Chasers Laser Tag

Giving Chasers a 3 because the kids had a blast running around like caffeinated superheroes with laser tag, arcade games, and Nerf blasters. It's basically chaos in a fun wrapper. BUT? the service? Let's just say it was more ?hide and seek? than ?host and assist.? They can't serve food (no license), which is fine?but a little help wouldn't hurt. We had to ask for things multiple times, and the host was MIA like she was in her own game of laser tag. The Nerf guns kept jamming, and the solution was ?just pic

I had my daughter's birthday here and everyone had a blast what the laser tag and had a ball playing bubble soccer. And the girl that hosting a party to the great job as well, I would definitely recommend this place for parties. You could even get the whole place for just your party, either in the morning or at night

We brought in a group of over 30 for a scout troop. The staff was helpful and enthusiastic. The laser tag course was big with great aesthetics and well laid out in terms of cover. The boys loved it!

We went as a small group for a Chick-Fil-A event, and Bob the owner was incredibly accommodating and easy to talk to. We had hours of fun with the laser tag, and I got my cardio in for the day. Very affordable pricing, and lots to do beyond the laser tag. We will definitely be back with our larger group in the future, and I would highly recommend coming here. We went in as a family of 4, Bob was super friendly and he took time to explain the different games of laser tag. We had a blast [pun intended ;)]. We played a couple arcade games too! They had a jungle gym for under 10yr olds which looked cool. We'll be coming back for sure!

Had a great set up for my daughter?s birthday party. We had our own party room and the kids all had a great time. The kids played video games, laser tag and even a couple games of dodge ball. I was able to bring in our cake and everything we needed. A great space to host a party without having to clean up afterwards. :)

Took my 10 and 13 year olds yesterday for a bday party. Total Blast!!!! It's not your everyday laser tag spot. They make it fun and interactive. There is also tactical gears for ages 11 and above. Recently had a private laser tag event here. The arena is huge! The staff was very friendly and personally guided our games. They also have an arcade and climbing area. I would recommend ages 5+

My group had an amazing experience at Chasers Laser Tag. We had a group of 20 adults (21+) book a last minute party with Chasers and it was above and beyond initial expectation. Our host Bob was personable, funny, engaging, and accommodating. He helped me to select the right product to suit our groups needs. This is the best place for Laser Tag for kids. And if you are a dad or a family with a few kids this is the best place to go for hours of work out and exercise. My son absolutely loves this place and asks to go all day. We drive all the way from dowtown Chicago just for their Laser Tag on Saturdays. Chasers in Naperville is a hidden gem. We hosted an adult birthday party there and had a blast. HUGE shout out to our party room host, Josh. He handled a larger group of adults with ease and was able to navigate getting us the game play that we wanted with a smile.

Had an AWESOME time, booked a party, loved the tactical laser tag and the included free arcade was great as well! They were casual, friendly, and accommodating in the party room too when we needed paper plates and plastic ware, even had a lighter for birthday candles!! We would definitely go back even if just for a walk in good time to have. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!

We had my son's party there today and everyone had a great time. The staff was more than accommodating. One of the kids was overwhelmed because he didn't know how to play some of the games, so one of the staff members sat with him and taught him how to play. There was plenty to do and wish we had more time to play.

Paid $80 for 2 kids to play video games and 5 laser tag runs. Told manager kids were most intersted in video ganes vs laser tag, but this is package he proposed as best. Typical arcade games which are limited...about 10 racing and shooter games. The rest are "ticket" games to redeem for "prizes", about another 10. They have PlayStation and similar video games which my kids really wanted. But those aren't considered video games for the price paid! Only for "birthday parties". Manager didn't bother to inform

Came here with 8 friends all around the age of 30 and was still a great time. Adult and kid friendly plus the manager Bob and one of the workers that showed us how to set up the lazer tag were extremely helpful and informative. Their system was down for the time we went but that didnt stop them making the night great. Just a reminder that this is not just for kids its fun for the adults too so don't steer yourself from having a good time!

We had our sons 9 yr bday party w/ 6 friends. Affordable, friendly staff, clean. Kids enjoyed all the activities, laser tag, arcade, jungle gym, and gamer area. We had our grandson?s 9th birthday party here this past Sunday. I have to say it was reasonably priced for the amount of activities they offered and time the kids were allowed to play. The employees work so well with the kids. They kept it fun and they kept them busy. I did book this at the last minute. When I called, the owner was so helpful and even gave me tips on how to get more for my buck! Very awesome. Definitely will be coming back. I highly recommend.

Chasers Tag is awesome. We always have fun there. It's big nice clean and there are many different activities and games for kids of all ages and all of it works too. Me and a friend walked in without any reservations or anything (we where going to go airsofting but the field was closed). Even so they took great care of us, and even let us come up with our own gamemodes. The owner was super nice too. Their new ActionTag is a lot if fun, and so is their CQB map. 10/10, would recommend.

This place is awesome! I booked a mom and son night out event for our school and everyone had the best time! This place is a real hidden gem! They have lots and lots of video games, knockerball, dodgeball, an indoor jungle gym and laser tag all under one roof. My son and I had an absolute blast. I booked the first time slot of the day at 1130a and the owner graciously opened the doors for me 15 min early so I could bring all my party things in and get started setting up. The staff and facilities at Chasers were fantastic. They were thorough, fun, and accommodating. Not only were the prices great, there was an excellence to their facilities not found at most places in this field. We had a church group retreat party here late night, and while I was concerned it might be too young for us, it turned out just the opposite! Our men ranged from 12-70somethings and all of them had a blast. It was much more like an indoor paintball combat training without the mess! So fun!

There was also refrigerator and hand washing station inside the party room , which was very helpful. The laser tag area was huge. At the end, kids also played soccer and dodgeball in the field. Had a birthday party for my son labor day weekend. Everyone, adults and kids, had an absolute blast. The laser tag is the coolest set up. There was no down time or I'm bored coming from the kiddos... just an all around great time. If you want activities to do with your kids, this place is the best!!

Great place! Laser tag is great! My family had a great time! The staff os so friendly and you can play games on the X box as you wait. You get a 7 minute round and the place has 1 main level and 2 smaller levels that were higher up, it's great for kids, 8+ probably. They have 2 types of laser tag. Great experience at my 9-year-old twins' party today. The staff was helpful and organized and kept the kids moving from activity to activity. The kids all had a blast! Laser tag was roomy and the course varied enough to be interesting but still give the kids lots of chances to shoot their friends. Just had my son?s 11th Bday party. Although young teens, all the employees were attentive and courteous. Facilites were clean and room ready when promised. Kids played video games, laser tag, dodgeball, tug of war, and knockerball. Will definitely plan another event here. Kids had so much fun it was hard to cut the fun short at just 2 hours.

Went here for my nephews party. The kids loved the video games and the laser tag was a great time. The course us full of great obstacles and they keep track of your scores and your teams. The staff was awesome, totally took care of everything and they didn't mind if we stayed past our alotted time. I would definitely recommend this place for kids between the ages of 6-10

We had my son?s 12th birthday here on Saturday and he did tactical laser tag plus knockerball. He and his friends had an awesome time and I want to say a big thank you to Michaela in particular for being an amazing host. The laser tag was cool but I think they had the most fun doing the knockerball, it's definitely worth adding that on. Just note it is very physical!
