Took my grandson and his friend here for spring break. They had a blast! The food was good and the service was great. The atmosphere was electric! What can you say? Games, games, and more games. Both boys were beside themselves.

Honestly a horrible experience, there was a girl with pink hair who was completely rude to my guests and I. So rude that I had to literally speak to her manager about firing her and all this happened during my sons birthday party, I had no host to help with anything. We really love bringing our daughter. She's 5 and she always has the best time. The workers are so professional and friendly. I lost my credit card in the establishment and they helped me find it. I wish I had cash on me so I could have given them a tip for helping me but they said they were glad to help. My daughter absolutely loves Chuck E. Cheese. The people that work there are incompetent. I called to cancel order that I made through the Chuck E. Cheese app and the manager (Mexican lady) told me to google the number to cancel the order. I told her I ordered through the Chuck E. Cheese app and this is the number they gave me. She said it was no way to cancel besides driving to the location to cancel. I was like that doesn't make any sense. She said well there is nothing I can do about it. I asked for corporate number, she said google it.

This location is on the smaller side so has less variety of games. However, the games they do have work which is good compared to some of the other CEC locations especially Copperfield. This location is far from our house so we have only went twice but both times the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Took my grand babies here for a little fun.. the lady at the register was nice, polite, and patient even though more people came in after us, she wasn't trying to get rid of us and answered the questions we had since I no longer have small kids I needed to know how things work there now. My favorite thing there was the trampoline. For 10 dollars more for each child, they give them a wristband and non slip socks to go in and out as they pls. First time been to this facility of Chuck E Cheese. It's pretty small compared to other locations. There was no Chuck E Cheese dance performance for the Birthday kids which was disappointing. Might not pick or advise this facility for any kids parties.

If you have a kid's birthday party do not go to the one in Stafford it's small they burnt the pizza the kids did not get their gift bags or their cups after we paid extra and they were included the staff was rude and the restrooms were disgusting ??. And the birthday cake we bought from there, I could have made that at home and it was supposed to come with the Chuck e cheese logo on their.

We came with 2 grandbabies 20 minutes after they opened. A lady stamped our hands and we found a seat. Looked for someone to talk to and could not find anyone, after 15 minutes we left. We went to the counter to order food and there was nobody to interact with.

Extremely overpriced on everything. This used to be a place where you can go and get a bang for your buck. You could be happy with your purchases. The kids would be well taken care of. But now it is outrageous. Almost four bucks for fries that look like this.

Mark has above and beyond customer service and his attitude is kid friendly. I would recommend this chuck e cheese if you nearby looking for something to entertain your toddlers and kiddos ???? plus they sell a cup which is a one time purchase and unlimited refills when you bring your chuck e cheese cup during any visit. If you got toddlers would recommend buying the points instead of time.

I was not excite about this visit because the older guy that help you with the machine when they are not working try to make you seem like you did something wrong. I have been bring my daughter to chuck e cheese for over 3 year and my child is very smart. She showed me how to work most of the machine in the building. I do like the fact that they don't have that many machine with tokens any more. That was a big hassle because they wanted to charge you for a bag. Thank you for making a change.

They suck they stand around and look at you like your stupid when you need something but if your kid or other kids do something very small or with inconvenience as kids do they automatically make a big deal out of it. Go to different location this location lacks in size and pretty much everything else.

We come here all the time but again right after the remodeling and it's even better. The new seating is great. They have an interactive fish floor that my twins just love! I met the manager this time and man... He is a great guy that loves to help out if anything isn't perfect on your visit!! I highly recommended this place for kids younger or older. We always have a blast!!

Staff with a bad attitude... I don't understand if you don't like your job why do you work there... the most illogical character of an employee is his, unfortunately they only work for their money, not for the well-being of others.

I am using the two months $45 promo. The place is small and cozy which is great for kids. Most of the staffes are unfriendly and not welcoming. I lost my card and got a new one but the points did not transfer. The lady said "It is not our responsibility." Although, true this is a very disrespectful statement to make to a customer.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Came in for a birthday party and associates seemed as they were unaware. While the table was set it took them 30 minutes to get wristbands for the kids even though party was confirmed at 3pm. I had to walk to the counter as they were chit chatting at the counter to inquire about the wristbands. As we started playing some games didn't work. Pizza finally comes out. We order the birthday package for 10 kids at a whopping 300$ we got 2 PIZZAS. They barely checked

Best time to go is during the work week where children can run free without a big crowd. They adhered to pandemic protocols and had temperature scanning. Will be back soon!

