The pizza portion is insanely smaller than other place, ordered chicken wing charged me 20 dollars something but only 6 pieces, the portion is insanely small, they don't allow outside food, but they don't give you enough food for the price. We are large party have 24 people need to keep ordering food. They made food very slow, don't go to chunk e cheese for a party during lunch time or dinner time! And the employees there are slow, and sometime has attitude! The experience is not so pleasure!

Expected to get junk food but not rude service. Food was made & sitting on the kitchen counter. The staffs forgot to notify us. I asked after 20 mins and a girl told me to go in the kitchen to grab it myself. I told her the food is probably child by now and she said that it's totally fine. After eating and playing. We tried to collect the prizes with our tickets. Another family was waiting in front of us. After waiting for 5 minutes, the staff used the PA speaker telling us the prize counter is closed. We l

I ordered pizza and had it delivered by doordash. I ordered an extra large pepperoni which I cant believe they consider that extra large..that's laughable And they didn't have to cut it into 24 small pieces they could have just cut it into 12 bigger pieces that's ridiculous. I also ordered a large half pepperoni half cheese. That pizza is another complete joke. I paid over $65 for these ridiculous pizzas!!! This is a rip-off the pizzas weren't even good!! Not only were they tiny for what I paid But I cou

Things have changed and a lot more expensive, but the food is actually not bad, those wings are yum, and the kids always have a good time. The security aspect where the kids exit and enter could be a lot better. The chocolate cookie pie was amazing.

The pizza was surprisingly good, but the pies are small. I would order more than the recommended amount per party size. We went to a friend?s birthday here. It's not such a big place. The bathrooms were really dirty. I wouldn't choose to go here of course, but it was fine. The kids had limitless game playing cards, which was nice. The service at the point redeeming desk was extremely slow!!! They should have more than one person manning it and the option for the kids to see the points they have. They let an

The need to watch the door better. What's the point of having a system in place if no one is there to check people's stamps on the way out. Other than that it's clean. I didn't try the food.

My wife and I took our 5yr old grandson and 8 month old granddaughter it was her 1st time there . She really enjoyed all the bright colors of the car and TVS, she met Chuck Echeese and wasn't afraid. Our grandson has gotten do good on the Pirates Video game that got the number 18 all time score . The stuffed crust pizza was so so,they messed up on the wings. They over cooked them and put too much sauce, my wife asked for lite sauce. The kids enjoyed themselves most importantly.

Super fun as always, this time our card was not working in all the games, even when it was a pass for all you can play in every game. No idea what happened, they just mentioned it should work. At the end we just skipped those games, ?????

It bothers me a lot that they sell socks to be able to jump inside the jumper...how is it possible that apart from the fact that everything is very expensive????

Medium chicken wings is a rip off. Don't order it! Paid $35.70 for maybe 14 pieces? You'd be getting a feast at Jollibee instead.

It was our first time to Chuck E. Cheese as adults bringing our own little one. The staff were mostly friendly, but not very knowledgeable about their packages, products, and deals. We had to go back to the counter multiple times and eventually got a manager to assist us. There were a few staff that were less than friendly where some people would even consider them as hostile to guests and children. At least the staff that assisted us when we were redeeming prizes was very kind and extremely patient, which

We just celebrated our daughter?s bday here last Saturday. And I'm a little disappointed actually , on the day of the party they told me they ran out of goodie bags but they did add more points for the kids play card and then the hello kitty cake that I wanted they said they ran out, and chuck e cheese could?ve done better when he came out you know being happy, jolly, playful with the kids but he's not. He looks sick actually, sorry to say that and lastly they could?ve given more importance to the birthday

My niece and her husband took their son and the family plus many there for Oren's 5th birthday. Everyone had a great time. Chuck E. Cheese even made an appearance!

Went in on a Tuesday around 1pm. Was empty and my kids had a blast. Just feels different now. They have a jump area for kids. Great for parents with 1 kid. Because its 10 bucks a kid. Since I got 3 of them. Its just not in my budget.. ill just let them jump all over the tables and chairs. Thats included

We enjoyed a birthday celebration at Chuck E. Cheese. Good pizza and fun games.

No I haven't seen anymore malfunctions so far it, gives you the right amount of tickets, the pizza is really good, the Subway surfers gane gives you 3 chances also the prizes sr the prize corner are cool.

My baby enjoyed his birthday so did I Great service, its a fun place to celebrate parties We had a blast at Chuck E Chesse??????

A good place. Cost $$$. All kids love it.

