It was a great time for my daughter 4th birthday. We had some gift cards that we were able to use for unlimited play time. Only thing we spent out of pocket for was the food. Which was a little pricey. The pizza was worth it but not so much about the sampler it came with 4 chicken nuggets a small handful of fries a couple of veggie sticks and 4 bread sticks. I hadn't been to a Chuck E. Cheese in many years and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this place is. Like many people, we were here for a birthday party. The pizza was really good. The place was clean and neat. The people working were friendly and helpful. No animatronics like I remember from my childhood, but that might be for the best as those things were a bit creepy. Overall, for a place geared towards entertaining and feeding children, this place is great.

Every parent should bring the e kids here. They are responsible and respectful . They food fresh hot drinking are not watered down . Stationary is always clean. I had a great time when I was there .

We took our daughter here for the first time and we were so happy with our experience! We went right when they opened on a Saturday morning and it was so chill. It was clean and all of the games worked. The pizza was great. The woman helping us behind the counter was so kind. The only thing we wish was different is that they went back to giving tickets and not siding everything digitally. That's because we are 90s kids & we miss the nostalgia of that. Joshua, the assistant manager, was an excellent communicator. He convinced me to get the monthly pass. Very knowledgeable. This was the first time I ever....in the 20+ years I have been coming, had a employee at Chuck E cheese help me the way he did. He was patient and was able to answer every single question I had. 45 minutes for a order of french fries, I was blown away from the second I walked in, I highly recommend you watch your children very closely!!! The amount of staff to the amount of customer's, in my guess was 45 to 1 I noticed that the person who was checking people in was a kid, maybe 16 and not at all watching the customers. Luckily I have the membership, but what a nightmare. Goodness gracious. Came here on a day when it was a great size crowd. But then there was only one person working the main register ( although) 6 other employees just standing around, it took almost 30 minutes just to get thru this part. My goodness. Great place to take the little one to enjoy, clean and have ample stuff for the small kids and toddler to play. Not busy on the weekdays compare to weekend. I would highly recommend having birthday party here.

I am completely upset how my child was just profiled at this location, she is 7 years old a bit taller than your average 7yr old however she is 56 inches tall which is the exact height you have to be in order to jump on the trampoline there. my daughter came to me with tears in her eyes expressing how they wouldn't allow her to jump because he said she's too tall. Your staff worker Kelly is very helpful and so nice I went to Chuck E. Cheese yesterday and she explained to me about the memberships and I ended up getting the gold membership which is a very good deal. She is very respectful to her customers I love how she enjoys working here because of her very nice customer service I will definitely be back!!

Not as crowded as we were anticipated, which was nice. We came here for a birthday party, it was cool that the kids got unlimited games for 2 hours. Food was okay, could be better. Whoever was in the Chucke costume was not thrilled with their job and it was obvious. Glad they added more games since the last time we were there a few years ago.

On arrival the host I asked if I had a phone so I could take a picture of my group and myself to use as a contactless proven attendance. Otherwise it was good. The staff stay on top of the disinfecting and there was hand sanitizer on the beams. It was as colorful and bright as ever of a little quiet. Which was nice. It felt we had the place to ourselves.

We had a fun time. Happen to be a bus load of kids there at the same time and their teachers weren't being too attentive to them unfortunately. Other than that me and my 2 and half year old had fun. Good selection of games for younger kids. I felt it was clean. All the games were working. Pizza was decent. And reasonably priced considering what you get out of it. The bus load not being there would have greatly improved experience.

It's like little north milwaukee in there. Careless parents just yapping on their speaker phone. Kids not listening and expecting the 16 year old staff to parent them. Parents yelling at the staff because those types of humans go from 0 to 100 over every little thing but refuse to parent their own future street walkers. Stay away on the weekends.

I had my sons 5th birthday here. They were very nice and so friendly. My son?s autistic and the young lady who led our party was really great and helpful with everything! My son had a blast! I enjoyed going to Chuck E. Cheese pizza as a kid but as I got older I realized the amount of chaos there really was. But I still believe it's a fun place to take kids but a nightmare for parents.

Took my Daughter for her birthday. The service was great. All the employees and manager gave out good service. The cleanliness was good. The staff was constantly cleaning. Through out our 3hr stay every employee The cross my path asked if everything was okay. The food was fresh and good.