The black woman with red hair was super disrespectful, everything bothered her, when we talked to her she makes faces and she doesn't like to attend, she made a desperate face for us to leave! If you don't like working in customer service, leave ... we pay and spend our money in this place so they should serve better!

I like and my kids also but it's kinda expensive, if you your kids to jump on the trampoline it's going to be 12$ extra per kid .

Small location, few games and the worst is the smell. It's a mix of weed and dirty as$. I don't know if it's the people or they don't clean the carpets but I just wanted to leave.

This is the worst Chuck E Cheese in the area. We have the summer fun pass, so we've gone to 4 other locations this summer quite frequently. However, I've only been able to tolerate going to this Stafford location a handful of times. Mostly, only because my kids saw some reward they wanted, that they didn't see at the other locations. The place looks sad.. so blunt.. it's so different.. its quiet.. just few people in there.. from the time we get there until we leave.. I still give a 5 star i never had issues with the service

Charging an additional $12 for the jump house is crazy. It was only 1 kid jumping and the place was full. However this is my grandson favorite place.

This was me of the worst locations we've ever visited, barely any games. Some machines not working and Chuck E didn't even come out that long to be with kids with costumes

I think everything is overpriced. We pay $19.99 for a pizza that tastes like the $5 pizza from little Caesars. Then we pay $12 for salad and everything was going bad, salad was dark and brown cucumbers were soured and gummy. The eggs have a long hair on them. Again We payed around $60 bucks for overpriced food. Not including if you want to use the games minimum card credit is $18??????

The staff was wonderful. The hostess was very polite and helpful. We booked a birthday party for my granddaughter. The birthday girl was very disappointed when her cake came out and in her words "it's disgusting". The cakes we ordered were 2 round hello kitty. What she got was a rectangular sprinkle cake. The cake looked like it was homemade The frosting was spread out in lumps and sprinkled to cover up the ugly job that was done. My 15 year old is a self learning baker that could of done a better job.

It's gotten too expensive. And we prefer to get and buy tokens over the swipe cards and bracelets. AND they don't give tokens/credits for the purchase of your food anymore! It had great service and everything so for a parent, its a great place to relax and watch the kids play but as teenager or someone looking to play a variety of different games, its not that fun for them since many of the games seems to be luck base or repetitive, not much challenge in them. All in all, it's great place but if you go there twice, you'll most likely not have the same enjoyment as you did the first time around.

I went earlier today with my girlfriend and had a great time. An older man took our order and was very pleasant to talk to. He seemed more than happy to help us out and thoroughly explained any info we needed. I would say the only drawback to this location is the lack of games compared to other CECs, still enough to have fun for an hour or so. The best part about this location is the 2-stage. We visited mainly to play the arcade games as the prices are reasonable and they keep their machines in working condition. It was a busy Saturday but the staff was attentive and helpful. Our buffalo wings were cooked perfectly and served by Josh. I noticed he later was cleaning up a spill and helping a little kid who was sad about it. It's great to see a caring young man working at this restaurant. My kids had fun playing games and I got to sit and rest for a bit!

Took my niece and nephew there for pizza and fun time with the games. I don't know if our timing was bad but the energy in the employees was a bit lack lustre...including Chuck E. Kids are kids so they created their own fun and excited, plus we were glad it wasn't too crowded. Overall we enjoyed our time their with the kids.

The place was clean and the staff was wonderful. You can tell they take pride in the business and they were wonderful with my 5 year old grandson. Played and danced with him and made him feel at home there. Great job!!

Went in last Saturday. Got some pizza and wings which were delicious. Also got some salad, salad looked old . Place was well kept even though 2 kids machines were not working properly.

Went here for a birthday party, the employees were helpful, the place was average. I had more an issue with the little brats there than the actual place. I won't make a review on the kids I nearly ran over while trying to get somewhere. Had my children?s party here. Building was very hot. Our party attendant was great. The woman at the register had a scowl on her face even with customers standing in front of her. Kids enjoyed the games. Pizza was uncut and super greasy. My guest had to order their own pizza and salad. Not sure I would want to have another party here.

We were in Houston for a family reunion and stopped by Chuck E Cheeses for the children and they had a blast. I was turned off by the customer service but had to remember we were dealing with children and that can be a task in itself. 30 minute wait on your food, would of been nice if that was announced when I was placing my order. Food has improved over the years.

