Customer Reviews

It was very clean! The young lady who greeted us at the door was so friendly! The manager said it was only her second day. It was very diverse group of patrons. There was a section that was actually fun for toddlers. Very calm and respectful environment amongst patrons. All workers were helpful and you could tell the manager took pride in her job.

Since we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and experienced a great atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially William, who went above and beyond to assist us, making our first visit truly enjoyable.

Came for a birthday and had so much fun with my son. The staff was great and the pizza was surprisingly really good. We ended up beating the ninja turtle game. So much fun!

The upgrades were great. I had a self-service party. The kids had a wonderful time. The trampoline was a hit. My only complaint was there wasn't enough staff, so I had to keep going back to register to ask for the trampoline section to be open and get supplies that I wasn't given. That took up my time.

Booked a birthday party here for my baby girl Sophie & nephew Julian . Beyond exceptional service . My party host was amazing ! Did everything for us & more . Would highly recommend this place anytime!

I attended a birthday party today at chucky cheese. The party area had been renovated so I was interested is throwing my sons birthday there until the party finished we moved over to the play area where the employee and manager Named Ashley came over to tell us we couldn't sit down without buying something to eat. I explained to her that I would because the kids still had time on the cards and I already planned on getting a salad for myself but she was very rude and told me I had to get up and get it at that

Love this place for my kids, they have many games all working and also a trampoline witch is the best part:) also pizza was delicious too.

This place is amusing for kids.... Even if you are 50 year old guy, you will be kid if you go there. It's really a fun place. Great for Birthday Party, Great for family party. Great place to hanging outs with family and kids. They have lot's of activities but a little bit expensive. Foods are not so good, But Other thing is great.

Be careful of the practice here. They are trapping people in a membership for a fee and tell you you can cancel. Not true. I asked twice before leaving and they told me I can cancel anything and I have to now be writing to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer affairs about the matter. Customer Service is telling me you MUST keep the membership for one year at their monthly fee before you can cancel. Very dishonest set of people. Beware!!!!

Had a better time than expected, 10 stars, it's $25 per hour for unlimited game play, and we bought food combo, pizza was freshly baked and we love that we could refill our drinks even though we were having too much fun to care, the staff is very courteous, and a young man pushed around cotton candy on a cart, it was yummy, for only $3.. the family enjoyed it. We got free lollipop for the kids and they enjoyed meeting Chuck. THIS LOCATION IS VERY ACCESSIBLE.

It's a safe and clean business to take your children. I brought my nephew here and of course people and even Children have gotten use to the rhythm of COVID and social distancing. My last visit here it wasn't too packed and honestly I could say it's very decent. You can tell that this Chuck E Cheese was under good management. The floors, bathrooms, dinning tables, doors, games were all clean. I would recommend to go here if you are looking for a calm atmosphere with your child. If you don't want to see an a

Not crowded, machine work, the even got a trampoline. Good place for kids to have fun and parents to relax ??

A special shout out to Alisha and her co-worker (I didn't get her name, but she was a beautiful black queen with glasses.) They helped host my baby?s birthday and were just really warm and sweet staff members. Also wanted to note that there was some issues with their system today which altered my baby?s experience, but the manager took care of us, and compensated in a BIG way. Thank you for a wonderful birthday experience for my 4 year old!

They sold an additional $10 for the trampoline entry band, all the time, even if you are an annual member . No problem, in jan 27, around 7.36 pm to 8.05 pm they sold entry but lady employe don't have time to open , she was busy on mobile phone and keep saying wait ... Igo issue on service sector not positive at all.

I decided to throw a birthday party in chucky cheese for my daughter as I always do every year. Unfortunately this will be the last year I will ever come to a chucky cheese again. After the 2 hours was up the kids still wanted to play games , we moved to the game area where they had 30 empty tables available with no one on line to come in to the chucky cheese. After sitting down the employee Ashley decided to come over and very rudely say that we can not sit down unless we bought something, Even after we pa

It was clean and felt very safe. They checked vaccination status. You need to keep on your mask the entire time... Except when eating... The pizza is still great. It wasn't crowded like it used to be. I'm happy the kids had a good time. We can't wait to return. I definitely suggest a visit.

I so wanted to give Chucky a five because it is clean and everyone following the code so far. But we are on day three of it opening. My son played the Chucky Cheese app while Corvid was going on. He won over five thousand tickets. I contacted Corporate while Corvid was goi g in. They said once Chucky Cheese Opened they would honor the tickets. So my son brought in his tickets Disappointment set in. First we went to NJ he had over five hundred tickets on th card said any Chucky would honor it. On there sy

My daughter is 1 and there was no real section for the young kids, the older kids had a disregard for the younger kids and the rides the parents didn't mind their children

Great experience! Not too crowded, staff was extremely helpful, staff were consistently wiping things down and the food was surprisingly delicious! It was very safe you have to take a selfie to enter and show it to exit.

