We were here for a birthday party and had such a great time! The staff was great even through the chaos of 3 parties at once and the abundance of children surrounding Chuck E. when he came out. They had a new dance floor that was super fun and new games as well! The trampoline was also a fun addition, though it's kind of a bummer that you have to pay for the socks to go into it.
It's a little small but services good. Because the size it can get packed pretty quickly. It had been awhile since I've been last so the pizza that they have now is actually better than what they used to. A great place to take small children.
I loved this cec location because it's close to my house it was small but I had a great time. The studio c stage is in great condition but the animatronic chuck was stuck looking towards the tvs. Wish this location wouldn't get the remodel or at least make the location have the stage and animatronic with the dance floor like the San Jose location does.
Kind of small, staff kind of slow when cleaning the tables that are left unattended which is an issue when the place gets pretty crowded. The arcade games feel just like mobile games defenility not worth the price.
Over $80 for two kids under 7 to play for 1 hour. Each having a personal pizza and drink. Seemed excessive to me.
Not good very nasty at salad bar tables was nasty and dirty when I got there
Chuck E Cheese was smaller than expected, the arcade games were alot of fun and my son really enjoyed it. The food was good too the only draw back was it smelt of feet! Oh and there was no jungle gym
Love this place! It's always been our go-to place for 30 years. Such great memories!
Was really looking forward to going here when I saw they had a Lunch Buffet now. Sadly I was disappointed! This is not the Chuck E Cheese?s you remember when you were a kid that great tasting Cormeal crusted Pizza is now plain and stale tasting. Then the guy working there tried to tell me he's worked there for 18yrs and they have Never had Crust with the Cornmeal on bottom, first I don't think this location has even been here that long, second I doubt anybody who has worked Chuck E Cheese?s for 18 straight
I was skeptical to come here due to mixes reviews however me and my family had a great time! Very clean, salad bar fully stocked l, pizza came out hot and very tasty. The staff were extremely courteous and made sure we purchased the best deals. I would definitely come back to this location
We've been to this location a couple of times and love it! The pizza is always so fresh and so good. The arcade is always very clean and the staff if amazing!
We didn't eat, just went for the games; but the selection of games is anemic, probably because the place is so small. My 5 year old little girl had difficulty finding anything of interest to her. It took us only 30 minutes to get bored/tired of the place. Her 76 tickets got her no prizes of interest. Sadly, I locked myself into a 1 year Silver membership, so I guess we'll be going back. Unfortunately, the next closest location is over an hour away.
Very friendly employees and clean. Very small compared to other Chuck E. Cheese?s but your little ones will not care/notice.
I am giving it three stars because my kids still enjoyed themselves, but this place needs help. 7 games were out of service and another 3 were only half working. And that was just their ticket-giving games. My kids didn't try the other games/rides. With so few working games and many other patrons, we wasted a lot of our ?unlimited game? time waiting for machines to be free or waiting for the cooldown to end when we accidentally scanned a game that ended up not working. This happened last time we can as well
Had a birthday party here for my sonand the staff was fantastic. Birthday parties with 15 or so kids running and screaming can be troublesome, but they took on my party and another with no problem.
Our hostess was Anastasia or Ana for short and she deserves 6 stars out of 5! Everything was all set up for the party. She met with us right away to determine pizza flavors and other details. She was attentive, checked on us often while still working at other store areas. It was customer service at pre-covid style level!! Our small group of kids had a blast--as did their parents playing games, taking pictures, and winning prizes. This was undoubtedly the best kids birthday venue because of it's combinat
Food was better than I expected and what I remember. The service was freaking awesome. I'd only go back back because of the nice young lady Anastasia at the front counter. She was very nice and very helpful with explaining the special that I seen online and helping me with it and understanding the game cards as well. I'll say it again. I'll only go back because of how well she treated my family.
Great Chuck E. Cheese! They have a good selection of games for all ages. The staff is always very nice and facilities are clean. Lacking one star because our last few visits the pizza hasn't been to good.
Way too much money for what little is included in a birthday party package. Pizza was ok but hard. It's ok just way overpriced for what you get.
