My kids love coming here. If you have a monthly pass it's very affordable. And worth it. Otherwise it's kind of expensive. I love that kids can be kids! Usually they are very busy on weekends and food takes too long. And restrooms aren't the cleanest. But most of the stuff there is friendly .

I take my son every year to celebrate his birthday, this year they added a bounce house. Not realizing it's 12 dollars! Just to jump you have to pay! There were no more napkins on the table they keep them ontop of the trash cans now how is that sanitary! This place has declined quite drastically and all the prices have gone up

Great chuck e cheese and we just purchased the fun pass definitely worth it 1000% makes the food cheaper and the 100 points a day is perfect activity for the summer. The staff is amazing and always extremely friendly, please pay Dwayne his weight in gold. Absolute great guy and his so nice and patient with all the kids from what I see

I had my twins birthday party this last Saturday there and everything was wonderful. I had a very stressful week and trying to pull their party together was only adding to it. They saw and understood my struggle and went above and beyond to help. The service was outstanding and food was pretty good. My kids and their guests had a great time. They are still talking about how fun their party was and cannot wait until next year.

Ridiculously expensive to go to Chuck E Cheese. $79 for an extra large pizza. $11.49 for a second grader to enjoy the salad bar is too much! They said everyone pays $11.49! Kids should get better price than adults. Most places, when you order a pizza then you can add on the salad bar at a discounted price. Not at Chuck E Cheese ?????

My first visit to Chuck E. Cheese since I was 4, and overall I gotta say they got the "kids birthday party" target perfectly. The whole experience was extremely well organized, the pizza was tasty and well made, they have a (small) fresh salad bar, and it was super clean and bright. I'm not coming on a random Saturday, but I would happily attend another kids birthday party here! The kiddo enjoyed himself a ton too.

My daughter and I attended a friend's birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. This was our second party there for the same friend and my daughter had a great time playing with her friends. However, as a parent, this party was a bit more confusing than the last. The wristbands were not ready at the start of the party (a concern because they are only good for a certain amount of time that is supposed to coincide with the party time). The wristbands were ready around 15-20 min late, the lunch/cake serving was l

The complete remodel is beautiful!! My kids loove coming here, and now as parents we love it even more now! Haven't visited in about 9 months- its very CLEAN- excellent food, very kind staff! Will definitely come more frequently with the upgrades!

i go hear alot to play video games with my son its cheaper tben most arcades

I was shocked at how clean and well maintained this location was. The workers were great, friendly, and attentive. We didn't order any food but all the games were working and we had a great time with the littles!

Food is not bad I guess. Its just pizza what else can you expect. But the place is not kid friendly. Not toddler friendly which is a bummer. Idk if they changed or are different based on location, state, city, etc. In TX they have the ball pit along with other toddler friendly games. This one in Windsor Heights doesn't have any of that. Service was nice and courteous. But then what's up with getting charged 2 extra bucks for basically loading a card aside from buying the points!? Let alone that the damn tra

One of the worst places to have a birthday party! They need to advertise that they no longer have the puppet band! Everyone in my party stated they were expecting the band! Way too crowed, not enough room for guest and people to walk around. Expect 8 to 10 other parties to be going on at the same time, all the birthday parties are ALL within a small area, it is ridiculous! Couldn't hear any of our guest talk. Way too crowed! The party hosts had too many people to take care of so they were hardly around but

The kids always have a great time at Chuck E Cheese and the pizza is very good with a buttery crust!!! I Only wish the time on the cards could be paused as often as you like and didn't expire at midnight the day of purchase.

Stood in line to pay for the birthday party for 20 minutes, only to be told we were in the wrong line and had to go to the back of the actual line that was for that specific reason. One, there were no signs indicating the line I was in was not the right one and two I don't really think it was necessary to insist we go to the end of the line, given there were no signs to indicate it. Half the games, for the kids to play were nonfunctional and out of order, but still registered as a play. The organizational s

The games seemed to have been recently refreshed and most every I could see was working. The food is actually pretty good but it's not necessarily cheap either. My kid had an absolute blast which is most important!

My baby enjoy it spent her 2 years birthday there

The employees are helpful and kind, my kids and I enjoyed the passes this summer and again this winter, with the unlimited pass the prices can't be beat! It's a great place to spend an hour or two and the pizza is actually really good.. we always have a great experience when we visit.

Great place for kids, you can go and play games without eating. Which is what my son and I usually do.

