I have not been to Chuck E. Cheese in years because my kids are all grown. We had our granddaughters birthday celebration here and I was amazed at the transformation of the venue. Plenty of games, nice trampoline and the staff was amazing & very attentive.
Me and my kids like this place it's so much fun and they have free stuff for kids to play after spending money ???? and the food soon yummy ?? ??
Great & convenient party place for the family to enjoy on a weekend morning or afternoon. It was like a kiddie Casino. Nice renovation & it was clean. The food was great! Dance floor with Chuck E. Himself to congratulate the Birthday kids I played basketball & skii ball with my son & grandsons, it was a blast!
Had a great time with the family this past weekend definitely recommend bringing your family here
Man, this place used to be a dump. I guess new management came in. They renovated everything. All the machines work, its super clean and they even added a play area with a trampoline. Very happy
The only complaint I have was the guy at the register who takes the orders for food. He's always in a bad mood. I'm still giving 5 stars because we enjoy our visit and it's always clean and usually never packed so the kids have enough space and time to play all around. The manager I believe is a Hispanic female? She's very nice very professional, love to see staff who love to cater to their customers also the other employees are the door were great. If you do a birthday party the manager is there making sur
The best location in New York! The service is the best! The waiters and the manager deserve respect! Always satisfied! Every year we celebrate a birthday and kids and parents are happy! And the food is incredibly delicious! Thank you to the team for an incredibly cool birthday! ??
My daughter; "This was the best day of my life." Amazing service very friendly, especially with the kids, the place might be a little different than u may remember but the pizza is still great and it's all very clean. My 5-year-old daughter loved this party from hearing her name on the loud speaker like she was the most special person to chuck E coming out. They know how to make ur child feel special on their special day. ????????
Went to a birthday party there and my child had a lot of fun! I was surprised that the food actually tasted good! And the place is spacious and overall clean. The restrooms/bathrooms are clean as well. Friendly service.
Went to my nephew?s birthday party and everything was fantastic! Each table gets their own birthday host and everything went smoothly. It all went by kind of quickly but I guess time flies when you're having fun! The host takes care of everything for you, you literally don't have to worry about anything. Just be sure to bring your own decorations especially balloons.
The 2.0 remodel ruined this location the last time I came was 2019 and a lot of stuff changed from then but not in a good way so first of all they got rid of the stage which was unique and worked well most of the time and the purple walls are gone and now they're replaced with boring white walls like an office building the photo ride has color now but the lens is really blurry. They removed the bumper carts which used to be my favorite ride at Chuck E. Cheese. Before the remodel they used to be art all over
Very clean and safe, our issue was not one machine dispensed your reward tickets, despite having a gift counter that you need tickets to purchase??
A fun place for children with a variety of games. It can get crowded, but overall, it's a fun and energetic environment for families.
I brought my 3 year old here for his birthday. We were the first customers to arrive. We were greeted at the door by a gentleman. He helped me with my online code as well. The staff were very polite and accommodating! There was a hiccup with the computer so we waited briefly and the manager gave us 250 free tickets as an apology! My son had a great time! The games and rides were clean and in working order. The staff even gave him a complimentary Lollie pop for his birthday! It was a great time all due to th
They have definitely gotten better lately, from the cleanliness to the deals as well as great offers & discounts on food when you had the summer pass, food seems to have improved, my kids love it here, I do however miss when tickets came outta the machines & they gave an exciting amount of points ad apposed to the 5 or less you get per game now, if that. Still a great place to take my kids for an hr or 2 of fun.
Nice place i go for mi little brother birthday but is super nice so funny
We wanted to take the kids to Chuck E Cheese and decided to come to this location because the one in Brooklyn is wayyyyyy toooo ghetto. But This location was definitely a vibe. My 2 year old was able to run around and have fun without anyone pushing or being mean. The staff at the front were nice and we had a great time. Especially being NEW YEAR?S DAY. Chuck E came out twice during our time there which was nice! The onlyyyy reason why I gave 4 stars is because we didnt know you guys didnt have the trampo
This pizza cost $17 dollars. That's all you need to know about CEC. The games are great, especially with the unlimited pass, but eat elsewhere.