This Chuck E. Cheese is a smaller location and has not been remodeled yet, but is not short of quality! Leslie helped us from the moment we walked in, none of us had been to a Chuck E. Cheese in a really long time and we were going to celebrate my niece?s 3rd birthday with our little family. She was patient with us figuring out how we wanted to go about gaming time and food, and was incredibly informative about the different deals and options. She deserves a promotion if she wants it and if not, at least gi
They made it look better and put new games for the kids.
My children love coming here and so do I! Anastasia and Leslie are the best, as well as Obella! The pizza is delicious! 10 out of 10
Terrible! Why would something like this for a kids place say this to the children!!! Unacceptable!! Good pizza tho
Kids love the New updated games, the pizza with stuffed crust. They enjoy running around and playing every single game!
I went to this location in hopes it would be fun for my one year old...no..they have nothing for babies!! I know they use to at other locations have a baby room.we spent over 100$ and the place was dirty, they don't sanitize that's a joke not once, salad bar cost 11$ and was poorly kept, bathroom had no toilet paper. Pizza was good that's why I gave them one star. I wanted my money back within the first 20 minutes.
My son's birthday party went really well with several surprises compared to previous trips to pizza arcades. The food was much improved over past trips and while not something you would expect from Gordon Ramsay, it was tasty and far from frozen cardboard. The inside was very clean and bright. The hour long game passes also did wonders with the kids not needing to worry about how many tokens are left to get to the next checkpoint. Very good experience.
We had a birthday party to celebrate my niece?s birthday. We had a blast. It was a family party and there was lots of fun to be had. The kids ran around and played games. I love the time played as opposed to a number of tokens. Every kid (ages 10 months - 9 yo) found games to play and something to do. The event planner was helpful and I saw at least two staff walking around cleaning games and rides. My mother-in-law uses a Quantum Edge power wheelchair and this facility was wheelchair accessible. She was a
It's pretty basic. Few of the games don't work. Most are not that entertaining for kids I took my 5 year old. She enjoyed a few games but was ready to leave in 30 minutes after trying everything that worked.
I had a Birthday party. We had a great time! A woman named Anna (if I got your name wrong I'm sorry) was very friendly. We dance with the crew, over all a great experience. Thank you
I have two children (5 years old and 2 years old) and given where I live, this is one of the few places that caters to such an age group. They have recently cleaned up and added more games applicable to that age group even. My 5 year old had her birthday party there and they went above and beyond to make it good. She really enjoyed it and really enjoys going to Chuck E. Cheese. I really like the 'security' there - although no where near foolproof, it is better than some places! Even the parents can enj
Fun place to take little ones. Slightly on the small side but the little ones find it very fun and the food is good.
We were invited to a birthday party here. Knowing my family's food allergies, we ate before we came. Good thing. The prices were outrageous: we weren't interested in the pizza, but the salad bar was $11.99. I mean, it is all you can eat, but that's outrageous. Won't ever come here to eat.
Just visited this location for the first time in several years. First off, the quality of the pizza has improved significantly. They have updated their games selection and removed other play areas (like a climbing house/slide) . That is great for the older kids but limits what younger toddlers can do. I would say it is more geared for the over 6 years old crowd. My largest complaint is that they still do not keep the hand sanitizer bins filled. These places are germ factories and at a prime time like
Grandsons have had parties here and all the kids seem to have such a great time every time!! However, this past Sunday( the 10th) their speaker was static every time they made a bday party announcement. ??
This is a very small Chuck E. Cheese. It gets cramped in there with a lot of kids and there aren't many tables outside of the birthday party tables. The salad bar is not worth the money. It costs almost $12 after tax. The ranch dressing is awful. It tasted like straight up vinegar. Mixed reviews on employees. Some are friendly, some seem annoyed to be at work. Restroom was clean and that's important for a place with lots of kids, so they get points for that.