It was a complete disappointment for us. I chose the 1000 point program for the birthday child. Later we realized that the person who filled out the cards did not give my daughter a separate card, but added the same points as the guests. For Ticket Blaster, no one said anything even though our party was over, but my daughter reminded me at the last minute. The man assigned to take care of us started work that day and was a terrible host. He was late no matter what we said, I asked for a knife for the cake a

I used to go to chuck e cheese frequently as a kid. Took my daughter here and was surprised by how small this location is. No play place what so all. Rides and games were extremely limited. Employees were nice though. The place wasn't dirty but it wasn't clean either. Maybe the other locations offer more. My daughter is only 18 months so I wasn't expecting much for her but there were only 3 Rides for kids her ages. But prices were fair though

Julissa was the party host for my son birthday on July at chucks cheese on to el Camino location ! She accommodated all the food gift and games and GRC and the best part is the chunky cheese bunny and we took great pictures and had a wonderful time for my son ! Julius?s has excellent customer service and I really really appreciate the extra effort for my son birthday party and everyone was amazed with my invited guest

I took my son here and he loved it

A really good place for kids to have fun and celebrate. The staff and the coordinator were excellent. It was really busy but they did a good job creating a fun experience especially for the kids, as my family and friends have always used this facility. I recommend this place. However, we have a serious concern regarding a security on our account. The next morning, I got a call from the manager, who also coordinated the party. She was expressing a disagreement, a sense of disappointment. To my surprise,

The pizza isn't great but this place throws an awesome kids birthday party. The kids had so much fun playing all the video games for free during the party. We even got an instant photo from the car ride. You even get to meet Mr Chuck E Cheese who is a mouse. It's quite noisy from the adult point of view, but my 7yo son wishes his next birthday party could be at Chuck E. Cheese.

My daughter Nathalie celebrated her 3rd birthday at Chuck E Cheese for the first time & she had a blasts including my 5 year old son & all his grown cousins. I love the service that we a received from A friendly staff named Steven (San Bruno, CA.) at our party table that assisted us all throughout our stay. He made sure that our table is set in regards to food service & entertainment. He also made sure that he will be available at anytime if we needed something towards the duration of our party. The only do

We went there to check the place for my son's birthday before booking online to see how it is. It was our first time to be at Chuck E. Cheese so we tried asking for help from one of the girl employees assigned at the entrance. Instead of trying to be helpful she looked at us like we were stupid. She gave us that rude look and she answers back rudely. Not a very nice attitude to welcome your costumers. If I could give a zero. BEWARE of using their machine for the play card it takes money but does not give you

Uhh, the place is dead first off on a Sunday lunch. Reasons, the prices are sky high. I think that's why it's dead!!! Who wants to pay a personal pizza the size of a plate for nearly $20 and $5 for 1/4 plate of fries. Prices are ridiculous!! Games are soooo outdated, who the hell wants to return???? Everyone who reads this... GO TO DAVE & BUSTER instead, better games and a lot better food and decent prices. This Chucky Cheese doesn't deserve the 80's heyday status name. Dying business!!! Management

The teenage skinny boy with a little curl in his short hair, with a black shirt working on 9/9/2023 between 2pm and 4pm behind the counter to redeem prizes for points is disrespectful and ignorant. We were at the counter waiting for our turn to scan our points to claim prizes for the kids. He clearly saw ignorant parents cut the line because they didn't want to wait their turn. But he nevertheless took their cards over ours. He allowed 2 families to cut us off even when I expressed we were here first. He ig

It's FRAUD! I paid for minutes to play on my card. Then I spent those minutes playing games. When I check the activity of my card some of those games awarded me 0 points even though the screen said I won points. This happened on at least 4 of the games I played. I brought the issue to management and they said that a good number of the games don't give tickets even when they say they do. I told him that's fraud and he said he didn't care. This place is a scam. Be sure to constantly check your card act

Everyone here is so nice, they would benefit with more staff.

A Great Place to be a kid!

I had my 3 year olds birthday party here on Saturday and everyone was fantastic! I'm really enjoying the new management and new team members they have now . I got a party planner that called me a day before the party to go over details . I was shocked and enjoyed the rundown . Our hostess was awesome , she was sweet and had patience with my kiddos . everything was perfectly planned from the timing of food to the cake and to get the kids back out for more play time . ?? All of them deserve a raise ! The

We felt rushed. Nothing was explained since we never have been there. Chaos. Our server was all over the place. Lack of organization. Kids loved it but it could have been much better. Chicken wings were so overpriced. In picture looked big portion but when we received it was half size. Pizza was good.

