This was my first time at this Chuckie Cheese. It's 2 floors. I was expecting it to be bigger when looking from the outside. They have great games and stuff for the kids to do, similar to other locations. My kids loved the Ninja Turtle game they have at this location. The workers were attentive. Chuck E Cheese on Rt 10 is the one that my family loves the most. It's spacious and has a 2nd floor which holds some games for the 8 and over kids. Its clean, the food is great, staff is great and it's near other family fun attractions to make it a win win.

We booked a party at this Chuck e Cheese for my godson?s birthday and it was the best experience ever! The employees at the store were very attentive to our needs! The food came out hot and sang happy birthday very cute! They explained how the bracelets work for the duration of our party! They sang out loud to really bring the party atmosphere for the kids! Place has potential. Its large but half the games arnt working which is disappointing. The trampoline section sucks being that u pay ten bucks to jump but u have to wait for someone to unlock the door every time u want to go in. They should really have someone sitting there constantly seeing that kids run in and out. Please address this. It sucks to pay and have to look for someone every time ur child wants to go in.

My kid was invited to a bday party at chuck e cheese. I'd never been before. It was loud. Which was expected. The layout downstairs isn't that great, makes walking around kind of annoying. A good amount of games were out of order, minus 1 star. The card system they have in place of physical tickets is helpful. This two-story Chuck E. Cheese is the most unique location I've been to! There was some fun games there that I've never seen before and the animatronics work great! Where do I start not only did our food take 40 mins while the place was basically empty the food was cold. The slices were small like I am talking about thin and uneven. I was handed my food by who I assume was the manger with their vape in hand. I'm saying assuming was the manager due to the fact she was screaming at the rest of the staff honestly quite unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. She was also quite aggressive. Worst time ever! Multiple games either didn't work or were "out of tickets." We complained to managers who did nothing at first. We thought they would try to fix the machines that weren't giving tickets or at least restock the ones that said they were out, but they didn't. Funfilled place for whole family. Tab card access to all arcades. Multiple stories so if one level gets too crowded, move to the other one. Good seating arrangement in between games to keep an eye on your never tiring kids. Food, beverages, ice cream available for purchase.

Worst Chucky Cheese I have been in my life!!!!! It's a shame that such a good brand has a terrible staff and by the way so few people working that not even Chucky was available , and after asking several times it finally came out for literally 4 minutes. Went after getting a Groupon for the unlimited family pass, the pizza was actually pretty good! The arcades were a hit for the kids but you can tell the chain is a fraction of what it once was. There was a lot of empty space where games used to be?

They set all the games to minimal ticket amounts. So say even if you hit the jackpot you get at most 8 tickets for your game with most games giving 4 tickets. The food was good and they were nice, but you just can't win a lot of tickets which defeats the purpose of most of the games!

We had an Excellent fun time on a weekday with my 4 yo who was off from school. The whole place seemed very clean (though they should have people wipe down the games more due to Covid), 99% of the games worked, and the food came out quickly and was tasty. The animatronic characters I remember from my own childhood were constantly dancing and putting on a show. My son LOVED it, and I felt tons of nostalgia.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this place when I attended for a birthday party. The robot characters were a little creepy because their eyes kept closing like they needed some maintenance. The food was also awful, BUT I gave four stars because the kids had an amazing time and all of them wanted to stay forever.

We recently attended a party at this location and we were pleasantly surprised. The place is clean and well-kept. The party game with unlimited game play for two hours. I've taken my kids here a few times and they never want to leave. They have so much fun. Two floors of games and both floors are equally fun. The pizza always tastes good too. It's a perfect place to bring the kids for a treat or a birthday. Music and whole atmosphere is great too. Never had a bad time. Ve warned! No playground at this place, pictures are misleading, its only an "arcade" Very expensive and most game do not work. And the games that do work are rigged, it's either impossible to get tickets and if you do manage to get some, they always give you the very minimum. Terrible service. Ava or Eva the assistant party manager had an attitude. Very condescending didn't know what was going on half the time started the party late because she wasn't organized. Most of the employees are just young with horrible attitude. The food was cold, but the kids had fun. That's all that matters but terrible service.

I had two birthday parties for both my kids and each time offered great service, helpful hosts, good food and everyone had a great time including the adults! Very disappointing. Went to a birthday party, and the employees were less than enthusiastic. The employee who was supposed to be Chucky Cheese and entertain children barely clapped, moved, or engaged the kids. He just stoos there. And the girl who assisted was just as bad. Best play time and place for kids .. my kids lover it

This place is fun for kids. Except, it's always packed. Too many kids and not enough activities or space. Maybe its not like that on the weekdays. But it's a madhouse on the weekends. They also don't have a free play area like other chuck e cheeses. I feel like this needs a larger space for the amount of foot traffic and more activities overall for it to be bearable.

Went here for my daughter's friend's 4th birthday party. She loved all the video and ride games. There is also a second floor with more games. The pizza was good and my daughter loved the chocolate birthday cake. Chuck E came out to say hello to the birthday guests. This seems to be one of the large Chuck E. Cheese's and staff is friendly. They recently updated some of the machines and it spits out more tickets now so the games are more fun. I mean really for a small child 20-30 bucks can easily last a few trips and they'll have a blast. Good tube play area and lots of tot friendly games with a few for older kids as well.