My daughter (3 years old) loves it, she has a ton of fun whenever we go there, especially when the Chuck E. Cheese Mouse comes out. 4 stars only cuz i feel it is missing a few games and it's a bit crowded during the weekend, other than that a nice place to take your kids....!

My son hurt him self in the trampoline so if you going here please pay attention a big girl fall on him and now his in a cast

Good afternoon, I just wanted to share my experience at Chuck E Cheese Gun Hill in the Bronx, NY. Yesterday I hosted a birthday party for my three old. My party host?s name was Tyler. Tyler was the most accommodating and helpful party host. He had such great energy and really ensured everything flowed smoothly. I appreciated his service so much that I hope there is some incentive to honor employees like him!

Love chuck e cheese a little annoying that I have to pay for the kids to use the trampoline every time you go in as a member, it's a little weird that they wouldn't just let the kids jump, but I digress.

It was alot of changes I took my 2yr old granddaughter so I had her in the kiddie section there were couple of little cars she liked going on out of order she wasn't happy with that also food prices went up now u have to get ur food when ready they no longer bring it to u,also now game points go straight to the game card there's no longer tickets n that's great I wish they would've told me that when I bought the card cause when my granddaughter finish playing I was looking for the tickets I had to ask I fel

Ky kids liked it so it gets an ok in my book. The only thing i didnt like was the wait time for the food. They updated the machines to card so no more tokens.

Very clean and employees where really nice and helpful. My daughter had a blast today since it was her birthday.

I promised my grandson that I would take him to Chuck-E-Cheese and today was the day. So we packed them up in the car my mother and I and we went to Chuck-E-Cheese. When we got there it wasn't too busy and we bought a pass for 1 hour but that was too much for my four-year-old grandson he really only wanted to play a half hour and by then he was tired and wanted to go eat at a restaurant and then go to a store for me to buy him a toy LOL. But he enjoyed this time there and so did I he got the prices he wante

No stars given, no good was allowed to be bought or bring from outside, no bathroom available.

The place is clean not crowded at that time but the car system was outdated, it took a couple of swap to work. At the time to collect prices tickets ?? it was too long for not having a crowded place and then having to make another line if you have to pay for a toy.(more waiting) food was okay....

I give Chucky cheese four stars and that's mostly because of the kind and helpful staff. Food selection was small (but fresh ) and the person behind the counter was sweet. It my first time going there and one of the staff members named- Tiffany ,was very helpful. The place was small and needed more machines like Goldfish bowl. ( More games are needed) The tickets you would need to get a toy/ reward were way to high . Example, you needed eight hundred tickets, just to win a small box of stickers. However The

I missed my window in order to book my son?s birthday . However the manager Shy gave me several options that would accommodate my party . When I arrived ( I believe her name was Crystal) young lady with exceptional customer service gave me a breakdown of all of their prices , menu options , bundle deals , ultimately allowing me to have more of a ?bang for my buck ? . Everyone enjoyed , the kids had a blast . Highly recommend this location over the other Bronx site .

Very fun experience for my son. He loves playing here. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Excellent place to have fun with the kids. The tickets prizes should be revamped. And be more interesting.

My son's favorite place when he goes he doesn't want to leave

I had a birthday party for my son at this location hosted by Jordan and was extremely pleased with the service he provided. I had arrived early and he made sure he introduced himself and that we were promptly attended to. Jordan was present attentive and kind the entire time. He assured that everything in my party package was provided and kept everything running on schedule as far as food activities and cake cutting. He made the hosting extremely easy for me and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Five st

Very expensive for a kids birthday party. It was my daughter's fourth. But I would do it again lol

Tyler made our experience amazing!!!! He was the best party host ever. Very kind, attentive, and warm. He made the experience memorable.

Workers are very slow. I had to leave and to get a toy for my son that i had to pay extra money, she said you have to wait in line where is people coming inside. They put rules how is more easy for them !!

