We often come to this place to play. We decided to celebrate the girls' birthday and we loved it. Excellent service, the staff is very attentive and friendly, especially Carrie. All the children had a great time. A very good decision and convenient for the parents.

This is the best Chuck E. Cheese i have very been to. While on a visit from the Inland Empire, I came here with my 4 kids and it was entertaining for all of them from 15 years old to 21 months old. The food was good. The service was better than anything I experienced in San Bernardino. There were plenty of games for my 21 month year old. The jumping zone is kind of pricey though $18 for the slip resistant socks. One attendant told me I could use socks I had from a previous purchase but then another told me

My nieces love coming here and they always have fun. Its hard to win a lot of tickets, but the rewards the app gives are great, cause i get 1000 tickets, gifts, or free play. Chuck E is super sweet and always goes around saying hi and giving hugs to the kids. We went on a rainy day and it was super packed. Definitely a nice place for small kids to have fun. Perfect for a non stressful birthday party. It is more expensive to have a birthday party at home then at chuckee cheeses. All the kids had fun our server was wonderful and all we had to bring was the people and cake. Definately will plan more birthday parties here. Just brought my 4 year old in for her birthday with her 2.5 year old brother and she had an absolutely wonderful time. It's very well staffed, the friendliest customer service I've encountered at any establishment ever, and the entire place is very clean. We had a minor issue with a food item which was immediately and politely resolved by a helpful, energetic, and friendly manager (I'm assuming). I would highly recommend this particular location of this chain.

Yikes!!! Less than A week later 7 of 9 visitors for kiddie birthday got sick from flu/ cold. At least wear a mask for your own well being.

I've been taking my children to this Chuck E Cheese since before COVID when they closed for some time. I have three main complaints and I'm experiencing this with each visit. First, the trampoline area consumes so much floor space and because of the extra charge, really isn't being using. It forces all of the games against the wall to be shoved together. Visited on Leap Day and was floored by the level of customer service provided by a gentleman named Rancel. He acknowledged us at the door, answered all of my questions about coupons, and was kind every time we interacted. In the past, the service was lacking so I appreciate the change. Even the chef and the worker at the Trampoline entrance were friendly. Coupons were a great deal and it feels safe to let my kids run around in there. Pizza was also better than I remember. I hadn't been to a Chuck E Cheese for many years and I was dreading having to go, but my granddaughter's 9th birthday party there was wonderful. My sons 4th birthday is what we were celebrating and our host Julia was honestly amazing! Was very attentive to our party and kept everything moving smooth! Could not have asked for better service! I came in with low expectations and was really surprised at what an awesome experience there is to be had here. It was clean and quiet even though it was fairly busy. The staff was patient, friendly, and great with the kids. The pizza was pretty good and bigger than I expected. There were games for all ages and the credits for them went a long ways. You can combine tickets and cash for prizes if needed. Chuck E. came out and went all around to see all the kids twice while we were there.

My family and I visited the Santa Maria Chuck E. Cheese sometime in late January. We walked in and we were greeted by this bright young lady ready and happy to help us. It's your standard Chuck E Cheese. Not too bad not too good. All my children are grown now so I only have to come here for coworkers kids parties thankfully. Lol the food has deff gotten better over the last 5 yrs or so. It used to be horrible. This one is clean as a room full of kids can be. Went in last night the grandson had a blast. We ordered pizza and wings took almost an hour. The manager looked over worked and a little rude. The young gals behind the counter were super sweet. I Didn't see them wipe down much nor sanitize anything nor did I see hand sanitizer at the door. I went in to a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese with pretty low expectations. What I got was a pretty good experience! They offer gluten free pizza! The restaurant was clean and the pizza was actually good. It was a little expensive for things like salad and the choices were limited but the kids had fun and were treated really well by the staff. Shout out to the staff for being very good to the children!

This place cares about the customers, a person kept walking around cleaning tables and keeping the place clean, the staff was really nice and they had a lot of games and rides to play. This place is still a great place for kids, adults not so much. The pizza is gross, it is generic and taste like frozen pizza warmed in a oven. The salad bar is not bad. They have a beer policy of 1 per hour and 2 for the entire visit. I really like the play all you want time card model that they have it isn't bad. There was a smell of we dog when I entered which was weird.

My mom and I just happened on this place while shopping. I didnt want to eat there, but I was surprised. It was a really good pizza! I had pineapple and pepperoni and it tasted great. Yesterday , I had a really bad experience with a young girl working there. We were at the price counter at 9:00 pm and the employee saw us there and didn't come help us. Instead, she ignored us and approached us at 9:04 stating that the policy was that after nine she couldn't cash out our prices. This was very unfortunate as I had my 3 year old waiting for her price. She then proceeded to yell and pick a fight with me . Honestly if I could rate my experience a 0 I would . ??

