Customer Reviews

This review is after my 4th visit here. Everyone I've encountered has been very nice and helpful. You walk in and take a photo of your group, so you only walk out with whom you brought in. Love that. The games were all working and clean. There are lots of games for all ages. I ordered food for the first time, and it was really good, we ate pizza, Buffalo wings, cheesy bread, and French fries . The restroom (ladies) was very clean.

We were incredibly happy with our experience. I apologize if I butcher the servers names, but we were welcomed by Darion who stuck around to help and get my family and I settled while our party server, Darianna. Again, sorry if i misspelled your names!! But you both were so sweet and gave us such a warm welcome and helped keep me cool headed the entire time. She was so attentive and kind and helpful and patient. The pizza was really good! All the kids had such a blast. Thank you staff for giving us all a gr

Ok vibe but too many games not working and the customer service was very poor. I am in town visiting my nephew and we went here for a fun family night. We counted nine games and the dance floor out of service. Because of this, we left early and asked for a partial refund of our unused time. The manager Rissa said they could only give us more time that same night but when we kept talking she mentioned that the technician comes every few days to fix The games that were out of service were mostly the little

I initially groaned when my almost 7 year old said she wanted a party here because I hated it as a kid. Boy was I wrong. Gone are the scary and dirty felt animatronics and stale pizza! Now the place is sparkling clean, colorful, bright and filled with the best variety of games for all ages. We had kids ages 2-9 at the party, and there were age appropriate games for everyone. Our party host was always right there tending to our needs. My only recommendation would be to space the tables out a bit more as we h

Fun video games and other arcade games all over the establishment for all ages. You can win tickets to redeem candies and toys for kids. Pizzas and soda/drinks are good here.

Decided to visit here for a quick fun night. Upon arrival the staff told us to take our own selfie to show when we leave. So that was pretty cool. This is an update from putting the numbers on our wrist. When ordering the staff was not that helpful and my order was wrong. No discount or anything was provided for my Order being wrong. I was just told to go back in line and reorder what was left off my order. The kids seemed to like the games and they were easy to use. This location was under construction so

It's good, staff friendly and decent selection of games. Pizza tasty...didn't get the salad bar (will next time), looked fresh. Update: got the salad bar (twice) and both times were great!

Do NOT leave your drinks unattended!!!! The overzealous cleaning woman will toss them in the garbage as soon as you walk away from your table!!!! Everything was great except for this. Had just gotten my drink and barely took a sip and it was gone. ??No apology, no replacement. BAD for business!!!!

My kid had a good time which is the most important thing. If he were writing the review it would be 5 stars across the board. We feel the service was great. The staff is very friendly. The food is meh and a few of the games require a little maintenance but that's just me looking at it under a lens. It would be a good venue to have birthday events for the little ones.

My daughter decided she wanted to celebrate at Chuck e Cheese this year! We invited over 7 children in order to grab the awesome birthday deals, however if you don't have five children or more you can't secure the birthday slots. You are still able to bring in cake and decor as long as it's no outside drinks or food! Really think downloading the app helps with tickets and unlocking special deals!! See you again soon. This location is clean and the pizza is amazing! More than enough parking!!

My kids had a blast. The birthday package was perfect! The package we went with was $99 for 6 kids including the birthday boy. It was unlimited play for 2 hours, free drinks for the kids and a table with plates and party hats. Birthday boy was able to get in the Ticket Blaster which is only for the birthday person. No food is included which wasn't a huge deal.

First time having Chuck e. cheese pizza, and it was the best pizza ever. I love going here right after school with my daughter just to play a few games. Something fun to do together.

It's Chuck E Cheese, so expectations are low to begin with, but there are really simple things that could make this location better. Like toilet liners in the bathroom, enforced occupancy limits, any kind of adult on duty to maintain some kind of order amongst the employees. And also, this particular location just absolutely reeks of weed. Kind of inappropriate.

