Customer Reviews

We had a great time at our most recent visit. My little girl and her bestie had to see each other and this was the perfect spot for dinner and a play date! The whole place is really clean, staff is diligent and focused on keeping the place in order, and the food was great & came out quickly. Their meal deals and birthday party prices are really affordable making this a great option for multiple occasions.

My son had his sixth birthday there and everyone was nice! I forgot my hosts name but she was nice and had pretty dark and red hair.

My kids enjoyed homeschool day. You get a 90-minute play card and a drink for $11.99. We ordered a large half cheese & pepperoni with some cheese bread. My kids didn't want to leave. I'll definitely take them back.

The food was good, we were part of a birthday party with a host and she did a great job! 2 hours of free game play. The kids absolutely loved it and the adults enjoyed it too.

I'm not going to lie, I was dreading taking my kids to Chuck e Cheese. I assumed the worst and honestly it has continued to exceed my expectations. We've gone a few times a year for the past few years and have continued to only have good experiences! As soon as you get there they stamp your whole family with a black light number and someone stands at the door and checks everyone on the way out to make sure you only have people from your party. I've been to this locations a few times per year at different t

Great fun place to have a little kids birthday party, or do you just take the kids for a fun afternoon playing. All machines were functioning properly, and it was not too crowded, so no wait to play a game. All areas inside were very clean, as well.

Our child enjoys going here. Staff is friendly and a good variety of games. Chuck e Cheese comes out a good amount of times. Also bathrooms are cleaned well. Lots of prizes on the wall but only limited selection you can use tickets on with better prizes being cash only. Overall nice time and recommended this Chuck e Cheese location.

We had my autistic son's birthday party here had the private party ..they definitely dont even try to engage with the family or care about my son's special day...our server ignored us the whole time ..they didn't let my son see Chuckie and all they would do is play Happy Birthday on blast over and over and over ..a friend of mine had her autistic grandsons birthday party there and they did them the same way not counting all the other horrible things they did. I will never pay that much money to have a Bi

For Christmas and New Years until Jan 2, 2022 a special Winter Winnerland with prizes and deals. Clean, fun and friendly service. I always take my kids on weekday later afternoons, not at all crowded. Any time I've had a problem with cards or games the staff is quick to help and professional. Food is as is expected, but who comes for the food, right??

I used to go here when I was a kid and it was Showbiz Pizza. It was a lot more fun back then. But it's still fun for kids. I took my son for his 7th birthday. We paid $35 for an hour of games. He had a blast. I had fun too. We didn't try any food but I bought him an overpriced drink. But granted, they do let you get free refills. I wish it wasn't so expensive for games but my son had a good time. FYI: They have Groupon deals but you have to book them 24 hours in advance.

Entirely overpriced! 12 bucks for a so-so salad bar that isn't a 'bar'. Half the machines either weren't working or didn't give good instructions to know how to play them. No DR. Pepper.. NO DR PEPPER NO PIBB NOTHING . Kids kinda had fun. I think?

This was a great experience for my 10 y.o daughter! Been a very long time since she's been here but turned out to be one of the best experiences that we remember ?? Thanks for everything! Her Birthday Party was a success ?? Definitely booking again here soon for her lil brother who's turning 4! Oh by the way, The pizza ?? was absolutely delish! ???? & The staff on the floor did great handling everything with how busy and packed out it was that day. Awesome job! There were 3 of the staff members who really

Not sure if they were understaffed or there was not good use of the employees they had. Waited a long time with only one cashier to get food and play time. Then when we left waited a long time to cash in tickets. Also you should not be selling tickets to jump on the trampoline if its going to be locked up half the time. Other than that the food was very good and what employees you did have were nice, polite and helpful.

Our hosts were lovely. Bone party. Every was perfect. They ate both in the photo with Chuckie!!! Great Party

This is THE place to have a birthday party for your kids! From goodie bags to ice cream and everything in between, they thought of ALL the details. All we had to do was show up with a cake. 10/10 would definitely do this again!

