Our kids love it. Generally good natured staff. Booked an expensive party, had an inexperienced staff at register who wouldn't let me check in at 1210 when I arrived for the 1230 party, said she needed to check first, but proceeded to check in people in line. I finally walked back at 1215 because she ignored me, carrying party gifts decor and cupcakes, and found a family of our guests already back there! Then, they set the table for 6, when I ordered for 9, which caused a fiasco when the others showed up. T

We've been to Chuck E. Cheese several times now and always have a great experience. The staff is super friendly and patient?especially when my kids take forever picking prizes at the gift counter! They run awesome deals for homeschoolers, birthdays, and unlimited play passes. Most games work well and there's a good variety for all ages. The place is clean, the food is better than expected, and it always feels safe and welcoming. It's become one of our favorite spots for a fun family outing!

My kids had a blast!! The promotion available right now is amazing. I took my son for his birthday and bought the unlimited hour pass for 8 weeks. This is the best promotion I've seen any play place offer. Now, we get to go back once a week for an hour of play, and I get a 20% discount on food and beverages. The workers are all kind and helpful. This is a great place for younger kids to have fun, and a huge plus is that the kids can not just run out the doo due to amazing security measures in place. My son

You really can't beat the classics sometimes. This facility was perfect for my 4yo's birthday party. You pay per child that attends the party and there are a lot of packages to choose from. The whole place was very clean. It never felt overcrowded. The pizza was fantastic, the souvenir cups and goody bags were great. I even opted for an in-house cake that was the perfect size and tasted just as good as it looked. The party helpers were informative and a great help throughout the afternoon. Almost every game

We were going twice a month with our grandchildren and everyone was so nice to us and everything was just great. We just had a birthday party for our oldest granddaughter and it was perfect and our precious grandbabies had a wonderful time. And Chuck E was so sweet to all of my grandbabies and he was especially sweet to our birthday girl. And my poor babies have been through so much this past year so we all really appreciate everyone being so kind. God bless y'all!

Kids love it! We have the family pass and go frequently. Food is good and atmosphere is nice and relaxing. 4 star bc some games don't always work and take coins and not give tickets or points.

The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. Of course the set up is totally different than what it used to be in my younger years and when we used to take our children.

Great place to go. They can't help what the adult public does like smoke weed everywhere outside even though it's about their children not them. But Chuck E Cheese and the whole staff and the place in general is awesome!!

I booked an Ultimate Package for my great granddaughter Aerith for her 3rd Birthday. We had a very large party 16 adults and 8 children. Our server Pamilya was the best server ever. Everyone at the party was constantly saying how much fun they were having. I'm going to try to talk my great granddaughter for next year to use their decorations. This way you just have to bring gifts and cake only if you want. You have no mess to clean up. My adults helped my server clean our tables off but she was doing it. Sh

3 stars bc 4 said I liked it. 3 is for..its ok. Typically Chuck E Cheese, millions of kids everywhere living their dreams and a few adults in the ceiling tunnels. About 6 parties going on at the same time. Fun fun fun. Dont expect to find your kid when it's bday time, of course they'll be on the opposite side of wherever you are looking. Also I couldn't tell if there was a kid scalping cotton candy bags here orrrr if they actually worked here. But the staff that was identifiable, well let me tell you, thes

It was my daughter's birthday and the staff was completely amazing. Tamilya, Taegan, and Tabatha. They were kind, attentive, and even danced with her. She loves the new trampoline. Everything was accommodating. The food was great and it came up fast! It was clean. Tamilya, Taegan, Tabatha were hands down the best hostess/ employees I have encountered going to this location. They were very friendly and welcoming.

We had a preschool graduation party here. The staff was amazing. The kids had so much fun.

Fun for the kids. Pizza was good. It was loud but I think that's a requirement. Lol

I went on a Monday. Customer service was great. The food and salad bar was good. (Salad bar was fresh.) I can't complain at all. Will for sure be going back.

Huge shoutout to our party host Patience on her kindness and attentiveness to our family and our birthday girl. Very impressive with her attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. She deserves recognition. Thank you for everything. We had a great time. Very clean place with great security measures. We all had a great time! And the pizza was actually as good as I remember in the early 2000s when I would go all the time as a kid. Great nostalgic for those of us that are 90s babies. The adults had just a

Came with my kids to see Grandpa and cousins. Had an amazing time but one guy and his girlfriend hogged the SpongeBob game like come on this place is for kids. They should have a time limit.

