Chuck E. Cheese

Chuck E. Cheese

Reviews Summary

The reviews show a mixed experience. Many praise clean facilities, fun games, and helpful staff like Terrence, while others highlight issues with broken games, long food wait times, and poor management. Food quality varies, with some loving the pizza and others disappointed by portion sizes or cold meals. Birthday packages are often worth it, but some feel misled by online offers. Staff attitude ranges from courteous to rude, particularly with trampoline or special needs incidents. Prices are frequently called high, but the atmosphere keeps kids entertained. Overall, service consistency is a major concern.

We haven't been to chuck e cheese in so long years but I remember the last time it wasn't so good but this time around we went and spent Saturday night out for Our ??Dahlia Rose's ?? 5th Birthday on a Saturday, we didn't plan a party but we were able to get 3 tables and set up ????????which was awesome. We had a blast the food was yummy pizza ?? wings and fries were delish and the salad bar was yummy also ?? and of course the drinks????. The place was packed but clean ??only thing that they ran out of was

Haven't been here for over 5 years, so much has changed. Food got pricey but the games being only 1 token "kind of" balanced it out will more than likely eat before hand next time. However they do have a pretty solid floor team Casey helped us with all our questions and helped us with what we needed everyone was so helpful and really made sure to pay attention to every customer

Arrived early in the day and it was nice and clean throughout the entire area. Staff was attentive and helpful during our visit. Chuckie came out and interacted with the kids. Good experience. Just not a full rate 5 due to not having more games for toddlers like there use to be.

Wife and I bring her granddaughter here regularly because she likes to play. We always order food, usually a pizza and salad bar. No more salad bar to get the price going up and they cut back on the items. Today the wife ordered french fries and as you can see in the picture, this is what came out. Honestly, a sad sad order of french fries. I asked the employee who I believe is a manager always wears a blue shirt and he stated to me that per the company guidelines, this is now considered a full order. If th

Well we finally came back to try it again and I will say that it has greatly improved. We did the birthday package again and it was still worth the money. The host, Eric, was great! He was always there when we needed him and would come by regularly to see how we were doing. I never had a problem finding him. It was awesome to be able to order things through him instead of standing in the line with the other parents. The games weren't broken and the place was very clean. Any issues and management jumped on

This location has cleaned up since the last time we went. The food was much better and the service was nice. Pricing is still through the roof, but they have plenty of coupons you can get beforehand. Play cards with time limits are definitely a better option versus credits as each game is a single credit.

Went on a Sunday was pretty packed. My kid had a lot of fun. Lady at the front that charged me for food, and games was not as helpful, and didn't say hello. Went to use the restroom with my daughter. The cleaner was there, I let her know there was no hand soap. She replied, ? Are you letting me know?? I was puzzled seems she wasn't happy I told her about not having hand soap. That did bother me sense it's a necessary specially sense it's a bathroom I feel you should have hand soap. No excuses.

Terrible Experience here. No employee watching the trampoline area. The manager and employees are inexperience dealing with the commotion inside this restaurant. Manager asking us what do you want me to do?!? My goodness, when the parents are mad because of what happened to their child, you don't ask the parents what do you want me to do?!? the manager is inexperience.Horrible approach. My children got hurt. Very unprofessional,We will never go back here again. We will send an email to the corporate.

So glad Chuck E. Cheese is still around. It is really great fun for the kids and its a great place to go and cool off in the hot summer months and let the kids run off some energy. I think their prices are a little steep though but i guess that's inflation for ya.

Took a trip to the ol? chuck this Tuesday and I have honestly got to say that id have had more fun and satisfaction with my purchase had I gone to the chum bucket. What a serious waste of time, money, and life. The food was moderate, the games were crappy and the staff was questionable. I only say questionable because I can't completely say good. I enjoyed the service I was provided up to the extent of the African American Busser. I wasn't able to get his name but you'll know who I'm talking about when you

Omg, the pizza was delicious! Chuck E Cheese was short of staff and the supervisor put on the chuck E cheese costume for the kids. Everyone was wondering if he still exists but when I asked the supervisor he was more than happy to assist. I will be coming back to eat more pizza and wings. Oh yeah, my grandkids had a wonderful time.