We were a walk-in party without a reservation for my daughter?s birthday. They had tables for us to use and the food was delicious! The kids had fun playing games & picking out prizes. Will definitely come back!!

LOVE THIS CHUCK E CHEESE IS SUPER FREINDLY ENVIRONMENT????And it's very clean the staff is extremely friendly our favorite is DWAYNE he so kind to our son it's cool that he remembers us makes us feel very part of chuckle cheese family and the food is actually well made and tasty

Gr8. Only a few of us in there due to social distancing. Very clean & staff were really nice. Love the fact that they are professionally following healthy procedures & guidelines to maintain a clean & healthy establishment. My nieces 10th birthday party was fun.

My grandsons and I had a ball here tonight. Haven't been here for probably 30 years and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were super helpful. Pizza was actually great. Lots of arcade games (recommend paying by minutes) and optional trampoline area ($10 additional). All the games were working and everything is very clean. Lots of games for different age levels. The Kiddos are already asking to go back.

A fun place for children of all ages with a very attentive staff and clean showroom. Willing to talk with my older child about history of location and animatronics. ??

Nice big open space for kids to run, play and eat what more can you ask for? You pay for how much time you want, then the kids can just swipe the card and play all of the games. Very busy on the weekends! Tons of birthdays going on.

A wonderful 6th birthday party. We went it without the actual party package. We only had 3 kids and it was a weekday. Still got the chuck e cheese cake and decided on the unlimited play option. The kids get to go crazy and love the unlimited idea. I think it is roughly the same price but a ton easier than constantly worrying about refilling there cards. Also learned you do have the option to pause your time ONCE when your food arrives or to take a break for presents and then you can start back up with your

I am so disappointed and saddened about how my family was treated during a party for our three year old . We had 45 minutes left of the party and we had not seen Chuck E , we hadn't received our food , things just weren't prepared and they were not ready . I understand if they were short staff or something had set them back but the way we were treated was unacceptable. My mom had went and asked Ray Santiago the manager , about the food and to see who was working the party he responded very rudely when she t

We had a large family gathering, and there is no rental fee. After 2 hours, the remaining people can move to booths. This was great for ages 3-75. Visibility to all areas was great. It's pizza. Pretty standard.

Kids LOVED it! Not gonna lie the condition of the singing robots were a little worse for wear. Just dont let the kids get too close and you won't be creeped out at a distance. Ice cream vending machine might be a little too cold. Pizza was bomb. Games were great!

We just had my son's 5th Birthday party here. It was FANTASTIC! We were greeted by our personal party coordinator who showed us to our table. It was already prepared with the plates, cups and a sign with MAX on the front with three balloons flying behind it. My gal was new so she had another coordinator with her and they were both so very sweet and helpful. Right away we were given a run down on the party schedule and given the wristbands with the play cards attached. I was allowed to bring in my own cake,

Staff was friendly and efficient! The restaurant was clean, well lit, the salad bar well stocked and hygienic, and the pizza was done quickly and was delicious.

Fallen very far from the great place it used to be. No animatromics or any of the original songs. Just kidz bop non stop.

I had a birthday party tonite at Chuck E Cheese. From the min I arrived at the door, the night went super. I had a great start to a great party for the grand kids. We went right our tables. Our host Kail went way out explaining how the whole nite would proceed. The timing for every thing was spot on. I had some extra items added that she took care of with no problems at all. All the kids had a very special night. The parents were very happy with how we were taken care of. This is a great place for fu

Everything was great. Our son played games for an hour and a half and had enough points for 2 good prizes...Plus he had points left over that he saved. They have games for any age and the pizza is great. Service is always good when we go there also and they are very helpful with any questions. It's one of our favorite places to go as a family.

Had a nice birthday party for my 4 year old, Meadow. It is what it is, so be easy going or stay at home :)

I ordered the small buffalo wings and I asked the cashier how many wings do you get for 16.99. She said they weigh them. I got 8 small wings and they charged 3 bucks for the dipping sauce. I ordered the French fries and only got like 10 fries. I will never go back such a rip off 70 bucks for a pizza barely any wings and 4 dirnks.

Birthday packages are expensive for them to not have everything included, they took games away and in its place added a jump trampoline that is not included with any package, you have to pay 12.84 per kid to jump plus pay for socks. They have a worker guarding the entrance to it so kids can't enjoy. Don't waste money here.