The games are outdated they could do so much more with this big space. They recently added a trampoline but you need to buy the socks for $15 to use it.The environment is not friendly last time a guy pull out a gun in the middle of all the kids it turn out to be the security in plain clothes no uniform so unprofessional, shame on you Chuck E. Cheese. They only have one cashier just imagine how long it takes to order food and drinks.

n a world where experiences can often feel monotonous or impersonal, the value of exceptional service cannot be overstated. It is the small gestures, a warm smile, and genuine enthusiasm that transform an ordinary outing into a memorable occasion. Recently, my family had the pleasure of experiencing such outstanding service, thanks to an extraordinary individual named Johniqua. Her positive energy and thoughtful recommendations left a lasting impression on us, turning our family experience into something tr

I had a birthday party for my daughter here on 03/09/2024, we arrived 20 minutes earlier than scheduled time even though it was pouring cats and dogs outside. We waited for the party tables to be decorated. The party host then said to me we can get seated which was 5:30 pm and it's a two hour session so 7:30 pm the party will be over. I felt as if I was hosting a party at my house instead because I had no clue when the food was coming out everyone was waiting. I had to keep asking for everything which I pai

This Chuck E. Cheese on Gun Hill Rd is really nice. The staff is attentive and helpful. They renovated the place. They even have a new trampoline area, more games, an animated dance floor with a huge wall tv. It's really clean too. My children had a great time. They didn't want to leave.

This Chuck E. Cheese is very clean. The staff is very professional, polite, and hospitable. I always go there and will continue to go. If an area is a little messy there staff is on it without you asking.

Great fun and clean also friendly. Will always bring my boys and guest to the place.

Great place to kill time with the kids. Not too expensive, but you could over spend here

We had a great time !!! Ashly really made sure we were taken care of for our Birthday Party

No one to greet me and my 19-month-old boy. We had to wait for someone to come and allow us in. The great part was that we had the place to ourselves. I definitely prefer coins than the card. I had to pay for my card, It's way more expensive it sounds great having a card, and it's unlimited. For example, if you want an hour unlimited, it's $31, so that means once time is up, you have to repurchase it all over. The toys are very cheap. Dollar Tree and 5 below have better toys. Not even the mouse Chuck ca

My children had a blast!!! As a parent I appreciate the security measures taken when exiting the building with children. .Thank You, Than You, Thank You

Food is expensive but if it's what ur kid wants to do it's worth it

Good for kids but not so much games. Need more for arcades for kids under 5 ages

The great-grands enjoyed it. Their wrist bands need to be smaller too large for small children. Of course, Grand lost his wristband and had to buy another one.

Was there for a birthday party my son had a great time.

It's OK place to take the kids, When you want something to do

I went to Chuck E. Cheese November 9 2024 the service was amazing Jessica and jonatan was very helpful and friendly thank you so much people like them make you wanna come back

Always a fun place to go to for the kids

The crust on the pizza was the best part. This was my first time coming to this location and it was just a bad experience. Most of the machines were not working if they were working they stopped working while you was playing the game. So some of my time was taking off the card because the games were not working. They only have a few things for small toddlers and even the adult games are not fun they end pretty quick. Best part the reason for the two stars was because of the photos machines even though one p

My favorite place for my son to spend time playing with him, great pizza and snacks.

My kids love it here. They updated the plus which makes it even better. Plenty of parking. And very clean

The pizza was delicious but the salad was very bad and not clean.

Let me start off thank you for the enjoyable evening unfortunately There was a fight the Chuck E. Cheese employee did not deserve that especially around kids I told the staff I'm still coming back I had an enjoyable evening with my daughter and the birthday party that we had I hope she's doing OK this is not cool we come there for enjoyment and release for the kids not ghetto again I hope the Chuck E. Cheese employees she's OK

Me and my children had a blast yesterday (6/9/21). The establishment was clean and the food was nice and fresh. There were 2 female associates and they both were patient especially when it came down to the kids choosing their prizes. We will return again for another day of unlimited play.

The place was quiet in a Thursday. I love the unlimited card that allows you to play for a set of time and have the break in between. We played for 2 hours straight. They had parking. I would not recommend a weekend.

Chuck E. Cheese is always a fun place to go with the kids. We went during the week, so it was pretty empty. All the games were working. Overall it's always a nice thing to do with your kids.

My 6 yrs old son loves it there we go there a few times a year. We were there last night and all the machines that recycle the tickets were not working and jammed up every time u pull in the ticket stubs it was so annoying, we were finally able to go collect my son's prize after 40 minutes. My son did enjoy all the games. The machines clearly need maintenance. The staff were very helpful and pleasant all around. I will return but no time soon, they got to work on those machines. Pizza was really good also.

Took my son here and we had a good time. They didn't have the best selection of games/rides for children under 5 but my son and I enjoyed the place nonetheless. The pizza and fries weren't bad either. I would recommend if you are thinking about visiting.

I would give it a Zero Star but it dont allow me. I was really disappointed wasted about 600$ for my sons party. However, The host was never attentive of what i needed or if the table needed to be clean she just spoke to me before all my guest arrive. Had to ask for my passes & for my food after 1 hr into the party. I was told at 9 that my son was no longer going to go in the ticket blaster because they have turned off everything & her only excuse was that there wasn't enough time. The host didn't even cut

Had a fun time and the kids loved it. Great place for kids bday parties. They provide their own cake if you need it. Also, gotta love the unlimited refills!

