Customer Reviews

One staff was fantastic. Others did their jobs as needed. Food took a while, but gave good time for kids to play. Love the options for time card or point card. Loved they had similar games and rides they had as when I was a kid. Great nostalgia.

Haven't been to Chucky cheese in years. Very toddler friendly, many games that 2-3 year olds can reach. They have safety measures so Your kids can't escape with someone they aren't suppose to. Order the party platters (cheesey break is a MUST) Birthday parties are reasonably priced as well. The provide EVERYTHING. Cups, plates, cookie cake, pizza, drinks, and you get your own attendant to help manage your party.

I swear their boneless wings are better than Buffalo Wild Wings'! The drink options were great. The boneless wings came out tasty. Sweet chili was my favorite. The pizza came out good. I had my pizza well done. The stuffed crust is worth getting. We ordered the supreme and I'd say it came out good.

Disappointing and Disorganized We recently returned to Chuck E. Cheese for our annual group trip, but unfortunately, this year?s experience did not live up to the expectations set the previous year. We paid $400 for a reservation that included 30 free play cards (2-hour limit) and 7 medium pizzas. On paper, it sounded like a great deal?especially given how smoothly things ran last year?but the reality fell far short. There were no servers provided this time, unlike the previous year. We had to serve our o

We've been here multiple times throughout the last couple of years. The manager has been incredibly helpful and courteous. He definitely goes above and beyond in his efforts to ensure our kids are having a great experience. As well as helping instill valuable life skills, like saving tickets for another day.

Never thought these words would come out of my mouth, but I love this Chuck E. Cheese! I have never had a single bad experience here. The staff are the stars of each experience. They are always SO kind to my kids and myself. They are the main reason we keep coming back is because of how wonderful the staff is!

Went here for my daughter's birthday with just one of her friends. Good time but dang, $180 for 3 kids and 2 adults is a bit pricey.

We booked a birthday party here for our twins. The package included play credits for all the attending kids, pizza and drinks, plus extra tickets for the birthday kids. (Pizza was surprisingly tasty). Everyone had a great time! The staff were amazing and helpful. I honestly didn't expect too much from this experience, but it exceeded our expectations and our kids were thrilled. Recommend.

Way better pizza than I thought. Service was okay I suppose. Plus stuff crust pizza. It was good. The kids had a good time although some of the games didn't work

This is the Cleanest Chucke cheese we've ever been to. The staff, especially Davion, is also the nicest and most helpful. Davion is always pleasant and takes the time to explain different deals, offers and the menu, and is very patient and kind with the kids at the gift shop. The restrooms are clean and the staff regularly walks around making sure the games are in working order. Unfortunately, some of the games don't work every time, and you get shorted some tickets, but there aren't a bunch of out of order

Had my daughters 6th birthday party here today 1-13-2024 and Joseph was absolutely phenomenal!! We needed something last minute because everyone that was invited bailed on her party due to the cold. Joseph went out of his way to make her day. My daughter was upset while we were setting up because she was ready to play and no one was there yet. So he went and got her a 15 minute play card to make her happy. He went above and beyond for us! And I cannot say how thankful we are! If you see this THANK YOU!! you

Food was good and place was clean. Raised the weight to ticket ratio on the harpoon lagoon game to the point it is a waste of time to play. As an avid fan of the game I have never seen it so high. I don't know if they raised the weight to ticket price due to spring break but the typical is 30 pounds to one ticket and the shark strike has always been 10 tickets not the 5 you received at this location. My son even complained that the game is worthless now. Why mess with something I know a lot of people enjoy

It's not bad. It's pretty expensive compared to main event which is weird because it has less to do for the kids. Was just under $200 for a pizza, some wings, drinks, and three hour long gameplay tickets. Food and service are pretty good. However, my favorite part of the night was asking if it was possible to replace a sucker that my kid accidentally broke, just to get the manager wearing a pizza boss hat of the place to reply back simply with ?how do you expect me to sell a broken sucker?? A simple sorry a

My grandkids had a blast so that's all that matters?? impressed with how much you spend and wind up with a 2$ toy NO!!but once again my grandkids had a blast we didn't eat jus had drinks and cards for rides also why yall charging so much for kids to jump smh ...ima put it this way a ripoff for parents but a blast for kids I'm not knocking the hustle but definitely that indeed

My daughter had her 5th birthday today and had the run of the place. She felt it was the best party ever. The pizza was good, the cake was great and the hostess Madison was so kind and accommodating. Definitely will be back!