It smells absolutely disgusting as soon as you walk-in, nothing but teenagers working, who literally play (throwing things at one another) while you're trying to place a food order. We left our pizza & drinks on the table while we went to play and they literally threw everything away; only thing they offered was cups, no apology, pizza or anything. Last but not least, there was no one standing at the door to confirm my daughter was leaving with who she is supposed to be leaving with; major safety concern! M

My toddler likes playing here, that's the beauty of this place, a designated zone for kids. However, it's ran by toddlers too! There are a few nice members. Yet, the staff is mostly folks slacking off, too quick with excuses instead of producing solutions. More often than not, the facility is neglected with unsanitary bathrooms, dirty un-bussed tables, machines that don't get replenished with tickets, and you have to beg to be assisted. As a parent, it's an annoying, expensive, and too often a frustrating e

Staff wasn't overly friendly. Made us move to a small table where we had to break up our party so we could accommodate the staff who were laying out paper plates and cups for a party the following day. They didn't even tip us or offer us a discount for accommodating their staff. They could use some customer service training. Otherwise place was clean, nice atmosphere, pizza was hot.

Always nice to go to chuck e cheese just wish they had the a/c on for the amount of people that were in there extremely hot ?? but besides that great place to take your child to let them get a arcade expirence

Not the Chuck E. I grew up with. Bright lights, no animatronics, kids bop on loop are new additions. Skeeball, prizes, and bad pizza are still there.

So why did I give it a 3? About a month or two ago they changed/rigged many games to be more difficult and buggy.

I went today to have some fun with my sister. We're still in our teens so I don't think it's too weird for us to go & relive a part of our childhood. This place was like any other Chuck E. Cheese's, though it is a bit on the smaller size. Nonetheless, they still had plenty of fun games your choose from. The reason for my low rating is the staff. I had huge problems with them the entire time I was there. It first began with employees hovering over us the entire time we spent there. Eventually, it escalated t

I went to celebrate my daughters bday we order 2 pizzas and a sampler first able the chicken wings were frozen with buffalo sauce we decided not so say nothing then they bring the pizzas both wrong the nice cashier her name is Athena told us that we were able to kept one pizza which I said it's fine I can pay for it that way we wait until the other two are ready she said no it's fine went back to the kitchen and then manager Michelle came back with another employee that approached to me my mom and my 5 year

It's not fancy like Dave and Buster's but young kids love it. Most of the games are ones where you try to win tickets. There are only a few arcade games. There great thing about it is that it is a cheap way to entertain kids. $15 buys a lot of games.

So I hadn't been to this Chuck-E-Cheese location since about 2014, I recently saw that they had remodeled it and we're launching a grand re-opening. I was invited to a birthday party at this location in San Bruno so I was expecting something better then what it used to be when I arrived. Back in 2014 when I last visited this Chuck-E-Cheese it was very unorganized, dirty, and the type a kids visiting this location were pretty rowdy and the parents just tend to not really parent their kids if you know what I

We usually come to this place for fun ( entertainmen for nids and pizza) and was so disappointed for their food quality and service. They give you raw wings ( even cold) and claim that thats the way they serve them. Pizza was serrved cold and flavor less. $50 thrown down the trash and manager couldnt even say they were sorry or tried to make it up. Manager on duty: George. Bathrooms are DIRTY! I rather continue going to the one in Pinole. Bigger, better and cleaner!

Great for kids under 10. Many of the games malfunction and tickets don't always come out. They should go ticketless like Dave and Buster's. Food was ok, nothing out of the typical -pizza, chicken wings, salad bars - all the same as other places. They have a system where they stamp the kids and parents so someone just can't walk out with your kid. Well, that's the concept, but not really implemented. There isn't always a person to check. We come for birthdays only.

Seems they care much more about bottom line than customer service. I was given the runaround about a complaint about a specific machine. I wanted to get my credit back for the sake of principal. I find their empathy extremely lacking. On the other hand, my kids had fun. The only reason they got two stars instead of one.

Went there for my daughters 1st birthday today, Thursday, May 30th. The place was filthy. We got there at 7:45pm, 1 hour and 15 mins before they closed. Ordered 2 pizzas. Found the one clean table left in the toddlers section. There were probably about 20 people in the whole place, not busy at all. At 8:40pm still no pizzas. Asked when they were coming, they realized they never gave the order to the kitchen, said they would be out shortly. They brought them out at about 8:50pm, 10 mins before they closed bu

Went there with my family and friends for my daughters Bday, the server that attend us was great. Gave him a great tip. The reason for the 3 stars was about a 1/3 of the games were broken and this is after a grand reopening remodel! Go figure

Had a great time with my grandkids the games were fun the place was very clean but I will say it is extremely expensive. And I wouldn't give their food a five star it's standard cardboard Pizza they do have a salad bar that I would give 3 stars too.

