The atmosphere and service were excellent, a place for children. The food menu is not very varied considering that it is a place for children. There should be more variety in the food and a larger menu with better portions of food for adults, because children do not go alone, they arrive there with their parents.

Family had a bday party there. In general, I am not a fan of these places, but I recognize it's not about me as the adult. The hostess was good but completely overwhelmed. Party area was tight seating wise, in my opinion. Thankfully, the game area was not overcrowded. There were a few glitches so our party didn't start on time, and Chuck E. moved like he was out late the night before - but again, the dedicated hostess tried hard which made it bearable. And ultimately, the kids had fun.

I went down on Thursday with my daughter, and while she had some fun, we were disappointed to find that the restaurant partwere closed. I even asked someone if there was a bathroom available, but sadly, there wasn't! It was really a tough experience. Since it was my first time there, and I was invited by some colleagues, I was hoping for more. Honestly, I don't think we'll be returning anytime soon. Especially with no food and no bathroom

1 hour minute wait for a cold pizza on a early Friday afternoon. I wish I could complain to a manager but there isn't one in sight so instead I'll inform it's other patrons. This is a very fun, clean, and quiet Chuck E Cheese. We all had fun. I have the seasonal passes and I don't regret it at all. It's one of the best choices to do. I'm a customer of Chuck E Cheese since 2005, we all love it.

I purchased a month membership for my son to be able to have fun any time we can bring him, and it It's worth the money. My biggest problem is that every time I come to the Central Ave location. This same person always looks miserable. She always has an attitude even when you're polite to her. She makes no eye contact and acts like you're bothering her. Does not know how to give no type of customer service. When you ask a question, she responds back with an attitude or psychotic.

The girl with the long extensions in her hair should not be doing cashier..shes rude and prejudice against her own kind which is really sad. No eye contact and unkind when speaking. My kids love coming in here. I bring them quite often but their costumer service is really bad. The cashier lady doesn't make eye contact, doesn't smile, doesn't say you re welcome. She would just leave her spot while assisting without saying a world and return a few minutes later again without saying a word. Then handing me a dirty buzzer. Rude attitude. Baddest costumer service at a place where kids and parents go to have fun. It is supposed to be kinder.

Amazing first time here today since they opened in September 2022 the staff is very friendly. The prices are a bit high but the food is amazing and they have awesome fresh 2 dollar cake slices. I love going to this Chuck E. Cheese is clean the food is good most 98% of the games work well. This is the second wednesday i go that i feel like leaving the minute i speak to this lady, i wish i have her name i think she is the manager ?????She seems annoyed just to answer a question and acts like she is being bother. Clean, great time based unlimited swipe play. Good place to let's the kids go play and the adults can snag a table and chat. The pizza is like a Costco pizza drenched in papa John?s garlic sauce. Very spacious and lots of games for children (and adults who feel young lol) to play. The variety of games will keep you entertained and busy. The food choices (pizza, appetizer [wings, fries, cheesy bread} and fountain drinks are actually pretty good (I normally go for the food). The area to host a birthday party is very lengthy and spacious for parties of 50+ easily. Definitely a place to bring your children and families to enjoy!

We held my son's birthday at Chuck e Cheese Yonkers today. Everything was great! Ariana was a wonderful party host. She was friendly, helpful & did everything to help the party run smoothly. The pizza was surprisingly good. Being that it was a Monday at 12:00, we had the place to ourselves.

The food was probably the best food I've had out of any other Chuck E. Cheese location, but the service here is terrible. We won multiple jackpots of up to more than 500 tickets, and on the card it only came out to 125, which obviously is not what we won. Although the food and the cleanliness of was great, unfortunately there's always a con about every location. Will not be coming here again.

I brought my kids here to do a small celebration for their early birthday and everything went well until the person in the Chucke suit came out. It was a Wednesday afternoon (4/3/24). My kids were waving and trying to hug him and he literally waved my kids away and walked away from them. I just feel that if you're going to work with children, this is highly unacceptable.

The place is brand new so it's great! All the machines work and the prices for the games and machines are very fair, c even the good is delicious! The only issue I see is that sadly they are under staffed, so there was a bit of a wait time to order food. Mind you, there was no line, and nobody was in front working the register to take food orders until I walked around and asked for help. My daughter loves it there but they need more staff. The trampoline part does not stay open. The minute the kids run out the worker Locks it up And walks away Then you have to find a worker to open it back up Which takes about good 15 mins

We arrived around 11am on a very cold Saturday morning. Ample parking in a strip mall. They were set up for maybe 6 parties but only 1 of the groups had arrived so it wasn't terribly packed. Staff was pretty friendly. The play space looked pretty clean overall but the bathroom had already run out of toilet paper. This is a good place to bring toddlers especially during the winter and I would return.

The employee wearing the Chuck E. Cheese costume was HORRIBLE to my children. My poor kids were trying to get his attention waving hello and he quite literally waved them OFF and repeatedly walked away from them. I celebrated my daughters birthday party there this past Saturday and all of our table was infested with ants. After complaining to the manager about it they still kept coming back and still charged me full amount for my party. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone this is just not right!

Kiarra our party organizer was wonderful and caring! She was able to answer all my questions and keep my party together. The party was beloved by all the children. Saturday afternoon is prime birthday party time and the place was over packed maybe allow two less parties at 3pm so it is a bit less crowded. Really clean spot the staff wipes the machine constantly throughout the day. Really friendly environment. Mostly younger kids 2-9. I take the drive here from the bronx just because this is the best one around NYC, in my opinion, of course.

My mother in law was so excited to bring my 2 kids and nephew for the grand opening. She took off from work and traveled with 3 kids to get there. The sign clearly said it would be on 8/29. She shows up and they are not open and an employee states that due to permit issues the grand opening has been pushed until the next day 8/30. Go to the Bronx or anywhere else. They booked 4 parties at the same time, game cards didn't work for almost an hour, had to keep asking for my parties food and drinks. Ok, this CC is ok. There is plenty of free parking with a C V S Drug Store right next door , Outback restaurant o the other side of C C, and a few more stores also. Once inside CC, it's pretty big, had a lot of games and clean, lots of seating also. Felt it was a little understaffed, but it was a weekday (Thursday).The food was ok too, but took a minute to come out the kitchen, but they gave you a buzzer the rings when your order is ready.