My kid begged to have his 4 year old birthday party here. So we let him have it. He had lots of fun and stayed busy the 2-3 hours we were there. I haven't been to a chuck E cheese since I was a little girl and today was my kids first time. We had a blast we'll be back and they've already said they want to have their birthday party here. Lots of fun games, very professional and polite staff. I couldn't find a reason to not give 5 stars

With the monthly pass it's a great deal. The food is less than subpar but the kids have fun and are occupied for hours. Love it.

My kid had fun. Very short staffed for all the kids. We bought the tickets on what look like the watch type thing but it kind of cheated us because you have to pay for the time. So they cheated us. But my kid had fun so that's what matters. We had fun! The staff was super nice. I only saw three staff members. They were definitely holding down the fort with smiles. Pizza was great and the tables were clean. The staff is super helpful, and the general manager is very knowledgeable of the menu. The parties are always crazy on the weekend, but the managers handle that showroom well. If you wanna check for deals, check the chuck e cheese website. You can call the store, too or ask a cashier. Overall, please expect to spend a decent amount of money for food and games. My daughter loves coming here. This location is always clean and it's nice that they have a side with games more geared towards smaller kids. We had her birthday party here and it was a blast, she loved it, and the staff member running our party was very attentive and helpful. It was absolutely worth it for the price, they set everything up really nicely and make sure the birthday kid feels special.

I don't know how this location's reviews are not better! We have been here a couple of times and it's always clean and the staff are usually very friendly. Today we had our daughter's birthday party which we planned last minute given how hot it was outside, we canceled our outdoor party. I cannot say enough positive things. We were greeted immediately by staff who expected us and took us right to our reserved tables, walked us through the timeline of the day and finalized all plans for the party with us.

Our son went to a birthday party here and had such a good time he asked for his party to be there. They exceeded my expectations. Everything was well coordinated and easy to arrange. The location was clean. I thought the price was really reasonable for what we got. Kelly was easy to work with and accommodating. Would recommend for a kids birthday party (the adults had pretty much fun too).

i think those guys on the front desk can give better attention to the customers, instead the customer looking for you, you help the costumer by approaching them, is easy, and you look good, its only that!

It is fun, but not for an adult! I took a child to this Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday party, and it was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon. There was a lot of birthday parties going on at the same time. It's a pretty popular CEC, staff handled needy parents and rowdy kids very well! It was the child?s first time visiting a CEC, and he said it was ?the best restaurant ever!? so as a child?s restaurant it was a pretty good experience. We will be going back!

It was fun for the little one but the number of tickets you get for the games isn't alot for the amount of time you're there. The prizes aren't worth it unless you're there for at least 3 hrs. You have to spend $40 to do unlimited games for 2 hrs just to get prizes from the glass display that are dollar store quality or maybe get fist row that you coulda just paid $10-15 for.

THE GHETTO COME HERE. IT IS SO GHETTO & VIOLENT THAT THEY HAVE MULTIPLE POLICE OFFICERS WITH GUNS WALKING AROUND. IT IS WAY OVERPRICED, THE GAMES SPIT OUT 1-5 TICKETS ON AVERAGE AND EVEN THE TOYS THAT ARE HUNDREDS AND THOUSANDS ARENT EVEN GOOD TOYS! Not my favorite experience. Place was run down and for my 4 and 2 year old who.dont do a lot of online stuff, it was hard for them to understand game rules and manipulate the much tech focused games. Pizza was decent. Fries were blah and soggy.

Chuck E Cheese ain't what it once was. My baby loves to play games so I still patronize occasionally but... They are never "clean" or "orderly" and often service is very slow... Can't wait til the kid outgrows this place.

Pizza was surprisingly good and came out quickly. Service was average, we were given what we requested and the basics of how things worked. The person working the redemption counter was wonderful. Everything was clean and working. We had the place mostly to ourselves.

Don't know what all bad reviews are from we have been here several times since moving to area in January and always great time . Nice staff and all kids getting along. You might have that kid or two who is rude but that's the lazy parents fault or child has some issues and that's juts part of life. A little patience and grace goes a long way . In these times of not being able to get staff that easy I think they have done a good job . Only downside is not seeing chicly cheese in costume most times

Not very busy on weekdays, clean, staff nice but not overly enthusiastic. A few games weren't working but overall nice toddler area. Pizza is decent, kind of expensive and takes a while to make so order right away. Use the app for rewards.

Haven't been to one in years, was dreading going cause of how packed they usually are but my daughter wanted this for her birthday on a Thursday so we went late in the day after school and it was so dead, loved it lol staff was all very fun and friendly. Chucky came out and had fun with the kids. They had some good coupons available. Food was delightful and was overall a very great time. Just sad they no longer have the tunnels, tubes and ball pit....that used to make childhood so fun.