We had such a wonderful time.y Grandboys enjoyed themselves. And that's definitely what counts. The pizza was really really good

My wife called me 11/25 from Chuck E Cheese location on Memorial and western in Edmond. It was her first time there. She was trying to figure out which package to buy for my daughter to play. She was going to spend an hour there. So she picked the unlimited play option. She checked with the employee at the counter. The employee said it was unlimited plays for any games in there for an hour for $31. My wife paid the fees and went in. When they got to the trampoline, the attendant told my wife, she had to pay

Will never ever come here again. They don't know how to treat customers, staff is lazy, tables and bathrooms absolutely atrocious dirty. I will drive to another location. Also be sure you don't leave any personal items bc you will not get them back or be reimbursed. The manager absolutely should not be in customer service.

I visited this location on 9/20/2024 around 12 pm and it was great! I didn't catch his name but the guy who greeted us at the front desk was phenomenal! So polite and went above and beyond for my family. I wish I would have caught his name because he is doing service right and deserves the recognition, I will definitely recommending this Chuck E. Cheese location to all my friends and family!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, foods good, salad bar is a plus. Adding the trampoline seems to be a great way to shake it up a bit and try something new. Seeing a few familiar staff members faces throughout the years is nice too. You get to know them on a personal level and vice versa. Shout out to the ones we've come to know on West Memorial Road in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Haley H, Jasyah D, Joseph K, Emily, Madison, just to. Name a few..

Gin was amazing!! He was funny, patient, professional and all around a swell guy! I came in with my 4 kids and used a Groupon. He had so much playful energy that as we left he was still cracking up and making jokes with us. The establishment was clean, majority of the machines were in good condition. The ski ball lanes were a but messed up with too many balls in 1 lane and not enough balls at other lanes. No biggie we moved the balls around. The pizza was good too! All in all fun cool place, better than wh

I like this one alot more than Expressway. The staff was helpful an nice. They were easy to be seen from any point in the restaurant. All of their games worked except the take a picture with chucky one. I had a pleasant experience and so did my children. Definitely will be back.

Super loud but that was expected. I just made sure to bring my loops earplugs so it wouldn't be too much. My daughter chose to have her birthday party here and the hostess was super sweet! She was short, had semi-dyed hair, and was super kind. They were accommodating for my daughter?s fear of the ticket machine as well. Food was meh but i think we all know that you come here for games and parties not the food.

Used to love taking my kids here. This place is way overpriced food. The chicken wings were the size of half my thumb. They changed the games and my kids got BORED! Their selection of new games stink. Only about 15 people on a Friday night. Don't think we'll go back sadly. The games usually outweigh the cost of food. The fun my kids use to have made it worth the monstrous cost for what you get. So many better options these days for food and arcade. So sad Chuck E. Cheese is failing, and failing hard.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Joseph and staff. I was shocked at how friendly and engaging the staff were. The store had a up lifting vibe and was very comfortable. The cleanliness was unbelievable. To say the leadership is strong at this location is an understatement. It is alive and breathing. This store reflects that. Great leadership and great staffing combined for the perfect storm for a day with the kids!! Thank you Joseph and team!

A little on the smaller size, but the staff are excellent. We felt cared for, and the manager cares for his customers. All the games worked, and he could be seen testing them frequently. Pizza was good, dipping dots were good, no complaints there. Just a little smaller location.

The pizza was surprisingly good. Establishment was clean and not loud. It appeared that they might have been a bit short staffed, especially at the counter for redeeming tickets. It was a pleasant experience and our granddaughter had an enjoyable time. We'd go back

I took my two granddaughters there, both of them under four, and they just had a blast. On our way in, the manager came running over and stamped our arms with glow in the dark ink. They use a black light to check the stamp on your way out to make sure your kids are safe. I thought that was cool. The manager was super helpful, when we were ordering food he guided us to some specials which saved me some money. The food was really good, chicken wings were great. The place was really clean and all the staff was

Our experience here tonight was fantastic! The place was clean, the staff was kind, it was not too loud, and the Chuck E. Cheese appearance was calm and approachable for all ages of kid. The games were perfect for kids ages 2-10, but the adults had a great time too. The pizza was also pretty great - crust and all! The only thing that could have been better was someone waiting at the door to check people out at the end of the night - but everyone was cleaning, so I appreciate that even still. To be clear, t

First I'll lead with the pizza and salad was great, the party manager on duty was very nice and helpful but the place is overly crowded with parties with several children. A birthday is to be special and it can't be when there is 6 parties going on with lots of kids and one chukee, I feel it should be better organized with more room considering the amount of individuals in one party. & with the servers she was nice and very sweet but wasn't proactive and intuned with hosting in my opinion and I feel if it w

Took kids to play. Alot of the games for 5 and under were not working. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and it was nice and crispy and tasted great Recommend going here with kids on a hot day.