I came here with my kids and I pay for the Gold Pass when ever we come the employees make it difficult to find my phone number usually I give a email and its fine but I try to give the employee the email she was rude to me and said she can't do that witch in the past multiple times had to do it with the email I asked for a manager she was rude again and said no she's busy I eventually demanded for the manager the manager was no help at all she was rude to me from the start rolling her eyes and saying we can

Only reason I'm giving a 5 star for the service is because the employee Terrence made the experience awesome. The whole time that we were there we seen the employee Terrence keeping everything clean, checking up on us and other families if we needed anything doing his job above and beyond, all I can say is give this man a raise.

We placed an order of pizza and wings to eat while our kids enjoyed the game but no kidding the pizza took an hour and the wings 1 1/2 hour. They did not offer the plates or utensils, we had to go ask for them and stand in line for 30 minutes. And I bet they only remembered about the wings because my husband got up to tell them they were taking extremely long for a few wings. We finally got the wings and were cold. Hate it. They need to improve their service here.

This location has the best customer service. We were greeted with a nice welcome. The cashier was nice and super helpful with the deals and explaing the details of everything. When we sat down to our table one of the workers came to make sure our table was clean (which it was) and if we would like it wiped down again. When we went to get our prizes the guy was really patient and helpful as well. As we were leaving we ordered some churros and were waiting in the front and we were asked by two employees if we

pizza took forever, u have to pay 20 per kid to go in the bouncy thing, a few of the games were broken or not working including the booth to take your picture, the singing guy was great..way better than chucky, the girl at front let my grand daughters leave with my son even though the stamps on their hands did not match (of course i know my son but the girl working the door did not & i watched from the side to test the safety of the hand stamps & she just let them go through) over all the staff was friendly

I'm a 90s baby so of course the place will be different and tickets and tokens would actually be non existent in 2020. My kids hate the idea of coming and having to get cards to play, and the sad part is theirs barley any games that actually work the way their suppose too. The customer here at this place sucked. There was a baby that belonged to an employee passed around, one was on the phone and made me wait 20 min before asking did I need any help. The food was great, I give this 3 stars only because my k

This place is amazing the customer service is amazing I'm so glad Chuck E. Cheese is still up and running my toddler loves this place we are here at least ones or twice a week Martin is one of the front desk staff amazing by the way. As a 90s baby I'm glad my kids are able to enjoy Chuck E. Cheese as much as I enjoyed it back in the days ????

I have not been here in awhile. And when I say awhile, I was here when they had tokens and the bouncy ball thing.. So I brought the kids so they can put some tokens into the machine to find out that they no longer use tokens. It's all with a swipe of a card. At first the kids were pretty sad about the tokens, but for me it worked out easier. They each got a card. You can add min or points. If you add min they start as soon as you get the card and is non stop. When you get points it's 2 to three points per g

Staff was very helpful. Alittle expensive on the party aspect, but overall, my kids enjoyed themselves. Food could have been better for party package. One staff member made sure all my guests were taken care of, and I really appreciate him, but I didn't get his name

Wonderful services and my son love this place, the staff is amazing. We had birthday party over there and everything so was so magical. Recommend it

majority of the games did not work or the rides , no one was around to services them either , it's rather small and I think it's quite ridiculous that the babies are charged to play on the trampoline after 35 mins I was ready to go and we left

8th birthday party for my granddaughter was handled extremely well. The majority of employees were thoughtful and polite and the kids had a blast. The food is kinda pricey but I think you're there for the atmosphere for the kids anyway.

Chuckie cheese has brought so much joy to millions of families including mine for over 3 decades. The food was served fresh and the humongous chocolate chips cookie was served deliciously hot to our table. Note to management: please wipe down game surfaces more to minimize the spread of germs. But other than that, a good time was had by all.

It's a good plays fir kids age 3-9 y/? ,the atmosphere inside is good, what we didn't like it's food, overpriced a lot, for 100$ one pizza like they said big but it looked like medium,4 drinks and little chicken wings as for me it's nothing to eat to be honest especially if you go with friends,so as gir the menu they could wirk it better, salad option is not an option at all,so food is really bad there, only plus kids had fun there.