Oh my goodness they were soo wonderful to my son for his birthday! We did the bday package and I didn't even have to slice a cake ! The server did it all and he had an amazing time! Highly recommend
I love this place and the pizza is good but the only problem is the parents who don't know they should still take care of their kids.. I know it's a place for kids but going there doesn't mean you can just sit at one of the tables and let everyone else take care of your kids.. One day I took my kids there and a little girl kept following us and taking our tickets.. WHERE THE HELL WAS HER MOM?? There is always a mom that does that.. every time we go
Place gets a bad wrap honestly, but for 10 dollars I can let my kiddo spend 30 min I believe to play and have a great time. I love seeing him get excited to see chuckie cheese so it's well worth it. Plus their birthday package and service during, is phenomenal, definitely will go back for many of my sons birthdays
Kids ALWAYS have a great time. They can definitely run wild & free here!
Just had my nephew's birthday party here and the food and the staff were amazing and made the experience very fun and easy. The food took a while to come out but was great when it did. My nephew had a blast and wants to go again, will be happy to do it again.
Fun place for kids. Good games. Lots of fun. Pizza price is a little too high.
We've had nothing but positive experiences with this Chuck E Cheese. It is a little small, but the staff is friendly, it's clean, and the pizza is surprisingly good (and they have a gluten free option). Go on a week night- much more enjoyable!
Went there to celebrate my nephew?s birthday. The place is smaller than most Chuck E. Cheese locations, but we still had a lot of fun! The guy at the counter was really patient and friendly as well!
Great place for my 5-year-old granddaughter's birthday. The pizza was good and they handled things very smoothly. Many games are at a good level for younger kids.
Great place for children and adults! New games, and seasonal activities are always happening! Only one little minor detail: The salad bar does not have beets and macaroni salad anymore. It's one of the things that's hard to order since the pandemic. It won't stop me from coming back; but I hope they will be able to add it back to the salad bar eventually. I will be back!??
ANASTASIA! SHE MADE OUR CHUCK E.CHEESE EXPERIENCE ABOVE AND BEYOND! SUPER FRIENDLY THE BEST EMPLOYEE IVE HAD AT A CHUCK E. CHEESE. SHES ALL ABOUT COSTUMER SATISFACTION AND VERY POLITE AND JUST SO FRIENDLY ALL AROUND. ALL EMPLOYEES SHOULD TAKE NOTES AND LEARN FROM HER. She was so kind to my kids I just can't thank her enough for being so sweet. I hope a manager reads this or something she deserves recognition ?
We had our daughter's 7th birthday party here. Amber was our party host. She was friendly and very attentive not only to us but also to my daughter and her friends. She even played some of the games with her so she can get more tickets. Awesome job, Amber! Thank you.
Really clean. 3 stars due to the horrendous fishy odor in men's restroom.
There's a promotion that if you download the app supposedly they give you 500 points we did it and guess what? It can take up to two days to create your user! Does the advertisement says that? Of course not. And the employee (young girl Latin look short curly black hair) says to us ? well the company lies? Like, really?!!
It was Fun experience for us.
The kids have fun here, games to play for toddlers to adults. The pizza is ok, salad bar doesn't have a lot of choices, but the kids don't care. You have to pay for a pass for the kids to use on the games. You can pause the pass only once, which isn't good if your child wants to sit or interact with Chuckie when he comes out to play. You should check out the prices for the different time lengths online before you get there. You may be able to find discounts online. But it is a lot easier to use the pass th
We had our sons 6th birthday party there. I've been there before and the service was mediocre. Our party host tonight was a girl named Jieun and she was on point! She served us well, patient with the kids, high energy and very helpful. She most definitely exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. They need to hold onto her!!
VERY MEH. Staff doesn't seem to care about anything at all. Very poor customer service. Very unfriendly. Even after attempting to initiate conversation with staff at price counter when redeeming my sons tickets I barely reviceied any eye contact or words back from several staff I encountered. There was ONE very friendly associate I converted with and I am sorry I didn't get his name. He was great ! Only reason I gave a 3* is because my son loved the experience. Otherwise 0* from me. @Chuck E. Cheese - plea
It was hot majority of the time. Not clean what so ever. Horrible staff. The only part of the staff that was nice and helpful was this sweet girl, who I assume is the manager. I understand that some people hate their jobs, but these workers were rude to the kids and parents.
