We scheduled a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese well over a month in advance. The very next day, we called back to cancel due to a change in plans?but we were surprised and disappointed to learn that our deposit was non-refundable and couldn't even be applied toward a future visit (not even for pizza or games). I understand policies are in place for a reason, but it's frustrating that there's no flexibility, especially when we canceled so far in advance. I wanted to share this so other families are aware

A fun place for birthday parties I celebrated my Daughter's birthday, and it was a big hit. All the kids and their parents equally enjoyed it. There were lots of fun activities, and the pizza quality was better than I expected :)

Love Chuck E. Cheese. Pizza is seasoned well. Love that you can sit in the general area and have a birthday party. But paying for a party package seems great as well. All my kids from 3+ had a lot of fun!

This is the best Chuck E Cheese I've been to. we had my child?s birthday here and it was so wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make the party special. I wish I can remember the young lady?s name. She was so accommodating and organized. The party went so smoothly and I received so many compliments on the party. We had a birthday party for my kid here after needing to switch locations due to a shooting incident at the Brandon location. The staff were amazing, accommodating, attentive & made this such a pleasant experience. Our servers name was nesha she was awesome! And what I expected to be a stressful event, turned out to be so easy, fun, and the kids absolutely loved it. So did the adults! Highly recommend this location for parties.

We just had our son's birthday party at this location. 20 kids and everyone had a blast. Our party attendant was Alexa and she was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive and anticipated things that we might need throughout the party. She really went above and beyond. I like this location because almost all of the play floor is visible from the party area, so it is easy to keep an eye on all the kids. Almost all the games were working and overall the place was very clean.

This place has 0 customer service. Karie was placed at the kids jumping place and kept arguing with me and even wanted to put her hands on my son when I had the receipt and she kept arguing and giving people a nasty attitude telling me how since this is chuck e cheese she didnt need customer service and she could be as nasty as she wanted. We had a party there for our VPK class, and Shannon, our host, was so attentive. The only takeaway would be that the host should have a microphone when the character comes out so they don't have to scream.

We didn't eat there as I feel the cost is too much. They do have a small area for the younger kids, mine is 4. Not bad especially with the jumping area although that's extra.

Clean location, nice management and workers. Very patient and helpful. Since we purchased the summer play pass, we walked in an hour before closing and still got treated with respect and good attitudes from all. This location is a little smaller than the Brandon and Wesley chapel. Still has a lot of great games and activities. I'd definitely come back. My 11 year old son loves it!

My son and I visited this location three times. On the third time, it was his 3rd birthday today. My parents came in town to celebrate as well. We were just going to go play games but staff were welcoming and friendly to the point they offered cake ?? and the Chuck E Cheese mascot himself came and took pictures with him as well!

The Dale Mabry location is much more enjoyable than Brandon. It has good lighting and is very clean.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It's a shame how disgusting and dirty this whole place was. Almost every single table was dirty with trash all over it. There were about 10 games that didn't work. Overall it was a complete mess in my eyes. My son did have fun but it's very difficult to return back to a place when it looks like this.

Yes! It's all about the kids. We got the #5 2 ?? 1 pie cookie and 6 drinks. And for 150 tokens, what can you buy? "Nothing." Sorry, but the pizza was not even ok. Prices are honestly ridiculous. And you have to even pay a separate fee of $12 for the jumping pad and socks. Come on, that's already in and at Chuck E. Cheese. Yes! Families are going to pay to make their kids happy. We went to this location for a birthday party, there are a lot of games for the bigger kids and ride ons for the little ones, they had a great time with Chuck e, we loved that he was very interactive with the kids but wish there was a bit more space between the party tables. Bad experience, extremely hot inside. You could bitterly break a sweat in there. All the staff standing at the registers were on their phones. My friend was having her 2 year olds party. Although it's not the same Chuck E Cheese as when I was a child, the little ones still loved it. It's a shame they got rid of the animatronics since this was one of the best parts of the experience! The pizza was as good as ever though and the staff thoughtful and attentive. Would go back again.

We have been doing our kids' birthday parties here for the past couple of years. The service is always fantastic. They take care of everything from start to finish, and all of the kids always have a blast. We had a birthday party for our son and spent quite a bit for 9 kids. The package we paid for was supposed to include ?goody bags,? the host never mentioned they had a shortage I just happened to remember the kids didn't receive so I called and they said they added points on the kids cards instead. Not one person mentioned this to us yesterday, party does not include balloons, host was not friendly at all. Do not recommend planning a party here! That was our last one for sure!

