the same time kids love it too.

Definitely my kids? favorite take out pizza place. The pizza is consistently fresh and delicious, and this particular location offers the absolute best customer service around!

Not the greatest game selection of the chuck e cheeses that I have been forced to visit. It was clean and the location itself is great if you need to please the whole family.

Machines semi work, Each game is super short. This is not pre pandemic Chuck E cheese. No one cleans the machines. Staff was nice.

My ex-wife and my grandson we go to Chuck E cheese to enjoy our grandsons company he absolutely loves all the different video games as well as the pizza and the salads

Nice place for kids to play, some machines don't work and the pizza is not so good but the kids have fun.

This is nearly a second home for my kids they can't get e ought of this place. Service, for the most part is good. Let's hope they continue.

The place has been through a great renovation looks and feels a lot more open and roomy

Best place. Less crowded.. You can play a lot if you choose the right option. Cost is very less when compared to other kids play areas.

My kids enjoyed every second, they were there, one more than the other, and I like the whole new card instead of token thing

I always enjoy coming here with my kids for their birthday parties. This Chuck e. Cheese is my second favorite one after the one in Santa Ckarita. This one is big and clean!

THEY MADE THE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR MY DAUGHTER BDAY SO EASY GOING AND ON TOP THEY SAVED ME MONEY! DEFF RECOMMEND THIS CHUCK E CHEESE! WHERE A KID CAN BE A KID EVEN ADULT CAN BE KIDS ;)

Best pizza ?? in town. Games need an overhaul, B

Amazing had a party booked the manager was just wonderful after we had issues with a free loading family stealing food and our cups and the lady assigned to use Monse is the best attentive with with what we needed highly recommended.

Super fun place with delicious pizza and fun games for kids and adults

Had a birthday party to attend.. Kids had a blast. The had wings and pizza. The food was decent.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
