Best bowling experience! We have 3 kids and it's a nice small alley, 10 lanes, so not too loud or overwhelming. Small arcade great for the kids. Cleanest bowling alley ever. Great food and prices. Also super friendly, chill staff Can't beat it!
Restaurant/Bar review Beer sold in cans only, rather pricey. Lounge area is cool and comfy. If you want food, you come here because it's open, as the Chelan market deli closes at 7pm. Sometimes bowling alleys have amazing food, this place, lower your expectations. Ambieance, service, and the fact the kitchen is open till 11pm makes up for it! The JoJo fries are great. Wings are from the supermarket. Excellent service, the small bowling alley was crackin'.
Love it here, came down from Seattle for a weekend vacation. Staff here were amazing, ran into some bowling errors, they helped out with no problems haha and we came for my aunties birthdays, gave the workers cake, and they loved it ?????? will be back
I'm so glad we decided to stop in to Chelan Lanes. I was so impressed with how clean and well cared for the place was. Don was the first person to help us and he was so kind and offered to show our younger son how to bowl if he needed pointers. The service was wonderful. Someone was always coming around checking on us and offering to refill our glasses. Our boys had kids meals and they both ate every bite??which is not the norm for them. When we finished bowling our boys played the arcade games and we met S
Clean lanes with fresh water at each lane, refilled without even asking.
Inside this place looks amazing, everything clean, shoes in good condition, have some food options
So glad we tried this spot while visiting Lake Chelan! The staff was very responsive and the kids loved the black light bowling and music. Highly recommend.
Small and cozy bowling alley. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a bar which is part of the building but separated by a wall. We ordered some wings, which were pretty good, but food is not allowed on the tables right in front of the lanes (first I ever encountered that) so in order to eat we had to pause the game and walk away from our designated area. If we left our food to go back, people would be passing it, breathing, sneezing, coughing on it (flu season), so that was the biggest downfall but enou
This was our first time at Chelan Lanes and Don was amazing ! He helped my daughter in law with showing her how to throw the ball and was such a genuine soul !! The bowling alley was Very clean and very welcoming!!. We come to Lake Chelan once a year for my birthday and we will be back to Chelan Lanes next year for sure!!. Don is a keeper !!!
Reopening September 17th 2021. So glad the cheeseburgers are just as good as before COVID-19. We came for the cheeseburgers, but we'll definitely come back for more cheeseburgers, the Bomb Tots, and the throwback atmosphere of Mr. J's. I hesitate to write a review because I want to keep this place to myself as the best kept secret in Chelan... but this place is great and I want to support them with a FIVE STAR REVIEW so I can keep enjoying it.
Bowling facility in top condition. Small area for arcade which most places don't even have, so another ?. food was delicious . $5 for shoes, $7 ea. Person game (s). Service was great. Definitely go back
I would definitely go back. It was fun, they have good floats to drink, and the lights were nice. It was nice being able to request a song for them to play in the background.
Really fun bowling with a great set-up. Solid selection of food. Amazing vintage bar. It's a well taken care of place and a great place for the community.
Great little establishment. Nice quiet small bar next to the bowling area to hang out, bowling area looked nice and in great condition. Only downside is if you aren't playing you can't sit in the bowling area with other friends who are, as they don't allow anyone with street shoes in the non-carpeted area. Maybe it's so the wax doesn't get damaged, no a big deal. Be sure to wear or bring socks, or they sell socks for $3-4
It is a great place to meet people and have fun!!
Terrible! Floors were sticky and our lane only worked sporadically. We had to wait 5 minutes between turns many times as the pins wouldn't reset or ball wouldn't return. We quit due to frustration and asked nicely that they comp the half game that we quit (we were willing to pay the rest), and they refused and were really rude about it, and actually charged us for more than we played (they said they'd round it UP!). Won't go back. Ever. Their stated justification: ?If you went to dinner and ate only
We came to celebrate a friend?s birthday. Waited for the bowling and played pool. The drunk manager didn't want to turn the light on to see better because it's a ?cosmic evening?. His attitude was totally disrespectful towards me and another girlfriend. Not recommending the place if the manager can't learn to be nice and service the customers with a smile on the face.
Awesome staff, good food, bowling, andit good a bar. Kid friendly.
Such great service and a fun environment to be in with your friends and family??
I brought a group of folks here for a couple of hours of Bowling. While they bowled I went into the bar to watch some football on the huge screen and have a bite to eat. I was greeted by the friendliest waitress and I ate a most delicious bacon Cheese burger. The service was excellent and the food was amazing and everyone was friendly.
Good food, cold beer, friendly townies, awesome owners and staff thank you for a great 31 St b day... Sb will be back
Very clean, tons of fun for everyone. We had a blast coming here with our grown kids, playing some pool and having a beer. It's a great atmosphere for all ages for sure.
Fun place to spend a couple of hours with friends and family. The drinks are great and they provide a good variety of food!
Great place to bowl. Food service delivers to bowling lanes. Clean and orderly.
A nice place to bowl. The prices are cheap if you come on throwback days. $3 per game I believe per person. The food is also good as well just in case you get hungry while bowling. The staff are nice and understanding. The kids can have fun too if you ask for bumpers.
$10 a game per person real steep. Good prices on food and drinks okay priced. Service was good.
Great staff, very reasonably priced, good selection on the menu. A really nice place for family fun!!