This establishments manager displayed horrible behavior with an elderly individual. The man was clearly not able to articulate his needs and tried to explain to the manager that he was waiting for his daughter who was in the bathroom. The manager told the man to ?get out? and when someone tried to assist the elderly man, the manager became even more disrespectful. I will never and I mean NEVER step foot in this building again. A dog was treated better than this man.

The food we had was very good! My kids enjoyed all of the arcade games and had a lot of fun! It was a great way to spend a rainy day!

The food and service is great they always go the kids great attention but they have had lots of trouble with they're games always four or five out of service and these games are old need to remove the old and bring in something new and updated I have a membership here and I don't like how they charge you more for your child to enter the jump arena it should be included in the membership

Times has changed and it definitely shows. I was invited to my nephew?s birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese and boy was it eventful. The party cost my sister $600 im going to just leave that there ??. The most important thing was that the little kids enjoyed themselves.

My son absolutely enjoyed his fifth birthday here! Staff was so good and very accommodating.

I took my daughter and two grandchildren to Chuck E. Cheese today, and it was ridiculously overpriced for what it offers. Half the machines were broken, the ski ball game was missing balls and barely worked, and most of the other games kept showing errors. On top of that, they don't even do points anymore?what a total rip-off!

Niche review for sure, but stop nerfing Guitar Hero! 1st you took "Take this life" by In Flames, then you took "Cult of Personality" by Living Colour. You bout to hit "Stricken" by Disturbed? Bro, unlock it & leave it alone! Give parents 1 thing!

The food is good. Staff is very friendly, but the price is way too high, especially if you have more than 1 child. They took away the rewards program!! I couldn't find any coupons online, like I used to. The restaurant was great, just the prices are ridiculous!!

This is a great place to bring kids! Staff is very friendly and prices are fair. We love to come and watch the animatronic band play songs!

Was great for my 5 year old birthday. Server was great and very helpful. Would recommend for birthday party

My daughter had a great time for her birthday! I really enjoyed the wings.

I mean it's your average chuck e cheese, staff were nice. Pizza came out a little slow but that's completely fine since it was busy. Almost all of the games were working when we went.

Love taking my kids here every other Friday Chelsea is the best!!!

It's Chuck E Cheese. They have average pizza and all those games. The only people that really want to be there are the kids.

My grandson had his 3rd Birthday Party today at Chuck E. Cheese?s and it was a really good experience for him and the rest of our family. Our host,Trevor was awesome. He catered to our every need. We did not have to do anything but pay! He did all the rest. Made sure that our grandson knew that he was special because it was his birthday! Awesome experience for a little boy.

15 is the number of fries ?? for $3.49 spent $50 for 2 adults n 1 toddler the new item is the trampoline not included it's $12 Came hungry left to get something to eat ??

The food is nasty. A lot of the staff are rude and chucky doesn't even stay out long enough for you to take pictures with him. I had to chase him down to get a picture. You have to buy their socks (12.99) just so the children can jump in the jump box. Not to mention, most of the games didn't work.

My baby had fun she turned 2 and it was perfect I went early so it was o most empty it was fun and I'm 24 lol the pizza was great I recommend getting the stuffed crust it's a little more but definitely worth it thank you chuck E. Cheese we will definitely be back

Love the pizza, especially cheese stuffed crust. Employees are always great. And the grandkids love the place!

Food was way too overpriced for the quality you get. Other than that my child had fun!

The kids love it, and my nephew was scared of that big mouse ??

Had my son?s birthday party here for the first time ever. The whole set up was very nice and clean. The decorations were soo fun for the kids also! They loved the goodie bags and the cool cups that came with the package. The manager, Tim, provided amazing customer service. He tended to all of our needs and was helpful when we wanted to add more stuff onto our package! I'm definitely bringing my kids back here again for their next birthday! ????