Was invited to a kid birthday here. The team at Chuck E cheese took good care of us! I would return with no hesitation! Thank you for being awesome!

When this place is busy takes forever to get your pizza at least you can eat from the salad bar. Still the kids will have a blast no matter what.

Everyone was very pleasant, loved the manager, he was very involved and every time I turned around he was helping someone. Place was very clean, mostly everything worked as far as the games went. My niece had a great time for her birthday. I wish Chuck E. was out a little longer than 5 minutes. Pizza was pretty tasty too! Just order pizzas and don't bother with the salad bar because it wasn't that great. Overall, our hostess Salem was great and my niece had a great time!

Very clean the staff was very nice, we went there for a birthday party and the party hostess wonderful job. And it was a lot cleaner than the one on Northwest Expressway and the one on south side. I don't think I will be going to either one of those ever again. But thia one was wonderful!

My daughter loves this place we don't go for the food only the games and every time we go she's happy and all the games work.

This was a fun little place for the boys. It was kinda expensive costing $45 for an hour of play and we didn't even eat anything there.

Always have a blast with my kids there and you don't break the bank having fun.

We visited the Chuck E. Cheese on memorial in Okc. It was an exceptional experience! Joseph and Madison were so helpful, knowledgeable and ensured our visit met our expectations. We didn't do a birthday party but just showed up and were still treated like royalty! The food was surprisingly tasty. We noticed several of the games have been updated recently too. Thank you , Joseph and Madison! You made our daughter?s birthday gathering special.

Pizza was geat. My aunt celebrated her 78 birthday there. She wanted all her nieces and nephews.Great.AndGreat great. And 3 great.Didnt have to clean up.Kids ran around and didn't get on the old folks nerves.lol

This was our family's first time at any Chuck E. Cheese. We told the staff that when checking in and everyone was very happy and helpful. All our questions were answered and we all had a really good time. Would definitely recommend trying this for a family fun day.

We have not been to a Chucky Cheese for about 12 years. Recently we were there for a birthday party my youngest daughter was invited to. The location was very clean and the staff friendly. I loved that the kids were able to play unlimited games for 2 hours! I fully expected her to run out of the token given at the party and have to purchase more for her. I love the 2 hour game pass! The gentlemen at the door (I think the manager) helped her collect her prizes. He was super upbeat and very friendly! I am

We decided to have some family fun time. This place was the perfect idea. The staff was outstanding and helpful. Chasing my autistic son is always a challenge. My daughter got much needed dad time. We also had a great experience at the ticket booth. The young lady was so nice with my turtle powered kids. Picking so slowly and over looking bigger items. She was so patient and kind. She even helped us check out afterwards. Honestly way better experience than I use to have 10 years ago with my nieces. Thank yo

It was clean, pizza was delicious. Modern. My grandson really enjoyed himself.

It was clean and okay but the girl was so rude to my kids. Saw us waiting in the counter and she came to counter call other customers as if she did not see us. Not recommend it

I was not sure what to expect going to Chuck E Cheese for the first time in over fifteen years. It was a great experience! I paid less than $50 for my family a medium pizza and an hour of gameplay. The game selection was perfect for my 3 year old. Your typical arcade is catered only to teens/adults, but we were all able to have fun. The employees were very nice and kept things running smoothly. Bathrooms were very clean. Hand sanitizer stations, soap, and paper towels were all stocked. Definitely recommend!

Granddaughter had her 6th birthday and she absolutely loved it. The party pack is the best value.

One star they ruined our day, they were keep coming to my children for not to do this and that. This is not the first time my children went to chuck e cheese, 2nd the guy on front told me that I can bring my food but later they kept coming us and said that you guys are not allowed,if it is so you guys give us complete information that what we can't bring. I definitely never gonna go back that location.

Joseph was amazing! He went above and beyond today to make our day very memorable. My 4 yr old loved her first visit. Thank you again Joseph!!!!

Very nice staff and fun atmosphere with clean restrooms and dining area and kids play areas. Be prepared to pay though, a salad bar is $12, a single no topping cheese pizza is $21, and a single pizza with 4 kids drinks and a 30 minute play card is $30. Alot of fun overall though, highly recommend for bdays and fun kids get togethers.

