Surprisingly had a good time at a birthday party my son was invited too. Overall, clean and well maintained. Fun for a birthday party!

The only place where parents can sit back and relax while kids play independently without the fear of getting lost or hurt. Full safety and lot of playing games options. With chuck e making it's presence at every 15 mins it is a bonus. The pizza and drink combo is my fave here.

As a parent, I appreciate how Chuck E. Cheese provides a safe and contained environment for kids to run wild and have fun. We attended a birthday party here, and it was so nice to sit back, relax, and chat with other parents while the kids were thoroughly entertained.

We've been a few times recently and this trip was just not it. We ordered food and after waiting for about 30 minutes without the buzzer going off I went to the front counter only for them to let us know it had been sitting there for about 20 minutes ??????? The new play area in the back is expensive. After buying food and points the extra $18 per kid to play on a trampoline and go down the slide seems excessive. When I was little the climbing tubes were free and part of the experience. This ?extra? fee se

This place sucks to the max. Manager and Employees that were on duty looked like they hated their job. I came here for a family birthday party for this first time at this location and I left very disappointed. A incident occurred when my sister in laws Purse came up misplaced. I asked for a manager to please run the cameras back and her response was she did not have access to the camera. That does not seem a comforting answer to hear from a manager that works at kids friendly/family place. Cupertino locatio

Enough games to keep the kids engaged Newly expanded trampoline zone is good, albeit a bit expensive. Food is probably the only thing where they miss a mark. My personal pizza is almost always burnt in places with uneven cheese distribution with some slices not having any cheese at all. Skip the overpriced and low quality food and everything else is good about this place.

A great place to visit with family and kids. There are so many arcade games that would be of interest to kids. Some are also good for adults. We easily spent nearly 3 hours without even realizing it.

Great location with lots of parking. Great, well trained, friendly employees. Fantastic place for children to have fun. Thank you so much Caiden for your skilled, friendly, professional service!!

January 24 I took out my son for a fun and happy experience at Chuck E cheese , but turned out the complete opposite. I do not recommend taking your kids to Chuck E. Cheese. My son was attacked by another child while playing in the Trampoline zone, and the workers did nothing to help. When I asked for assistance, they mentioned they couldn't do anything about it. I left my name and number for the manager, but I have yet to hear back. This experience was very disappointing and concerning. Thankfully I was t

A pretty good location, but I have been to better. Didn't have full band has the circa early 2000s set with only the Chuck animatronic not the full band. Best part is the game selection if you want a blast of early 2000s nostalgia check this place out. Oh and it's good for birthdays I guess

Kids love it. I even have fun with a couple of the games if my daughter plays with me. The pizza is kid pizza. Not going to win any gourmet awards. Service is disappointing in the extreme. Every table says order online and we will bring the food or a pager to the table. My food sat for I don't know how long while I waited at the table until I got frustrated and went to the counter to inquire. The counter person said I needed to go to the back to pick up my food which was unmarked in a white box. No order

I've been to quite a few but this is one of my favorite chuck e cheeses to visit. They have a good selection of games, they serve alcohol and the restrooms are clean, what more can you ask for. The Kooser Chuck e cheese on the other hand I would not recommend to anybody because they have terrible customer service, the restrooms are filthy and none of the employees seem to care that there is no toilet paper or handsoap in the restroom.

Good food. Very crowded and getting worse everytime we go. Was there for a birthday party for the third time. Food/pizza is something that everyone commends about. However, the crowd situation is getting worse; i feel like they are constantly overbooking parties, more than what their location and staffing can handle. It is too noisy, too crowded, and it's very hard to get the table and food set up properly.

It's good for playing but not for birthday parties as host feel isolated as all guests play with their kids in play zone. It kind of feel boring birthday party.

Where a kid can be a kid, right! My kid had a good time. They have this new card pass now and you can pay for unlimited play time for some given number of minutes. We took 90 min and that was about right. Pizza is still Chuck which hasn't changed in thirty-five years. Ticket counters worked. All the games were up and running. Can't ask for anything more. The employees were nice. Another plus.