I was very impressed with Chuck E. Cheese these days and the pizza and ranch dressing is amazing! I can't believe how good everything is! The people who work there are great with kids and seem to really have fun too!

Such a good place to take your kids! You don't have to worry about them taking off on you because of the kid check. They have good deals so you can get food drinks and points to play. They also have a timed play card so you can play as many games as you want during that time and you can pause it too.

Cyrus, Paris and everyone working on 10-2-22 for the evening shift went above and beyond! Just a great group of individuals who truly care about families having a good time. This is such a fun place to bring my grand daughter. There is a salad bar and of course pizza. More games then anywhere else here in town. The staff is always very friendly, but always running to keep up with all the demands. There are usually waiting lines, bit all on all the children and adults are having fun??

It's decent. I have been to better ones but this is the only option for the area. We have had several parties here. The first one was pretty awful but the GM and I had a good discussion. I have been back since then for a few more parties and things have gotten a lot better. I would say over all it is worth coming and my kids had a blast.

Terrible service. Only one worker on the floor on an extremely busy day and he was walking around playing the games himself. As we waited 10 minutes for the cashier to figure out how to ring out a medium pizza and a beer, the manager came out of the back to help her with a mouth full of food. So embarrassing. Great place to take kids but eat dinner beforehand! Salad bar is above average and super fresh. The handstamp routine to deter kidnapping is a total joke. I could think of a better method in about 5 seconds. On several occasions while entering, I've encountered a toddler wandering out the front door alone. It would help if the tables were situated around the front door--which they are not. Fun place. We go often, but stranger-danger is better at any McDonald's playground.

Came here for my sons 2nd birthday today. Not alot of people which was a good thing. But we had very nice and good customer service. All the people were really nice to is and attentive. But one that stuck out was a guy name Francisco. He was very patient with us ordering our food and waiting for my coupons to load on my phone. Even telling me of other deals so that it wouldn't come out so pricey. He also went out of his way to find us candles and lighter so we can sing Happy birthday to our son. Very sweet

The pizza isn't worth the price. The games are expensive and the payout in tickets is minimal. Example for 60 tickets a child can get a small tootsie roll candy. If this is supposed to be a place for younger children to enjoy then they should have play area for them.

As far as chuck e cheese go, it's a nice well kept place. Went there for a birthday party and was surprised at the several options they had. Only complaint is where Chuck E lead them for the dance was the front of the store which made it awkward for those coming in and going. Other wise great experience.

We went on a weekday around 10 am. We were the only ones there. After I bought a play pass they turned up the music so loud my kids couldn't hear me talking to them. I asked an employee to turn it down and he unapologetically said there was nothing he could do about it. Several toddler rides didn't work. Not much for 3-6 year olds to do.

Extremely busy, no problem, but it seemed like there were staff running around doing nothing. No acknowledgement that you were waiting, at first we stood in line to get a pass, no one at the registers, then one girl stood there kinda playing with the salad, (are you gonna refill it or play with it? ) several machines not working, no ice in the drink machine. Hard to beat a place that always has coupons, beer, decent enough food, and every game is 1 token keeping the kids entertained for hours. We've been having our kids b day parties there for years and they keep wanting to go back.

I really liked this place, when my kid was very young. I really hope they dont close it down since its practically dead and the prices for the food are really expensive, they should have more reseanable prices, maybe that will raise the amount of parents staying longer and or come more often with there kids. Chuck E. Cheese has changed alot recently and it comes at a cost. No longer can a child or parent walk in with the few dollars they have to spend on magical game playing tokens. One must purchase a card, the least expensive being $11 for 30 minutes of play which is monitored. We came to checkout it out for a birthday party but if they only perform when extra is paid we won't take part.. I had to ask if Chuck was going to come out or not after his qued song played and ended and then they also let my son out with another group of people just testing the "security" so that was a fail. Staff was short and not helpful at all. Had issues with tickets being stolen by the "ticket muncher", staff being unwilling to request keys to restock prizes (they were out of everything behind the counter), and unsupervised children. On top of all this the pizza was awful.

I'd say this place need new management. To order food takes 30 to 45 mins to actually get your food which is a simple pizza take an 1hr 30 mins plus salad bar is for the most part empty. Soda is warm had to add lots of ice. Associates lack work ethic. This is not the only day it's like this.