Great service and good wings
Don't know his name but was told he was the owner, straight up RUDE. A miscommunication between staff led to a misunderstanding and instead of trying to clarify, he cut me off several times. Later when I told him I didn't appreciate how rude he was, he tried to act like he didn't know which rude incident I was talking about. 0/0 stars, not recommending to anyone. The interior was nice though.
My son's senior class went here on their senior trip. They had a great time, but I am reviewing this based on something else. My son lost his wallet while there. The staff took the time to send his wallet back and paid the $3.50 in postage. And everything was still in the wallet. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. GO RANGERS!!
What a fun 10-lane bowling alley. You can head to the little restaurant attached while you wait for your lane. Staff is nice.
Staff was amazing with the recommendations!
Great staff, overall fun & prices are great. I don't care about how good/bad the food is.
Great bowling alley! Everything was meticulously well maintained and the staff was super friendly and accommodating! They even have a restaurant and full bar. The food isn't amazing, but what you expect from typical bar or bowling alley food.
Good food, service and time! They also have a pool table and a few games too!
We Got There at 900pm With a Group of 7 They Were Closing at 1000. They Were Super Accommodating Very Nice and Not Only Stayed Open Later But Also Let Another Party Who Came Even Later Stay and Bowl. This Was After Being Turned Away From Put Put Golf When We Tried To Check In at 845. Boooooo On Put Put and Thank You So Much Chelan Lanes!!!
Employee's are super nice! Always there to help you with tips to improve your bowling skills, if you want them. The price is great, especially on Throwback Thursday!
Great, hardworking staff, very polite staff...kept on top of everything and kept a very clean place. It was our first time with 4 adults, two toddlers, two kids and and one infant...thanks to the atmosphere we will be going more often with our family.
Got engaged here! Will never forget the experience. Our 5 year old bowled here for the first time ever and he absolutely loves bowling now!
Great food and prices were decent. Cosmic bowling is expensive so get there before it starts at 5pm daily. Cosmic bowling=$6 game per person Regular bowling=$3 game per person Extremely helpful and friendly staff, at least while I was there.
The staff is very unfriendly and it is very small, making it very crowded. It says they have an arcade but it is 4 machines.
Always fun to go with friends during the school year when it's less busy. Good food it's clean and fun, but gets really busy during the summer
The establishment was nice & customer service was great. It was so hot inside we were sweating & their prices are outrageous ($8/game).
love this place, so much fun and great food.
Great bowling alley for the family! Good food, drinks, and service. Family had a blast on a cold day...
I couldn't understand what the server was telling me as I recieved my shoes but it was overall great experience. One of the best vending machines inside.
Great, fun place. They have bowling, pool, and video games as well as some excellent food.
Loved the place. Good hang out spot with inexpensive lanes. People are great. All around good experience
Just bowled for the first time since the pandemic and had a blast. Realized how much I missed bowling with everyone on Monday night. Thanks again Shawn for opening up.
Probably the nicest bowling alley I've been to. Bumpers can be set automatically up for kids and down for adults. Clean, well cared for.
Love it. Owner is great. Everyone is nice even though we r not real bowlers. Not to expensive. Lots of fun..
the bowling alley was terrible. bowling was fun. but you are constantly being watched by the employees. also, so many rules. id do 0 out of 5 starts if i could.
Cool place to hang out while it's smokey or too hot out. The bar is a nice addition. They have happy hour, too!
Great place to bowl. Super nice staff and good food ??
Points were not working and had errors-tilted bowl way but food was okay
A fun place to relax and enjoy a game or two if bowling. Very welcoming. Modern equipment in a family run setting.
One of the best bowling alleys I have been to. Good food, great customer sevice.
Lots of fun !!!!! Great lanes & great drinks as well & their service is unmatched !!!!! ??????
Loved this place. Didn't look like much from the outside, but great facility with friendly staff once you get inside.
I love this place is my second favorite bowling alley in the world! (Sorry, my besty is still Evergreen Lanes)
Great place to get back to organic fun :) oh ya don't forget the bar drinks the bloody Mary is delish
Good spot to bowl, clean, good service, lanes functioned as they should. Good spot for a family outing in Chelan.
I really enjoyed the cosmic bowling experience. Well maintained and a extremely helpful and attentive staff.

Great services and good atmosphere. The food is decent aswell.
Fun place to go with the family, has ok food options
The ownership actually helped make our game better so we could have more fun.
Best, cleanest bowling alley ever! Always friendly staff!
The BLAT is good. Lettuce, bacon, guacamole, and tomato. I don't know what it's called the BLAT, it should be the LBGT.
Came here with kids on a rainy day. The only place to go on a rainy day. The kids had fun for a while.
Great service, family friendly & good food.
Very family oriented. Staff was friendly and prices were fair.
Great staff and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy!
Great people and good food. Will definitely stop in again
Very nice bowling center. Owners are great and lanes are modern and food is great.
Great place to bring the kids. Friendly and down to earth folks.
My favorite bowling alley in the area that I live in. You'll have a great time in here.
Stopped in Sunday afternoon. To have a late lunch.
They drilled my new bowling ball did an excellent job
Great for family fun. Not a good 21+ nightspot tho
Good time bowling with friends during our Chelan stay. The only reason I pack socks for Chelan.
Fun place to go bowling, hang out with friends , family drink eat have fun
It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.
Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.
Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.
Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.
Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.
Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.
Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.
No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