We had my sons 5th birthday party here 09/03/2023 and it was AMAZING. I can't remember our host name but she was so friendly and did more than we even asked of her. I will brag on this place forever! This is definitely the best route for parents who don't like the stress of managing birthday parties

I went for my nephews 5th birthday and we had a great time. When you are given the cards to play games it's not unlimited time as some might hear. Once the playing starts the kids have 2 hours, but it was still enough time for them to enjoy themselves.

Kids had fun. Best to come when everyone is at school and work because it's literally empty in there. Pizza was good.

Surprisingly Super impressed with this chuck e cheese location. I am from middle TN and the locations there are old, dingy, dirty and not safe. This location is super clean and well managed.

Had great time with the cousin babies. Only thing is I got salad and a drink was $11.10 that was little to much.but I was hungry.and diabetics I really can't have bread products. so I think.$7.would be enough. My niece lola love chunkechesse.

We had a great time as usual at this location. My son was invited to a birthday party here and he had a blast. He played his favorite games, ate pizza and got up and had fun with Chuck E. Cheese

I had not been here since I was a kid. We took our 2 1/2 year old and had a blast. They have a really cool feature at the door for added safety and the team working there is nice! It was a little chaotic but it was a Saturday night so that is to be expected. Very clean for such an old property. I was Very pleased.

Refused to sell us the timed card, bought the most expensive point card and it was gone after one run at the sketch thing and one ride of the Arka. No employees around to tell us why that was, point reloading machines were both down. There are way too many kids running around with no supervision. Employee wise or parent wise. We left within 10 minutes, which was really upsetting because until today we had wanted to have our son's birthday here.

Best Chuck E Cheese experience ever. The manager was very friendly and cared for the customers. He made my kids day by just being nice. Food tasted perfect and the price was on point. Thanks.

This breaks my heart I took my children when they were little in early 2000 when they still had the anamatromics it was a wonderful place back then with lots of fun games to play skeet ball pizza ?? was good you could get a coupon in Sunday paper large pizza 4 drinks and 100 tokens for 40.00 my kids had a blast plus if you brought in kids report cards they got extra tokens for good grades this place is not the same and my grand children will never get to experience what my children did in the 2000 th

Nothing like it use to be. These days and times our grandbaby missed the great times that we use to have here. They live bands and game that was included. The pizza was way better and service. This place use to be awesome.

We just love this place. Seeing my boys get so excited about going is the best. And the salad bar is wonderful. It really is amazing. And the best part is our grown autistic son will never outgrow it. Lol

So much fun for birthdays of youngsters. Affordable and totally worth it. Completely upgraded. Katie Love #1. A++++ service.

The parking lot has way too small spaces and your vehicle will get hit by someone's car doors if you can even get into the car.

Kids loved it and seems like a great place for a kids bday party.

They had a gas leak didn't tell anybody and had the back door open . Do not go to chuck e cheese they are not safe and do not care for your safety

We had my child?s 1st birthday party here yesterday,it was going well until we got our price for her party. When I first arrived I was quoted $230 for the price of the party. I asked the girl who sat us specifically for the price to make sure we didn't go out of our budget and when we went to pay it had more than doubled. When I spoke to the manager, Katie, she was extremely disrespectful when our parents were explaining the situation to her and would not break it down to us how the price doubled. when I t

We had a birthday party for our 2 grandsons. The hostess was very friendly with the kids and also to the adults. My wife and I thought the price was reasonable. Best part no clean up at the house to do

My kids loved it after my daughter got over her fear of chuck E cheese she had a blast we will be going back

It's so much fun for kids and adults. Even little kids. Great for a Bday party too.

Had a great family day @chuckecheese today. This place has been remodeled and offers a much better layout even for large groups. Menu choices are much better. We had a great experience today. Had lots of happy kids @chuckecheese today. A place where kids can be kids! Thanks CEC we will be back soon!