Excellent environment but I found it inappropriate that he is at the table with my family eating and the manager came to lift the dishes when we were all sitting eating , the truth I did not want general controversy I only looked at him in response to his attitude taken and inopportune

Amazing place for the family, birthday parties are always a blast do recommend more toddler age appropriate rides and games

Love the pizza but was really bummed that there is no more play place! Only games and not even tokens. Man I am getting old fast. But my 2 granddaughters had a great time. We used up 60 points and kept 64 for another day.

The food was good a little too expensive for 7 wings for $16. Our host attitude was dry and boring. The atmosphere was uncontrollable. I felt that the birthday children should have their own time. Not everybody at the same time. The next time my niece will be able to have her special time at another place.

My son and I go here about every three weeks. I'm a big kid so I love playing games with him. The pizza is delicious! We always drink their red fruit punch. I have yet to meet a bad worker. Several employees have been there for years which is unusual. I greatly appreciate that you can buy time, not just tokens, especially if you have a toddler.

It was nice. The floor was a little dirty, but what can you expect from people going in an out all day. It was also raining that day. Anyways, my some had a blast there for his birthday party. He was not a fan of Chuckie lol. The pizza was okay, but the kids ate it so that's all that matters. Got a lot of tickets and still have more for when we decide to go back. Overall, it was a good time and we will go back, but maybe during the week when it's not so crowded lol.

Food overpriced. Small amount of game play for the price you pay. My kids have fun and don't seem to mind any of this. Was told Chucky comes out every hour on the 30 but didn't see him once In the two hours we spent there unfortunately. Staff is friendly and the parking situation is good.

A very friendly atmosphere here at this chucky cheese. My grandson is three years old and he calls it mac and cheese. So adorable. I want to thank the customer service for the great service that they provided. And the good hot french tries that I ordered and for being attentive to all our needs. We greatly appreciate you. The one thing I look for in and establishment is great. Customer service and by receiving that great customer service. It prompts me to return to your business. I've definitely gonna reco

This Chuck E Cheese used to have a retro feel with the stage and several mascots that my kids used to love playing with. They rebuilt and redesigned the entire layout. Some things are nicer, but they got rid of the stage and a couple of arcade games that tuned in with the ol' good times. The place does have a cleaner feel, but now the Chuck E Cheese presentations are on a giant projected screen and I believe that's less personable, like if kids didn't have enough screens as it is. The mascot does come by an

Kids had a lot of fun at a 5 yr old b-day party.

Great place, but the animatronics had a weird smell to them!! And there was this person in a yellow rabbit suit that kept trying to get my younger sister to follow it into one of the staff rooms! Other than that, the pizza is AMAZINGG!! I love this place, it's basically my entire childhood :)) (also this review is a joke, but if you get the reference then ily, I love this place to my core)

My son loved it had fun with the family

Our family went to this Chuck E. Cheese for a niece?s birthday. The pizza was low quality & cold by the time it got to our table. There were many games out of service or partly broken, including the skee ball arcade game (which was unbalanced with only a few balls shared across multiple lanes). The mascot also had the LOWEST energy ever ? as a former summer camp counselor and a teacher, I was disappointed with how boring the mascot?s interactions with the kids were.

Pizza is quite good. That seems to surprise people who have never been here. Large warm chocolate chip cookie is also very good. Of course, the kids love the games. It's not a cheap outing, but we've never been disappointed here.

It's definitely a kids place my grandson's birthday party was there but your supposed to have two hours which was cut half an hour earlier cause they booked the next party before we were even finished with our time. He was supposed to get balloons and didn't get any the servers were very slow when you went to order food and it was way to hectic

I went there for my grandson's birthday. WOW, has it changed but for the good. The staff was wonderful and the place was very clean.

