We celebrated my nephew's birthday yesterday at Chuck e cheese in Manchester. We had a great party, and the staff went above and beyond. I have a special needs cousin who is obsessed with vacuums. My daughter and I love this place! Always new modern/upgraded games to play and it's clean, never too busy, and the food quality is high (fresh, hot, as expected with the exception of the sampler being a small portion). The games are well-maintained with staff (usually) eagerly there to help if issues arise.

My toddler had the best time here! We got the summer plan and have unlimited visits for 2 months for $50. I love the peace of mind of having the UV stamps and security area to only leave with your own kids. The new trampoline area was great for him to get out energy and he could bounce back and forth from games to trampoline to having a few bites of pizza. Hosted my son?s 4th birthday party yesterday. They made it so easy for me. My party host Carla was amazing; she was super sweet and handled everything. Location was clean, bathrooms were clean. All my kids and nieces and nephews (and the adults) had fun! Pizza was good. Would definitely host here again.

Way over priced and bounce house cost additional money on top of the already steep price to play for an hour. And then my kid gets kicked out of the bounce house after four minutes. After you pay for your kid to be in there. Additionally, you have to buy their socks in order for your kid to even go in the bounce house! Plenty of tables and chairs in space for families. They even have a smaller section for younger children. They have long tables with lots of chairs for birthday parties. The one thing they could do better on is having the person who's in the Chuck e cheese costume be a little bit happier and what not. The person in the suit just kind of waves and that's it. The lady who worked with the ticket / prize redemption area was super nice and patient waiting on my kids to choose their prizes(s). My LO is obsessed with CEC. Admittedly, the staff is ?familiar? with us, as my LO is here probably weekly (or more ??). All the employees had good attitudes and we're upbeat. The bathrooms were clean and mostly stocked (no soap in the females). Made some awesome memories they have games for ALL ages, the games and play points are reasonably priced 30bucks got my son about 2 hours straight give or take. Chuck E. Cheese isn't the same mouse from back in my time when we would crawl through the tunnels that were hanging from the ceiling.

Food was okay. If you go with unlimited time for games it's a better deal for kids so they can just play and enjoy which is a nice idea. It seemed to be well staffed and friendly service the whole time.

We had our daughters 6th birthday and it was a fantastic experience!! Our party hosts was right on top of everything, the only thing I had to "worry" about was gathering everyone back to the table at the appropriate times. The facility was very clean, and the entire staff was very friendly.

Went there for my anniversary! They don't use tokens which I was sad about... But they had a pretty good selection of games . The atmosphere was great for kids. The hubby and I chose to skip on the play pass .. but we kept our card which we can reactivate, and points don't expire!

This place is extremely expensive and not great for little kids anymore. They at some point replaced the activity tunnels , ball pit , etc with a trampoline area. Overall I like chuck e cheese. My son absolutely loves it here! It's a good price for the money when you buy the "time" to use. However, charging 16.49 plus tax for a personal pizza? The slices are literally 3 inches small. The pizza fits perfectly in an 8" paper plate for almost 17 dollars is crazy. I will say their pizza is good though!

My son had a blast! He spent alot of time in the big play tunnel attached to the ceiling that he climbed around in with the other kids there.The only complaint we have is he was discouraged when he didn't get alot tickets for playing the games and he was mad when a game didn't give tickets at all. Surprisingly good pizza. The staff was on the ball and checked in on our group enough to let us know they were there, but not an annoying amount. The place was clean for what it is and most importantly, the kids all had fun.

Lots of games had issues or broken. Had to have someone come fix the ticket dispenser several times because nothing came out. Pizza wasn't great, but kids had a good time so that's what matters most. The pizza here was surprisingly delicious ! Great staff. Lady stamping hands at the door took her job VERY seriously! Chucky came out and did the shuffle dance and ticket toss. Kids loved it and there was another staff member that also joined with the shuffle dance ..she had other duties to attend to but she made sure she did the shuffle. Cant wait to fo back. Great job.

