We had a great time at our most recent visit. My little girl and her bestie had to see each other and this was the perfect spot for dinner and a play date! The whole place is really clean, staff is diligent and focused on keeping the place in order, and the food was great & came out quickly. Their meal deals and birthday party prices are really affordable making this a great option for multiple occasions.

My son had his sixth birthday there and everyone was nice! I forgot my hosts name but she was nice and had pretty dark and red hair.

My kids enjoyed homeschool day. You get a 90-minute play card and a drink for $11.99. We ordered a large half cheese & pepperoni with some cheese bread. My kids didn't want to leave. I'll definitely take them back.

The food was good, we were part of a birthday party with a host and she did a great job! 2 hours of free game play. The kids absolutely loved it and the adults enjoyed it too.

Great fun place to have a little kids birthday party, or do you just take the kids for a fun afternoon playing. All machines were functioning properly, and it was not too crowded, so no wait to play a game. All areas inside were very clean, as well.

Our child enjoys going here. Staff is friendly and a good variety of games. Chuck e Cheese comes out a good amount of times. Also bathrooms are cleaned well. For Christmas and New Years until Jan 2, 2022 a special Winter Winnerland with prizes and deals. Clean, fun and friendly service. I always take my kids on weekday later afternoons, not at all crowded. Any time I've had a problem with cards or games the staff is quick to help and professional. Food is as is expected, but who comes for the food, right??

I used to go here when I was a kid and it was Showbiz Pizza. It was a lot more fun back then. But it's still fun for kids. I took my son for his 7th birthday. We paid $35 for an hour of games. He had a blast. I had fun too. We didn't try any food but I bought him an overpriced drink. But granted, they do let you get free refills. I wish it wasn't so expensive for games but my son had a good time. FYI: They have Groupon deals but you have to book them 24 hours in advance.

Not sure if they were understaffed or there was not good use of the employees they had. Waited a long time with only one cashier to get food and play time. Then when we left waited a long time to cash in tickets. Also you should not be selling tickets to jump on the trampoline if its going to be locked up half the time. Other than that the food was very good and what employees you did have were nice, polite and helpful.

We had my sons 5th birthday party here 09/03/2023 and it was AMAZING. I can't remember our host name but she was so friendly and did more than we even asked of her. I will brag on this place forever! This is definitely the best route for parents who don't like the stress of managing birthday parties

I went for my nephews 5th birthday and we had a great time. When you are given the cards to play games it's not unlimited time as some might hear. Once the playing starts the kids have 2 hours, but it was still enough time for them to enjoy themselves.

I had not been here since I was a kid. We took our 2 1/2 year old and had a blast. They have a really cool feature at the door for added safety and the team working there is nice! It was a little chaotic but it was a Saturday night so that is to be expected. Very clean for such an old property. I was Very pleased.

Refused to sell us the timed card, bought the most expensive point card and it was gone after one run at the sketch thing and one ride of the Arka. No employees around to tell us why that was, point reloading machines were both down. There are way too many kids running around with no supervision. Employee wise or parent wise. We left within 10 minutes, which was really upsetting because until today we had wanted to have our son's birthday here.

Nothing like it use to be. These days and times our grandbaby missed the great times that we use to have here. They live bands and game that was included. The pizza was way better and service. This place use to be awesome.

My child received a ticket for 5 free plays on his field trip. When we came to redeem his prize from playing, since the kids couldn't do it on the field trip, he was going to use his free plays. They stated that he couldn't use them if he didn't buy food. It didn't say this on the ticket and of course my child was super sad as we just popped in for a couple of games and buying a couple during our errands that day. Got to experience this place for the first time (26 years old ??) with my kids today. We had loads of fun! The pizza was actually pretty good and the cookie was delicious. Employees were really nice and kept the place clean even with all the kids running around. It was really cool and nice to see them wiping down games and tables and sweeping consistently. The games and prices are good, but I deducted a star for the food. The cheese pizza is mediocre at best, the pepperoni pizza is way too greasy and the cheese bread is just ok too. My 6 year old granddaughter loves the little rides even if they are geared towards slightly younger kids.