I love it. My daughter enjoyed her birthday at this place.

Great for kids' parties. As long as they're happy, I was happy! The pizza was good, better than it used to be.

Great place for a birthday party for kids between 4 and 12. Pizza was surprisingly good.

Chuck E Cheese will always be a kids favorite only issue I have ever had was the temperature it's always so hot in all the Chuck E cheeses but I do understand why. All those lil bodies running around having fun like kids! ????

Always good to be here. My kids always enjoy their experience everytime we are here. Staffs are taking the iniative to assist their guest specially Allan. Overall service was Great! We will never hesitate to comeback ONLY in this branch - as always.

Today at Chuck E. Cheese with my one-year-old daughter, hoping for a fun evening. Unfortunately, our experience at the entrance was far from welcoming. We arrived at 8:30 PM, and the staff members at the gate were extremely rude. After stamping us, they didn't open the rope and simply walked away, ignoring us completely. They even let other people out while we just stood there, waiting to be let in. It was disappointing, especially since my daughter was eager to run around and play. Despite this initial se

I've been here many times before, but this time I had my daughter's birthday party here. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. 10AM on Saturday was surprisingly not crowded at all, so our guests had a lot of games available. About the food, I always avoided the pizza here before because I thought it was not of good quality, but it was actually really, really good. That surprised me the most. The service was a little sluggish. They asked me to pay ~10-15 minutes before the end of the party, I did, a

This Cupertino location is always a go too. Simple, not too crowded, or crazy loud. I say a good spot to host your kids party. The chuck e cheese animatronic is set with a ticket blaster right next to it. We had our little one's party here and it was great. Everything the kids play at are all visible for the most part so you can just chill and eat at your table. Service is plenty and workers are willing to help. Everything is all card operated. So no messy tickets to keep track off or tokens to lug

It's great and fun with the family, but could be a little cleaner and air quality was bad. Should be aired out.

Today both my kids and I went to my son's classmate's birthday at Chuck E Cheese at Cupertino again and we had a great time until something terrible happened when my son wanted to exchange gifts with remaining points. We stayed in the line until the man named Juan scanned my son's card. Then my son tried to make a choice. After around 3 minutes, my son made his decision and I found Juan scanned other people's point cards, so I waited until he scanned another guest's point card and told the other people tha

The staff or the old lady was probably having a bad day but she was being rude but the rides are fun and the games suck

We were there for Birthday Party it's good for kids to play around and enjoy Birthday Party. Veggie Pizza is good ??. They have new jumping area now but requires $10 more.

What you can expect at Chuck E Cheese Cupertino location 1. Service has been good in both the years. Staff is attentive and takes away majority of the work from the parents. Staff is positive and enthusiastic to give the kids a fun time 2. Weekday parties may not be crowded while weekend celebrations can get crowded 3. All the arcade games and rides for little ones were in working condition 4. Vegetarian pizza is good over here 5. Option to get your own cake or order it at Chuck E Cheese

Close by and easy stop after school. I wish there is more deal on play credit/token without buying food. Some of the games doesn't give out as much tickets as other places Kid had fun, but the San jose Chuck E cheese is so much bigger.

Nice place to get kids..also a place to celebrate kids event where in they have chucke invited to celebrate along! This place has closed kids area/ food / free parking!

Seriously, beyond impressed! I grew up going to Chuck E Cheese, and my kids always loved it, but our last few trips, about a year ago, we were very disappointed by how dirty and broken everything was, so we stopped going. I took my kids today out of desperation after having done everything else possible indoors this winter break, but I am so glad we did. We were blown away by the transformation! The games are all refurbished or completely brand new, the seating area got a great upgrade and everything was s

Went today for the first time. Looked a little more spacious than the one in my city. My two girls got stomach aches, and one threw up with just a few slices of pizza. The line was short and yet took forever. Then add the wait for the pizza. There was a young lady who was really nice and was doing several tasks at once. There was a young guy who looked like his mind was somewhere in a island not doing his job. Well, as for the games, I don't know whatever happened to the 3 lives per game. I swear most game

Smaller establishment compared to the one in South San Jose near Tully Rd. It is still a fun place to hang out with my son. We tend to get the 30min unlimited play to score as much points/tickets on one game.