We've hosted our son's birthday party here two years in a row. It is exceptionally clean and well-managed. The staff is attentive and fun. All the games have always been working. The people at the ticket-redemption counter even round up on occasion (if we have 70 tickets, they'll let us get a 75-ticket prize). Really, I think the perception of Chuck E. Cheese is that it's run-down and dirty. This place is not at all. The pizza is actually pretty good, too. I never thought I'd be making time to write a rev

Yikes. All good things come to an end eventually. All the characters are replaced with a screen playing awful videos. 1 out of 3 games worked. The pop was out or broke. The pizza was still good!! But everything that made this place special is gone. Better off at Pizza Ranch for the same arcade experience. It's not the employees. It's not like they have a choice in these decisions. This review makes me sad.

Paid for a birthday party service was horrible went to management to find who is supposed to be helping us where our pizzas were since they ordered 30min ago and general manager interrupted me spoke over me and kicked me out. I have been in customer service and management for over 20 years . Hiring someone like him who is dealing with families says a lot about the company. I would not recommend this place for your party.

First of all, they removed the animatronics when they got sued for making a poster saying five nights at Chuck E. Cheese and they got sued by five nights at Freddy?s, then they're spending rumors about unfinished pizza is made back into the oven and they give it to people so some slices are uneven too hot too cold and I ate one pizza one time and it was disgusting and but the only thing that is kinda good is the games I saw this mini basketball game. It was so small that it was for like toddlers and I could

I wasn't sure what to expect walking in there. It had probably been 7 years since I went last. Just like previous reviews said, it was fully updated from what I remember 7 years ago. It was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ended up getting the summer pass. My 7 year old had a great time and there was plenty to do for my toddler. Also, the food was great!

The crew was very helpful and tried their best to please my kids

I never thought I'd say this but Chuck E Cheese is back! As a kid I enjoyed days at Chuck E Cheese. The games were cool, the show was fun; it was great. Chuck E Cheese went into decline for a few years, was gross and the patrons were on the rough side. I'm happy to say that under the new corporate management, Chuck E Cheese is once again a great place to take kids. The rest rooms and game area were clean, the food was pretty good, the staff was on top of crowd control and the clientele was once again more f

Since the membership has started the ticket prizes on the machines are a lot less now.

2.5.24 It's been a hot minute since I've been to Chuck E. Cheese. A lot has changed, but they're good, modern changes. I love the little dance floor area, it's super cute! And there's plenty of seating areas. We enjoyed the minute play pass because we don't have to worry about using up points based on each arcade game. So it felt like we had an unlimited amount of gameplay within our purchased 120min. Our kids had a lot of fun and that's what made this trip worth coming from out of town ??

Melissa was amazing! The party was amazing. Every staff was so wonderful had a blast the kids loved it!

Trampoline is a nightmare. Expensive add on that youll feel forced to pay for bc the alternitive is a heartbroken child. $24 bucks plus $5 for socks is insane for 3 small trampolines. Charge for 5 for socks to let every kid play in the trampoline. It's not fun to be excluded even more so when you're a five year old kid watching every other kid jump.

Went to a birthday party here over the weekend and the remodel is super nice. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Pizza was delicious. One of the girls leading the kids through their dance had an exceptional attitude and joy about her that was awesome to see.

Ok, I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a child?it was just as fun as I remember! It was clean. Chuck E the mascot wasn't creepy. The staff were kind and helpful. The food was great! The salad bar was kept full and picked up. My boys ages 2 and almost 4 had a blast! I will definitely bring them back again!

Giving it 4 stars because it was super fun and the robots were super cool but the sky tubes were gone and the employees were a bit rude except 2 of em was super nice! Coming back here soon

Great hospitality! We ordered the specialty combo pizza thin crust it was amazing ! Salad bar was kept well stocked and iced it was a great birthday fun time! Thank you.

Better than I remember as a kid. They recently renovated and sadly the animatronics are gone but the new updates are appealing to the next generation of kids. They have updated their game selection as well. I was even surprised at the quality of the pizza. A little greasy but most pizza are.