Had my son's 8th birthday party here and it was great. It wasnt overcrowded and the staff was great. Veronica helped us out a ton and made sure we were always taken care of. Chuck was great with the kids and the party pricing for what was given is well worth it. The pizza was actually great (I had doubts). All in all fantastic to have a party with Chuck.

Always fun to take kids and now my own kids, the food wasn't all that great but fun times...

The customer service here was phenomenal. Three gentlemen in particular were very helpful. Gilbert and Damien helped us understand the how the game machines. Functioned with the play pass and helped when one of the machines did not dispense the tickets. Victor also helped keep our sitting area very clean. The salad bar was kept cold and fresh and the pizza was served hot. The kids had fun and thats all that really mattered. Thanks for making my sons birthday amazing and one to remember!!

Staff was friendly and food was good but there was no ac on so it was hot and with a mask on that good at all. There was no ice for the 2 hrs we were there. 5 games were out of service and 5 said error. Not a good experience for the 1st time in a chuck e cheese place since 2000. My 3 year old didn't like the games neither so he was not happy.

Clean, safe environment for my daughter and I to have a great time playing kiddie arcades. Kids between ages 3 and 8 could enjoy this place.

Would be a 5 star if flies weren't in the food, meaning not cooked in but flew on top of. They graciously replaced them. Nice staff for children. Recommended

Just had a great time with my young one and my family! Destiny was super helpful at explaining how the points and time system worked. The place was well maintained and the food was great. Thank you again Destiny, we will be back!

Place is great. Took 4 kids for a birthday party and they had a blast. Few game machines were out of services tho. Can't attest for the food since we didn't order food but didn't have a problem taking put own food. Bathrooms weren't super clean but reasonable for the amount if people using the bathrooms. Customers services wasn't bad. 3 stars for the machines out of service and not knowing how the food is but in all fairness we didn't order food.

Fun place to take your kids. The staff needs better training in customer service including the managers. Waited 8 minutes to be served to buy play passes when it was dead empty. Waited around to try and get prizes later on with the ticket balance and no one came. I had to tell them. Perhaps you are understaffed and overwhelmed.

Children like it allot. Friendly and helpful staff. Has a parking lot next to for free parking. You can get coupons through it's app that save you some money. If you buy points instead of time you can stay all day with your children playing. Tickets won can be redeemed for prizes anytime. They have a summer deal that is very good.

Took my daughter here for her birthday. Not only did she have a great time but we also enjoyed ourselves. I'll take her back anytime so we can have fun together. This is a great place to have some family fun time.

My son loves this place we go their all the time ??

We went on a Saturday around lunch and it was our first time. So we didnt know prices or best options and so we went in blindly. The host at the front was not friendly and not helpful, more ready to conversate with coworkers or watch others play. At the food court we were offered so many options from cheesy crust to regular with no indication of additional charge. They also charge for the band on the play card like i had an option not to have. Looking back everything was an extra charge.. As for the games,

Alot has changed since I was last here a few years back, staff now is very friendly, welcoming, and provided great service. I ordered a special pizza that lacked in sauce so it was dry and this location doesn't appear to have the variety of games other locations have but we will visit again.

I like this location when it's not that busy. When it's busy it's crazy between kids running, parents stealing other kids tickets & sneaky big teens! The food and people that work there are very nice & helpful. I recommend not to go on weekends (Sat & Sun), Friday it's good like from 2:30pm to 5:30pm.

First time at CEC. Was a monday afternoon so not crowded at all. Noise levels we tolerable, which is nice. Music and games were not overwhelmingly loud and space is bright and airy. staff is excellent and super attentive. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly and kind and helpful. Security was very good, doors carefully watched and kids kept safe. Surprisingly pleasant time.

It was a very beautiful place, we had a private birthday dinner with family ??. It was so fun and beautiful

Great fun for all the family! One thing u have to watch out for is they keep toys that aren't available for the children in display teasing them! My kid was very disappointed he couldn't get said toy. only thing that wasn't fun over all pleasant experience

Experience is the same time and time again. Wait time for food and redemption table is exceptionally long. Manager has no consideration for people?s time. I had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to charge me for the upgraded prize. Only come because my child enjoys the games if it were not for that I would never step foot in this establishment. Besides not all the games work and will usually run out of tickets.

Students love coming here as a reward

This is the perfect place to take your kids on a weekday when it is empty. The only downside was trying to get an attendant to help with the games or ticket errors or a representative to make an additional purchase was a mission. Still, the kids had a blast for a great price.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