Grandson had a ball. Alot of the games didn't credit the card. You just have to pay attention when your playing the games.
I like this location, it's clean and not too crowded. the new trampoline is a great hit. my boy never liked coming to Chuck E cheese much until the trampoline addition which he loves. the place is clean, the staff are nice (probably the nicest of all the branches that I've been), the value is good for the money. Keep coming back mainly for the trampoline. But the signage for the trampoline needs to be more clear. There is no sign at the trampoline to indicate that there is a fee to jump. so on the
Had a great night here with 4 kids (11x2, 6,3). The staff was super helpful with my 100 questions and assisting when my son lost his card. Upgrade was huge as the place was immaculate. Staff cleaning regularly, available for card help, and food questions. Would definitely come back again.
Good in general just needs somethhing new maby renovation for the whole space. But kids love it
We had a 1yr old Birthday Party at this Chuck E Cheese, and while it was expensive, the kids had an AWESOME time. Was very clean. Staff was friendly. Adults - bring Tylenol lol.
Great place to have a kids birthday party. They made a lot of improvements to the place although they took my daughters favorite ride out. They now have a trampoline area but it costs an extra 8 dollars per person. Still a fun safetime.
It's amazing for 2 to 5 year olds, however; for the rest of humanity it's really not worth the pain!
This place has significantly changed to the worse. They removed all rides and it is now only arcade machines not geared for younger kids. They did add a bouncing trampoline which is great, but that is all the kids want to do and is always overcrowded with kids.
This place is amazing. Super clean and mostly empty even on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Everyone who worked there was so nice, especially Denise (I think that was her name). Also the one hour ?all you can play? card was such a great money saving deal. Usually we have to spend over $100 at any other arcade for my kid to play that long. Both my young kids had an amazing time. Highly recommend!!
Very good place to eat and play , but my kids to small for them 30 min. Is enough ??
Just had a birthday party, Maria and her team were beyond amazing! The team was so attentive to our guests. Any last minute requests or changes were accommodated. Will definitely be back for a regular visit.
Not as fun as it used to be growing up. Machines are more dull now games are less exciting.
Great place Kids loved it. So many games and entertainments and friendly staff
I visited Chuck E. Cheese in Staten Island for the first time with my son on Sunday, October 29th, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped in, the friendly and enthusiastic staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The entire place was impeccably clean, and all the machines were in perfect working order, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. The highlight of our visit was the Halloween special show, the dance competition, and the Halloween costume contest
Birthday party set up was perfect. Great time. The place is remodeled. And upgraded with TV's. Makes marketing easier, thank you Chuck.
Chuck E Cheese has upped their game with their new promotion! The all you can play option is a great value. Too my 7 year old a few weeks ago and he played non stop for an hour and a half for 30 dollars. Pretty good value.
As a mother of the Autism Community?I have to speak heavily on this. I was always concerned about Sensory Sundays and was actually excited we had a birthday party planned on a Sunday. We went in and my 4 year old like many autistic toddler/children have aversions to sensitivities?one of them being socks which is a no brainer if you are a ?sensory autism place.? My daughter wanted to jump in the trampoline and she has a hard time understanding and adjusting to situations upon transitioning. She was told she
Just watch your table ,had people take candy off my table and random people searching my table for there jackets who were not part of my party .
we had the best time ever in my son 7th birthday! what makes it even more special was the kindness of all the staff from the Manager that was that day Thursday 21ths of Feb 24, was the most helpful and polite man ever, and all the front desk girls and all team members were outstanding ! no words just the best team, kind, helpful and great with kids! thanks guys!
Very clean and good food. Games are great for little kids.
Very clean, professional staff, lots of fun games and a well supervised trampoline. An excellent place for a kid's birthday party, I definitely recommend the Staten Island location.