My wife and I attended a Birthday party for a 4 year old family member. The pizza was average and the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. Lots of games and things to do for families with children. At 55+ it is not a place that my wife and I would just drop by. Geared totally for younger families.

Had a birthday party today. Really like the new token structure (card). Staff was friendly and helpful. Even the cooking staff was approachable and accommodating. Fun atmosphere.

We can't get enough of this place. My 3 year old goes nuts for about an hour or so, and crashes hard for the night. The pizza was really good. Make sure you download the app for 500 bonus points. Good selection of prizes for the kids. Chuck e Cheese could have used a bit more energy. Whoever it was definitely didn't appear to be enjoying their role. Lol. I like the stamp on the way in to ensure kids are exiting with the appropriate adult. The place can get busy, so be prepared for that.

I went on a week day the lady in the beginning was very nice. There weren't many options for games an hour there was enough for my kids. A lot of the games were temporarily out of service or didn't work. I had to go get an attendant few times to fix our games or get a puck for air hockey game. The games also don't give out much tickets whether you do good or not. Kids like it. It's something to do but a little boring. Little pricy. It was 40$ for 120 min.

Every time we come here with the 2 kids it's been pretty fun. Some days it's busier than others. I would say most games are always working. Haven't tried the food because it's just seems pricey. They always make sure to check your stamp before you leave. I don't see any hand sanitizer around. You would think there would be some since it's probably infested with germs! So we always sanitize our hands afterwards.

My biggest gripe is that Sensory Sundays should be more often, not just once a month. Autistic kids exist more than once a month. The quality of the food has gone down, they got rid of the majority of their attractions that were friendly for the smaller kids in favor of things that made them more money. Replacing the animatronics with huge TV screens was their worst idea. Kids don't need to be sat in front of the TV and fed garbage through a screen. The staff are at least nice and helpful. My grandson lost his mind upon entering this establishment. Games galore and lots of kids. I could have done without the Kid Pop music but he danced from one game to the next. The pizza was delicious and Chuck E Cheese arrived for a birthday party as well.

For our granddaughter's 8th birthday last week, we went to chuckle cheese. We had three kids, four adults. I called the day before with the best way for the 7 of us. I had excellent service on the phone. We arrived the next day and got a large combo meal with two pizzas. It was plenty for us all we got a cake and three cards to play games. The kids loved having the cards and playing !!!!!! Will go back

Birthday party for a 5-year-old was excellent. We had very good pizza and the kids had a good time using up their birthday cards on their machines, I just wish the person who used the microphone to speak. Had it louder and it was really hard to hear because of all the noise from the games. I almost feel there should be some type of separation between the stage and eating and games..

It is fun for kids that are 6 and up in my opinion. There is no longer a ball pit or jungle gym. Our 9yo loved it while our 3yo and 1yo really didn't see much to do for them. A lot of the games were shut off or not working properly. The pizza was good but the app sampler was cold and very small for the price. The prizes are over priced for not having games working.

Manager went above and beyond to resolve a game card issue for my kids tonight. Food was good and restaurant was clean (accept for the drink one of kidgets accidentally spill, sorry:( ). Bathrooms were really clean, which a challenge for anyplace that caters to children entertainment. Good work!

Thank you so much for an awesome Halloween themed day it's our favorite holiday. We haven't been back since Covid when Chuck E was hibernating. The smiles from the littles when he came out was absolutely priceless thank you. We had to stay longer to see him again for the dance party. All in all a very good couple hours. The kids loved it of course they would but left alot to be desired for grown ups when I was a kid the games were better and the place itself was bigger. Need more food choices and drink choices and staff should be more aware of games broke down while kids are still pumping in their money and wasting it. I wished it felt more nostalgic

