Went at noon for a girls! Not alot of kids at all basically had it to ourselves. Chuck still came out and had a dance party by himself, greatly impressed that he still made the single dance party energetic and well worth it. We love our Kid Rat Casino! I also really loved that you can buy minutes to use instead of tokens or points to use in the machines. 30 minutes was only $20 and honestly well worth the $20 for how many games we played during that time.

The staff are friendly and a great place for birthday parties, and or hanging out with the family. We always have a good time here. I purchased the Gold membership and it's been well worth it!

Was in for their $7.99 monthly pass and had a FANTASTIC time. We also was offered 50% off ALL food with it! Will definitely get alot of use outta this GREAT VALUE!

I recently hosted my niece's birthday party at this venue, and it was an incredible experience! The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially a worker named Alondra, who was a wonderful dancer and made the children feel so welcome. Chucky was not enthusiastic with the kids I had to set up there and have a talk with him so the kids can have a Chucky experience for the money you pay to go into the establishment and have the kids have fun we set up a whole birthday party and Chucky barely did anything I do not recommend it

I haven't been to chuck e cheese since the change in how they do game play and after this experience I will definitely not be going back. It took an hour and a half to get my pizza. The food is over priced even with coupons. Game play was super unfortunate as many games did not function properly, were broken with no sign to indicate they were broken or were off and labeled out of order. This location is definitely struggling because the prizes require a ton of tickets to get anything, the games don't give many tickets, and the prize selection is small. You have to spend a lot to even get close to anything bigger than the candy or small cheap plastic toys (ex. Vampire teeth, rings, etc). We did an hour of play on 2 kids and got 800 tickets total and were able to get airheads and 2 lollipops. The Wichita location is by far superior compared to this location.

Great service. Had a PTO event here and even with a misunderstanding of the event planning from a corporate office this branch made it work and the kids had a great time. The food was good. Pizza and wings were tasty.

Celebrated both of my kid's birthdays here. Had a wonderful time. Our birthday helper was so sweet and patient. Very helpful and kind as well. As a person who grew up in Chuck E. Cheese...this was a pretty awful experience for my kids. Great place to take the kiddos for some safe fun. Pizza is pretty tasty too! Adults can have up to two beers. They have several small rides for smaller kids and video games for bigger kids. Staff is nice. Oh, they also have a salad bar if you want a healthier meal choice. Chuck E Cheese also has combo meals if you want to buy food, drinks, and a game card. One con though, they have a weak prize selection for tickets.

When we walked in got stamps on our hands and didn't given a reason why and when we walked out the door to leave we got chaced out the door by a employee being yelled at on why we didn't get permission to leave and why we didn't scanned our hands out to leave.

I really enjoy this location because of the staff. There is an arcade closer to home but we come here because it's always clean, and the staff are so nice and helpful. The last several times I have been here, the guy that wears a pony tail on top of his head remembers my son and I and that makes my son feel excited to come back.

This was one of the best Chuck E. cheese I've ever been to. The game tech was so kind, patient and gentle with my little toddler who kept interrupting him as he was repairing games. Took my son here for a visit. We've gone to a lot of locations closer to the KC metro and this was by far one of the better locations to eat at. Food came out fresh. My son had a lot of fun. Jushing by the games they have it looks like it's also great for older kids as well.

Loved every minute of it. We went on a Wednesday afternoon around noon and it wasnt crowded which made it so much better. My 4 yr old daughter was able to go from game to game with no hesitation and no wait. Games were perfect for her age and ive never seen her have so much fun. Prices were reasonable and well worth it. I love the new Game Pass cards. My wife was coming later and 2 people at the entrance didn't know about the parent pass stickers that were sitting on the podium right in front of them. There used to be a couple games that adults could enjoy but, it's where a kid can be a kid after all.

The staff was amazing to our kids! We hadn't been to Chuck E Cheese in many many years and was somewhat dreading it, however, this visit exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for our 3 year old and his cousins and friends age range 1 y.o. to 14 y.o. There was something for everyone.

We had a wonderful party for my Grandson. Lake, our hostess was very peppy. I guess we misunderstood how the cards work. It says on the brochure you can stay after the party and continue to play the games. We bought the unlimited play cards, but they cut out when the party was over. So everyone was very disappointed.

Perfect place to plan your birthday parties I would recommend young lady Mariah she was one of the party planners there, and she does an excellent job. We took our granddaughters to chuckie cheese in Topeka. Spent a lot and 5 of the games cheated them out of tickets. And when we complained all we heard from staff was sorry. No offer of refund or tokens. When I asked for manager I was told he was not available as he was training. Wouldn't dealing with dissatisfied customers be part of training. Do you make a habit of cheating children? Do not go to Topeka Chuckie Cheese.

Pizza is pretty good and the service is always friendly. Since they've put in better games and all of them work 97% of the time and only take one token per play they have been the requested place to go by my kid over the other places in town.

My kids love the large selection of games and activities there. I quite like the fact that I can a small fee for unlimited games for a certain amount of time way better than tokens.

It was extremely dirty and some machines kept not giving it out tickets, and when we would say something to staff they would say ok but do nothing. My kids both missed out on a lot of tickets and we were all frustrated.
