Chuck E. Cheese

Chuck E. Cheese

Reviews Summary

Overall, reviews are mixed but lean positive, with many praising the fun atmosphere, kid-friendly games, and value of play passes. Parents appreciate sensory-friendly hours and helpful staff, though some mention inconsistent service or rude employees. Food quality is divisive—some enjoy the pizza and salad bar, while others find it overpriced or underwhelming. Common complaints include broken games, chaotic crowds, and poor management. My son loves it. So a WIN for me! This was his second time and he could not stay out of the play area and they now have an obstacle course area, it's regular price $15, $10 with a party. He really enjoyed it.

I will say, when we arrived early in the day, the entire facility was squeaky clean, which I recognize is not easy for a kids play place. My biggest qualm with Sir Charles E Cheese is, even with coupons and summer deals, this place is a rip off. I had a coupon for $20 an hour all you can play games, plus I paid $13 for access to the trampoline and slide. I paid $37 (with a coupon!) for a regular pizza and 2 drinks. The food is not even close to being worth it and the soda fountain drink options aren't it. $

Brought my 4 year old to experience a wonderful day full of games, play areas, and of course Chuck E. Cheese. Unfortunately, we were met with games that mostly didn't work correctly, a small play area, and a really depressing atmosphere. It is ridiculous that you have to pay so much more for the kids to play on the trampoline area when an associate is rarely available to help you purchase the socks and the play area they have is far from inviting or entertaining. I was especially disappointed with the custo

Fun filled activities, rides, games for kids. You can also get food and games packages if a frequent visitor to this place. Puzza, churros, wings, fountain drinks, salad bar.

My grandson had fun. The management is much better since the reopening. Impressed with manager when my game card didn't work. Didn't have my receipt but showed her my online banking as I used cc to pay. I bought pizza which was fine for purpose intended. Plus 30 game point not time. I made the mistake of pausing the card at the kiosk and I think that wiped the card or made it appear like a new card? Anyway they took my word and gave me 30 plus 10 which I thought was very professional. Finally someone that o

This is the cleanest & the smallest CEC that I've ever been to. It was also very nice that we were able to rent out the whole place for my granddaughter's birthday. I did not like that, with this place being so small, with VERY limited activities, they charge $10 extra for each kid to play on the climbing play structures. Frankly, that's ridiculous.

My son's favorite spot!! We have been here before, and it seems like it gets better each time. Pizza and the games are spectacular and the location is great too. I'm happy that my son enjoys the atmosphere here, and the rest of the family enjoys it, too. So, big shout out to the employees that make all of us happy ??.

Facility is nice and clean but business practices are reminiscent of a scam. We were lectured on why a monthly subscription would save us money, but were failed to be informed of other basic combos, deals, or discounts that we discovered ourselves while eating our $23 medium pizza and $9 drinks. We were also upsold on a near $15 to use trampoline that our toddler is too small to use. But it's not all negative! Incredible Pizza Company is right up the road for a much better value so just go there! That's our

Absolutely loved celebrating my daughter's 3rd birthday here today! Shouout to Kennedy who was an amazing hostess. Also, the pizza was delicious! All the kids had a blast!

The vibe of this place was horrible. It was our first and last time coming here. We did not know it cost extra to get into the trampoline area as it was not explained to us when we got there even though we said it was our first time and the white man with shoulder length curly black hair that informed us did so very very rudely. I kept seeing him staring at me afterwards and it was very uncomfortable. On top of that most of the games only ran for a few seconds and gave 2 tickets. There are to many other pl

My 3 sons had a lot of fun. We signed up for the summer play pass. Seems very worth it, I just wish it included the trampoline park. My 3 year old very much prefers that to the games.

There is never enough staff , so if your child wants ice cream or something, you have to go wait in the line with everyone getting checked in, stamped, ordering pizza and buying game cards ?all with one cashier usually. Also they just added a new jump house and you don't find out until you are done going through the line and paying for your game card & food that this attraction is NOT included. We saw several unhappy kids and parents regarding this. No one wants to pay $12.00 extra per child to jump a few m

We hosted a party for two little boys over the weekend, and everyone had a blast. The teens and adults enjoyed playing with the younger kids. And the staff was so kind and helpful with our youngest son during the ticket blaster for his birthday. We will definitely be going back.

They may have started it all, but others in this market are giving more competitive offerings now (see Incredible Pizza and Dave & Busters). Two kids playing for 90 minutes with no food shouldn't cost $95.