We loved Chucky Cheese, we go there often and had B- day parties there also. But Lately we are experiencing Very Rude staff! This is the Third time now. I have very polite and respectful kids. Not saying that because they are my kids? We always get compliments on how well mannered our kids are, I also watched and confirmed. But the fact my kids don't want to go there anymore bothers me a lot! I went as a kid for years.

This place has pretty good pizza for a kid's entertainment venue. The workers are kind and hard working and this place maintains and updates their game AND keeps the place clean. I haven't had an issue where my kids found an "out of order" game. I've been to Chuck E. Cheeses where half of their games weren't working-- it gets pretty frustrating. Not this place! My kids and I like going to this one and the one on Tully Rd-- I like this location because I can let my 3 year old do whatever he wants while I sit

Renewed and cleaned last year. I really hate waiting in long lines to redeem points. We have waited for 30 minutes.

A good place to celebrate your child's birthday party.

Nice place to have time with kids on Sunday or birthday weekend. Pizza, other food stuffs, good service, quite amusing for children.

It's a great place for kids and parents to have fun

It's been updated and is cool for kiddos under about 6. My 3-year-old loved it and was exhausted after an hour of running around! Pricing is good for unlimited arcade play and the food has also been updated and is much better than before as well.

We celebrated my son's birthday party and had really good time. The cast member that was assigned to our party was Alan, and he really went above and beyond to make sure we all enjoy.

The upgrades and new trampoline area are great additions to this location, everything appeared to be clean and well maintained. My concern is the employees at this location are in need of immediate training with how to interact with children. While my child was in the trampoline, one of the employees stood at the entrance of the trampoline and was very unfriendly the entire time. His demeanor was equivalent of a correctional officer constantly telling the children to ?get up? when they would sit down in t

It's the worse thing they ever did at my local Cupertino Chuck E. Cheese. We took my grandson?s first little family visit for his 2nd birthday this week on Monday there was maybe four people there in the whole place. My grandson, two years old and my other grandson four years old ran directly to the trampoline bypassing all the games I just paid $80 for their unlimited games plus $98 for pizza and drinks and salad, I spent a little over $180 for just the four of us. My grandsons were told very rudely by a y

It's a family fun center in a large single floor area all under one roof. They have a big arcade area and some organized tables on the other side for the parties. Kids are provided with an all you can play card that they can wear on their wrist. Parties are great and well organized with pizzas and cakes according to the packages chosen by the host. Restrooms were clean and kid friendly. However, the experience wasn't that good. It's like you are grouped with all other parties. You have to celebrate the cake

my kids had their last few birthday celebrations there. the staff were very courteous and very helpful. kids all had a great time. ...i feel like i had to mention this for the sake of the chuck e cheese team. our experiences were great with the exception of a recent encounter with a person who appeared to be in a managerial position. while our support staff members were being extra nice and helpful, the pettiness and rude attitude of this "manager person" really soured the whole experience for us. she also

Let's face it, you don't come here for the food or service, but the kids had a great time playing the games and that's why you're here. Good selection of games for varying ages and the place was clean!

Please do not take your children to this location took my grandson and he then again went one week later with his parents two days after that trip started breaking out with bumps more like staph infection real bad. A moms group my daughter belongs to are saying similar breakouts happen to their children after visiting. I believe it has to do with thier little trampoline area. This is unacceptable! This is a place where children are supposed to go and play safely not get sick! Chucky Cheese needs to do bett

It's actually fun!! Must visit

Nice place. Ambience. First time to Cupertino location. Crowded on weekend. But nice games. We love Chuck e cheese. ?? our favorite. Kids love this place. Friendly staff. They did not hurry when my kids took extra to to pick the ticket gifts. Staff was polite nd nice to kids.

Been there for a baby's 1st b'day party. Great staff and celebration. Kids had lot of fun. Liked their pizza too.