This is one of the biggest chuckee cheeses in the area. I would say the chuckee cheese in riverview is comparable in size but this one has very good games that keep the kids busy. I can easily spend an hour in here with the kids as long as they don't focus too heavily on the lottery type games. Appears to be well kept and the monthly membership is sweet.

Never spent $60 on 2 toddlers 4&5 in chuck e cheese in my life. They enjoyed themselves but it wasn't worth the funds.

The trampoline is a good add on and definitely a hit. Also the upgraded game machines was much needed. We have been to a few different Chuck E Cheese and I have to say this location really surprised me. It was clean and open and the staff is awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable. Definetly will be back with the kids as they enjoyed playing very much.

I would like to take the time to say...how wonderfully nice and pleasant Shonce and Kyle was today at the Chuck e Cheese on Dale Mabry... Both Shonce and Kyle went up and above the call of duty . We had a birthday party here for a 4-year-old girl. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. The children loved running around playing with the the games and seeing Chuck E cheese. Great experience with my family. The staff was very friendly and the pizza was fast, HOT, & tasty. The manager was dealing with a family who was disruptive, but maintained professionalism & remained friendly to his other guests. Only thing I wish they would change is how many times you can pause your card. 1 time isn't enough when you have paid for almost 2 hours of play time and have little ones lol it's a lot of bathroom breaks and snacks and foods and ChuckE time other then that we loved it

This location was a lot better than another one in the city. The play area was clean. The only complaint I have is the condition of the restroom and that I did not see anyone sanitizing games frequently, but we always bring our own. Little kids are constantly in this bathroom and it should be a lot cleaner.

They continue to improve the facility. I was disheartened when I went there a year or two ago, but it's definitely gotten cleaner and the service has gotten better.

It's a great place where a kid can have fun and a parent can enjoy themselves with alcohol. Just being honest, let the kids run around, and the adult buys some beer and runs around with the kids. The employees just do what they are doing, by this I mean that there is not much empathy. The staff starts vacuuming with the babies playing and my son fell through the cable of the vacuum cleaner that they were using for more than 1 hour while my son was playing, and it was not because of an accident, they just wanted to advance the work during operating hours , the man never stopped the machine, even seeing that my baby was running around those sides. Went there for my niece?s birthday party our party host wasn't very nice. Gave multiple people the stank eye and just had a really bad attitude don't think she smiled even once ??, the other party host that was there in comparison was very happy acting and just put more effort into her party than ours did. however the party was ok games aren't like they used to be but it was still enjoyable. 3/10

The staff there was amazing. My son had an awesome time. Only two ticket collectors were working and the most popular attractions weren't working. But, the staff went above and beyond anyone's expectations. Kudos to the staff that works there. Kids can definitely be kids here. It's very loud but my son always has a good time. Lots of different games to play. Mostly kid oriented prizes, pizza and a salad bar and you get to see Chucky and friends. Sometimes. My son is always asking me to bring him here.

The location wasn't jammed packed that is a plus and on top of that my daughter was able to run freely to enjoy herself! What's weird was the amount of money spent for one child to play which that's not what I would make a big deal about? My thing was the food for the price like seriously I spent more on food then the actual playtime.

Celebrated my great niece 3rd birthday at chuck's our personal server Mia was amazing and on top of things she went above her excellent kindness and very pleased in doing so. Probably the cleanest and nicest Chuck E Cheese in the country. Took my daughter here and she had a blast , she's only 3 but loved all the different mechanical vehicles she could jump on. Tons of different games and things to for kids to do. This place breaks the stigma that Chuck E. Cheese had for so long about its appearance and operation. Definitely worth coming here , next time I'm in the area ill be bringing the kids back.

They really cleaned the place up and added new updated games. We really like the pay for unlimited play times now. Had a lot of fun with my kids. Great coupons available online as well. Prizes are a little lame for how many tickets you need, but it's expected.

Clean, very nice and customer service is good. But a few months ago they renovated and the changed the place where they place a stamp in your hand before coming in, for me it is not protective anymore since little kids can go out if you don't supervise them. So just keep your eyes on your kids at all times. They should change it again by the way!