Overall, it was good, mainly for the kids. The first thing I didn't like was that they only had one person working the registered/ticket exchange counter. So, just to get in, we had to stand in line for about 20+ min. Once we were in, I noticed there were plenty of workers but, for some reason, only had one at the frony counter. The second thing I didn't like it was that in the almost 4 hours we were there, the Chuck (the mouse) never made an appearance. I also dont like that they did away with the robot ch

Pleasantly surprised. After the updates it's better. I do like that they kept some old school rides for the kids. The pizza was yummy too.

My kids had so much fun, is nice and clean I love remodel. But staff is terrible they ignore you and have a very bad attitude. They are all in the phone while you are trying g to ask something. They all are young I get it but come on is terrible.

My boys and I had a great time on our recent visit. It was practically empty and everything was sanitized very often. There was hand sanitizer station set up for public use. All games have been converted to ticket-less so they are instantly added to your game card or wristbands. I ordered a meal package and all plates and cups were given to us in a plastic bag along with hand sanitizing wipes. for our table. Even with social distancing this helped to add a little bit of normalcy to my kids life that they ha

We came for lunch and some fun for our kiddos. I ran to the restroom and I hear a grotesque amount of puking followed by a person saying, "I'm super sick". I then see the employee who was doing such walk out and right into the kitchen. I told the manager that we wanted to cancel our food and leave because of what I just witnessed. She got quiet and started giving us a refund. I asked if she wanted to know who it was or knew and she promptly started yelling at me and berating me completely unprompted and I

I came here for my nieces mini birthday party. I have to say not too shabby! The kids had fun but there are a few games for the more seasoned individual. Their food is a little better than I remember. But watch out, you might spend a little more than you intended. Lol..??

When our kids were young, we would visit CEC at least twice a month. The show, games, prizes, and even the food was always great. Fast forward to today and what a disappointment. This week we decided to introduce our grandkids (3 of them ranging from age 6 to 11) and other than the fact it was clean, it turned into an introduction we should never have made. What happened to this chain? The food was burnt and bad. We would rather have microwaved left over tombstone. The show is no show. The games are f

Food is what'd you'd expect but it's grossly overpriced and they wouldn't honor online pricing. They wanted to charge us $11 for a $5 salad. I asked them to honor the pricing and the manager said he doesn't have a button for it so my pregnant wife hat to go without cause she didn't want to be screwed over. ?? JFC... Never coming back.

I took my son here and overall it was fun for him and we would go back! They had plenty of games for a wide age range. The reason I rated it as a 4 star instead of 5 is because the food isn't the best and kind of reminds me of cheap little ceasers pizza in which you're paying a lot more for. Also because the prices are so high and the employee wasn't either knowledgeable enough or outspoken enough to help us pick what option was best for us in terms of game time and etc. We ended up getting two cards for

Wow, it was great family time here at this location. It was fun and the food was great hot and fresh! My favorite part was when the Manager Eric was playing a game with my son and they were having a blast. He even helped reload my son's gun in the game. To see the manager joining in was awesome! Thank you for a great time!

The best experience for my grandchildren. The staff are all so kind and attentive. It's clean, the food is good and the games are all working!

Staff does not greet guests. My husband and I overheard managers belittling their staff. Will be calling corporate tomorrow morning. I did not like the treatment that was given to staff. Y?all should be ashamed of yourselves! I hope the managers on duty get fired for complete negligence and disrespect towards employees in front of guests.

The morning girls make sure you know they don't care nor do they wanna help. Attitude the moment I walked in, just sat there ignoring me because "she's not on register", but then turned around and helped the people who came in after me. We go to play games, but literally half the games aren't working. Wasted my time and money. Definitely will drive a little longer to go to a different location.

I own Atirela and we do balloon decorations. We brought a backdrop and a small balloon garland with was all that it was need it to complete the celebration, here at Chuck E. cheese they take care of everything and take all the stress away from doing a kids party. Pizza was fresh and surprisingly good! I will definitely recommend this place to my clients and hope to be back soon with another beautiful balloon decor.

Ordered number four with fries and wings for 45.99 they do not have a fryer so fries under cooked and wings only got three. I'm sure it was under cooked as well I was scared to eat it when manager told me they just put it through the oven with the pizzas. Made me sick. I can't believe how bad this company became. I will not be coming back anymore. I am sure the original owners are rolling in their graves right now. Do not recommend this place anymore.