This was the cleanest Chuck E Cheese I've ever been to! The staff was friendly and our birthday party was well planned out/organized. There is a great assortment of games for everyone!!! We really enjoyed our time there and will be going back. Thank you for making this day special for our daughter and all of her friends!

Happy Birthday to my granddaughter???????????????? she's 10, Laiken Ranes??We are having a blast ??Love Nana?? I'm so happy to spend time with my 3 grandkids truly blessed ??

I came in with my kids and paid $100 for about 7/8 gaming machines to be broken. We couldn't even take our pictures we take when we go in because that was one of the machines down. I didn't complain and I don't usually do this but that was to much money for all the machines to be down. We haven't been in about a year or so but when we do come we never had a problem before. The food was great ??

Loud with a lot of kids having fun playing games and eating pizza. The pizza is not the greatest but it is kidcentic!

It was a good experience. The only thing that went wrong was the giving away of one of my pizzas, but they were quick to solve the issue.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This specific location has gone above and beyond to ensure that my kids had a magical time. The Chuck E Character employees were some of the best, most outgoing, and friendliest that I've ever seen. Could rival certain Orlando theme parks with their kid-friendliness and performance. The staff who play Chuck E. have a very special place in my daughters heart, and I hope their managers see just how far they all run the extra mile for these kids. (Managers were also super f

We visited at chuck E Cheese in Gulfport today, after church. I wanted to say that Allison was wonderful and does great job. Not just with us but with customer after customer as I watched her hussle as we were waiting on our order. There were 4 other associates. there that I saw, but they were not helping her at all, not even when she had a long line. The other associates did not care of how hard or fast she was working. They did not help her! I noticed that they could have helped with the other register o

Lots of fun toddler friendly games. I was late for my reserved party which is my fault as I drove from Texas but staff was very inconsiderate, rushed everything, denied my discounts and hurried my party when it wasn't asked for. The host who rushed everything due to trying to get off early was not even needed. We simply just wanted to play games, sing happy birthday, and eat our cake. Very disappointing experience! To top it off they did not allow my emotional support dog inside, didn't even consider it. Ju

Had my daughters 6th birthday party here on a Saturday. Short staffed but with patience our hostess made sure it was a success. For small parties (10 kids or less) it's perfect.

Lots of games for the family. The pizza was surprisingly good.

So happy they finally got rid of most of the defective games. really like the new ones and my son does too. lots of fun for the whole family, yummy pizza and I can't get enough of their salad bar.

My grandson had an amazing time! Tge food was good too.

Great place to be a kid! We had my daughter birthday there and they didn't disappoint. The staff was very friendly and took on the majority party responsibilities even cut up the cake for us so the kids had enough time to play and do presents. The party pricing is very reasonable. Great value, our party host did an amazing job!

It really is fun for the kids -- for the adults, not s'much. But I don't go there expecting to have fun for myself. I will say that the staff is always so friendly here and not in a creepy way.

Had a wonder experience while visiting with the grand babies. Not a lot of employees working when we got there Allison the person working the counter was doing an out standing job even when she got busy. Nice Job Allison

Fun. Not like it was when I was a kid. Not as many games to enjoy like we had growing up. But place was clean. Only tried the drinks and it wasn't anything special. But not bad. Prices are okay. But it takes a lot of tickets to even get one single tootsie roll. And kids get so discouraged. Wish there would be more games for kids rather then half the building being a party area.

chuck e cheese is a great place to go for ur family but their prices are not family friendly. 12$ for salad, 18$ for 10 wings, 25-30$ for a large pizza , etc it's just best to play and eat else where . I don't recommend eating here if u on a budget. overall clean & fun

Great.my Twin's Grandsons birthday party. The Atmosphere Great.it Brought back memories from the Day's I use to take my Son's.The Mouse was Great.

Our local CEC closed down a few years ago, and this Gulfport location is an absolute gem! We were initially impressed by the summer pass, but due to the amazing staff, this has become our favorite family outing. We will still be customers long after summer now! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure an exciting experience. We could go to another CEC, but we drive from Slidell, Louisiana, to this location, primarily because of the incredible employees?especially Ms. Taegan and Ms. Allison. My toddler abso

So why did I give it five stars? Because they are so few places like this where you can take your kids for a birthday party and have decent pizza with a salad bar and the place be clean. Recently remodeled, the place was kept clean and all the machines worked while we were there. Pizza was very good and always has been.

