It was very clean! The young lady who greeted us at the door was so friendly! The manager said it was only her second day. It was very diverse group of patrons. There was a section that was actually fun for toddlers. Very calm and respectful environment amongst patrons. All workers were helpful and you could tell the manager took pride in her job.

Since we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and experienced a great atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially William, who went above and beyond to assist us, making our first visit truly enjoyable.

Came for a birthday and had so much fun with my son. The staff was great and the pizza was surprisingly really good. We ended up beating the ninja turtle game. So much fun!

The upgrades were great. I had a self-service party. The kids had a wonderful time. The trampoline was a hit. My only complaint was there wasn't enough staff, so I had to keep going back to register to ask for the trampoline section to be open and get supplies that I wasn't given. That took up my time.

Booked a birthday party here for my baby girl Sophie & nephew Julian . Beyond exceptional service . My party host was amazing ! Did everything for us & more . Would highly recommend this place anytime!

I attended a birthday party today at chucky cheese.The party area had been renovated so I was interested is throwing my sons birthday there until the party finished we moved over to the play area where the employee and manager Named Ashley came over to tell us we couldn't sit down without buying something to eat. I explained to her that I would because the kids still had time on the cards and I already planned on getting a salad for myself but she was very rude and told me I had to get up and get it at that

Love this place for my kids, they have many games all working and also a trampoline witch is the best part:) also pizza was delicious too.

This place is amusing for kids.... Even if you are 50 year old guy, you will be kid if you go there. It's really a fun place. Great for Birthday Party, Great for family party. Great place to hanging outs with family and kids. They have lot's of activities but a little bit expensive. Foods are not so good, But Other thing is great.

Be careful of the practice here. They are trapping people in a membership for a fee and tell you you can cancel. Not true. I asked twice before leaving and they told me I can cancel anything and I have to now be writing to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer affairs about the matter. Customer Service is telling me you MUST keep the membership for one year at their monthly fee before you can cancel. Very dishonest set of people. Beware!!!!

Had a better time than expected, 10 stars, it's $25 per hour for unlimited game play, and we bought food combo, pizza was freshly baked and we love that we could refill our drinks even though we were having too much fun to care, the staff is very courteous, and a young man pushed around cotton candy on a cart, it was yummy, for only $3.. the family enjoyed it. We got free lollipop for the kids and they enjoyed meeting Chuck. THIS LOCATION IS VERY ACCESSIBLE.

It's a safe and clean business to take your children. I brought my nephew here and of course people and even Children have gotten use to the rhythm of COVID and social distancing. They helped host my baby?s birthday and were just really warm and sweet staff members. Also wanted to note that there was some issues with their system today which altered my baby?s experience, but the manager took care of us, and compensated in a BIG way. They sold an additional $10 for the trampoline entry band, all the time, even if you are an annual member . No problem, in jan 27, around 7.36 pm to 8.05 pm they sold entry but lady employe don't have time to open , she was busy on mobile phone and keep saying wait ... Great experience! Not too crowded, staff was extremely helpful, staff were consistently wiping things down and the food was surprisingly delicious! It was very safe you have to take a selfie to enter and show it to exit.

Good afternoon, I just wanted to share my experience at Chuck E Cheese Gun Hill in the Bronx, NY. Yesterday I hosted a birthday party for my three old. My party host?s name was Tyler. Tyler was the most accommodating and helpful party host. He had such great energy and really ensured everything flowed smoothly. The place is clean not crowded at that time but the car system was outdated, it took a couple of swap to work. At the time to collect prices tickets ?? it was too long for not having a crowded place and then having to make another line if you have to pay for a toy.(more waiting) food was okay....

I had arrived early and he made sure he introduced himself and that we were promptly attended to. Jordan was present attentive and kind the entire time. This Chuck E. Cheese on Gun Hill Rd is really nice. The staff is attentive and helpful. They renovated the place. They even have a new trampoline area, more games, an animated dance floor with a huge wall tv. It's really clean too. My children had a great time. They didn't want to leave.

This Chuck E. Cheese is very clean. The staff is very professional, polite, and hospitable. I always go there and will continue to go. If an area is a little messy there staff is on it without you asking.

I had to pay for my card, It's way more expensive it sounds great having a card, and it's unlimited. The crust on the pizza was the best part. This was my first time coming to this location and it was just a bad experience. Most of the machines were not working if they were working they stopped working while you was playing the game. So some of my time was taking off the card because the games were not working. They only have a few things for small toddlers and even the adult games are not fun they end pretty quick. Best part the reason for the two stars was because of the photos machines even though one p

Me and my children had a blast yesterday (6/9/21). The establishment was clean and the food was nice and fresh. There were 2 female associates and they both were patient especially when it came down to the kids choosing their prizes. We will return again for another day of unlimited play.