Chuck-E-Cheeses okay the pizza has gotten better and they're stuffed crust is really good. However last time I went I asked them for a box for my half of a leftover pizza and they tried to give me a styrofoam container. I told them I had too much pizza for that and would like a regular pizza box and they told me those are only for to-go orders and refused to give me one. I was persistent and they finally brought one out but they literally acted like they were going to get in trouble for giving me a pizza bo

Tomato and watermelon taste were damaged and strawberry & egg not available in the salad bar,

10/10 my daughter enjoyed herself differently going back

So we had a fun party. The reason for the bad review is that the food for adults is crazy expensive. We ordered 3 pizzas, 2 wings, and a veggie platter and it added $180 to our bill! We were not expecting to spend that much for food and had no idea toppings were extra. We also had some cancellation which is a bummer they don't allow you to drop the kids the day off. Other than that the location was beautiful and big, and the party host did great. Chucky came out to see our little guy.

No better place for a child's birthday party. They make it special for them, I'll say that. A little expencive. But the kids love it.

My experience was amazing. I would always spend my money here. The cake is delicious, The food is delicious and the amount of games are as mouth watering as the food. The affordability of a card to play games with is honestly shocking. I only spent $50 here for 6 cards!

We had a birthday party for our son there today and he had a blast! Definitely will return in the near future!

This staff always goes out of the way to make sure we are satisfied. We love this Chuck E. Cheese.

We went for homeschool Tuesday, and it was a blast. The area was clean, the staff friendly and my kids had a great time. I love that it feels secure. The pizza and fries were delicious!

We had so much fun. The staff was very helpful and made the entire party turn out great....???? Will use them for every party...

Love it could use more upgraded games & need jarrasic park game back and some upgraded prizes

The kids always love it here; adults too! lol!

No one on the floor to supervise or help when games brake

THE best place to take ANY number of kids for ANY number of hours and have GREAT fun and surprisingly amazing food for hours on end. Perfect spot. Amazing, friendly staff, too.

Great place for the kids and whole family great food and enjoyable and affordable prices

So first off I would like to say that the establishment was very clean & had lots of room. I think it's great that they offer the timed play passes as opposed to individual tokens. This location also offers military packages, which I had to call around a find one that gives military family?s a discount. It's still a bit pricey. The food came out hot and in good time. We spent a couple hours there for my daughters birthday. We didn't have a party hosted there but we were able to get a few tables for her with

Took my daughter there for her 5th birthday she had a good time

Recently updated and a lot of fun for a child's party. My three year old loved having an unlimited play card which allowed her to try everything she wanted. There is a good variety of games for younger and older kids.

The Staff was doing a good job with the Upkeep, friendly & the kids had a Blast

It's not bad for the kids. Not much for toddlers but my nephew absolutely loved the toddler basketball game! He could of played that all day. It is always very crowded and at times it can be very difficult finding your kids. Also I'm disappointed I couldn't buy less than $16 per card at the kiosk and then pay $1 for the card, it's just a money grab!

Kept the little ones happy and engaged. Note: each child needs a companion and both of us were tired when we dragged them out (just joking).

This is a great place to take your kids for dinner! I'm always skeptical on how well play restaurants will be kept but this one was nicely taken care of. With the exception of some machines put to 'Out of Service' for distancing reasons, all the games were up and running. Friendly staff greated and took our order. Other staff were wiping games down and the pizza was good enough. Kids had a blast! Hope this place keeps up the good work!

Chuck E Cheese is kind of a known quantity at this point. The pizza isn't good, but it's made fresh and that absolutely counts for something. The staff are ready to answer questions about pricing and tickets, which is good because the game pricing has changed a lot. Tokens are gone. Instead you buy time in which to play unlimited games, at least only limited by the time you've purchased. It's a cool concept, though definitely more expensive than the old token model if your kids are slow players. At more t

The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful, all while multitasking to the extreme. The pizza was actually really good and so was the salad bar. The new system with game cards filled with minutes or points is a great idea. We got to play everything we wanted and won well over three thousand tickets. It was thoroughly enjoyable for every member of the family.