It's a bittersweet feeling to walk into this place. Once it was something I've always wanted to go as a kid, but it has since declined immensely. I hope Chuck E Cheese can become what it was in the past with its unique experiences it used to provide.

I'm a silver member. For $12/month I get 100 (value $43) each time I go in! I take my grandkids all the time

The place is so much nicer now that they remodeled. Kids love it here

Feel like chuck e cheese had been on the decline for a long time. No more animatronic puppets (just videos), expensive food for the quality, no more tunnel/ ball pit, and all the games are just chance ticket winning games and a couple ride one. With all that said the service is usually great at my location and my 2 year old still enjoys it. I do think their birthday party packages are good since you don't really have to do any setup or cleanup.

Very clean establishment. Staff was courteous. Kids had a blast. The pizza was pretty good too. We had an official birthday party here, and the hostess took care of everything. Basically just showed up, had fun, and left. The revamp did wonders. It's a really great place to take the kids to burn some energy. I will suggest always buying the all you can play though. You can burn through tokens super quickly. I only gave it a four star because it's REALLY loud inside. Between the games and the music, it can b

It was fun for the kids. They do serve beer, but you're limited to how many per hour. Fair enough. The kitchen staff didn't seem to know how to check your food orders and told me to take whatever was at the window. She said she was not sure if it was mine but I could have it. Kind of weird. In the Gulfport/Biloxi area,Chuck E Cheese is okay, but your kids would have way more fun at Big Play in Biloxi across from the beach on Veterans Blvd. Way more games, and they have adult activities/games, as well.

Chuck E. Cheese is a fun, clean, and convenient place to hold a kids' birthday party. The party table is already set up prior to your scheduled arrival by a party hostess/host. The arcade games are ready to go. The kids have fun, and the adults are free to enjoy their children. Clean up is taken care of by the hostess. It's as easy as that!

It's been at least 5 years since I visited this store. Store was clean and bright. Even though the stage and band are no longer, the presence of the mouse is still seen through pictures. The games are directed towards young children and this makes for a safer environment for birthday parties. The food and game prices have gone up as well. I find the pizza was better than before. Overall a definite improvement for the younger children.

The server was ok but I didn't care for there good. Thin pizza is not my thing but for the children they had a blast. Next year I will be at home no Chuck E. Cheese for me.

The manager that scanned us in was so nice and informative. He scanned us in and explained all the new services they offered. The nice young lady that helped me with placing my order on June 23rd was so helpful since we haven't been there for a while. It was so much cleaner and brighter! They took away the tunnel to climb in and the balls to jump in thank goodness! More games were added and the grandsons loved it! They are 5 and 6 and said it was the best pizza they ever ate! Their salad bar was well stocke

Nice staff but very slow lines. Most families seem to spend about 20 minutes in line deciding what all they want and asking a ton of questions. They need more than one line open. Maybe a manager can open a register instead of watching everyone stand in line. Most of the games are working well, and my daughter has a really fun time when we go. The ticket redemption counter could use extra staff too.

Usually we have a good time here but today there was only one person on staff, which opened an opportunity for a sketchy character to walk right in. She appeared to be homeless and was riding a bicycle which she left outside. No child with her. No check when she walked in. She used the restroom that my 11 year old was in and then walked over to my toddler who was with my other 11 year old while I cleaned up our pizza mess and started recording her with her phone. I shot her a dirty look and she left the est

1 pizza took an hour. The girl at the front was rude for no reason and most likely hates her job. Go to the arcade down by the beach overall better.

My son loves coming in to play. Certain days you can spend twenty bucks for an hour play pass and go to town on games. During the earlier hours is the best time to go. Its not as noisy and kids aren't trampling you to get to games. Its always clean and the employees try to help you the best they can.

Great food but they took out some of the best games. And the ones that were worth playing kept breaking down. Love the play pass though

lots of fun for the family. you pay by the hour which is new to me. super nice staff :)

This is an excellent Chuck E. Cheese. Friendliest people in town.

I was very pleased. The staff was friendly and very attentive. They explained everything in detail. My hostess Krystal did an awesome job. She was patient and great with kids. I think the place have been recently remodeled. I was very impressed with the taste of the food. My son turned 5 and had a blast. I couldn't of been more pleased.

Was pushed to get a plan they offer now, I gave in and they threw in some extra drinks and such. Games all worked so it was fun. But I was with a large group and 8 of us were all sick the next few days! Food poisoning? I think so!!! ?? ?????? won't be returning!