Lots of Fun Playing games!! we usually do the Hour all You can Play ! Chucky came out and Danced for the Kids ! It was a good time.

We had my granddaughter?s Birthday Party there and she loved it. She had so much fun. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Salad was fresh and pizza was tasty. Even the adults had fun!!

Excellent place for kids! We take our 2 year old here for fun, and there are a few rides for kids her age. Food is decent. Reason for not giving them a 5 stars is that they messed up our topping selection.

Elijah was a great host and made the party experience a great time.

They have made several changes. Added wings and meatballs to the menu, both of which were tasty. More so than I would have thought. Pizza is good. They also changed the way you purchase games, it's by time now.

Honestly the best chuckecheese around. Riley and the rest of the staff make it special for my kiddo every time. Riley is great as Chuck

$14.00 for a 4 slice childs pizza with no toppings is a bit ridiculous

Way overpriced on everything food the fact that they charge $15 to let kids jump on their little trampolines when it should be part of their whole atmosphere like incredible pizza does

Greatest experience at this location lovely workes super friendly and helpful styler is amazing! Will definitely be coming here again :D

From the time we walked until we left we could not have asked for anything better. The manager Anne was great and very helpful with the Summertime package and the rewards. An employee would walk around at least once an hour and wipe down tables and sweep the floor. All the games were in working condition and not sticky. I took my grand kiddos age 2 and 5 and we had a great time. We were there for over 3 hours and the grown ups were tired and ready to go home. I gave the food a 4 because I wanted more opti

Well, we all know that Chuck E. Cheese has changed a lot over the last decade at the very least. It's okay, still a lot fun for the kids. The pizza COULD be better. All on all it was a fun experience for my child but as the parent, I was not blown out of the water or impressed. Maybe it's time for them to step their game up.??

Very fun for kids and even adults. My children loved the games. They had games for different ages which was amazing. I got the 45 min pass for 26$ and was worth it. The food is great too.

The girls and I had a great time I have the silver membership which is awesome they get to play for an hour however many games they can play in an hour they just swipe their little wristbands and that's like their credit card or their coins they always have a good time and the staff is always very very helpful.

Had Birthday party here. Kids loved it, the party host was also really helpful. I never had a party here and kids really loved it. Restrooms were clean had out party on a Saturday at 5:30. Really worth it!

This is a good place for kids to have a run and play some games. They will go out of their way to accommodate your needs but the food is very basic. Also the employee they got in to play Chuck E. Cheese put in very little effort to have enthusiasm and to be engaging for the kids. All in all it didn't really matter as the morning went just fine.

Great salad bar and the staff was super friendly and helpful when setting up my nephews birthday party!

Very pricey but my goddaughter enjoyed herself!! Chucky wasn't very enthusiastic when he came out and danced with the kids.. Maybe he was tired idk..

Chuck E Cheese is one of the funniest place for my kids. We got a summer pass and it is totally worth it to get. My kids love this place, we come almost every day and earn tickets and get some toys for it. Also, I would like to mention one of their employees whose name is Benjamin. He is one of the kindest people, he is really a hardworking employee and knows how to cheer up my kids, and always helpful no matter what, definitely worth of positive feedback. So if you want to entertain your children go ahead

Employees have no clue. Service is poor. Nobody is checking the stamps on kids and adults. Said something to cashier about all the adults walking out with Nobody checking their stamps she said the person was in the restroom. About 30 minutes pass and some kid came to stamp people.

The cram a lot of arcade machines in a small space and I guess my only complaint would be how close you are to the other birthday party tables, but it looks like they stagger the delivery time so you're not all sitting there at the same time, I like the unlimited play even includes the pictures of the machines take in the drawings.

My autistic son loves this place and they do a sensory friendly time every Sunday morning for children sensitive to noise. We always have a great time. Just know the food is outrageously overpriced. You might want to sell a kidney before going if you have a big family. The workers are sweet and Chuck E is always fun.

I would definitely recommend this place. It's very clean. All the employees are very helpful and nice too. Jessica was an amazing host with our party group!

Wasn't to bad went to a bday party. Wish the works was more enthused about working there everyone seem sad inside and it showed on the outside lol. It was my lil girls first time visit she had fun. Not to much a 2 yr old could really do.