We had a party for my child last Sunday and it wasn't super busy, which was great. The kids attending got to play all the games and Chuck-E came out to visit a few times as well. We had pizza and it was good. I think the prices for the birthday parties are fair considering you get tokens, food, etc depending on what option you pick. Our server was wonderful as well; very accommodating. I would definitely go again based on this experience. A few years ago we went to the one in Moore for a party and this

Me my son, both grandparents and friends come without to celebrate my sons 5th birthday and I couldn't been more happy with the atmosphere, staff and games. Madison was such huge help with the kids and the entire party we couldn't done it without her. Thank you for incredible party. We will definitely be coming back soon.

I visits approximately 3 times a month and always have a great time with the kids. Staff is always great and it is always clean. Never had eaten here, so decided to order pizza for us and the salad bar for myself. The pizza was outstanding, but the salad bar was disgusting, The spinach was wilted and the container it was in had water in it as if it were going to be boiled, and some of the other veggies looked as if they had been out all night without any type of refrigeration. Would have given 5 sta

Great for birthday parties! Wish I had known there was no pausing there time to play, would've done food and cake later during the party. Otherwise, kiddos loved it, especially the birthday boy!!!

Great place for a kids birthday party! The staff was very organized and friendly. Chucky Cheese himself made an appearance and took pictures with the kids. They have a few beers on tap for adults as well!

Food is a tad pricey but it's actually really good. Understaffed tonight on a Saturday evening but understandable. Good deal and fun games.

The kids really enjoyed themselves. Staff was very nice and helpful. Some of the games worked but stopped and started again, but overall good experience. The kids enjoyed the pizza as well.

We came here yesterday for lunch & to play for a birthday, and we were blown away by how clean the facility was, how friendly and helpful the staff were, and the pizza was yummy, too! I hadn't been to Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was FANTASTIC! Will def be back!!

I had a party the party was great. My party host Ethan was wonderful. My issue was with the manager Amanda. I had some older kids (middle school age) at the party. At the basketball game an associate had told them to stop playing so rough. They continued. Instead of them saying something to the parents they took the balls from all the kids. I didn't find out about the situation until after the balls were taken. This should have been handled different. Not every person in the facility should have been punish

Wednesday is the best day to go bc you got 2 card to play games for 1hr for $18

It was my granddaughter's birthday party. We met at 8 and enjoyed the two hours. Madison was friendly, kind and very helpful. It was an excellent time with family.

Wonderful. Pizza is pretty good and came quickly. Location is clean and only one game was not in service. The hourly play deal works best for our needs. They seemed short staff and their combo deals are not economical. But overall, it is a good place for the young ones.

Went with nieces for first time ever (& I am 40 yrs old) and really wasn't what I was thinking not even close and then very expensive for the visit! But like 20% of games didn't work and don't really like that you buy a card and you can only pause once bc when little kids (3 & 5 yrs old) have time limit it doesn't work out that well and didn't get money worth i didn't feel like but it was still good time just not what I thought or heard it was like

Took my son with autism on a weekday night. It was quiet and not very crowded. The staff was understanding and kind about his odd behaviors. They were quick to accommodate when he wouldn't let them stamp the part of his arm they normally stamp on other kids. Chuck- e live was fun for all of the kids that participated. Clean games and good food!

The last time I visited Charles Entertainment Cheese he was animatronic. My daughter recently got invited to a birthday party here, and I was surprised that Mr. Cheese is now played by an essential pandemic worker, so kudos for taking one job back from the robots, humans! The Kid experience is off the charts, and the adult experience is improved from the 80's.. the addition of edible pizza is a great upgrade from 30 years ago. Since classic arcades died, the games are pretty much all casino games for tick

It's different now, but it's a good change. The kids love it still, even at almost 11 &10. It's the place a kid can still run around, act like a kid, and they're not on the phone?? Tiffany and Wes Little

Went in to check it out for grand daughters birthday. Spoke with Joseph, he was amazing to deal with. Explained everything and asked what he could do to make it better. Looking forward to this party, I know he and his team will make it the best experience.

Hate it not very friendly there so obsessed with making money they will not allow you to bring food in for your own baby or toddler not all kids go for ?? right off in baby's have there own baby food or soft foods they should be a shame of there self's!! ???? Yet it's perfectly fine serving beer in wine because they only let the customer buy two come on really for one if there's a group of adults together who's to know if some of them don't drink in order drinks for the person who already had two drinks it'

5 stars if y'all clean your bathrooms better. We were the first ones in the door. Unacceptable.

This is a great place to take your kids period for special events or just a nice play day.

My son had an 8th Birthday. Wasn't what it use to be. The Employees were rude and less than thrilled to help u there. Manager isn't sincere and doesn't really want to be there ethier. ALL rides keept braking down nobody seemed to care. It was like twilight zone went to the front to order play cards no employees around anyone could take your kids out the front door so be careful watch them closely. If your a vegetarian there's nothing for you to eat ,salad bars are closed. Don't know why they can't prepack

We had my daughter's birthday here. I was surprised at how convenient and easy they made it. It was very affordable as a matter of fact it was cheaper then her party last year. Also I was actually able to enjoy my daughter's party from start to finish.

