This Chuck-E-Cheese is clean and has a large variety of games and rides. Not only are there games, but they also have a trampoline and playground area where kids can burn off their energy for an extra fee. I didn't order food, but from what I saw, it looked good. Great place to keep kids entertained, that's indoors.

Pretty awful experience today with a rude manager. Our timed card dinged into a game we were sitting next to while I fed my baby a bottle and used almost the entire time on the card before any games were played (as they could see on history) and they refused to give us any time back. Also about ten games were broken (all of the ones that give you pictures to take home). The manager was rude and dismissive. My kids and I enjoyed a visit here while mom was running an errand! I was met with excellent customer service upon entry. The young lady who helped me offered several variations of playing options for my family and treated us very respectfully! The play areas were clean and so were the restrooms. The dance floor area was a hit and they really enjoyed meeting the mouse!

We always have a great experience here thanks to Maribel. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I recently had an issue with my Fun Pass, and she made sure my children were still able to play and enjoy themselves without missing a beat. Maribel is always kind, helpful, and genuinely cares about the families who come in. We truly appreciate her and always enjoy our visits when she is there!

Gladys in my opinion is one of the most valued members of the Chuck E. Cheese staff. We came here for my son?s birthday, not a scheduled birthday party. Gladys went out of her way to make the day extra special for him. Thank you so much to Gladys and the staff for going above and beyond. We love it here

We had an excellent birthday experience here for my daughter. After booking, a party team member follows up, then day-of you have two staff members assigned to your party. The swipe cards are great for kids with the wristband & we love the unlimited play options for both the party & just a regular visit. Wide range of games & prizes available. Clean facility & well run; this is a great location. Pizza tastes great (I don't remember that as a kid! Lol). We plan on coming back as long as my kids want to go!

Visited around 12 pm on a weekday during Winter Break. My kids had a blast (4 & 7) but I was pretty disappointed when there were quite a few games that were down or out of paper. My kids end up swiping their card multiple times at games that were out of service because they can't read and/or don't pay attention and 2 of the non-working games ended up taking a bunch of credits off of their play cards. We went to a birthday party (small- socially distant) on a weekday and it was wonderful, we were the one ones there, staff was attentive, and bathrooms were cleaned. Arcade have half of two players games not working. However it will charge you for that. Staff knows that game is not working then why don't turn it off.

We went for a friend's birthday party. Lots of games to keep them busy and a little playground when their cards ran out. My daughter had a blast. The prizes stunk for the number of tickets, but they always do. I have to actually look at the prices because with how much my daughter liked it, I'm sure she'll be begging to return.

I came in with my little brother and we saw they had a trampoline and he wanted to play on it. There is a sign for a height requirement and other rules but there is nothing that states its costs extra to use. A worker came out from the back and immediately told me it's costs $10 extra to use. It's such a rip off and there's is so signage that states it costs extra and I was never told this when I came in. Another issue is that a lot of the games don't work properly so it really took away from our experience

Our granddaughters birthday party was there. So much fun for all the kids with the games and things to do. Pizza was okay. Birthday cake was okay too. But the important thing was the kids had such a wonderful wonderful time.

My son just turned 9 & still loves it here. The food is hit or miss, but they always have a lot of new games that are fun for adults & kids. They have the "all you can play pass" for one hour of unlimited play which is a good deal. You can "pause" the card only once during that hour (to eat, etc). Overall, we normally have fun & would recommend if you're looking for something fun indoors for your kiddos.

I was very surprised that it was so expensive. Almost $100 for 2 kids. Everything was so high, the socks for the trampoline were $12 for 1 person. My daughter loved this place and she really had a great time. We did not have food bc it did not look that good. But the salad bar and the ice cream were okay.

This is the Chuck E Cheese I went to growing up and I love that I am able to take my own kids here now. They always have a blast!! The facility is normally clean and the service is good. Food is average. It is worth it to get the app on your phone and collect points for rewards.

We've been to the Sterling Chuck E. Cheese for a couple birthdays and just got open play a couple of times within the past year. It has always been clean and welcoming. We just had our daughter?s 5th birthday there and the employees in charge of her party were wonderful. They communicated very effectively and were there to take care of every detail. The Chuck E. Cheese is a total money vacuum. Most of the games are just a single button press and you lose a coin. At 30 coins for $20, it's ridiculously overpriced for what you get.

My kids love this place. Games are not always 100% working but the staff are super friendly and will help you out. Always safe there and a good experience with the kids. If you want to win tickets, I suggest you get a card for adults so they can focus on quantity of tickets vs just playing the games.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good of time my two kids, wife, and I had here. Pizza was decent, they sell beer and wine, and games are great for little kids and little big kids. Staff were super friendly and helpful, food came out really quickly. 1hr was plenty of time for my 5 yr old and 1.5 yr old. I didn't give five starts because this location facility is missing some love - carpets are really old, a couple of the machines weren't working, some of the machines are really old. Haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese in years. I went last week with my grandkids. Gone are the ball pits and climbing equipment replaced by gaming machines. No more tickets to earn. It's all digital, tickets and payment. Still lots of cheap prizes and kids loved that. About 1/4 of the games didn't seem to work. It's probably good for 6 to 12 year olds, but nothing really for 3 and 4 years old. Good security only letting kids exit with those they came in with. Will try again when the kids are older.