So this franchise has been around for a long time. It's still an absolutley amazing time for kids from 4 to 12 (in my opinion). This particular location didn't really seem to have their act together. The schedule chuck appearance was at least 40 minutes after it was announced for 2 minutes hence. The pizza has degraded in quality over the years but at 15$ a piece I would think it could be slightly higher quality. Anyway it was fun there is a couple games for the adults to play along kids (ski ball and baske

We recently celebrated our son's 5th birthday there and I can't say enough about the great service we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome, ensured that everything ran smoothly and on time. They really made our son's day special. We truly felt like valued guests, and we can't wait to return for future celebrations.

They updated the facility with a trampoline area that the kids love. The pizza was a bit greasy for my taste. The staff were nice, but it took 45 mins to check in. I understand it can get busy with parties, and being it was a Saturday, but it's no excuse not to have someone at the register at all times. I saw many employees standing at the kitchen entrance on phones or gossiping instead of manning their stations. If your on break, go in the back.

I did my daughter's Birthday party here today. Not only did I not receive what was on the package (the ultimate package) I paid for, but they charged my card incorrectly. The amount of space that we were given inbetween the tables was very uncomfortable since we were all cramped up. If you cant hold the amount of parties, dont book them. And to top it off, i was told to start moving from my table 45 min before the scheduled time. The experience sucked and overall never going to do any of my kids birthday p

The summer pass is amazing! The kids love it and it gets us out of the heat for a bit. I always get the salad bar and it's really good. Also, I always have points for free things here. The kids don't mind leaving because they get to pick there prizes. Win win for this mom!

We like to visit here on the weekdays. It usually isn't busy when we go. The food is always good and the staff is always so patient and kind. They are often understaffed, but they get to you as quickly as possible. The amount of tickets you get listed on the machine doesn't always match what loads onto the card, but it often evens out through the various games. We tried out the summer pass this year and have loved it. We definitely recommend!

First and last party I will ever attend there. It was extremely crowded and chaotic. There wasn't enough staff members so the lines were long and we had to wait a very long time for prizes. Also, they stamped us on the way in , but no one was there to check stamps on the way out. That completely defeats the purpose of the stamps in my opinion. The place is fine to go to when it's not crowded, but I would definitely recommend to go elsewhere for a birthday party .

Went to a party on Saturday night. Was not expecting such a great experience. It was crazy but it was clean and well run. The all you can play option is just great.

Daughter always has fun. Never been very busy while we are there, and staff always very friendly

The service was good. They pizza was good. But they pack you in horribley tight. Even thought there are 5 tables only three being used they packed all three parting into the tables right next to each other. Could have skipped a table so there would have been more room. You could not even get close to the table to be in my grandsons party. Everyone was complaining about no room. Games are not great. Will not book here again.

Overall it was okay. Some of the games weren't working, customer service could have been better at the order station. The tickets were chinsi even with jackpot. Everything is more overpriced and isn't what Chuck e cheese used to be. My younger children seem to enjoy it for what it was but definitely not like it used to be even 5 years ago.

The worst experience ever! I have summer membership for this place, and today I had the worst experience there! The manager refused me to give me her name, and picked the piece of pizza with her bare hands shows me the burned slice of pizza. My son is allergic, and he cant eat burned foods at all. My 4 children got very scared and got out asking me afterwards what happened! That is the worst place for children! And I don't understand why it happened when I asked to replace the pizza! Since I was bad at spea

Only problem I had was with the person that was working in the front with pink glasses on. She was extremely rude to me and to my friend at her kids birthday party. We don't know the proper protocol with the trampoline and my kid started jumping on it. She could have went about this a different way but she was rude about it. We went and bought the socks and stuff for my kid to jump but maybe you guys should keep it closed instead of open cause anyone can just go up there. The other problem was when we went

My kids still love to play at this place . I like the new game card system . The pizza was way too expensive and did not taste good at all . Very disappointing.

We come here literally once a year with the grandson. Pizza is pretty good and it wasn't too crowded

We had our son's 4th birthday party here today. It was mine and my son's first time going to a Chuck E Cheese. That being said, Yami was our host today. And she was phenomenal. Not only did she make things very simple and explained everything clearly, she went above and beyond. She made the experience seamless. This location was clean, had good pizza and good staff. Thank you for an easy party!