The place was quiet in a Thursday. I love the unlimited card that allows you to play for a set of time and have the break in between. We played for 2 hours straight. They had parking. I would not recommend a weekend.

Chuck E. Cheese is always a fun place to go with the kids. We went during the week, so it was pretty empty. All the games were working. Overall it's always a nice thing to do with your kids.

My 6 yrs old son loves it there we go there a few times a year. We were there last night and all the machines that recycle the tickets were not working and jammed up every time u pull in the ticket stubs it was so annoying, we were finally able to go collect my son's prize after 40 minutes. My son did enjoy all the games. The machines clearly need maintenance. The staff were very helpful and pleasant all around. I will return but no time soon, they got to work on those machines. Took my son here and we had a good time. They didn't have the best selection of games/rides for children under 5 but my son and I enjoyed the place nonetheless. The pizza and fries weren't bad either. I would recommend if you are thinking about visiting.

I would give it a Zero Star but it dont allow me. I was really disappointed wasted about 600$ for my sons party. However, The host was never attentive of what i needed or if the table needed to be clean she just spoke to me before all my guest arrive. Had to ask for my passes & for my food after 1 hr into the party. Had my son's 8th birthday party here and it was great. It wasnt overcrowded and the staff was great. Veronica helped us out a ton and made sure we were always taken care of. Chuck was great with the kids and the party pricing for what was given is well worth it. The pizza was actually great (I had doubts). All in all fantastic to have a party with Chuck.

The customer service here was phenomenal. Three gentlemen in particular were very helpful. Gilbert and Damien helped us understand the how the game machines. Functioned with the play pass and helped when one of the machines did not dispense the tickets. Victor also helped keep our sitting area very clean. The salad bar was kept cold and fresh and the pizza was served hot. The kids had fun and thats all that really mattered. Thanks for making my sons birthday amazing and one to remember!!

Staff was friendly and food was good but there was no ac on so it was hot and with a mask on that good at all. There was no ice for the 2 hrs we were there. 5 games were out of service and 5 said error. Not a good experience for the 1st time in a chuck e cheese place since 2000. My 3 year old didn't like the games neither so he was not happy.

Clean, safe environment for my daughter and I to have a great time playing kiddie arcades. Kids between ages 3 and 8 could enjoy this place.

Would be a 5 star if flies weren't in the food, meaning not cooked in but flew on top of. They graciously replaced them. Nice staff for children. Recommended

Place is great. Took 4 kids for a birthday party and they had a blast. Few game machines were out of services tho. Can't attest for the food since we didn't order food but didn't have a problem taking put own food. Bathrooms weren't super clean but reasonable for the amount if people using the bathrooms. Customers services wasn't bad. 3 stars for the machines out of service and not knowing how the food is but in all fairness we didn't order food.

Fun place to take your kids. The staff needs better training in customer service including the managers. Waited 8 minutes to be served to buy play passes when it was dead empty. Waited around to try and get prizes later on with the ticket balance and no one came. I had to tell them. Perhaps you are understaffed and overwhelmed.

Children like it allot. Friendly and helpful staff. Has a parking lot next to for free parking. You can get coupons through it's app that save you some money. If you buy points instead of time you can stay all day with your children playing. Tickets won can be redeemed for prizes anytime. They have a summer deal that is very good.

We went on a Saturday around lunch and it was our first time. So we didnt know prices or best options and so we went in blindly. The host at the front was not friendly and not helpful, more ready to conversate with coworkers or watch others play. At the food court we were offered so many options from cheesy crust to regular with no indication of additional charge. They also charge for the band on the play card like i had an option not to have. Looking back everything was an extra charge.. As for the games,

Alot has changed since I was last here a few years back, staff now is very friendly, welcoming, and provided great service. I ordered a special pizza that lacked in sauce so it was dry and this location doesn't appear to have the variety of games other locations have but we will visit again.

I like this location when it's not that busy. When it's busy it's crazy between kids running, parents stealing other kids tickets & sneaky big teens! The food and people that work there are very nice & helpful. I recommend not to go on weekends (Sat & Sun), Friday it's good like from 2:30pm to 5:30pm.

First time at CEC. Was a monday afternoon so not crowded at all. Noise levels we tolerable, which is nice. Music and games were not overwhelmingly loud and space is bright and airy. staff is excellent and super attentive. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly and kind and helpful. Security was very good, doors carefully watched and kids kept safe. Surprisingly pleasant time.

Experience is the same time and time again. Wait time for food and redemption table is exceptionally long. Manager has no consideration for people?s time. I had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to charge me for the upgraded prize. Only come because my child enjoys the games if it were not for that I would never step foot in this establishment. Besides not all the games work and will usually run out of tickets.

Students love coming here as a reward

This is the perfect place to take your kids on a weekday when it is empty. The only downside was trying to get an attendant to help with the games or ticket errors or a representative to make an additional purchase was a mission. Still, the kids had a blast for a great price.