This Chuck E Cheese is great! It's super clean and a gentleman is cleaning the entire time and he was so diligent. It's very clean, excellent customer service and we had a really fun time. I had SO MUCH FUN! I absolutely loved it there. Brought back so many fun childhood memories :') They still have some of the old games I used to play. I think it's a lot more fun than Dave and Busters ESSPICALLY for little ones. The games range from easy to kind of challenging. So I think anyone could go there and have fun really :) The staff are super sweet and ALWAYS ON TOP of keeping things clean. 5 Stars from me

Good for little kids, concerning for older kids.I remember the one when I was a kid had the tubes in the ceiling and ball pit. It was a bigger location though maybe that's it. We always have a great time, don't typically go during peak hours so it's not usually crowded. Disappointed they got rid of the climbing structures- especially the little baby/toddler one. We don't spend as much time here as we used to because of it. Food is decent but over priced (along with everything else). We used to go pretty frequently (I've saved all the photos they've taken in the car with chuck e.) but now it's only 2-3x/year. It's just too expensive now.

Went for a kids birthday, the games are much better for younger kids and the fact that you can buy unlimited games by the hour is really great. The pizza was better than I've had at other types of places.

My wife and I took our 4 yr old daughter here today and had a pretty decent time. The place was surprisingly clean. The food was great and all the kids were well behaved. I couldn't believe it. The only thing that stops me from rating 5 stars is that the staff cleared our drinks off the table while we were playing games when we weren't even done with them, however after notifying someone, they were courteous enough to replace them. Highly recommended for a clean, inexpensive experience for the young one

Was there for a birthday party package for my friends daughter. The packages they offer for partys are pretty good. But The pizza tasted freezer burnt they should also ask the children what type of dots everyone would like instead of making a mixture and hope that every child will receive a flavor they will enjoy also those tasted a little off not sure but weird flavor maybe a little freezer burnt just didn't taste fresh normally taste way better. We enjoy going here on days the weather isn't great. Able to game for $20 for an hour (pretty inexpensive). Never had the food, but full salad bar is avail, as well as kid friendly options. Crowd is a mixed bag, but not typically crowded. Restrooms are clean and the games don't feel all sticky.

This Chuck E. Cheese location is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside! Which is great. Clean, nice staff and decent food. Cost for food and tokens are I think are a bit pricey.. That's why only go like once or twice a year. They've been more greedy with the selection of prizes. They are for the kids! I think they should add better toys and affordable ones. This Chuck E. Cheese is extremely clean and well maintained. The pizza is delicious however the food prices are a bit steep, $45 for a pizza and chicken fingers combo? Overall a great place to spend an afternoon. I also like how they stamp parents & kids hands on the way in as an extra safety measure.

Our kids, 2 and 4, love it here! Games usually give more tickets than most places and are constantly rotating. Staff is helpful and friendly. We never eat hear, so I can't comment on the food. When Chuck E. visits the crowd, the staff throws out free tickets for the little kids, which is nice for them. We'll be back!

Extremely pricy, $ 153.00 for 6,14,15 year Olds and 2 adults. Included 1 pizza, salad bar and 3 1 hour plays. X $31.00 however you have to pay an additional $ 3.00 for the play card. You do not get a lot of tickets to spend either. 166 to be exact.

Great place for kids to play games and get energy out of there system. Food has been much improved over what it was but still has some ways to go to be a regular stop, yet that's not the reason people go. Overall it's clean and each child and adult pair get there hands stamped and then checked on the way out to verify you have the right kiddo.

We are here usually once a week! My son loves the games and we take advantage of their great buffet! They put out a new pizza all the time so your never bored. Granted like any place dealing with electronic devices they do break, but this store fixes and checks them every week and is really putting in a good effort to keep it all working! Went with my 7 year old and a couple of his friends. We didn't eat so I got him a card with 100 "points". They all had a great time. 3 hours of playing games and playing in the tubes and the excitement of picking out his prizes. Was a great day! Was clean and staff were helpful.
