Surprisingly had a good time at a birthday party my son was invited too. Overall, clean and well maintained. Fun for a birthday party!

The only place where parents can sit back and relax while kids play independently without the fear of getting lost or hurt. Full safety and lot of playing games options. With chuck e making it's presence at every 15 mins it is a bonus. The pizza and drink combo is my fave here.

As a parent, I appreciate how Chuck E. Cheese provides a safe and contained environment for kids to run wild and have fun. We attended a birthday party here, and it was so nice to sit back, relax, and chat with other parents while the kids were thoroughly entertained.

We've been a few times recently and this trip was just not it. We ordered food and after waiting for about 30 minutes without the buzzer going off I went to the front counter only for them to let us know it had been sitting there for about 20 minutes ??????? The new play area in the back is expensive. After buying food and points the extra $18 per kid to play on a trampoline and go down the slide seems excessive. This place sucks to the max. Manager and Employees that were on duty looked like they hated their job. I came here for a family birthday party for this first time at this location and I left very disappointed. A incident occurred when my sister in laws Purse came up misplaced. I asked for a manager to please run the cameras back and her response was she did not have access to the camera. Enough games to keep the kids engaged Newly expanded trampoline zone is good, albeit a bit expensive. Food is probably the only thing where they miss a mark. My personal pizza is almost always burnt in places with uneven cheese distribution with some slices not having any cheese at all. Skip the overpriced and low quality food and everything else is good about this place.

A great place to visit with family and kids. There are so many arcade games that would be of interest to kids. Some are also good for adults. We easily spent nearly 3 hours without even realizing it.

Kids love it. I even have fun with a couple of the games if my daughter plays with me. The pizza is kid pizza. Not going to win any gourmet awards. Service is disappointing in the extreme. Every table says order online and we will bring the food or a pager to the table. My food sat for I don't know how long while I waited at the table until I got frustrated and went to the counter to inquire. I've been to quite a few but this is one of my favorite chuck e cheeses to visit. They have a good selection of games, they serve alcohol and the restrooms are clean, what more can you ask for. The Kooser Chuck e cheese on the other hand I would not recommend to anybody because they have terrible customer service, the restrooms are filthy and none of the employees seem to care that there is no toilet paper or handsoap in the restroom.

Good food. Very crowded and getting worse everytime we go. Was there for a birthday party for the third time. Food/pizza is something that everyone commends about. However, the crowd situation is getting worse; i feel like they are constantly overbooking parties, more than what their location and staffing can handle. Where a kid can be a kid, right! My kid had a good time. They have this new card pass now and you can pay for unlimited play time for some given number of minutes. We took 90 min and that was about right. Pizza is still Chuck which hasn't changed in thirty-five years. Ticket counters worked. All the games were up and running. Can't ask for anything more. This Cupertino location is always a go too. Simple, not too crowded, or crazy loud. I say a good spot to host your kids party. The chuck e cheese animatronic is set with a ticket blaster right next to it. We had our little one's party here and it was great. Everything the kids play at are all visible for the most part so you can just chill and eat at your table. Service is plenty and workers are willing to help. Everything is all card operated. Close by and easy stop after school. I wish there is more deal on play credit/token without buying food. Some of the games doesn't give out as much tickets as other places Kid had fun, but the San jose Chuck E cheese is so much bigger.

We loved Chucky Cheese, we go there often and had B- day parties there also. But Lately we are experiencing Very Rude staff! This is the Third time now. I have very polite and respectful kids. Not saying that because they are my kids? We always get compliments on how well mannered our kids are, I also watched and confirmed. It's been updated and is cool for kiddos under about 6. My 3-year-old loved it and was exhausted after an hour of running around! Pricing is good for unlimited arcade play and the food has also been updated and is much better than before as well.

It's a family fun center in a large single floor area all under one roof. They have a big arcade area and some organized tables on the other side for the parties. Kids are provided with an all you can play card that they can wear on their wrist. Parties are great and well organized with pizzas and cakes according to the packages chosen by the host. This is a great amusement place. We went for a friend's son's birthday there. All the kids there were so excited and thoroughly enjoyed the time there. The food (pizza) was very good, not just for kids but grown ups as well. They make birthday boy/girl feel like special the way they celebrate with music and cheers; that's all someone would want. Highly recommended if you have 2-10 years old kids.

This is a very easygoing Chuck e cheese. The machines and there are like worn out and need repair. The food is of course Chuck e cheese but the salad bar is always an amazing thing to have along with a beer while the kids go around trying to beat each other's high scores. I would say this is more for 7-year-olds than 10-year-olds like others with better games for the older kids.

I've been going here for years and years, and the employees are good people, but the only issue is the manager who has a horrible attitude. This is not how customers should be dealing with people because it really ruins the experience. Overall food was great and the games were fun as always.

Took my two daughters there on Christmas day. Loved the variety of games. Friendly and catering staff. I was very pleased to see how approachable and helpful the staff members are of this location. My youngest daughter who is 3 could not figure out how to begin one of the games. A young man named Ali was so helpful and even stood around to see if she would be able to play the next game. We went on a Saturday during the Christmas break and it was a rainy day so I anticipated huge crowds, but even though there were plenty of people, it wasn't overly crowded. They use tricks to sell you up. We had a birthday party there and ended up paying over $100 unknowingly on things that we didn't need. They tried to make me pay for extra game cards. I got extra because the helper told me I could return the unused ones. But at the end, they changed and told me that I could only return 2 unused cards.

Don't go there for birthday parties. Nothing was similar to what their website advertised. The cheese pizzas for kids came very late and one by one. There were no show. They forgot to give kids goodie bags. The worse place for birthdays.

I walked in just to bring back my childhood memories and play a few machines and was greeted with discourteous service by one of the employees. As the employees at the entrance is informing me of the ridiculous 18+ rule, the other employee told us ?tough shit? and we just walked out of the store. It is such a jovial happy place for hosting birthday parties for children's. The pizza and the garlic bread are fresh and tastes awesome. The staffs are helpful and the play zone is too good for kids as well for adults.

Went here with my kids, and just had a great time. It's timeless here, what's not to love? We got the 40 minute unlimited video games, and played everything a few times. Well worth it.