My son's and I had a amazing time. The games were awesome and the food was so good my 6 year old ate his age in pieces of pizza. The staff was super helpful when I needed to purchase a play pass.

Absolute trash. The manager is completely unprofessional and lacking in any form of customer care. I came in store January 3rd and paid the $50 deposit for my sons party on January 26th at 9am in the VIP Room. We arrived promptly at 9 and were greeted not with Hello but with ?y?all people know we don't open till 11? and then told me it was not there fault that my party is not scheduled. Save your money and your child?s broken heart and go somewhere else

The pizza wasn't bad, prices were reasonable. The lower rating is because of how they manage the lunch buffet. It is an "all you can eat" buffet. Clean (paper) plates are not readily available, you have to ask for a clean plate for each trip. We ended up standing around waiting for the front counter person to make an appearance so we could get clean plates. Not sure if they were understaffed, but she was either in the back or busy at one of two different registers.

Worst experience we've had. Drove from Midwest City to this location bcuz it's usually more friendly and pleasant. The lady who helped us was the rudest person I've ever encountered and was cursing at customers IN FRONT OF MY KIDS. She charged me for things I didn't ask for. And when we ordered food it came out while we were playing and my kids had a bite and then we were going to come back and they cleared out food and drinks. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one there. I spent a lot

My daughter had a birthday here and it was a horrible experience. My host was too busy to attend to my party needs. She was rude, lacked professionalism, sense of urgency and excitement. She didn't keep with the schedule, she cut my cake in too big pieces for children and we ran out of cake. She dropped a pizza in the floor and never replaced it. I had to ask another host to put my daughter in the ticket blaster. Towards the end of our party, she comes up to me and my guest and demands payment because s

Came on a Wednesday evening for my son's 5th bday. Employees all wore masks, everything was clean and we'll kept. Purchased 30mins of all you can play for the first time-great price. It was just my family of 4 and one other small family so we basically had everything to ourselves which was great! Games were nice for my 5yr old & 7yr old on the Autism spectrum. Ordered pizza and drinks to go which were good. Only knocked down a star since Chucky wasn't there at the time we were there and my son wanted to see

Always an amazing experience! My kids love coming here. The manager named Joseph is always helpful and solves any problems we have with a smile! Would totally recommend

My 3 yr old consistently requested to have his party here for at least 6 months. Chuck E Cheese did not disappoint. He loved everything! They were get accommodating for the grandmas and everything was well managed by our party hostess! It freed me up to visit and play!

The kids love this place and it's nice that they have recently added the in-ground trampolines

I pretty great experience! Hosted my daughter's 5th birthday here and the hostess was very helpful in organizing, taking orders, getting everyone ready for food and she even cut my cake and served it! Nothing but a good experience.

We have been here 3 times...games and toys are always being cleaned. Today, the manager went way above and beyond by asking exactly what pizzas we would like for the buffet, since the restaurant was very quiet (bad weather, school in session). Very good staff!

This was our family?s first visit to this location. The manager was helpful, kind and patient. I was very impressed and plan to take my kids back soon!

So my friends and I took her kids today. They had a blast and it was over all great. HOWEVER, the hostess lady (our receipt said Tatiana) was rude. Whenever she marked us, one of our guests said ?mark of the beast?? And she said ?id knock on wood if I were you.? Was just rude and short whenever taking our order and trying to get the play cards. Whenever we went to recycle the playing cards, she SCOFFED and rolled her eyes at us and poured out candy for us to gather. Wasn't friendly, didn't smile. There were

We used to go all the time. It has gone downhill especially since implementing the cards. It's more expensive and half the games were out of order or had issues. I am however a huge fan if their pizza. I love the flavor and thankfully they did not change that!

Out of all the Chuck E Cheese's I have been to, this is the best one. No bar, but the location is well kept and the food is decent. My daughter's enjoy most of the games, the carousel of course, and the toddler play area.

Had my daughter's 6th birthday party here. All the kids had lots of fun. Did the Mega party package so the kids would all get unlimited game play for 2 hours but plan on staying closer to 3 hours if you do that package. ($25/ea kid) since you can pause the game card timer 2x during your visit (card only good for that 1 day, you can not carry time over to another visit). We only paused it 1x when the pizza was ready and Chucke-e-cheese came out to sing Happy Birthday which was about a 30 min pause. They serv

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