I had a great time with my family at Chuck E Cheese. Tesha was so kind and helpful and made all the kids laugh. I will definitely be back.

I got a Chuck E. Cheese all the time I used to go many years ago when my daughter was young but now they have my two-year-old she loves to go

This chuck e cheese was a banger! Nice food (unicorn churros is my favorite I recommend you to get it) staff is nice and the games are massive! Nice job staff

Purchase mini pizzas for the kids. They seemed to enjoy them. A large portion of space is now a trampoline and mini play area for the younger kids. Chuck E didn't come out much to play and dance with the kids we were there about 3 to 4 hours and maybe saw Chuck E 2 times.

Not enough games! The slide/trampoline takes up half the space and you have to pay for kids to use it

Very busy and too many people but the staff was great for the family partyv

The place is much better ,clean and the Halloween atmosphere is good ,Chuck E.Cheese is great w All the children& parents very friendly and helpful all the games working ,food ????

The pizza was waaaaaay to expensive for how bad it was, the games felt like half of them didn't work, and I had to wait for at least minutes for the worker to let us in, which they only ended up doing after I decided to try and walk up to the counter

We had my daughter's 5th birthday party here with 12 kids and 8 adults the host caitlin was amazing she had a great attitude worked very hard with a smile she made the party great The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is just the price the party cost me $500 the pizza I paid $50 for two large pizzas not a good price for the quality and probably should have been included with the party but only the kids are covered I got the ultimate fun package so she git the ticket blaster dots ice cream and cups to take

Was scammed on the summer pass.! Beware! I bought it online and then when I tried to use the instant 1 hour play 6 days after I bought it the workers didn't even know about it. When I showed them proof that I bought it and that it says you can use 1 hour right away they didn't care to help me and just blamed it on the app. So I had to pay more since they didn't let me redeem what I had purchased. Prices are pretty crazy now. I spent $93 last time I went, that's ridiculous

Nice place to take the kids for a few hours to have fun, I took my 3-year-old for his first time to Chuck e Cheese and he enjoyed his self. All of the games were working except for one which is good. Our pizza came fast and it was delicious. I would definitely take my son here again.

Interesting Customer Service. Everything was ok until My Child Was Treated Like Trash. My Daughter is 9years old and Very Tall for Her Age. The Quality of Food Depends on Who is Working. Very Disappointed with This Visit. Definitely taking My Child Elsewhere. Located in A Convenient Area. Plenty of Parking. Establishment was Clean and Bathrooms. Over Priced and Boring....

They did a great job on the remodel. They are understaffed, lacking the personality for the environment but overall not bad for the kids to play for a bit.

Trampoline Not Recommended for Autism Kids. The manager kicked us out from the trampolines, cuz was not able over see my kid to him. Got a Refund!

I been to 12 other chuck e cheese spots and this is the best I have seen when it comes to clean and picking up after customers. I have ordered food and they brought it to me which is the first chuck e cheese that does this. Everyone has been polite and I been going to this same spot for two weeks everyday. Everyday they are wiping down the games and every employee seems to be communicating and working as a team. I have been to others in nice areas but their service is no good and dirty..this one has been ne

Stopped by today and Terrence is really keeping this place clean, he's the only one all over the place doing a great job keeping this place clean, definitely coming back

The place was great and had some good games for the kids. Also the food was good except they messed up my order of wings and took about an hour to fix it. Still I'd go again most likely my kids love the place.

The place wasn't packed. That is until we were ready to leave and noticed it was getting really busy. Seems like they could use extra help at the counter they have one person doing both the line to enter, stamp you, your child, order your meal plus time on your card for games. Meanwhile on the other side of the counter you got customers waiting to turn in tickets for toys. Idk about your kids but mine has zero patience for waiting. So, I didnt even attempt to turn in the tickets. This is also where you walk

This Chuck E. Cheese was very clean and had many friendly workers. Although the price is a bit high it's worth all the fun the kds have! The only dissapointing thing is that they changed the white cake...it used to be so Delicious n the new one, well let's just say nobody in our party liked it! But theKids had so much fun...Pizza is great. I prefer the weekdays, less people.

