The pizza portion is insanely smaller than other place, ordered chicken wing charged me 20 dollars something but only 6 pieces, the portion is insanely small, they don't allow outside food, but they don't give you enough food for the price. We are large party have 24 people need to keep ordering food. They made food very slow, don't go to chunk e cheese for a party during lunch time or dinner time! And the employees there are slow, and sometime has attitude! The experience is not so pleasure!

My wife and I took our 5yr old grandson and 8 month old granddaughter it was her 1st time there . She really enjoyed all the bright colors of the car and TVS, she met Chuck Echeese and wasn't afraid. Our grandson has gotten do good on the Pirates Video game that got the number 18 all time score . The stuffed crust pizza was so so,they messed up on the wings. It's FRAUD! I paid for minutes to play on my card. Then I spent those minutes playing games. When I check the activity of my card some of those games awarded me 0 points even though the screen said I won points. This happened on at least 4 of the games I played. I brought the issue to management and they said that a good number of the games don't give tickets even when they say they do. I told him that's fraud and he said he didn't care. I had my 3 year olds birthday party here on Saturday and everyone was fantastic! I'm really enjoying the new management and new team members they have now . I got a party planner that called me a day before the party to go over details . I was shocked and enjoyed the rundown . Staff wasn't overly friendly. Made us move to a small table where we had to break up our party so we could accommodate the staff who were laying out paper plates and cups for a party the following day. They give you raw wings ( even cold) and claim that thats the way they serve them. Great for kids under 10. Many of the games malfunction and tickets don't always come out. They should go ticketless like Dave and Buster's. Seems they care much more about bottom line than customer service. I was given the runaround about a complaint about a specific machine. I wanted to get my credit back for the sake of principal. Well this is my 3rd trip to this location in the past few months . they have a sign stating chuck e comes out every hour on the 30 so today i came at a little before 1:30 and no chuck e ...now after 2:30 and guess what still no chuck e ..this place is fun it cost a small fortune for the kids to have fun ..they have done away with the ball pit and the climbing tubes so the tots dont have much to do ...on the positive side at least the restroom was clean today which hardly happens at this location

Got a pizza, crust was great, but that's really it. The green peppers were added after pizza was done. They weren't cooked and were loose on the pizza. I literally saw an employee walk in with a grocery store produce bag of green peppers, at which point I had been waiting 20 minutes. Got my pizza a couple minutes later. Got churros too which were kinda chewy. Would give less stars if crust wasn't so good. I guess stick with basic or no toppings.

As crowded as any Chuck E. Cheese, but their game area is VERY small compared to other locations. Not may of the games my son likes. Half the games were constantly out of tickets.