This place is great to take the kids for a couple hours. We've been to other locations in Jersey and this is more spacious and clean. Food is actually decent but you're not there further food.
My 5 year old thoroughly enjoyed her bday here last Saturday. It was worth the money for me.
Came w my toddler on a weeknight as a walk-in, not for any birthday event. No admission fee. Pay for rides by minutes or points in advance. Staff was friendly upon entry. Plenty of rides for my 2 y.o. clean facility. Games varied too. Webd8d not dine so I have no review to offer on that. Would return for my child to have fun!
I am Really disappointed. I paid money for a summer pass come to find out they remodeled and put in a trampoline that u need to pay for since it is not included with the pass. Please stop charging for the trampoline it's ridiculous.
Amazing people working in the place. My little baby is autistic and everyone was so nice with her. Thank you and god bless you guys
The manager and staff go above and beyond to resolve any issues .Maria had called me to go over party details ,she gave me a special for adult food but when I went to pay it was almost double the amount she had put on my order .The manger and staff helped resolve the error and went above and beyond to accommodate my party. DAMARIS was our party host, she was a sweet heart and did and made sure me and my guest where all ?? and we where .Just watch your belongings everytime we come teen going back 10nyears ti
My wife and I took our boys there, and they were happy with the atmosphere because it was not crowded, and they had a great time playing with the games
Update: Haven't been back in 4 yrs. Went to a party and was impressed. The food was way better. There were no broken toys and the service was good. I was so impressed that I went back a month later and probably will continue going back. The pizza taste pretty good and the wings were good too. My only qualm is the french fries portion is so little but overall way way better than they used to be. Good job management! Spent $50 bucks on pizza, 4 drinks, fries and wings. The wings were so cold inside and not c
My son loves coming here and we had a bit of an incident involving the token cards. I just want to say Jessica the manager went above and beyond to help us out in our time of need. That kind of customer service makes you feel know they care about the kids and having a good time. Thank you again Jessica and we will be coming here for a long time to come!
Fun place for kids to have birthday parties, food options are not great though.
Picked up my grandson who works and was definitely impressed with how clean this location was.
Just as amazing it has ever been. Loved it since I was a kid and my now my kid brother loves it, too. Their unlimited one hour play for $15 on Wednesday is such an amazing deal, and beats out the competition by a long shot. Chef Pasquale is a decent, hard-working Italian-American, and I'm proud of him and enjoyed consuming his scrumptious work. Also, you can't get in without proof of vaccination, which is a great protective measure. Glad to know you care about the health and well-being of your patrons, and
This was my first and only time in chucky e Cheese. Did not have any expectations, but I did hear the pizza was pretty good. The place was ok. I went to a birthday party being celebrated there. I did not like how they put all the parties together at the end to say happy birthday to everyone celebrating. To me, birthdays feel like they should be celebrated individually, and each family/person celebrating should have their own private experience. The arcades and games were a little outdated and not that fun.
Shout out to James who was one of the nicest and happiest employees I've ever met! Went about half hour after they opened on a weekday, the place was so clean and spotless. Good place to take your kid(s) to keep them occupied and having a good time for a while. I must say how amazing all the employees were. Every one I encountered was super friendly and accommodating which is rare these days lol Be sure to check out their website specific to the location before you go so you can get some deals
Most of the games have screens and the place gets too noisy most of the time. Pizza was delicious but not many options. We had to wait for so long for somebody to show at the redeem tickets area. The cashier finally came but had us wait for someone who came after us not respecting the line. Also, another cashier was not that nice/professional when she referred to me multiple times ?she's not understanding? while she was the one not listening to what I'm requesting.
Great place to take your kids to. It's heaven on earth for them as they are able to run around and have fun freely, and that's all that I need.
