Haven't been here for over 5 years, so much has changed. Food got pricey but the games being only 1 token "kind of" balanced it out will more than likely eat before hand next time. However they do have a pretty solid floor team Casey helped us with all our questions and helped us with what we needed everyone was so helpful and really made sure to pay attention to every customer

Arrived early in the day and it was nice and clean throughout the entire area. Staff was attentive and helpful during our visit. Chuckie came out and interacted with the kids. Good experience. Just not a full rate 5 due to not having more games for toddlers like there use to be.

Well we finally came back to try it again and I will say that it has greatly improved. We did the birthday package again and it was still worth the money. The host, Eric, was great! He was always there when we needed him and would come by regularly to see how we were doing. I never had a problem finding him. This location has cleaned up since the last time we went. The food was much better and the service was nice. Pricing is still through the roof, but they have plenty of coupons you can get beforehand. Play cards with time limits are definitely a better option versus credits as each game is a single credit.

Went on a Sunday was pretty packed. My kid had a lot of fun. Lady at the front that charged me for food, and games was not as helpful, and didn't say hello. Went to use the restroom with my daughter. The cleaner was there, I let her know there was no hand soap. She replied, ? Are you letting me know?? I was puzzled seems she wasn't happy I told her about not having hand soap. That did bother me sense it's a necessary specially sense it's a bathroom I feel you should have hand soap. No excuses.

Terrible Experience here. No employee watching the trampoline area. The manager and employees are inexperience dealing with the commotion inside this restaurant. Manager asking us what do you want me to do?!? My goodness, when the parents are mad because of what happened to their child, you don't ask the parents what do you want me to do?!? the manager is inexperience.Horrible approach. So glad Chuck E. Cheese is still around. It is really great fun for the kids and its a great place to go and cool off in the hot summer months and let the kids run off some energy. I think their prices are a little steep though but i guess that's inflation for ya.

Omg, the pizza was delicious! Chuck E Cheese was short of staff and the supervisor put on the chuck E cheese costume for the kids. Everyone was wondering if he still exists but when I asked the supervisor he was more than happy to assist. I will be coming back to eat more pizza and wings. Only reason I'm giving a 5 star for the service is because the employee Terrence made the experience awesome. The whole time that we were there we seen the employee Terrence keeping everything clean, checking up on us and other families if we needed anything doing his job above and beyond, all I can say is give this man a raise.

We placed an order of pizza and wings to eat while our kids enjoyed the game but no kidding the pizza took an hour and the wings 1 1/2 hour. They did not offer the plates or utensils, we had to go ask for them and stand in line for 30 minutes. And I bet they only remembered about the wings because my husband got up to tell them they were taking extremely long for a few wings. We finally got the wings and were cold. Hate it. This location has the best customer service. We were greeted with a nice welcome. The cashier was nice and super helpful with the deals and explaing the details of everything. When we sat down to our table one of the workers came to make sure our table was clean (which it was) and if we would like it wiped down again. I have not been here in awhile. And when I say awhile, I was here when they had tokens and the bouncy ball thing.. So I brought the kids so they can put some tokens into the machine to find out that they no longer use tokens. It's all with a swipe of a card. At first the kids were pretty sad about the tokens, but for me it worked out easier. They each got a card. You can add min or points. majority of the games did not work or the rides , no one was around to services them either , it's rather small and I think it's quite ridiculous that the babies are charged to play on the trampoline after 35 mins I was ready to go and we left

8th birthday party for my granddaughter was handled extremely well.The majority of employees were thoughtful and polite and the kids had a blast.The food is kinda pricey but I think you're there for the atmosphere for the kids anyway.

Chuckie cheese has brought so much joy to millions of families including mine for over 3 decades. The food was served fresh and the humongous chocolate chips cookie was served deliciously hot to our table. Note to management: please wipe down game surfaces more to minimize the spread of germs. But other than that, a good time was had by all.

Purchase mini pizzas for the kids. They seemed to enjoy them. A large portion of space is now a trampoline and mini play area for the younger kids. Chuck E didn't come out much to play and dance with the kids we were there about 3 to 4 hours and maybe saw Chuck E 2 times.

Was scammed on the summer pass.! Beware! I bought it online and then when I tried to use the instant 1 hour play 6 days after I bought it the workers didn't even know about it. When I showed them proof that I bought it and that it says you can use 1 hour right away they didn't care to help me and just blamed it on the app. So I had to pay more since they didn't let me redeem what I had purchased. Nice place to take the kids for a few hours to have fun, I took my 3-year-old for his first time to Chuck e Cheese and he enjoyed his self. All of the games were working except for one which is good. Our pizza came fast and it was delicious. I would definitely take my son here again.

Today 09/09/24 I had a party at this location we booked online and paid the deposit online when we showed up we paid the remaining balance and ordered the pizza everything started off fine then when we had 30 minutes left I asked when they will do the show and ticket blaster because that's what it says we get with online when booking and one of the employees said he was gonna go get everything ready then the manager name Juanita came out very rude and said we don't get any of that all we get is what we got

Understaffed and over crowded. Half of the machines are showing error codes. I wish a never ordered the salad bar the lettuce is brown the spinach is rotten / liquified no croutons. They are so many people coming in and out. They have no time to do anything else but help up front. We waited 10 min to have our stamps checked because they were so understaffed.

Had a great time with the family here. The only negative part was that the food took over an hour to get our food only because they delivered the food to the wrong table. At the end of our visit, my daughter dropped her soda and cotton candy, and one of the employees gave me 2 bags of cotton candy. It was a very nice gesture.

All the games worked, might I add the all you can play game cards is a very nice touch. All the employees were very nice and patient. Bathrooms were also very clean. Definitely worth taking my daughters to get them out the house and doing something fun to end the school week. Promised them we will go next week.

Had my kid's birthday party here and got one of the birthday party packages. Was well worth it, especially since you get unlimited games for a set time. Pizza was fairly good. Hostess did a good job. They often seem to be understaffed. Sometimes that shows in the cleanliness of the tables or the time it takes for food to come out. The pizza always seems to be pretty good although overpriced, cant beat Dominos but it gets the job done for sure. It was a an okay experience considering there was alot of kids and many things going on At once....I would maybe consider going during the weekday just to get a better and really take advantage of the whole place.

It's hard to get a lot of points in a few hours. The younger kids have a harder time collecting them because they try to play all the games instead of just the ones that give you points like the big kids would go for. However it will keep them busy for hours and the card thing is cool. I don't understand how you pay for the hours and have to pay for a card and band separately.

There was an employee named Terrence, he was such a nice man. He was so amazing. He was so friendly, and was hustling the entire 2 hours we were there.

Went on a Friday morning and it was empty and pretty clean. Still remodeling but only the stage was closed. A little understaffed it seemed, but it was first thing at open.