It was very small and not a lot of games , not a lot of seating areas . I guess it was okay as long as the kids enjoyed themselves. If you're looking for something quick and it keeps the kids at bay.
Well the pandemic is over but yet over the load speaker repeats. Thanks for visiting chuck e. Cheese please remember to keep your mask on practice social distancing and stay safe. Alright chuck I'm not doing any of that there's no laws and the mask does more harm than good. So free y'all employees face when you get a chance. Okay I might understand the cooks wearing the mask their gross.
They only have a few games and 4 took my nephews coins and didn't work. The staff were really nice at the toy counter. But this place is in serious need of more games and better games.
My kids had an amazing
They truly believe in keeping children safe, I also love how it's so hard for your child to be taken or walked out by the wrong person.
Kids love it and us "Grandparents" get a break while looking like cool heroes!!! My granddaughter, Layla Seigler next to the Iconic Chuck E. Cheese picture ride.
Really just went in there to sit down and rest after a long walk in the mall next to it. I just people watched. So i dont know what the food tastes like and how the arcade is. Great atmosphere though. Will update when i do try everything.
I gave five stars to our host Christina she was super nice to my daughter and entire birthday group. We drove from Houston and we were a little exhausted just have to say you made our night enjoyable! Thanks
Ever time I go I order that high food! Wait hours and never receive the food. I always get my money back, it never go back to my card. Keep 21.00 just want come back??
Stuff crust pizza is the way to go! We always have fun here! Especially with the online coupons; my whole family can enjoy themselves here.
I love that all we have to do is show up! Everything is there and ready to go!! The kids have a blast and we are able to watch them while we eat and take pictures.
My 2 grandsons love it, one is eleven and one is seven. They develop a bond playing games together and that's what it's all about. Don't care about the cost.
Always good service when we go in the day time. My 2 year old loves it. Small but perfect for small kids. Especially on a really hot or rainy day
I really like the new thing they did with the cards. I like how you can purchase time rather than coins. It made the last trip so much more enjoyable.
Casey is amazing so funny and great with the kids she made are experience so much fun and so nice Talor is also amazing sweet and so nice great with the kids she has more patience then i do u have some great employees thank u girls we will be so coming back
We enjoy the amount of games we get to play for our money. The pizza is good and the staff is friendly. We always have a good time!
Had a great time and the grandkids loved the pizza. Very clean and nice staff. They need more staff slow process getting checked into the facility.
They were a great help foe the party! Had everything ready to go when we needed it and more than made up for any minor issues we had. Thank you guys for a great party for my son!
Clean establishment, fresh food.
Awesome...my Bug loved it. Best birthday ever...his exact words!!
Pizza burnt, wrong flavor wings, appetizer came out AFTER the pizza, which, we waited 45 minutes just for the pizza! The worst part was that the cook was also the busboy!! $72.00...what a waste...
They didn't have any ?? salad?? the pizza was ok. It's different than I remembered but a nice time for an active baby!
Its fun, but you can have 1500 tickets for prizes and get a toy that looks like it came from the 99 cent store.
I have never eaten here. But have been here to play with my 6 year old. It's very entertaining to the little ones and elders as well.
Birthday Party was awesome. I had an amazing helper. She was kind and always making sure we had everything we needed.
Didn't have a lot of games and was a little dirty , and needs to be updated
It's a kids place, the college station location is not the biggest and kids may be bored with in 2 hours, but its something to do, and the staff is nice .
My granddaughters favorite place. A bit pricey, but they deserve to have a good time!
There weren't enough games, and the prizes are awful.
Not a more spacious place for parties. And huge crowd at this place. Games are very interesting especially for kids . I recommend for kids outing but not for birthday parties
It's good for the kids. Pizza takes forever sometimes to be delivered to the table. But overall fun times with the kids.
Good place to take kids to run around and play games. Friendly staff and clean restrooms plus pizza aint to bad.
First time at this location and was great the employees were amazing very nice and helpful would definitely be going more often my girls had fun
Seems to have bad manager. Games are out of order. Employees either bored to do their job or look lost and don't know what to do. The place needs attention from top mangment. Probably, expansion of the place with new games and new manger.
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