My child received a ticket for 5 free plays on his field trip. When we came to redeem his prize from playing, since the kids couldn't do it on the field trip, he was going to use his free plays. They stated that he couldn't use them if he didn't buy food. It didn't say this on the ticket and of course my child was super sad as we just popped in for a couple of games and buying a couple during our errands that day. The manager, Jeremy, helped us use them and fixed my little boy right up! He is an excellent

Got to experience this place for the first time (26 years old ??) with my kids today. We had loads of fun! The pizza was actually pretty good and the cookie was delicious. Employees were really nice and kept the place clean even with all the kids running around. It was really cool and nice to see them wiping down games and tables and sweeping consistently. Definitely going to be returning soon!

Attended 2 birthday parties there, plus had my son party there and everything went well. Kids enjoyed getting out and I think the adults did as well.

Pizza was pretty good. We went for a birthday party and they really know how to do this at this location. Everything wss well organized and fun for the kiddos. Clean and all the games were working

So I had my daughter's birthday party here. Overall, I'm still trying to decide how it went . It was very rushed and they were late even starting the party when I was on time too. My host wasn't even there so I had 2 different people at first. The tables are too close together for parties, so there's not really enough room. We cut cake and was already done with the cake when they brought out some icecream, which still took her 10 minutes to bring out. The ladies who announced the birthday people weren't

1st time I've been here in years! The pizza tasted awesome. I got the personal size vegetarian pizza and.the toppings and crust were delicious. Lots of arcade machines for kids and seating appears to be booths only . You get and refill drinks yourself at 2 self service drink machines. Lots of toys for parents to buy kids.

We do the summer pass every year and have so much fun! My daughter also had a birthday party here last year, and the staff did a great job.

My kids had a great time. It had been years since we been here so I noticed they upgraded the place and there was lots of fun games. The pizza was really good the barbecue wings were ok. Overall we had fun and I would take my kids back again.

The place is fun but old lol the staff was really friendly and nice. The pizza wasn't all that great but if you're really hungry it's ok.

Always a good time for the kids. They have better games than when I was a kid. My youngest is still terrified of Chuck E. in a costume.

Big fight happened while we were celebrating my daughter's bday. The people that were fighting were also drinking hard liquor in the parking lot. This is a kids place. There should be security in the parking lot. Kids could have gotten hurt or even worst what about If they pulled a gun.. more security would be great.

My son loves the ($20) play for 1 hour cards. The food is very pricey so we only eat there on special occasions.

The games and prices are good, but I deducted a star for the food. The cheese pizza is mediocre at best, the pepperoni pizza is way too greasy and the cheese bread is just ok too. My 6 year old granddaughter loves the little rides even if they are geared towards slightly younger kids.

My granddaughter had her birthday party here, and l was impressed with the timing, friendliness, and professionalism of the the staff. Patient with kids, on a schedule without making anyone feel rushed, and, hey.... No mess to clean up for Mama! It's a win-win!

I am an adult with no kids and I still came for the pizza just for that nostalgic taste. It was everything I wanted it to be. It was crispy, it was fresh, it was balanced, and the sauce and cheese paired wonderfully. I also loved how it was cut into several small slices. If you're an adult and just want a good pizza, don't be afraid to try this place. Nobody is going to judge you for it.

Always clean, the staff is always friendly, and my daughter always has a great time. This morning we were the only family there, and one of the staff dressed up in the Chuck E. costume just for my little girl. That was so above and beyond, and much appreciated. Completely made her day!

Had a blast here with my 2 young kiddos today. Even though it was a slow and rainy Monday, Chuck E came out and played with my sons multiple times! The pizza was delicious and the store was very clean. Thanks for the memories!

We have been Comjng when our kids were young. Now we are with our grandkids

Had a birthday party, and they lost my granddaughter cupcakes. Nothing on the site when we booked was available when we got there they rushed us to finish the party because they overbooked just wasn't a good experience

We threw a birthday party the service was fantastic!!! Prices wasn't to bad either!! Well worth it recommend to anyone wanting Thier kids to enjoy their day

It was clean and the food was a lot better than I remember when I was a kid. A little disappointed that we didn't get to meet Charles himself when they kept announcing he would be out soon. The games were really fun too. Pretty classic stuff like skee ball, basketball, and a claw machine, but there's some newer style games too as well as newer versions of classics.