Sticky floor, loud and crazy, but the kids loved it. Used to take my kids there often, food is frozen pizza, so it's not fine dining. Staff was good, which in today's world a blessing.

Overall this chuckie cheese is the best one near me. But the service here sucks. I was checked out by the manager she wasn't paying no attention to me she was texting. I felt really uncomfortable. N then was bout to leave my kids wanted ice cream. I overheard her yelling at a kid bc he asked her to check his balance n yelled at him to go to the kiosk(texting n smiling at her phone) . Just super rude and I was glad it wasn't my kids.

We love Chuck E Cheese! I bring my kids (1, 3 and 5 years old) here once a month for play time and fun! We go early in the day, so it's usually pretty quiet. But from our experience, the place is always clean, and the employees are friendly. Overall, we love CEC and always enjoy our trips there. While sad to hear, they took out the playground. I understand the need with covid still being a thing. In short, the kids had a blast. More money than I'd like, but still, it's an arcade. What more can be said. Though they do have more tot friendly games these days.

Overall this is an okay location to go to. I went on a day where it wasn't very busy, which was nice. The food was good. The only complaint I have is that some of the machines where you have your photo taken, either didn't print out our photos or was out out of paper. Also, the bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in a while.

I love this Chuck E. Cheese. I drive over an hour to take my girls there. The split kids area to bigger kids area is nice. The selection of games is good as well. It can get crowed but they had birthdays there so can't really control that. One game did have an issue for me, the worker promptly fixed the issue. Overall best chuck E cheese in my area.

This Place is very active in keeping things sanitized. I observed many staff out on the floor sanitizing the games and high touch areas while we were there. Which is basically everything when kids are around . I was very impressed. Also the tokens and tickets all go on a card which you swipe at each game or give to redeem your tickets for prizes. This place was not too busy which was also a plus.

The women's handicap bathroom stall DOESN'T LOCK!!! This is our favorite location though.

My daughter had a good time for her first birthday. The birthday deal we had was a good deal. Kids was able to play unlimited for two hours. They hooked the birthday girl with extra tokens and a birthday wrist band. All the kids had a good time. The party was a success. Food was fresh , good and hot.

The three of us visited on a Saturday at 11am. We lowered food, drinks and the salad bar. The kids loved the pizza and the salad bar was ok - many items had been sitting out for awhile and you could tell. In addition, the lettuce mix needed to be refilled, same with the jello and croutons. Seems like they down sized threw the years from when i was a kid i was so excited to take my kid there i felt like a kid again my son had a blast with the games and the little rides. My kids are chuck-e-cheese connoisseurs. Our favorites are this location and Racine. 99% of everything works, it is reasonably clean and I feel safe. Edit. I used to buy 100 tokens for $20. I could entertain 3 kids for almost 1 hour up until 2019. I looked today and 3 kids for 1hr is $90. I wish we could go back some day.

Overall We had a great time, staff was nice pizza came out fast and was good. The machines worked and looked clean. The only bad things was the bathrooms where filthy and if it wasn't an emergency we wouldn't have used them, also my kids came down and didn't want to go back in the indoor play equipment area cause they said it was dirty and sticky.

The place is OK, the staff was adequate (not overly friendly considering it's a child's place) but the cleaning (disinfecting) could use some work. Every time we've gone there the kids end up sick. We just don't go in the winter and try to clean things the kids touch as we go along. (with our own wipes)

Personal size pizza was hilarious ?? definitely order the bigger one guys. Fun for the kids I like that they changed it to the cards and play by the hour. They still offer play by points, but we were there longer for a decent price.

The customer service was absolutely amazing. The manager on duty 5/19/2021 in the evening was amazing. He was waiting at the door and greeted our party at the door, he made sure everything was to our liking. He made our whole experience a wonderful breeze and the setup was amazing as well. I come here about once a month as a treat to my 3 year old. The staff is always super nice specifically the girl whose usually working the prizes, and the manager! Ofocurse there's some games that are out of order like other reviews state but that's gonna happen at any place with games! Overall this is a nice place and always have a great time :)

Workers are very pleasant and very quick to help with anything you need. Very clean which is huge because not alot of chuck e cheeses are. It's very fun and there's an area made for toddlers and smaller children while another area for bigger children. Really fun for a family night or for just your children to pass time! The pizza and food is always fresh and amazing!