We don't recommend this place for birthday parties. Their ultimate package doesn't have any difference to the basic package. There were no birthday show as they advertised. We paid for goodie bags but the lack of goodie bags for the kids was a significant letdown, and the excuse given?simply forgetting?was disheartening. The manager's rude demeanor and reluctance to offer a sincere apology added to the disappointment. The overall service fell short of our expectations, casting a shadow on what was supposed

nice but extremely crowded, it s a birthday factory, you should space out the tables more, we kept stepping on each other's feet. it really felt like Chuckee was trying to leave as fast as he could and ignored kids around him. if your kid isn't big and brave to grab Chuckee, bigger kids will just push them off and they ll be left upset.

Chuck E was so much fun and all employees were very nice. My Sis and I enjoyed ourselves with some delicious salad.

My son loves the trampoline and play, with slides

Great place for family fun! My kids had a blast ??

Good but smells like feet tho

This is a great amusement place. We went for a friend's son's birthday there. All the kids there were so excited and thoroughly enjoyed the time there. The food (pizza) was very good, not just for kids but grown ups as well. They make birthday boy/girl feel like special the way they celebrate with music and cheers; that's all someone would want. Highly recommended if you have 2-10 years old kids.

This is a very easygoing Chuck e cheese. The machines and there are like worn out and need repair. The food is of course Chuck e cheese but the salad bar is always an amazing thing to have along with a beer while the kids go around trying to beat each other's high scores. I would say this is more for 7-year-olds than 10-year-olds like others with better games for the older kids.

I've been going here for years and years, and the employees are good people, but the only issue is the manager who has a horrible attitude. This is not how customers should be dealing with people because it really ruins the experience. Overall food was great and the games were fun as always.

Took my two daughters there on Christmas day. Loved the variety of games. Friendly and catering staff. I was very pleased to see how approachable and helpful the staff members are of this location. My youngest daughter who is 3 could not figure out how to begin one of the games. A young man named Ali was so helpful and even stood around to see if she would be able to play the next game. He returned a short while later to check on our family. I will definitely return to this location.

We went on a Saturday during the Christmas break and it was a rainy day so I anticipated huge crowds, but even though there were plenty of people, it wasn't overly crowded. A staff were super friendly and helpful. When one of the games wasn't working and we lost about eight tokens on the game, a staff member was able to quickly help us and give us those tokens back. Also, when some of their ticket machines were full or stopped working, the staff were able to quickly get them up and running again to help eas

A great place for the little ones to play the arcade games! They even have skeetball! Parents can sit at the booths while the kids play. The pizza and salad bar are better than you would expect! The salad bar was fresh, replenished often and kept very clean. Kids "win" tickets for each game played and can redeem for candy and small toys at the end of your visit. Staff is very vigilant at stamping each kid and one of the parents with an ultraviolet number as you enter and once again as you leave. This p

They use tricks to sell you up. We had a birthday party there and ended up paying over $100 unknowingly on things that we didn't need. They tried to make me pay for extra game cards. I got extra because the helper told me I could return the unused ones. But at the end, they changed and told me that I could only return 2 unused cards.

Wednesday the 22nd best pizza I had ever from there. Crew was nice and accommodating. Honestly best experience so far at this location only thing the picture thing didn't work but the ball one finally did. But thank you crew for the great experience my son loved it

Don't go there for birthday parties. Nothing was similar to what their website advertised. The cheese pizzas for kids came very late and one by one. There were no show. They forgot to give kids goodie bags. The worse place for birthdays.

Recharge the game card but there's $0.00 balance after paid. Notified the employee and been told had to pay again & the game card was not issued by that store. Too bad we bought and used few times at the same store. Or we're not the same race or spoke the same non-English language!? Sorry for that company and America .

First time at this location and not impressed. It's an older Chuck E Cheese, they should remodel it like the Gilrou location. Staff was sparse and didn't really feel welcomed here. My kids didn't want to stay long at all. Lame games and way too crowded.

It is fun place to go with reasonable price.