I will never go back to this location if I ever even visit another chuck e cheese. At first I thought I was feeling disappointed about the changes, but as the night went on I realized it was more. To begin with I called before going and asked some questions because I was also thinking of big play. Everything I was told that made me choose there was a lie. Chuck didn't come out when he was supposed to. Although he did come out for the birthday party he sang and interacted with the wrong child the entire time.

The staff was friendly! The facility was so neat and clean! I noticed the workers sanitizing to make sure everyone stays safe. There were hand sanitizer stations. We went for my daughter's 2nd birthday! She had a blast!! Would definitely be visiting again!

I went to birthday party for a 6 year old. The birthday girl had a great time. Even not quite 3 year old brother had a great time. All the children did. The staff member in charge of the party was great with both adults and children. She was able to get children to co-operate with ease. I wish I had that ability. I ate before I got there but everyone seemed to like the food and there was a wide variety of pizza. The salad bar looked good. The staff even cut cake and offered to cut it any way parents wanted

When we went for my son's first birthday just to get out for a while. The staff was good the food was good to my family but to me I didn't like it. We did have an issue though with the drink machines..... Both of them. Seemed all the drinks were losing the carbonation in them. We informed the staff but they shrugged us off. The activities at the locations is very slim. Would like to see more activities for the little ones aside from the 4 that is there now.

I love the fact that they use the refillable game cards now. You have more versatile experience I believe. You can purchase an unlimited block of time for a flat rate. They also have revamped some of the older games. It's still one of the better values for birthday parties. The buffet hours are good and it's an excellent value for the quick visit for lunch on play dates!

Typical every other Saturday thing with the kids. Different people everything. Some new games were added and they changed the party room a bit. Over all its still a fun place to go.

The kids had fun but the staff wasn't that great. Particularly a manager named Mia. I was there for a birthday party and she didn't once make any effort to make the birthday girl feel special or even welcome. As a matter of fact she did quite the opposite. I was there for 3 hours and never saw her smile once. I understand we all have bad days but if your job is helping make sure kids have fun you may want to at least pretend to care about what they want.

The gulfport location of Chuck E Cheese is our absolute FAVORITE place to go. We visit at least once a week and the staff know us by name. Everyone is so friendly and the food has really improved over the years. We love the new stuffed crust option and the buffet whenever we can catch it. This location is always clean and the staff is very helpful with whatever you need. We have had many birthday parties here, too. They have great options for package deals and even allow you to build your own party when a p

Our last couple of visits have been outstanding! Its hard to find friendly and kind workers these days but Chuck e cheese has the sweetest and most helpful workers I've encountered in a long time! The manager at the gulfport location is definitely doing something right to have these people so calm, happy and extremely helpful in a building full of screaming children! ?? the games were fun and the pizza was delicious but the customer service is the reason we will be back!

They helped me on a last min bday party. I started out with a reservation for 6 and ended up adding 5 kids. Not all at once either. Kayla was so patient and sweet. She helped me out. Tony was a huge help too. He helped me on the phone. I planned a party at 3p but they didn't have an opening until 4. They allowed my party to start early and it was a hit! Customer service was outstanding. Safe and clean for the kids. They ran out of time on their card and still had a blast for an extra 30 Mon to just be a kid

The games are good variety for a good range of ages. Good family fun. Prices are a little high, as everything these days. Tip: Definitely go for minutes rather than points (game tokens).

About half of the games were broken, wouldn't work, or head errors after it took the money on the cards. The selection of games have went down a lot. The man at entrance was nice and they took the parties picture. That made me feel safe so no one would take a kid out of the establishment that's not theirs. That's the only reason I gave them 1 star. Their pizza was overpriced and the taste resembled cardboard, 4 of their soda flavors were flat, and their tables were sticky and hadn't been clean. Step it up C

Had my son's bday party here today at 12:30... absolutely perfect! Veronica, our party hostess was attentive, helpful, and cheery, made the event great for all, especially me the overbearing-perfectionist-mom! We were taken care of from beginning to end... my hands were full walking in and they took our things to the table and offered to take things to our car at the end. Chuck E. stuck around after the birthday song/dance to help my son blow his candles out and pose for pictures... highlight of my sons

My kids always have a blast! But a lot of the games are always out of order or not working right. I wish new games would be added to make it more fun!

Visited here today with my daughter and 2 year old grandson. Customer in front of us was having an issue with the employee at the register. The employee seemed uninterested and finally another employee came out. This was a lengthy issue and the customer asked for the DM?s name and number and was told they did not give out their number. Customer said every business is required to give that info out and the 2nd employee said of course, I can give you the card, I just can't write their number down for you.,..