We enjoyed going with the kids had fun and they had good customer service that day hope everyone has a great experience also with their family

C'mon people, what do you expect? It's cheap fun for kids, not an upscale resort. Took my niece and nephew here for their birthdays, and Chuck himself came over to give them a hug. He could have definitely been more personable. Pizza looked yum. All in all, its a good place to bring your kids for a good time every now and then.

I wish, I can put 0 starts!! But I have to put 1 to write my review about the Horrible Horrible dirty place!! No enough staff to handle all the customer needs. Lines to order food too long. About 1 hour to 2 for food to come out. Food to wrong table and have to wait even more. About 2 hours for food. And I was offer $2 off my $200 bill! Machine don't have tickets we encounter about 6-8 machine with out tickets and need to find someone&somewhere to replace tickets or to credit tickets but they were not on th

Hello all, let's talk about Chuck E Cheese! Today I took my Grandkids there to play and have fun, but the chuck E Cheese I remember is GONE! To go inside they ask to take a selfie with all your crew, which I think is not bad, since they are not doing the mark on your hand anymore. They change everything, Chuck E and friends are not there anymore dancing. No more coins, which I understand too. We went to order food first and get a card so the kids can play. We can barely hear the guy and the register, we ord

Glad to see this business is open again with social distancing procedures. Mask are a must of course. Temp check at the door & hand sanitizer put into your hands at check in. Instead of hand stanping, you must take a selfie picture of you & your kid(s). Some games have been removed for social spacing but the most popular ones have stayed. Multi-player games have signage asking "One family/person at a time." Hand sanitizing stations with social distancing markers for line waiting have been put up. They also

We brought our son here for his second birthday party. I called 2 weeks prior to make arrangements, put on the order large Paw Patrol Cake! We get there, first person to greet us was SO rude! Had to wait on our ?host? when she finally came we went over our order and that's when I realized they didn't have the right cake!! Small round cake. Asked for the manager he was no help at all! The staff there is very unhelpful and rude! That was my first and last timeNEVER again!!

Chuck E. Cheese....can be amazing or terrible , all depends on the day of week and time of day you go. Also depends on what staff members are working. And if the games are working and if there are tickets, tokens and plenty of paper in the machines. The bathrooms are always super gross though ??????. It is pretty affordable however I wish they would discount the food once it gets close to closing. Who wants to pay full price for All you can eat salad bar, 20 minutes before closing?

The key thing about Chuck E. Cheese is to know what you're getting into. If you think you're going to get amazing food, you're going to be disappointed. If you think the "entertainment" is actually going to be entertaining to adults, you're going to be disappointed. If you think the atmosphere is going to be pleasant, you're going to be disappointed. However, if you're bringing a couple of kids here, and you want a place that (1) is clean, (2) has tons of games and "entertainment" your children will enj

We visited around 11 am on weekday. Even if the place was not busy, we had to wait long to order foods and recharge our game cards. I believe the place is in middle of remodeling. Some machines were out of order. There were not many options for rewards

Well this is my 3rd trip to this location in the past few months . they have a sign stating chuck e comes out every hour on the 30 so today i came at a little before 1:30 and no chuck e ...now after 2:30 and guess what still no chuck e ..this place is fun it cost a small fortune for the kids to have fun ..they have done away with the ball pit and the climbing tubes so the tots dont have much to do ...on the positive side at least the restroom was clean today which hardly happens at this location

They did a little remodeling no more stage 4 Chucky they have a nice little middle area where the kids can step on fishes and lily pads it's really nice they have a countdown for Chucky to come out and you can see the countdown on like maybe five or six screens. I wish they could add one more floor so you can add some more rides and games but I'm like the new remodel .so that's why I give it 3 stars. but it's still can need Improvement but like I said if they add another floor I think that Chuck-E-Cheese w

Much better and cleaner than a few years ago. We'll go back.

It's a place for kids. My daughter wanted to go so we when. She had a good time and the staff there are very friendly. Food is ok, just remember it's a place for kids to have fun. Thank you.

Well I went yesterday with some friends (one was the age of thirteen and two were 12 like me). Two of my friends were commenting on how the smell wasn't pleasant and another one of my friends noticed that one of the animatronics was staring at us for a few minutes straight. We decided to record but once we took our phones out it looked away. A while later, one of the staff workers came up to us and asked for our age and told two of my friends (who weren't playing games) that they could either stay or leave

Didnt really like chuck e. Cheese because of personal resons.. But went the other day with my 1 year old because grandparents took him.. And he enjoyed himself. Fun for kids, and adults if you make it fun. If you're with your kids it's nice to spend time with them and play. Lots of stores nearby as well and different restraunts.

