I have not been to Chuck E. Cheese in years because my kids are all grown. We had our granddaughters birthday celebration here and I was amazed at the transformation of the venue. Plenty of games, nice trampoline and the staff was amazing & very attentive.

Great & convenient party place for the family to enjoy on a weekend morning or afternoon. It was like a kiddie Casino. Nice renovation & it was clean. The food was great! Dance floor with Chuck E. Man, this place used to be a dump. I guess new management came in. They renovated everything. All the machines work, its super clean and they even added a play area with a trampoline. Very happy

The only complaint I have was the guy at the register who takes the orders for food. He's always in a bad mood. Went to a birthday party there and my child had a lot of fun! I was surprised that the food actually tasted good! And the place is spacious and overall clean. The restrooms/bathrooms are clean as well. Friendly service.

Went to my nephew?s birthday party and everything was fantastic! Each table gets their own birthday host and everything went smoothly. It all went by kind of quickly but I guess time flies when you're having fun! The host takes care of everything for you, you literally don't have to worry about anything. Just be sure to bring your own decorations especially balloons.

The 2.0 remodel ruined this location the last time I came was 2019 and a lot of stuff changed from then but not in a good way so first of all they got rid of the stage which was unique and worked well most of the time and the purple walls are gone and now they're replaced with boring white walls like an office building the photo ride has color now but the lens is really blurry. They have definitely gotten better lately, from the cleanliness to the deals as well as great offers & discounts on food when you had the summer pass, food seems to have improved, my kids love it here, I do however miss when tickets came outta the machines & they gave an exciting amount of points ad apposed to the 5 or less you get per game now, if that. We wanted to take the kids to Chuck E Cheese and decided to come to this location because the one in Brooklyn is wayyyyyy toooo ghetto. But This location was definitely a vibe. Had a great night here with 4 kids (11x2, 6,3). The staff was super helpful with my 100 questions and assisting when my son lost his card. Upgrade was huge as the place was immaculate. Staff cleaning regularly, available for card help, and food questions. Would definitely come back again.

Great place to have a kids birthday party. They made a lot of improvements to the place although they took my daughters favorite ride out. They now have a trampoline area but it costs an extra 8 dollars per person. Still a fun safetime.

This place has significantly changed to the worse. They removed all rides and it is now only arcade machines not geared for younger kids. They did add a bouncing trampoline which is great, but that is all the kids want to do and is always overcrowded with kids.

This place is amazing. Super clean and mostly empty even on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Everyone who worked there was so nice, especially Denise (I think that was her name). Also the one hour ?all you can play? card was such a great money saving deal. Usually we have to spend over $100 at any other arcade for my kid to play that long. Update: Haven't been back in 4 yrs. Went to a party and was impressed. The food was way better. There were no broken toys and the service was good. This was my first and only time in chucky e Cheese. Did not have any expectations, but I did hear the pizza was pretty good. The place was ok. I went to a birthday party being celebrated there. I did not like how they put all the parties together at the end to say happy birthday to everyone celebrating. To me, birthdays feel like they should be celebrated individually, and each family/person celebrating should have their own private experience. The arcades and games were a little outdated and not that fun.

Most of the games have screens and the place gets too noisy most of the time. Pizza was delicious but not many options. We had to wait for so long for somebody to show at the redeem tickets area. The cashier finally came but had us wait for someone who came after us not respecting the line. It's a great place to bring your little kids and spend the afternoon. The video games generally work fine except a few. The duration of each game is typically short but expected for little kids. I would recommend getting minutes over points for maximum enjoyment. The cost is reasonable but make sure to check out their coupons for discount. The food is decent. Overall it's a good experience.

It's best to get there early spend a few hours and then leave. Excellent value! The option for either an amount of credits or unlimited credits in a given time frame (30 min, 1 hour, etc) makes this the best arcade place for kids. This was a big surprise. These stars are for the Staten Island CEC. I fully expected to find a really worn out facility and to my amazement they had renovated themselves with a new model of entertainment. It's actually super fun, and I'm almost 30 lolol. Wednesdays are a great time to go since they have unlimited games for an hour at a time (perfect when playing the jungle game when you're in the car thing). I go with kids, but it's great that I really don't have to keep much of an eye on them since no one can steal them. I buddy them up, and tell them to have fun. I can relax or have fun myself.

After they "upgraded" the ticket muncher (ticket counter) there always seems to be issues with it. It's either not printing receipts or jamming. This chuckle cheese is never super full. I went on a sunday and I found the place super clean, staff was nice and friendly, and the prices were decent as well. U get unlimited chips for the amount you purchased. I like that because my child had fun without being restricted. They close at 10pm despite their sign saying they close at 9.

I came here because of my little brother?s classmate birthday party. The staff were very attentive and respectful, the food was delicious. Fun place for kids. Lot of fun games for kids of all ages. The only thing is, the cashiers are not a lot so when u want to purchase, the line is a little long. If you are there alone with a very hyper child, standing on the line will seem like eternity to you especially if that child can't stand still.