This is a pretty solid Chuck E Cheese. The facilities are clean and the staff are nice. My daughter freaked out when she didn't like the flavor of lolli pop she picked and the person behind the counter gave her a new one without question. Now yes I probably spent $50 for her to get enough tickets for that but it was still a nice gesture. I came expecting a trip down memory lane, where I could experience the grim ambiance of dirty brown and orange carpet, the Mouse Hole area, skeeball, and the aforementioned animatronic horrors. a staple of my childhood. the pizza is phenomenal and the animatronics look so real i almost thought it was a large mouse that was coming to take a picture with me. the games are fun arcade games and the price was cheaper than i expected.

Just not how it used to be in my opinion, this is my first time coming back since 2017 and from the food to the games to me is over rated and over priced. I hated this place when my kids were Littles, and I do everything in my power to avoid at all costs, NOW!! The pizza is a far cry from what it was when I was a kid. Great place for any ages l guess I played more than my kids and like to have fun with family and friends.

The kids had fun with all the games, as usual, but I noticed that it looks like the pizza itself may have improved. There appears to be a different pan that allows air circulation underneath the crust and it looked and smelled better than I've experienced before. The kids definitely liked it.

Surprisingly fun and cleaner than you would expect a Chuck E Cheese to be. Nice and secure with matching invisible stamps so you can't leave with a kid you didn't come with. Pizza was a little better than I expected. Brought a 2.5 yr old for a bday party and surprisingly had a blast in the arcade. He could do like 40% of the games which was nice. The jungle gym area was for kids that were older - 4 and up I would say. We will be going back for some family fun.

There is good amount of parking at this amazing chuck e cheese, due to covid they ask us to take a picture which is great idea, and the play time cards allow us to play with the time we want. Overall the experience is always pleasant. The staff shows kindness and courtesy every single time. This is one of our fun go to places. Thank you all for the amazing job you all do.

My family & I have been here many times with no issues except this time around. The employee with the pinkish hair was extremely rude to me and my family when I was trying to get clarification regarding their menu. She gave us an attitude and was very dismissive & when she was not able to answer my question I requested to speak to a manager. For someone who has to deal and provide good customer service - she is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I highly don't recommend & will not be returning to this

It is a fun place to take kids but the fact that you have to wait until 3pm for the salad bar is a bit inconvenient. You get the unlimited pizza bar with a small salad option from opening until 2:30pm, but not everyone wants pizza the whole time. Other than this it's a great place to take kids and let them have fun and get energy out while being in air conditioning.

Cleaner than ever - the card system was nice though the tickets spewing out used to be so fun! Pizza and cake are what they are. Overall a worthwhile time.

Invited to bday party on Saturday. Customer service was bad from staff attending during food came out to staff up front for prizes not friendly or helpful. Several Games not working or getting fixed at the moment when not busy time. Cake tasted dry and hard. Only good thing was taste of pizza and fresh salads.

Typical Chuck E Cheese. Pizza and food was good. Lots of soda drink options. Lots of games for all ages to play. Bathrooms could be checked more frequently, but they seemed low on staff. There is also a small indoor playground that kids can play on for free.

Very very disappointed....my second time in the place management bad attitude...I spent $160 in one hour ..I ordered crushed peppers and parmesan cheese for my two pizzas they handed me 2 little packages i asked for more they gave me a bad facial expression from the manager in my $24 dollasrs boneless wings...pour quality it looked like pop corn (I felt robbed) we didn't eat it... We had the most amazing party. It was a monday which made it even better because our 3 yr old birthday boy had the maximum attention. We had top service too. If you want to have a amazing party for you child perhaps look at doing it durning the week where the kids will have the maximum fun and the parents can relax and enjoy the time even more.

Jess the manager on shift today was very helpful after the misunderstanding at first. We have almost 400 tokens and no longer cna use the machine to turn them into play points. She was able to take my token and give me the play points for what we had. I appreciate the help and this is what I like to see from a customer service perspective. Help the customer fix a problem.

Chuck e cheese is always fun for all ages. Our kids enjoy and we enjoy playing the arcade games too..it's neat and clean. The food is good too. They usually just have pizza and salad.

It's a good Chuck E Cheese! But expectations should be on par for what it is. A bit dirty at times, but so fun for the kiddos. 14.99/hour seems crazy- just buy the points on the card. You will have them for a lot longer.

The most disorganized place! We were invited to a birthday party. My son never knew when there was cake or pizza. I never got the play card as a guest, so I had to buy my own. The games were not giving tickets. And once we wanted to count the tickets that we had, the machines were constantly getting jammed. Never going to Chuck E. Cheese again!

Nice place for kids. Tons of fun and very good food specially the stuffed crust pizza. Usually very crowded and noisy but you know this place is for kids. Advice: look for coupons on internet before you pay you get a lot more fun for your money.

This was probably the 1st not so good experience I've had at this Chuck's Cheese, Sunday evening a little bit after 7pm I decided to meet my sister and her (2)kids to hang out CC with my (4)kids. One of the best Chuck E. Cheese locations around. With 2 young children, we frequent this location, among others, but this location is one of our favorites. Staff is very friendly and keeps the place clean and in check.

First time going to Chuckie Cheese in a long time. On the upside...while over priced, the food was surprisingly pretty good. We had their pizza and the buffalo wings and the wings even had some good spice to them. On the downside, there were a ton of machines that we were unable to use, as either they said out order, or the scanner was not functioning to read your credits. Additionally, i came across machines multiple times that were out of tickets and had not been refilled. They need to better keep up

The day we went, there were several adults playing the games and competing. Some of the stations didn't work. Over priced in my opinion.