As always, an enjoyable place for younger kids, and even some fun to be had with the older ones as they get into gathering tickets for something nifty or sweet to take home. Definitely gets a bit crowded for its size on weekends, but truly it's mostly amiable, parenting types along with their children just trying to have a blast like your family. A little pricey for the experience if you have several kids like myself, but if you can get them to pair up and take turns with less time cards than one each, it a

The place was ok.. no complaints there. My daughter really enjoyed it although, they were understaff. An employee walked off mid of my transaction without even telling me to wait to go assist someone that was coming in. It wasn't her fault I reckon lol as she stated. She overheard me and my friend and then tried to apologize which should have been one of the first things she done.

Good for small kids like 3-12 years old. I mean older kids may enjoy some of the games but most of the games are geared to that age bracket. Is a bit on the pricey side as far as just tokens and exchanges go. Lots of tickets for cheap items but that is normal for any arcade style place. Good time overall.

They have removed the stage and opened the area up. They have also done away with the booths on the side. Now its high top tables. It looks good! With it being wide open it's easier to see and keep an eye on your kids. The staff was friendly and the pizza was so good!

Greatly improved from what it used to be so if you haven't been in a few years I highly recommend giving them another shot. With those improvements have come some considerably higher prices though... $17 for 8 boneless chicken wings, $20 for a pizza... but with the addition of cards instead of tokens and the option to purchase it by time you can always eat elsewhere and bring the kids here just to play.

I haven't been to Chuck E Cheese in 30 years. Decided to take my 2 year old as a backup plan due to rain. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza wasn't half bad. Enjoyed they had a salad bar. And my 2 year old loved it! Had so much fun. Which is awesome because at his age it's hard to find the balance of letting him be able to run around and not getting into stuff too old for him. When thr guy came out dressed as Chucky, my son was amazed. He was so excited to see Chuck E. It was like he saw his fi

We were very pleased with our birthday party experience! This is our second party at this location and they've really stepped up their game! Destiny was an amazing host! The manager and all the staff were extremely helpful. The entire place was clean and not overly crowded. This was worth every penny! It is more affordable than other birthday party venues in town and a stress-free experience for the parents! All the kids had a blast!

Had a great time with my grandson in a fun and safe place. The food is a little expensive but other than that it was great.

This place was fun but very very overcrowded at 6 pm. Food was good. Numerous times the drinks were not right. Easy to pick the card menus for playing games. There should Def be a cap on how many people they let thru the door.....or even close the place for large parties. Nothing like imagination station tho I remember I loved that place when it was around. Parents tend to let their kids free roam in this place so watch your food and drinks if you eat here

Went for my son's 2nd birthday. We had a lot of fun. I didn't buy the birthday package because on their website said Chuck E. Cheese would be virtual and he wasn't. He was there and did the little dance and all that with the birthday kids. If I would have knew that I would have bought the birthday package. Also my two-year-old loves helium balloons and the staff would not allow us to buy him some helium balloons. It was a bit pricey for one pizza and four drinks. Otherwise I would have gave five stars.

Pizza was good. Salad bar was very good. Kids love it. Way too noisy for most adults. Would never go there other than to celebrate a precious grandchilds birthday.

Honestly best Chuck e Cheese been to in my life. Very clean , organized and not worried about kids safety . Staff was very helpful and manager was understanding of last minuet stuff. We will be back !

Always have a good time at Chuck E. Cheese. The new digital cards are great. Much easier to set a time limit for the kids and no tickets to keep up with. While there wasn't much my son was interested in at the prize counter tonight, he usually saves his virtual tickets up for the next trip anyway. The pizza and cheese bread were very good, salad bar was fresh and well stocked. The whole place, including the restrooms was clean and I did see employees sanitizing the games and drink area. Save your digital ca

Prices have sky rocketed here. The pizza are more of a thin crust style and not much to them. They only offer Pepsi products which is a bust for me. The games are not as fun as they use to be there's no point to some of them. The little little kids use to have a blast here but now most games are directed towards older kids.

