Great place for the whole family. It was our first time taking our 3 year old. He had a great time as well as the adults. Will was wonderful as he helped with my baby questions.

Worst location I've ever visited. First and last time visiting this overcrowded location. Was looking forward to visiting because we haven't been here since the remodel. Spent way too much money even with a coupon. We are a small family on a budget so this will not work for us again. Love the Sensory Sundays they do here. Each month, the first Sunday, they open 2 hrs early and allow families with special needs to come play. They even allow you to bring appropriate food that reflects your kid's diet. The music is lower, lights lower, no scary mouse coming out, and the best part is NO CROWD! 3 stars only because my almost 2 year old had a good time. We went in and wanted to just look and see if there were any age appropriate things for my son to do before paying. The food was gross I guess it's perfect for kids though. The customer service was terrible. When you walk in its confusing to what you do either order or sit or play. Then you have a group of teenagers standing in groups at the entrance trying to figure out what they are going to do. After getting stamped you should have some one kind of guide the traffic and answering questions.

I took my five year old daughter here and spent about an hour and half. The pizza was delicious and my little girl had a blast playing the games. The price for thr amount of time you get to play the games can be a little pricey if you have multiple children, but for our small family of three including food wasn't too bad.

My kids like to visit a few times per year but its not as fun as I remember when I was a kid. They need more variety for the smaller kids...5 and under. I remember when I was little there was an entire area for littles that included something like an indoor climber and ball pit. Its a good option to entertain kids for a time but its really expensive and plan on helping smaller kids out with 99% of the games.

Food was good but I felt that it was over priced for a 4 year old and one pass by a salad bar. The games were ok. My 4 year old had a blast but I miss the skeet ball. Overall the cost for her and me was around $36 for food and games. The location is great and the place is extremely clean.

VERY EXPENSIVE!! Bought a 45 minute play card and large pizza and two kids meals and it it cost $70.00! A lot of the games are more focused on getting points for prizes that you pick out at the end. Only a few games were actually fun to play. At the end my grandson received a very small plastic car which he lost within a day. Next time I will take grandkids somewhere else!

This is the first time I've had a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese for one of my kids. I told our party attendant, Mashur, that my son was autistic and he was a bit shy. He made sure to let me know every single detail about the entire party process and warned me when it was going to get loud and asked if I thought my son would be ok with little aspects I actually hadn't thought about. He even asked me to make sure he was pronouncing my son's name correctly before it was time to call the birthday kids.

Upon arriving, the guy who checked us in forgot to stamp my 7 month old son. No big deal. So when we were leaving, they asked me to show a picture on my phone to verify he was MY baby! I like the fact that they stamp you and your child, this is a great security measure because that place can get packed. I'm not to fond of the games they have in there. Some games are good some or not it's more about just getting tickets to get prizes but the expenses it takes to do that I can just buy it much cheaper.

Kids enjoyed a birthday party here. Cleaner than other Chuck E Cheese's and fun...some games did not work and bathrooms were out of order on that visit. We've been to this location since then and the restrooms are working again. Check the website beforehand for coupons. 41 credits is around $12 to give you an idea how much they cost.