We went there twice. First time was amazing my son love it. He felt he had to work for so much points to get really small items lol... But he loved it. Second time was even more thrilling cause went with 5 kids who got so much tickets combined they got something really cool. The food was amazing we had to wait a minute to get served but the appetizer family bowl I think it was was really good with large pizza. Overall it's a nice place to hang with kids it's not over crowded. Only downfall some of the machi
It's a great place to bring your little kids and spend the afternoon. The video games generally work fine except a few. The duration of each game is typically short but expected for little kids. I would recommend getting minutes over points for maximum enjoyment. The cost is reasonable but make sure to check out their coupons for discount. The food is decent. Overall it's a good experience.
It's a nice place. They have cheese in the pizza crust. ??lol
The real looking reviews are accurate. NO JUNGLE GYM as shown in pictures, food took really really long. place was clean, staff was friendly. Pizza good, wings not crunchy or saucy. Idk how much $ cause my husband paid. I think we paid $18 for 1 hour play. I don't know the cost of food. No entry fee. We wanted to use jungle gym as advertised in pics, so I'm giving 4 stars.
Over crowed and staff is too slow. But anyway our kids had fun there
Place was empty for a Friday. I seen only three employees there. They may be short staffed, but you definitely notice when you need assistance. Pizza and wings were cold, and I got the food as soon as my ringer told me it was ready. Some games did not work. Smh Overall 5/10
My grandson had a birthday party there today. Some of the games didn't work. Our host Brandon was wonderful. He was such a pleasant young man. I really do believe Chuck-E-Cheese is over priced. But once again the children do have a good time so I guess that's all that matters.
It's best to get there early spend a few hours and then leave. I found out that you can have a private VIP party and booked the entire place from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. the staff there is very attentive not rude and very generous with their time they're also understanding of many things. I spent three and a half hours there and didn't have one complaint about anything. When the games needed servicing they came over right away for my kids wanted to go on the bumper cars that came over right away. Food is very pr
Had my Daughters Party this past weekend. Our Hostess was Maria. So helpful! The space was clean and she explained everything. 10/10
Excellent value! The option for either an amount of credits or unlimited credits in a given time frame (30 min, 1 hour, etc) makes this the best arcade place for kids. All of their machines accept time cards, unlike other similar places that have a limited choice of "unlimited" games. *cough*Dave& Buster's*cough* For snacks they offer hand-made pizzas and a fresh fruit/veggie all-you-can-eat salad bar. The place is very clean. All the machines are kept in working order.
I loved it here it was our first time with our 20 month old baby. He had a blast. I gave 4 stars just because the food took a while to come out buy it was also good. I bonus point they had GF pizza??
Great for celebrating indoor Kids parties, love the Arcade themed setting .. oh the fun never ends
So fun!! Coupons made it less expensive and they clean all the rides!! Staff are so polite amidst food wad awsome! I don't usually rate 5 stars but I was very happy with this place my 1 year old daughter loved the rides
FOOD WAS GOOD?BUT PRICEY? STILL WORTH IT TO SEE THE KIDS FACES AS THEY RUN JUMP AND PLAY GAMES !!! THING THAT MADE IT REALLY EXPENSIVE WAS BUYING THE POINTS TO PLAY THE GAMES? WHICH WE DID ?FOR FIVE HOURS !!! LOL ALL IN ALL ?A GREAT OUTING FOR KUDS AND ADULTS ALIKE !!!
Took my teenagers here recently and we all had a great time! This location is very clean and has a ton of games to play for every age. Jason and the rest of the staff are really nice. We will definitely visit again. P.S. register on Chuckee Cheese app with code SASHA198724 to get FREE prizes :)
This was a big surprise. These stars are for the Staten Island CEC. I fully expected to find a really worn out facility and to my amazement they had renovated themselves with a new model of entertainment. All the games etc were in great order and the kids in our birthday party had a great time. Everyone won tickets which became prizes and loved it. The food was really good and catered to adults and kids as well. It was really perfect. Our host was energetic and extremely helpful and Chuck e was also
I mean, it's chuck e cheese. The staff was nice and the place was clean. The food is about as good as you would think it is from a children's casino. The big downside for me was they didn't let me tip on my card for the kid's party.