This place is hella ghetto. But we still keep comming back!!! ?????? we must be ghetto too! Na but fr fr theyre short staffed and the staff does the best they can... 1/2 the machines don't work it seems but my kids still love comming here.... when i was a kid Chuckee cheese was off the chains... as an adult it doesnt seem like it but again- the kids still love it! As long as the adults dont start no fights im giving 5 ?

Got a pizza, crust was great, but that's really it. The green peppers were added after pizza was done. They weren't cooked and were loose on the pizza. I literally saw an employee walk in with a grocery store produce bag of green peppers, at which point I had been waiting 20 minutes. Got my pizza a couple minutes later. Got churros too which were kinda chewy. Would give less stars if crust wasn't so good. I guess stick with basic or no toppings.

I always loved their pizza. They have some fun games to play. Great place to have some fun with your children or your Inner-child. Very clean and attractive place to be in with Chuck E and the gang.

They need more rides or jungle gym. Definitely has changed since the last time I was here, which was a couple of years ago.

Dont Go Run!!! I wanted to do something for daughter birthday while we were home in California. I had to ask the staff: -to have the first party to leave at 3:45 mine started at 4pm -had to find the staff to clean the table -had to ask them to sweep -had to ask the clean the benches which had pizza all on them -the guy brought the trash can over put some trash it & the rest on the stage -then I asked them to clean the bath room 2 times & i took pictures - took about 45 min to an hour to get our pizzas - bo

I've been waiting for more than 1 hour for 2 large pepperoni pizzas. It is ridiculous how the service here is so horrible. I got my refund and left to go eat at Round Table instead. My kids are Hangry, and so are the adults.

I won jackpot one time and this little girl came up to me and just started to lay out my tickets in a straight line while they were coming out of the machine, without my permission. Since there were 1,000 tickets if was a pretty long line of tickets and i couldnt stop her because i was a shy turtle, so she just kept on laying out my tickets. Eventually, my tickets got #destroyed because of lousy kids running around and stepling on my tickets!!!!! So yeah im not sure about how to feel because i won jackpot a

It is so stupid of management to pick on some kids and not others, this is the worst place to bring your kids.

Same prices but now they have a awards system going on, if you go to chuck e cheese 3x in a month like me, you get a $10 coupon off anything. The more you go the more prizes you get. Free personal pizza one topping just for signing up

As crowded as any Chuck E. Cheese, but their game area is VERY small compared to other locations. Not may of the games my son likes. Half the games were constantly out of tickets.

Overall there's good games for the kids, but staff is just not excited to be there at all, hence they don't care about their customers

Me and my family went to have a good time. We got broken games, no sanitation, and the staff was slow and the supplies were low or non-existent.

The worst service in the world. A family member was trying to book a big birthday party there and they could not find the time to answer a few questions. We walked away. Definitely their loss. I wouldn't give any child a party there, even if they offered to pay Me...

Kids loved it, but they need more people to be working that would help with refilling tickets and making sure the place is running efficiently. Seems like a lot of people working but no one available to help with anything.

31$ for one hour of fun and excitement with my 6 year old daughter. We do not eat we only play.

My kids had fun! They have the unlimited play cards which is amazing! First time at this chuck e cheese.

It's Chuck e Cheese. Fun for the kids, pizza is good enough. I have the high score for NBA shot, NFL throw, and the baseball game, for today? before Noon?

Fun place for the kids and adults they have the hoops machine

The place is great for my grandkids but they don't have as many games as they used to. There are less and less games and no play structure.

The food is ok. There's a salad bar, pizza, beer, and wine. Some of the games were broken. The kids seemed to have fun, though.

Your pizza always good. But your drinks are all watered down. I dont know if y'all trying to stretch it...! But no you can't do that. Also an upgrade would be nice. It's looking boring now.

The San Bruno location is my favorite to take my toddler to. They staff is usually friendly and accommodating. She always has fun

Staff aren't very friendly, and this place needs a deep cleaning. My kids would cry if I said it, but if they don't start taking better care of these place they're going to go out of business! Dirty, games that don't work, games not filled with tickets, bathrooms are yuck! Dirty, did I say that!?

Wow! IsTo crawred. Place is messy specially at salad bar 65 minutute to get xtra large pizza all the worker concentrated in large a party .. But for the fun of my son. Thats way 3 stars..

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