I went to this Chuck E Cheese today I had a really bad experience with management and the employees when I aak for the manager business card she refused to go w it to me and lie about them not having any business cards, excuse me I work for a corporation and you always specially the manager have but they went to the back for me waiting and waiting thinking I was going to leave the employees were there also lying why don't you look for a solution for your clients concern instead of lying and making up excuse

I took my niece several times to this place. Everything would be ok if wasn't for Mark (I think is a manager there.) Is rude. Act like he was doing us a favor for letting us go to the play room. He needs customer service training.

Kids had a blast for cheap. The only problem was that there was only one ticket machine working and there was a long line to cash their tickets. Literally waited like 20 minutes. That was 3 weeks ago though, maybe they fixed the rest by now.

Fun place for young children (8 & younger). You wait a while for your food order even during slow hours. A half hour for an appetizer of cheesy bread. The shift manager could demonstrate better customer service skills.

I took my grandson there on a Saturday early afternoon for his 6th birthday and it was bananas. It was over crowded and many games didn't work. They are very overpriced and there is not enough space for everyone they let in. My grandson had never been to a Chuck E. Cheese in his life so he loved it. I bought him a $24 card and it lasted 2 hours but there weren't any tips on how much each game cost or why you'd buy tokens or how to use tokens. Very long wait time to cash in tickets for very minimal prizes.

The worst experience. Nothing like the Weisthiemer location. Half the size and be aware when you purchase game card you have a time limit to use it. So eat first then purchase! Unbelievable!!!!

I don't know but it was alot more lively from what I remember as a child. I went to the Bissonnet and Weslayan location when it was open as a kid.

I like the gulfgate area better, i think it's bigger, the employees there are nice, I spend $50 on my little niece she is 4yr old. For 1 pizza and 3 drinks and 100 points for the little one. The employees there are always working and making children happy. But I didn't like the ambiance.

I was not happy with my visit. The pizza was great. Games take points more than one game. And goes can't play cause some thing is missing from the game.Also the little kids rides has no tickets so that was the fun for my child at chuck e cheese. She was not happy at this location. We live at chuck e cheese with our 3 yr old.

So as far as kid entertainment goes the bar is usually set pretty low so it's disappointing that so many of the games are either out of order, out of tickets or geared towards collecting tickets to get prizes. Maybe only 1 in 10 games is not a simple press a button to take a gamble on winning tickets game, very few of the games are interactive enough to play for 10 seconds or more so it gets repetitive even for the kids. On the flip side, the pizza and oven baked food is actually pretty dang good!

I came June 9th, 2018 .I only put 15.00 in the Game card. We were there for about 2 hours and my 5 year old was swiping the card on a lot of Games. $15.00 was well worth the money for your kid to have fun!!!.. The Greeter was so NIice & Generous . Will come back!!

The building looks really old from the outside and inside as well and most of the games didn't work but other than that the costumer service was good.I recommend for whoever plans to go to this Chuck E. Cheese should just go to another one.

I ordered a simple Pizza, took 1 hour to make while the others already received their orders. I talked to the cashier and she went to the back to ask and then casually walked back to the front of the register like a zombie that doesn't know what to do. Then I stated ?hello so what's the update??? Then she says ?oh I forgot let me check? That is terrible service !!! Never coming back to this place and will inform others that I know of to not go there ever again as well!

Food took a while to come out and lots of games had been out of service. For a Chuck E. Cheese it was also very small. On a week day with less people this location might be fine but weekends or parties should avoid this location.

I wanted hooters, wife wanted pizza hut. we comprised and went too Chuck E. Cheese. waiters and food were nice, but the children were a bit much. Chuck E cheese was not as entertaining as i feel he could be. i suggest making his show a little more riske. i am not upset, but i am not sastified.

Chuke cheese has changed theres a price for everything and the play system is a rip off. My daughter asked the employee for a plastic bag to hold her tickets and she was told it cost $1. The game cards usually come with a band or rope to put around the kids arms and they said it would cost 1.50 at the end of the day my bill was $130??

Came here for my big girls 5th bday dinner. We had cheese pizza, drinks, games,rides, and lots of fun! I wish the stage show had been lit up for their performance though and we DID get to see and dance with the Big Cheese himself! The place is disgusting. We ordered pizza and it looked as if they had taken old left over pizzas from other people who had left and put the slices together to form a "new pizza". None of the slices matched up together. It was gross. And to cover this up, they added cheese to it. Who wants to eat some people's left overs? No me. I don't.

My daughter's Loved this Chuck E Cheese location??. All of the original characters were there, and the place was clean & very welcoming. The staff were very helpful & the pizza ??here was Yummy!