We had a wonderful experience at Chuck E. Cheese's thanks to the exceptional service provided by Duane, one of their outstanding employees. We recently hosted our daughter's birthday party there, and Duane went above and beyond to ensure that it was a memorable and enjoyable occasion for everyone. One of the highlights of the party was the cake that Duane decorated for our daughter. It was not only beautifully decorated but also delicious. It was a busy day, so he took it upon himself to help decorate it s

Not the Chuck E. Cheese that you would remember as a kid. The environment was good for kids to run around and play a limited variety of games. We ordered lunch that was just fried food. The service was helpful. I would recommend getting a time limit vs number of games played wrist band. We took advantage of as many games as we could. Unfortunately, we probably won't be going back. We went this time because we had a gift card.

The soda machine had visible mildew. Many tables were dirty , dirty plates left on tables, and tables not wiped clean the entire visit while staff stood around on their phones. The salad bar lettuce had some brown spots. When ordering from the app instore, tables were not all numbered, order wasn't brought to table and notification wasn't sent that order was ready. It's apparent the store is poorly or not at all managed.

This place is AMAZING. Contrary to everyone else?s belief, I think the 2.0 remodel is pretty cool. The food was delicious, especially the pizza. There were lots of games, and the dance floor is fine. I did get to meet the Big C himself while I was there, so that was epic! Overall, I highly recommend the place where a kid can be a kid!

Awesome place to take kids all ages and even the big kids??(parents) lol. And not to expensive.

Veeyy slow bringing food, got order weong twice. DO NOT RECOMEND. Terrible service.

The pizza is a Chuck e cheese pizza, nothing fancy. But the experience is still great even without the animatronics. Our granddaughter had a blast, and it is reasonably priced. The workers that were there were pleasant and very courteous.

We had a great time both times we have went, a year apart. It was very clean, the employees were all nice, and the food is really great. The games are fun, I have been coming here for over 23 years and now my child gets to enjoy it. I recommend taking the family here for a quick pizza dinner, and some fun time.

Last minute bday get together. Tried to book online in the AM, wouldn't let me, so had to pay almost double for everything. Get there and there is noone else there.

Went with a school group during the day and the gal who took care of us was extremely pleasant and helpful. The sound was overpowering in the eating area near the stage. It would have been nice if there was an option to turn it down while the kids were out playing games. The pizza was good enough. Maybe not worth the $12 I paid for a personal pizza, but it was hot and it tasted good. I don't know if I would purposely go to this restaurant on my own accord, but it worked out well for the kids and they had

What an awesome place for kiddos! My daughter, daughter in law and four grandkids, ages 6, 3 and two under one went there August 17. The first employee met us with a huge smile and ?Welcome.? We appreciated the security features; a stamp and scan when coming and then leaving. The place was spotless and shone! The food excellent! Lots of choices! There were many things for little ones to do, safely and easily. And things for much older ones, too! I personally missed the animated band from when we took our d

Have had a great experience every time I attended a birthday party and when I hosted! My kids love it here! Very clean, great staff, and great atmosphere!!!

Kids love coming here. I want to recognize Anthony he was working and cleaning the entire time I was at this location. Employees were friendly and made it fun for kids .

Why is the food so good? Have you tried the cheese bread?! And the pizza?! It doesn't make sense. Listen, this place is a legacy of all kids. The games have changed with the times and the food's gotten better (from when I remember as a boy). When we took my son, he was in love. He never knew a place like this could exist. Games for all ages. Honestly, Chuck E. Cheese is an American staple. We loved coming here and sharing a memory of our childhood that was so pure, with our son. He loved it and we'll def

This is the go to place for the little ones. My son 5 and my granddaughter also 5 love to go there for birthday parties and since they are almost 6 months apart it makes it easy to keep all the points from one visit to the next. The food prices are kinda high for the quality of food the prices of the games are crazy with the whole nfc payments it doesnt let little ones actually know how much they have used on the games and forget about loading one card for them and letting them share as the game will lock t

So many broken machines, lots of lost tokens. The food was iffy and the service has always been awful, but we make do with what there is!

I'm so glad this place still exists! Growing up, my cousins, siblings, and I would sometimes get to celebrate our birthday here. I no longer live in the area, so this was my first time back in several years. It was such a blessing to be able to take my daughter and nephews for their first time over Mother's Day weekend! What a blast from the past! And with the new cards, my hubby and I were able to play with the kiddos and help them earn points! Truly enjoyable ?? Thank you guys!!!

My car broke down so I parked in their parking lot just to work on my car and get my car fixed. They helped me so much by not getting my car towed from their parking lot!

