My kids love coming here. If you have a monthly pass it's very affordable. And worth it. Otherwise it's kind of expensive. I love that kids can be kids! Usually they are very busy on weekends and food takes too long. And restrooms aren't the cleanest. But most of the stuff there is friendly .

I take my son every year to celebrate his birthday, this year they added a bounce house. Not realizing it's 12 dollars! Just to jump you have to pay! There were no more napkins on the table they keep them ontop of the trash cans now how is that sanitary! This place has declined quite drastically and all the prices have gone up

Great chuck e cheese and we just purchased the fun pass definitely worth it 1000% makes the food cheaper and the 100 points a day is perfect activity for the summer. I had my twins birthday party this last Saturday there and everything was wonderful. I had a very stressful week and trying to pull their party together was only adding to it. They saw and understood my struggle and went above and beyond to help. The service was outstanding and food was pretty good. My kids and their guests had a great time. They are still talking about how fun their party was and cannot wait until next year.

Ridiculously expensive to go to Chuck E Cheese. $79 for an extra large pizza. $11.49 for a second grader to enjoy the salad bar is too much! They said everyone pays $11.49! Kids should get better price than adults. Most places, when you order a pizza then you can add on the salad bar at a discounted price. Not at Chuck E Cheese ?????

My first visit to Chuck E. Cheese since I was 4, and overall I gotta say they got the "kids birthday party" target perfectly. The whole experience was extremely well organized, the pizza was tasty and well made, they have a (small) fresh salad bar, and it was super clean and bright. I was shocked at how clean and well maintained this location was. The workers were great, friendly, and attentive. We didn't order any food but all the games were working and we had a great time with the littles!

One of the worst places to have a birthday party! They need to advertise that they no longer have the puppet band! Everyone in my party stated they were expecting the band! Stood in line to pay for the birthday party for 20 minutes, only to be told we were in the wrong line and had to go to the back of the actual line that was for that specific reason. The employees are helpful and kind, my kids and I enjoyed the passes this summer and again this winter, with the unlimited pass the prices can't be beat! It's a great place to spend an hour or two and the pizza is actually really good.. we always have a great experience when we visit.

My grandsons and I had a ball here tonight. Haven't been here for probably 30 years and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were super helpful. Pizza was actually great. Lots of arcade games (recommend paying by minutes) and optional trampoline area ($10 additional). All the games were working and everything is very clean. Lots of games for different age levels. Everything was great. Our son played games for an hour and a half and had enough points for 2 good prizes...Plus he had points left over that he saved. They have games for any age and the pizza is great. Service is always good when we go there also and they are very helpful with any questions. It's one of our favorite places to go as a family.

I ordered the small buffalo wings and I asked the cashier how many wings do you get for 16.99. She said they weigh them. I got 8 small wings and they charged 3 bucks for the dipping sauce. I ordered the French fries and only got like 10 fries. I will never go back such a rip off 70 bucks for a pizza barely any wings and 4 dirnks.

Birthday packages are expensive for them to not have everything included, they took games away and in its place added a jump trampoline that is not included with any package, you have to pay 12.84 per kid to jump plus pay for socks. They have a worker guarding the entrance to it so kids can't enjoy. Don't waste money here.

Yikes. All good things come to an end eventually. All the characters are replaced with a screen playing awful videos. 1 out of 3 games worked. The pop was out or broke. The pizza was still good!! Paid for a birthday party service was horrible went to management to find who is supposed to be helping us where our pizzas were since they ordered 30min ago and general manager interrupted me spoke over me and kicked me out. I wasn't sure what to expect walking in there. It had probably been 7 years since I went last. Just like previous reviews said, it was fully updated from what I remember 7 years ago. 2.5.24 It's been a hot minute since I've been to Chuck E. Cheese. A lot has changed, but they're good, modern changes. I love the little dance floor area, it's super cute! And there's plenty of seating areas. We enjoyed the minute play pass because we don't have to worry about using up points based on each arcade game. So it felt like we had an unlimited amount of gameplay within our purchased 120min. Our kids had a lot of fun and that's what made this trip worth coming from out of town ??