Bad they don't run this place like they should they did not have someone at the door at all times to make sure no kids were walking out with Adults they didn't know kids were wondering out the doors

We had a Birthday party on a Friday night. Pretty good prices and a discount on the trampoline and obstacle course area. Every employee was Extremely nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back. ??

Great place for kids the hour card really goes a long way when you split between the group

It's was fun, not sure when they changed to using cards instead of coins. But my niece still enjoyed herself ??. The pizza was awesome too. Seem like it taste better

Place is what ever. Only go here when we can't go anywhere else. Pizza is stupid expensive for the quality it provides I think 1 pizza is like $12? Again for the quality not sure bout that. The games 50-50 they're working or not. they really need to monitor the occupancy there seems like they let everyone in and people are standing eating or waiting to play. Some games are pretty dirty they need a deep cleaning. More games for toddlers. From my experiences being there with it first opened up when I was 5-7

Some games are outdated and missing pieces. The prices are a little high but overall a good place to take my toddler sometimes.

Today 09/09/24 I had a party at this location we booked online and paid the deposit online when we showed up we paid the remaining balance and ordered the pizza everything started off fine then when we had 30 minutes left I asked when they will do the show and ticket blaster because that's what it says we get with online when booking and one of the employees said he was gonna go get everything ready then the manager name Juanita came out very rude and said we don't get any of that all we get is what we got

My grandson was visiting, so we took him to Chuck E. Cheese for some food & fun. He enjoyed the cheese sticks. We enjoyed the fresh salad.

Kids luv it..extremely over priced.

Understaffed and over crowded. Half of the machines are showing error codes. I wish a never ordered the salad bar the lettuce is brown the spinach is rotten / liquified no croutons. They are so many people coming in and out. They have no time to do anything else but help up front. We waited 10 min to have our stamps checked because they were so understaffed.

Great service food delicious and the ambiance was good ??

If Terrance is working when you go... You're gonna have a great experience! Took care of my family's every need (even ones we didn't know we had). Made a good outing into a great outing. Thank You Terrance! I hope this review finds its way to your supervisor and a raise is in order. Also, the unicorn churros were awesome; loved the flavoring!

Good place for the kids. But half the games are always busted, out of order, or just don't work right. Food is decent. Just a little pricey. I would prefer to eat elsewhere then come in to play. Staff is nice. However, it always seems like they're understaffed. Last visit to this location took my family (Wife and 2 kids) over 15 minutes just to get checked in at the front. If you're gonna have a check-in area, be sure to have someone stationed there at all times to check folks in/out as needed. We were so

I love having birthdays here.

i had the most horrible experience for my baby 2nd birthday i dont know where to start i just know they trash

It's overwhelming if you don't like loud noises or lots of people. My child however, loved it! She spent the majority of her time on the trampoline.

This is a good Chuck E. Cheese with the renovation. I wish they would tell us the trampoline area is separate because they were kicking kids out left and right and it wasn't even being attended by an employee the whole time.

Over 20$ for a xlarge pizza and getting a thin crust pizza when i didnt even order a thin crust you guys need to add more dough or something also no clean tables ya'll need to hire more people

What a wonderful place to have a toddler party.. Our little adored all the noise, kids, games, lights.. With coupons this place is affordable. Great service

Spent $16 on this. Not only that, it took them forever to make this a baby pizza. I placed it online and came in 15 minutes after and waited another 20.

My kiddos had an awesome time! Everything was very clean....it was spotless and the games were in excellent working conditions. I would highly recommend this location! See you again very soon. The staff were courteous and professional and helpful.??

Had a great time with the family here. The only negative part was that the food took over an hour to get our food only because they delivered the food to the wrong table. At the end of our visit, my daughter dropped her soda and cotton candy, and one of the employees gave me 2 bags of cotton candy. It was a very nice gesture.

I am waiting over an hour for my food.. my kids are hungry and so am I. I should have bought dijourno!!! 10/23/2019

All the games worked, might I add the all you can play game cards is a very nice touch. All the employees were very nice and patient. Bathrooms were also very clean. Definitely worth taking my daughters to get them out the house and doing something fun to end the school week. Promised them we will go next week.