The Establishment was rather busy and loud but this was to be expected since it was a weekend and many birthday parties were going on. This being said though there weren't enough people on staff. There was one guy at the front counter and a huge line of people waiting to order drinks or food. The poor cashier looked so overwhelmed while multiple other employees roamed around on the floor and he struggled to take care of all of the people waiting at the front. Also I was quite disappointed in the salad bar.

Dark hair with glasses lady at the front is always so rude need to have a better arttitude towards people

All the staff is amazing. Love Jahda ?? and the other short haired African American girl. Super sweet.

It's pretty much exactly what you think. We were there for a 3 year old and a 5 year old to play and have fun for a couple hours. The pizza is good, the fun is great, and the experience was great!!

Place was clean, bathrooms smelled great, a few games didn't work but that's expected with any arcade place. We went on the $17.99 unlimted hr play on Wednesdays and it was a great deal. Kids had fun. Aimed more for under 8 yrs. Digital play and tickets. Got 500 tickets for downloading the app. Pizza was great!

My kids love it here, I actually play a game or two. Over priced but in 2024 what isn't over priced. Overall My kids have a great time EVERY time. Will definitely go back, time & time again.

It's a fun place to take your little kids. The pizza was ready fairly quickly. Salad bar was great. Atmosphere was very kid friendly. The play time is a bit pricey in my opinion but you can play as many games as you can in the amount of time you paid for.

I was just here today with my kids. The place has been a little renovated and looks better but the wait time to exchange the tickes for prizes is ridiculous. There were only 2 people ahead of us on the line and we waited 20 or 25 minutes. There was only a single employee helping there. Whats worse, I asked the manager if they could add another employee to speed things up and she just said to be patient. Completely unwilling to add someone else since there was already someone in the counter. Definitely not

Nice updates here. It was clean and employees had a sense of urgency.

Great place for kids. Just a standard kiddie arcade with a trampoline zone. Staff was friendly and helpful. The mascots could do with a little more enthusiasm. If you're hoping for nostalgia, these aren't the Chuck E. Cheeses from the 90s and 00s for sure. Everything is modern (as expected) and no more animatronics (not sure if due to a certain videogame/movie). It's definitely a good place for kids to enjoy some arcade games and greasy pizza.

Really fun. I'm 17 and enjoyed it a lot

Came here for my grandsun's ?? 1st birthday. Everything was great except the food. The pizza is nowhere near as tasty as it used to be back in the day. The cheese bread was nearly burnt & crispy (they redid it). The wings were the size of Vienna sausages. And the salad was, ehh?? ??????? However, I'd go back BECAUSE of the customer service we received. Manager Anna and her employee Artemis were examples of what customer service should be. They were awesome! Also, this location is a lot nicer than some of t

It was fun and we enjoyed our self even with covid19 the ladies did an awesome job of cleaning every 30minutes!! That was a plus and will definitely be going again.

We were invited to a birthday party with a bunch of children. All of us had a great time. The children played, ate and wished the birthday boy a happy birthday. I really didn't pay anything, so I am not sure if it's expensive or not. The food was decent for a place like this (children's arcade) it was clean and not very busy. I would recommend.

Great tight place for kids to burn off however much energy you need them to! But, for what is it, a bit pricey

This was such an amazing experience for us. It was our first time having a Chuck E Cheese party so we were kinda lost feeling at first but our party host Skylar was so accommodating and helped us with everything and more. Our sons party was great and we will definitely be back. ??

We visited Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday party and had the best time a few weeks ago! Unfortunately tonight was a total disappointment. Many of the games were broken, the person who took our order coughed in her hand before giving us our food plates. We also found out you need to pay for their socks and can only use their socks on top of paying to jump. In my opinion $12 is ridiculous! When we attended the party no one was told we had to pay to enter the jumping area, the only requirement was to have grip

We love taking our grandson here. Excellent value and great food.

We really enjoyed ourselves! The facility was very clean and the servers were attentive and pleasant. Our food was very good and served in a timely manner! We will definitely recommend this for a fun activity to friends. It's unusual for young servers to be prompt and thorough these days but they were here. We recommend when purchasing the play cards to use the time choice instead of the currency choice it was a better experience with the younger kids. It was easy to pause your time as well. I hope this hel

Pricey, cost $100 for 3 kids to have 1 hour of play each. The tokens they received were traded in for about 5 small lollypops each! The new small trampoline area was an extra $12.00 each for all-day play. We ate pizza at a different restaurant before going.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