Trampoline is a nightmare. Expensive add on that youll feel forced to pay for bc the alternitive is a heartbroken child. $24 bucks plus $5 for socks is insane for 3 small trampolines. Charge for 5 for socks to let every kid play in the trampoline. It's not fun to be excluded even more so when you're a five year old kid watching every other kid jump.

Went to a birthday party here over the weekend and the remodel is super nice. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Pizza was delicious. One of the girls leading the kids through their dance had an exceptional attitude and joy about her that was awesome to see.

Ok, I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a child?it was just as fun as I remember! It was clean. Chuck E the mascot wasn't creepy. The staff were kind and helpful. The food was great! The salad bar was kept full and picked up. My boys ages 2 and almost 4 had a blast! I will definitely bring them back again!

Not the Chuck E. Cheese that you would remember as a kid. The environment was good for kids to run around and play a limited variety of games. We ordered lunch that was just fried food. The service was helpful. I would recommend getting a time limit vs number of games played wrist band. We took advantage of as many games as we could. Unfortunately, we probably won't be going back. The soda machine had visible mildew. Many tables were dirty , dirty plates left on tables, and tables not wiped clean the entire visit while staff stood around on their phones. The salad bar lettuce had some brown spots. When ordering from the app instore, tables were not all numbered, order wasn't brought to table and notification wasn't sent that order was ready. It's apparent the store is poorly or not at all managed.

This place is AMAZING. Contrary to everyone else?s belief, I think the 2.0 remodel is pretty cool. The food was delicious, especially the pizza. There were lots of games, and the dance floor is fine. The pizza is a Chuck e cheese pizza, nothing fancy. But the experience is still great even without the animatronics. Our granddaughter had a blast, and it is reasonably priced. The workers that were there were pleasant and very courteous.

We had a great time both times we have went, a year apart. It was very clean, the employees were all nice, and the food is really great. Very friendly. Employees were very helpful in telling us how everything works (it was our first time here). Pizza was much better then expected was the quality of a actually pizza restaurant. My sons really enjoy themselves every time we come. I would have given it 5 stars but the games need to be rotated more often. It would be nice to see different options once in a while. I am sure we will come less and less often unless different games start getting introduced but all in all a nice experience. I will have to say this review does not take into account their food as I have never eaten there before.

This is a great place for kids and adults alike. It's really fun to play and the prices aren't too bad. We got the game cards so we could play unlimited games the entire time. We had a joint birthday party for two of my Grandkids. They loved the music. The pizza was great and the loved play pretend band on stage. It was a real good time and the price for everything was way cheaper than a lot of other places my daughter checked into. I may be a teenager but this is one of my fave spots ever. Been coming since I was 3. Pizza may not be the highest quality, but it tastes amazing to me and games are fun. My favorite thing about this place is the animatronics. Please keep them for as long as you can because the people love them and we'll miss them very much.

My family and I drove 4.5 hours for granddaughters birthday and all we got was food poisoning for the next 3 days. A couple of folks who worked here were super nice and full of smiles, but the manager looked and acted like he hated his job. Was only my first time ever going to one of these. Took my two and three year olds. Staff was very friendly. I've always heard they serve "cardboard" pizza at these chains.... But I thought it was rather good. Had the stuffed crust. Comparable to Pizza Hut or Domino's. Darn expensive I thought! Games are really for older children. My two had fun even though they didn't understand how to play video games. Looks a bit outdated. Hard to hear the robots on stage that sing and move around. Good place to meet up

Sure, it's not exactly my favorite place to be but parents aren't really the point, right? As far as entertaining the kids goes it's 5 stars. Lots of different games to play, tubes to crawl in, and an enthusiastic mascot. Pizza isn't great but is not as bad as you expect and there's even a couple beers on tap. Last visit I was pleasantly surprised to see a few new games and a lack of broken ones.

Great place to take the kids. Staff are always friendly and accommodating to your needs. They do a great job at keeping everything clean and sanitized as well. If you have kids that don't like a lot going on, then i find that when they first open is a good time to go during the weekend. Also during the week, in the afternoon.