My niece and nephew had a great time.

Mr Cheese's establishment has recently changed their birthday party packages so you should read up on this before you book your next party. Still a pretty good deal though. As always, tell your young ones to watch their play cards cause many rogue kids are roaming the gameroom floor looking for soft targets to jack because their parents can't get play passes on their EBT cards. I treat it less as an annoyance and more as a training ground for our kids to prepare them for the real world. Oh, and get there ea

Great birthday party for my 7 year old. Aaron was the best!

Customer service was amazing I took my son to celebrate his 8th birthday and he has a blast with his brother bd sister

Booked an online party about 1hour into the party they told us we were not get any of the things we received online just the table and two hour play cards which is false advertising and they where very rude to us and the employee that tried to help us especially the general manager and manager Juanita. WOULD NOT COME AGAIN!

Everybody was really nice that worked there , food was delicious and my kids loved it there

The place looks great now that they have done the remodel. Great job with the new menu adding appetizers. They've come a long way in the quality of food since I was a kid. Overall this Chuck E cheese is got a fresh new look food is good. Great place to take your kids to make some memories.

Had my kid's birthday party here and got one of the birthday party packages. Was well worth it, especially since you get unlimited games for a set time. Pizza was fairly good. Hostess did a good job. Lots of games for the kids and adults. Everyone had a good time with plenty of food. There was a lot of people on a Sunday so may be difficult finding a table if you're not reserving a birthday party.

This is truly the worst Chuck E Cheese I've been to in my life. The first four games we attempted to play, didn't work. Games are outdated. Definitely won't be returning.

We had a great time. We had salad & pizza. The children had so much fun playing games, they were so happy. It was a third birthday for my grandson and although we couldn't afford a big party he had a great time. I was especially happy that the games were easy for him to do. Thanks

Fun party for 3 year old... Kinda pricey but we had a good time.

They often seem to be understaffed. Sometimes that shows in the cleanliness of the tables or the time it takes for food to come out. The pizza always seems to be pretty good although overpriced, cant beat Dominos but it gets the job done for sure. Games seem to work pretty consistently and I havent noticed anything to be out of service for too long. And to be honest this is probably the best location I've been to from San Bernardino to LA, all things considered, but to keep it fair I haven't been to another

It was a an okay experience considering there was alot of kids and many things going on At once....I would maybe consider going during the weekday just to get a better and really take advantage of the whole place.

It's hard to get a lot of points in a few hours. The younger kids have a harder time collecting them because they try to play all the games instead of just the ones that give you points like the big kids would go for. However it will keep them busy for hours and the card thing is cool. I don't understand how you pay for the hours and have to pay for a card and band separately.

This place sucks so bad. None of the games work correctly. Nobody around for help. Games missing parts busted and broken tried to get my money back 5min after purchasing and they said they don't do refunds. Only food I wanted was salad bar. All the lettuce was brown everything mixed jusdisgusting. By far the worse chuck e. cheese I have ever been too. We left b4 our play pass was even up no games to play

There was an employee named Terrence, he was such a nice man. He was so amazing. He was so friendly, and was hustling the entire 2 hours we were there.

Went on a Friday morning and it was empty and pretty clean. Still remodeling but only the stage was closed. A little understaffed it seemed, but it was first thing at open. Didn't get any pizza this time because it is a bit expensive but we had fun with the games. Glad you can buy points and not just time. Would definitely come back to this location.

Came 2 weeks ago on a Saturday..they were super busy!! And most of the games didn't even work didn't bother to let them know since it was extremely busy..food was taking so long anyway, decided to give them one last chance came on a Sunday wasn't as busy and games weren't working again this time I told them and waited patiently for 29 min and nothing..finally spoke with Pam the manager and with no apologies of any kind after i told her about my incidents...I just decided to get my refund and left. I know it

We came in on a busy day ! I watch Terrance clean tables, getting boxes and all with a smile on his face . With all that he still stop by to tell me to take my buzzer . I'm not a person to write views, but I thought he deserved it.

Jimmie was awesome this guy deserves a raise he was doing everything and with a smile the best customer service he was on it making sure everyone was happy not just at my table at every table thank you Jimmie for the great service

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