The kids had a great birthday!!

Awesome staff. Good place to have a kids party. During weekdays there is a buffet which is awesome when your on a tight budget. Tons of different styles of games. Selection of toys isn't that great but not too bad. Good location.

great place to take your kids.

I like the fact that they have a security measure in place for people coming and going so you're kiddo can't take off with just anyone. The pizza at this location is actually really good! We were three for a party and each child received a card with an amount of time that allowed them to use all the machines in the arcade. I liked that we could pause it and then start again when they were finished eating.

Today we threw all three of my kids birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese when we got there a little early the table was ready and we could head right back. We all had matching stamps for extra safety. The host Ja?Meir (spelling I'm sorry) was amazing he was very active with the kids and was prolly the best host I've ever met when it comes to a kids party all three my babies had a great time and all the thanks to Chuck E. Cheese and their amazing staff!

Was here from 10-noon for my grandchild's birthday party. Awesome place for a party, with pizza and drinks, plus wristbands for kids to use to play games. Even the adults had a blast. Staff was great and extremely helpful and the pizza was surprisingly good ??

I liked it better when there was a play area and a stage, ect. Now everything is electronic, the games are pretty cheap and the ski ball track is like 5 inches long now. It's clean and the food is always good. No one, employees, were really friendly but I assume they just go into a robotic state so they don't loose their minds. The absolute worse part about the place is rude kids and their rude parents. Can't fix that.

Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was perfect. The food was tasty and fresh. Had fun playing games myself. Perfect place where anyone can be a kid at heart. 10/10.

My family had a great time tonight! Cameron, the manager on duty, was super helpful and walked us through picking out the family fun time package so that my son could have a great birthday. Also shout out to Emma who helped my son have a fun, safe time in the ticket blaster and the girl at the ticket counter who was patient and helpful when my kids were ready to turn in their tickets for prizes. This location has a great staff and is the reason why we keep going back!

This place is so insanely expensive, we had been invited to a birthday party for a 3 year old girl who was friend's with my 4 year old daughter. We received a $30 card from the parent's of the birthday girl, spent $30 on a card of our own to be sure we could play the entire time and those two cards barely lasted 15 minutes. So, I went and bought a $50 card and made sure I did the time INSTEAD of the points, bc if you're buying the point based cards, like we had at first, you stand in front of maybe a total

I reserved a party for a 7 yr old yesterday. It was after hours and the website gave me the option to pay cash today which is when I booked the party for so I was like awesome I'll pay the whole balance tomorrow. Recieved confirmation that I can pay today in my email. This morning I woke up and thank God I even checked my email again bc they canceled her party by email at 7am. I called to fix it and " the best we can do is still charge you $28 per child and do a walk in party," so no host, no table, no dec

I've had my kids birthdays here many times but this last time we were let down. We left to play games and they threw our 1/2 eaten large pizza away and drink. When I told the very nice lady about it she asked me how many slices and that she'd have them remake the pizza for me. It took a while considering they were extremely busy but when she got to my table she brought me a personal pizza instead of the 5 slices of a large pizza that got thrown. Very disappointing because all she said was omg they're so bus

Pizza was nasty and way to expensive, chuckie cheese is not the wonderful time you had as a child anymore, so just find another place to take your children that would be better. Tip it was 70 dollars for 2 medium pizza's and 3 small drinks they also turned the card machine off at 7 even though Google said they were open till 9 so the play points we bought couldn't use after that.

Clean and great for little kids and parents can have some fun gaming too.

My grandbabies love it here!! As adults so do we. Lol

Jamal was amazing Jaxzon had a great party and everything went just perfect!!!!

Terrible birthday service! I visited this location hoping to plan a great birthday party. The packages and prices were explained to me just fine and it seemed like a great fit. The day of the party was extremely disappointing. The place seemed overcrowded. You literally couldn't take two steps without bumping into someone. While the kids had fun playing games, the party was terribly unorganized. The host had little energy and let the kids run off without opening presents at the right time, then tried to kic

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