We visited from Cincinnati since we were in the area and my kids are obsessed with finding the last remaining 3-stage locations. Sergio spent a lot of time talking to my kids about the animatronics, and I really appreciated all the time he spent answering their questions. The pizza was delicious, also. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

We had a Birthday party for our grandson, lots of kids and lots of adults. The place was clean and the kids loved the rides and games. What I was really disappointed in was no salad bar or no side salads. There are a lot of kids and adults with diabetes and you gave us no alternative foods from pizza

We enjoyed having the place to ourselves for a bit late in the afternoon! The games aren't just for young kids. The photo booths are super fun too. Something for everyone. We only did games no food but pizza smelled fantastic

My Baby had no Idea she was having a party. My Hostess was Amazing. And I love that the kids can not leave without who they came in with. It's was so much fun even though Chuck E was virtual. Clean place ,pizza was good too. Staff was great and friendly.06/06/2021

Very friendly. Employees were very helpful in telling us how everything works (it was our first time here). Pizza was much better then expected was the quality of a actually pizza restaurant. Really liked their crust. Games all were in good condition and the card system works so easy to play games. The manager was very nice. Will be back soon

Food was great, did not have the Unicorn Cupcake available which was upsetting for my daughter, but she got over it pretty quick and they substituted the Churros which were okay. The games were a lot of fun, service was great!

My sons really enjoy themselves every time we come. I would have given it 5 stars but the games need to be rotated more often. It would be nice to see different options once in a while. I am sure we will come less and less often unless different games start getting introduced but all in all a nice experience. I will have to say this review does not take into account their food as I have never eaten there before.

This is a great place for kids and adults alike. It's really fun to play and the prices aren't too bad. We got the game cards so we could play unlimited games the entire time. The pizza was really good and would definitely go back just for that. If you can handle be over run by hoards of children this is a place to check out!

We had a joint birthday party for two of my Grandkids. They loved the music. The pizza was great and the loved play pretend band on stage. It was a real good time and the price for everything was way cheaper than a lot of other places my daughter checked into. My daughter has six children and you have to budget that party in or it won't happen and she did a wonderful job pulling all together.

This particular Chuck E Cheese's had a decently sized area for the younger kids. The pizza was actually pretty good, much better than I remember it being. The staff were helpful and patient.

We celebrated my son's 3rd birthday there and it was great! Autumn was our coordinator and she did such an amazing job. I wish I would have tipped her more. The manager there, Mike, seemed really great too. I would definitely recommend having any kind of party here. It was very reasonable, in fact, I don't think it was anything more having them host it then having it on our own in some open booths there. Being able to sit back, relax and mingle with the guests and play lots of games with the birthday boy i

I may be a teenager but this is one of my fave spots ever. Been coming since I was 3. Pizza may not be the highest quality, but it tastes amazing to me and games are fun. My favorite thing about this place is the animatronics. Please keep them for as long as you can because the people love them and we'll miss them very much.

My family and I drove 4.5 hours for granddaughters birthday and all we got was food poisoning for the next 3 days. A couple of folks who worked here were super nice and full of smiles, but the manager looked and acted like he hated his job. I couldn't believe how pricey this joke of entertainment was and never saw Chuck E one time. Thanks for the memorable experience Chuck E??

Had a birthday party here for my daughter today. The staff was amazing. Everyone had a great time.

My son and I had a pleasant time at this location. Anthony, who checked us in and assisted us at the counter, was a kind and extremely helpful associate. We will definitely be back!

Was only my first time ever going to one of these. Took my two and three year olds. Staff was very friendly. I've always heard they serve "cardboard" pizza at these chains.... But I thought it was rather good. Had the stuffed crust. Comparable to Pizza Hut or Domino's. Darn expensive I thought! Games are really for older children. My two had fun even though they didn't understand how to play video games. Looks a bit outdated. Hard to hear the robots on stage that sing and move around. Good place to meet up

Sure, it's not exactly my favorite place to be but parents aren't really the point, right? As far as entertaining the kids goes it's 5 stars. Lots of different games to play, tubes to crawl in, and an enthusiastic mascot. Pizza isn't great but is not as bad as you expect and there's even a couple beers on tap. Last visit I was pleasantly surprised to see a few new games and a lack of broken ones.

Great place to take the kids. Staff are always friendly and accommodating to your needs. They do a great job at keeping everything clean and sanitized as well. If you have kids that don't like a lot going on, then i find that when they first open is a good time to go during the weekend. Also during the week, in the afternoon.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