Great experience! Tons of upgraded games.. Pizza is excellent, bathrooms are clean. Only thing that did bother me was when you enter you have to take a picture to show them before you leave. Well when my family and I were going to leave the person who is to check the photos didn't get up from making party bags. She asked to see our photo and let us go. Problem is my son is 3 and tiny she couldn't see him while she was sitting down but let us out anyway... That worried me because another child could go out w

I am pretty sure my son had a great time, but for me it was just okay. The pizza was good, but it was super expensive. I would say it was three times the price of a normal pizza. Overall, the games were a lot of fun for the children and the adults. Unfortunately, some of the games were out of order and some of the ones that did work were out of tickets. After waiting in line for several minutes we were instructed to seek a manager and discuss these issues with them.

It was great fun with a fantastic staff, the day I went it was jam packed and the staff handled it perfectly. The food has been upgraded to actually good food and the games were updated as well, way more fun. The $20 for unlimited games for an hour is a great new addition and way better than the coin cup. Definitely worth the crowd!

Great place to take a kid with a lot of energy. They have a ton of games to play. The party area is huge. The staff is excellent. Just be warned that when you go on a Saturday it will be really crowded to the max. There's no cover charge to come in but there's a cost for everything else. Great place for a kid to be a kid, adults can play the games too.

Always a fun time for the kids! My 1 year old and 8 year old had a blast! I felt safe with Adults wearing their masks and hand sanitizer being readily available. The food was good like always. I like the new method of taking a picture of your party for safety verification when you leave. Chuck W. Cheese will always be a go to for fun time with the kids!

I just took my son today and I have to say I was beyond impressed. It was a very busy Saturday with SEVERAL birthday parties. Everything was very clean and all of the staff memebers were extremly friendly. I wasn't sure what to expect as I hadn't been to a Chuck E. Cheese in well over 20 years but I was blown away. One of my absolute favorite things offered was the ability to pay the differance for a prize if your tickets couldn't cover what your child wanted. There is nothing worse than leaving an arcade w

We've been here twice within the last year and it was a hit both times, the kids love it and it seems to be a very popular spot on a Saturdays! When you walk in there are younger kid (toddler - 5ish) games on one side of the building, and the regular games for all ages on the other. Their pizza is actually pretty good, and the cost is reasonable, they also offer coupons on their website. **4 stars (4.5 if there was an option) only because they could stand to modify the layout a little, maybe shift the reg

Definitely needs to be renovated. Employees are nice and helpful. Every time we go at least 5 of the games are out of order and another several games aren't working but have not been put out of order so we lose tokens. Prices are reasonable and kids enjoy it

The staff are friendly and helpful, but this place quickly becomes loud and massively overcrowded. The overcrowding leads to chaos and long lines...really long lines. Long lines to redeem tickets, long lines to enter, long lines to leave, and so on. There are also people who think this is a good place to drop f-bombs in front of children. Completely unacceptable behavior, but what can the staff do with the chaos surrounding them? Our birthday party host was super nice and helpful, but birthday parties here

Actually a big location inside. There were plenty of games to play even a little play area for the toddlers to play on. There were games more suited for toddlers on the right side of the building and older kids have lots too choose from on the left side. Food was great. Staff was quick to help with gaming issues.

I had the carry out pizza today and it was delicious! I was actually surprised how good it turned out to be. Also, it is dirt cheap at $5!

The 3rd graders had an awesome time.

We recently had our daughter's birthday party here, and it was very well managed. The staff and management made the process very simple, and the event went very smoothly. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”

Why are arcade prize games so exciting to play?

Arcade prize games are a thrilling highlight in 2025! Claw machines, skee-ball, and ticket-redemption games like basketball offer a rush of skill and chance, with rewards like plushies, toys, or electronics up for grabs. Modern machines feature vibrant lights, digital scoreboards, and responsive controls, amplifying the fun. The lively arcade atmosphere, with cheering crowds and buzzing energy, makes every win feel epic.