Had lots of fun here, not many games were out of order, and the pizza and fountain drinks were better than expected. Got some cool souvenir photos printed too. We'll definitely return to this one. Also, Chuck E. Cheese walked around lots and met with the kids. 5 year old me would have been star-struck! We all had a great time.

Went to Chuck E Cheese for our nephew?s birthday, and it was my first time here in many many years. The pizza was even better than I remembered, and the games and excitable environment was at its best this past weekend!

Went here on lunch hours with my nephew and nieces. They made a mistake with our order and it took si long for them to give us our food and yet the word sorry that's all they can't do. I told the manager name William that this is not our fault and I am hungry. I asked him if he can do a complimentary of salad.or if I can pay half so I can eat already but he said no and I have to pay for it. This is what you called "Good customer service" when really its there fault and the food is not being serve on time! T

The amusement center is great. We went there for my grandson's birthday. He had a great time. We didn't eat there, not so comfortable to sit and eat. More like having a snack at the bowling alley. Much more of an arcade than pizza parlor.

1/3 of their arcade games were not working.

Good place to organize kids birthday party . Fun place for kids

They clean the rides often . I like that Everytime my daughter was about to jump on a ride they wiped it down. ( After every kid as much as they are able to they clean it ) they gotta be faster than the kids so lol they do what they can. Very clean place as far a chuck e cheeses go . Will definitely come back.

I use to take the kids every week. but since the covid I haven't been. we went last week paid $56.00 for 1 hour unlimited..had a coupon. they charged us for the plastic cards. Alot of the stuff was out of service. plus it took 3 to 4 tries to get the card to swipe green. I was not impressed. Alot of money , which I didn't think it was worth it. Don't think we will be going back. it wasn't busy. Not really helpful staff, when you went to talk to them about machines not giving items, it was like they was maki

It was crowded, but the kids had fun.

I walked in just to bring back my childhood memories and play a few machines and was greeted with discourteous service by one of the employees. As the employees at the entrance is informing me of the ridiculous 18+ rule, the other employee told us ?tough shit? and we just walked out of the store. Very unprofessional and sassy behavior expressed by this fellow man. Very disappointed and will not come back EVER!

Nice place ?? for a kid's party. Their pizza has improved over the years. Salad bar available for the adults. Party tables are far enough away from the kids that I didn't get a headache within minutes. Kids LOVE the place.

Better than I expected...management cared and took good care of guests. It was a very busy Saturday and we hosted a birthday here for the first time. Our hostess, Maria, was very attentive and answered all my questions. Facility seemed very clean, kids had a blast!

Kids love the games. Pizza is really good. Temp check when you enter. Plenty of hand sanitizer. Games cleaned after each use of group. We had a great time with our grandson. Bought 2 hour bracelet desl.

Took my daughter to this location. So we order tickets and food (typically pizza) was total 80 dollars. Food was complete waste of money was worse pizza I've ever had. Games where extremely old and leaving there (not to be negative Nancy but realistically) I felt was waste of money and time. Could had picnic at park, lunch and playground. Maybe I'll try San Jose location heard foods a lot better and more options for games.

Good place to let your kids have fun

The front counter guy, Ricky, let us know of the current deals and the manager, Alan, upgrades our medium pizza to a large for a small charge. The pizza was really good and had lots of meat for the meat lovers. The games have been upgraded and best of all Chuck E came out twice! That is always the highlight for our 3 year old. A vast improvement over the last time we were there way to go. 27 May AD 2020 We called in to order pizza to reward our daughter, and Jose was so helpful over the phone and in person

It is such a jovial happy place for hosting birthday parties for children's. The pizza and the garlic bread are fresh and tastes awesome. The staffs are helpful and the play zone is too good for kids as well for adults.

Horrible, horrible service. The price for games and the limitations to play for each child is ridiculous. The food was disgusting. Menu has false advertisements. Overall my experience here was a nightmare.

My daughter loves this place it's just always hot and stuffy in there like If they have no AC and the food is just ridiculous prices for the serving sizes

Went here with my kids, and just had a great time. It's timeless here, what's not to love? We got the 40 minute unlimited video games, and played everything a few times. Well worth it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