I take my daughter here from time to time. The place is so boring now. They barely have games for the children to play. The olds days were much fun and live with the animatronics. Oh Chuck E new style is terrible.

Pizza was terrible! 1/8 of an inch thick !

Everything was great besides the food. I got a combo to find out they were out of stock of some of the items. I made due and still ordered it. Got our food to have some COLD wings. Cold poultry is a food safety red flag. I informed the staff and explained I would just like the get other combo since they are out of the other options. She agreed and started to refund me, after she explained how I would have a pending authorization that would fall of from the original charge. Then a lady walked up in a black b

We had a blast celebrating my boys birthdays today! Mr. Tony was very helpful and attentive! All the staff were kind and pleasant to be around.

Great time , the kids enjoyed themselves.

Several games not working properly for months now. No excuse. Staff looks like they're not excited to be at work. Look like the kids are bothering them.. except for a couple of them. The one star is for hope. Hope u guys get yalls ish together. My son be like "dad can we go to chuck e cheese?" I be like "but why?!!" All u gone do is get disgusted after 30 minutes bc all the games you like to play are broke.

Everything was good and fun My 3 year old grandson celebrated by himself along with his family The staff was excellent and Chuckee and staff came out and played with my grandson and helped us sing happy birthday...thank you all for great customer service...

I was very un-pleased with my service, after paying two hundred dollars for my child's party i was expecting to enjoy the party, but the hostess was very inpatient with the children and i didn't like the fact that we were being rushed! and to top it all off the worker behind the ticket both looked and acted as if she didn't want to be there..rolling her eye's and sighing. i was very disappointed in the location's service.

I've been to this place many times and it's not the greatest. They now have the Buffet mon-Friday I thought it was a good idea until I actually paid for it and they do not keep the Buffet stocked with pizza. Once the pizza runs out, it takes 20-30 minutes before they refill every single time. It could be slow and they still don't refill the line. Do not waste your time on the Buffet. *update* I've decided to not purchase the pizza buffet anymore. Everything else is great there, very willing to accommodate

Great place to take your kids for a party. I just wish all these places still did tokens so me as a parent could really see how far our money goes... Everything is all on credits now a days so it makes things a bit more complicated for me as an adult.. and the prizes they give kids aren't worth the high number of tickets they are asking you are better off just buying them whatever they want as they do sell the prizes thankfully.. otherwise my kids would of never gotten that soccer ball... Lol

My toddler loves is. You can now pay for unlimited tokens per quarter hour, which is a big money saver. 30 minutes of unlimited tokens for $10?? Why not?! This kid and grandfather was hogging one particular machine and getting lots of tickets for prizes. If that's your thing then get there now before they change this policy!

The food was great, and the games were fun!! My family and I didn't go during the greatest time, but it was mid day on a Tuesday and we had the place to our selves. Maintenance was being done on some of the games, but we had fun!!

I gave it a four star because it was smaller than we are used too. We came during COVID so not all the games were available to play, but we did still enjoy our time there. The manager here was very nice.

Overall this Chuck E. Cheese's is good. They we're very good about fixing any issues of mine and other patrons around me while being very polite. There are two main areas that I see need improvement, the first is a company wide issue with the games and machines malfunction too often. The last area is the over all cleanliness of but this may be due to the time of day they we're very busy. Overall, I think the employee here did their jobs well.

We arrived at 835, not knowing this facility closed at 9, the owner quickly reminded us that they closed at 9 and was trying to detour us from going in. against his will i assured him it was fine, we were only there to waste time anyhow. at 859 i saw an employee telling a child no more than 3 that he had to leave because they were closed, which i found completely out of line, mainly in the manner it was done. We will never come back here. You can tell its under new management and they've done a terrible jo

Took my grandson for the first time and he found a few games he really enjoyed. Pizza was good

Better for kids 5 to 12ish. Not sure I like the timed play option with only one pause available. But over all a great way to pass a rainy afternoon with the family.

Absolutely will not come back to this location or recommend this establishment to anyone. My son and I JUST left this Gulfport location and it was my absolute worst experience ever. The manager (black female didn't catch a name tag) was extremely RUDE. My son along with three of his friends got a smiley faced hat whistle with their tickets they won. This whistle is an option to get as a prize... Chuck e cheese offers this toy. The manager rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed along with all the employees ma

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