Good service. The employees were very kind. And helpful. Environment was clean as well. Went for a VIP party for my nephew. They let us in 2 hours before they opened and the kids had a blast before the other guest were let in for normal business hours.
Big positive difference and selection in food over the years. Even at 10 years old, my son still love this place. There is a good balance of younger kids and older kids games. As well as those that adults would like as well. Also a plus is the new card system they've used to replace the majority of coins. I've seen little ones get very upset when they drop or lose their coins. The new system with the card, you are able to use your receipt to cancel the lost card and redeem a new one, with all remaining cred
Went to Chuck E. Cheese's today with my daughter and granddaughter and had a blast! So much to do and the staff couldn't be nicer. The other children and their parents were friendly and welcoming - and the pizza was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be returning often with the rest of our family and our friends.
It's actually super fun, and I'm almost 30 lolol. Wednesdays are a great time to go since they have unlimited games for an hour at a time (perfect when playing the jungle game when you're in the car thing). I go with kids, but it's great that I really don't have to keep much of an eye on them since no one can steal them. I buddy them up, and tell them to have fun. I can relax or have fun myself.
This is a very nice location. Have games for kids of all ages. Staff was nice and very accommodating. Just with all the kids there and birthday parties happening it's hard go keep track of the broken machines. But other than that it was a great time.
I was impressed with this location. Unlike many others, this location was updated with many new games I've never seen In other locations. Also it had a new updated look as well. Food & service was good too.
They need a serious cleaning for this place the tube slides smell awful. The food is okay but super expensive. After they "upgraded" the ticket muncher (ticket counter) there always seems to be issues with it. It's either not printing receipts or jamming. They have 1 unit which can accommodate 4 people at once, I stood on line for at least 30 minutes while waiting to use the ticket counter. I also waited about 30 minutes to order my food and game cards. I don't want to sit there and wait 30 minutes to
This chuckle cheese is never super full. I went on a sunday and I found the place super clean, staff was nice and friendly, and the prices were decent as well. U get unlimited chips for the amount you purchased. I like that because my child had fun without being restricted. They close at 10pm despite their sign saying they close at 9.
Very fun place. Impromptu trip with the kids and of course, it never fails! Helpful and sweet employees!! Great new machines like mini jurassic world and teenage mutant ninja turtles (great for up to 4 players!)
My daughter had so much fun. The games were all in good shape and it wasn't too crowded so she was able the play the games without the need to rush. I do like the new coinless system.
Prizes are wack. Games are dated or not even working. The jungle gym has been removed. I paid for two hours of play. Me and my daughter left after 15 minutes because the experience was so horrible.
I came here because of my little brother?s classmate birthday party. The staff were very attentive and respectful, the food was delicious. I have never been to a chucke cheeses and was shocked at how good the pizza and salad bar was so fresh. The tables were really clean nothing was sticky and the wifi was super-fast. I also witnessed a child telling a staff member that a machine was broken they guy just went and fixed it.
Its a nice place for the kids, they never outgrow it,but for me, really nothing to do than tag along or shoot basketball. Generally a fun place. Just improve the pizzas ,the new Pizza roll is nothing to write home about. Free wifi nice.
The staff are kind and my kids had so much fun. They can't wait to come again.
Everything was great until we ordered our dessert. Ordered the dessert and waited over 45 minutes for it (not an issue it was busy) but the guy working in the kitchen came out screaming at me claiming we took the dessert even though we were sitting at the table with the number placed. Made us open our to go boxes to prove it was the leftover pizza we had from 2 hours ago. Extremely rude and loud for no reason. He even admitted he was ?coming at me? but continued.
Fun place for kids. Lot of fun games for kids of all ages. The only thing is, the cashiers are not a lot so when u want to purchase, the line is a little long. If you are there alone with a very hyper child, standing on the line will seem like eternity to you especially if that child can't stand still.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