My granddaughter had her birthday party here, and l was impressed with the timing, friendliness, and professionalism of the the staff. Patient with kids, on a schedule without making anyone feel rushed, and, hey.... No mess to clean up for Mama! It's a win-win!

I am an adult with no kids and I still came for the pizza just for that nostalgic taste. It was everything I wanted it to be. It was crispy, it was fresh, it was balanced, and the sauce and cheese paired wonderfully. I also loved how it was cut into several small slices. Always clean, the staff is always friendly, and my daughter always has a great time. This morning we were the only family there, and one of the staff dressed up in the Chuck E. costume just for my little girl. That was so above and beyond, and much appreciated. Completely made her day!

It was clean and the food was a lot better than I remember when I was a kid. A little disappointed that we didn't get to meet Charles himself when they kept announcing he would be out soon. The games were really fun too. Pretty classic stuff like skee ball, basketball, and a claw machine, but there's some newer style games too as well as newer versions of classics.

An employee walked off mid of my transaction without even telling me to wait to go assist someone that was coming in. It wasn't her fault I reckon lol as she stated. Greatly improved from what it used to be so if you haven't been in a few years I highly recommend giving them another shot. With those improvements have come some considerably higher prices though... $17 for 8 boneless chicken wings, $20 for a pizza... but with the addition of cards instead of tokens and the option to purchase it by time you can always eat elsewhere and bring the kids here just to play.

We were very pleased with our birthday party experience! This is our second party at this location and they've really stepped up their game! Destiny was an amazing host! The manager and all the staff were extremely helpful. The entire place was clean and not overly crowded. This was worth every penny! Went for my son's 2nd birthday. We had a lot of fun. I didn't buy the birthday package because on their website said Chuck E. Cheese would be virtual and he wasn't. He was there and did the little dance and all that with the birthday kids. If I would have knew that I would have bought the birthday package. Also my two-year-old loves helium balloons and the staff would not allow us to buy him some helium balloons. It was a bit pricey for one pizza and four drinks. Otherwise I would have gave five stars.

Prices have sky rocketed here. The pizza are more of a thin crust style and not much to them. They only offer Pepsi products which is a bust for me. The games are not as fun as they use to be there's no point to some of them. The little little kids use to have a blast here but now most games are directed towards older kids.

I like the fact that they have a security measure in place for people coming and going so you're kiddo can't take off with just anyone. The pizza at this location is actually really good! We were three for a party and each child received a card with an amount of time that allowed them to use all the machines in the arcade. I liked that we could pause it and then start again when they were finished eating.

I liked it better when there was a play area and a stage, ect. Now everything is electronic, the games are pretty cheap and the ski ball track is like 5 inches long now. It's clean and the food is always good. No one, employees, were really friendly but I assume they just go into a robotic state so they don't loose their minds. The absolute worse part about the place is rude kids and their rude parents. Can't fix that.

My family had a great time tonight! Cameron, the manager on duty, was super helpful and walked us through picking out the family fun time package so that my son could have a great birthday. This place is so insanely expensive, we had been invited to a birthday party for a 3 year old girl who was friend's with my 4 year old daughter. We received a $30 card from the parent's of the birthday girl, spent $30 on a card of our own to be sure we could play the entire time and those two cards barely lasted 15 minutes. I've had my kids birthdays here many times but this last time we were let down. We left to play games and they threw our 1/2 eaten large pizza away and drink. When I told the very nice lady about it she asked me how many slices and that she'd have them remake the pizza for me. Pizza was nasty and way to expensive, chuckie cheese is not the wonderful time you had as a child anymore, so just find another place to take your children that would be better. Tip it was 70 dollars for 2 medium pizza's and 3 small drinks they also turned the card machine off at 7 even though Google said they were open till 9 so the play points we bought couldn't use after that.
