Such a fun place. Both my husband and our grandson had a blast. We will be back for sure. The staff is amazing!

We went on a Wednesday evening for my son's birthday. We did their Happy hour rate which was 2 hours of unlimited gaming, 1 personal pizza and an unlimited soda for $24.99 a person! We also added on cheesy garlic bread which was good. We also ordered the chicken strips! These were $6.50 for 2 humongous strips! The best deal! We also had the vanilla sprinkles cupcakes! These were super big and tasty! The gaming is exactly what you would expect from an arcade. Tons of variety for different gamers. Great place

What a great place! We went for the brunch buffet, got there right when they opened. The arcade is amazing with tons of games. The French toast is to die for and the sausage gravy and biscuits are definitely in point. Don't forget to try the rest of all the scratch made food. SO. MUCH. FOOD. Went for the 1st time today since my kid had a half day. The staff was friendly, the food was great, and the game choices were extensive and fun. It's definitely a must try. 2 hours went by quickly.

Chaos Arcade hosted our daughter's 10th birthday party, and it was amazing! The reservation was seamless. When we arrived the day of the party,we were very kindly greeted and welcomed and given the tour of where everything was located. Our party helper was very accommodating. The bathrooms are impeccable. At least the women's bathroom was. I was very very impressed. It even smelt nice. They have lockers in the restroom you can rent if you don't want to carry your purse or whatever from game to game. The games are decent. We had a good time. Ok, here me out. The food! The food is amazing. The games are great, and I've happily spent way more than I should at this arcade on a monthly basis.

Everything is clean. The staff is polite and patient. We had some pizza, and it was pretty good. The arcade has a lot of games. All different types. They have a good variety of prizes. My family of 5 had a blast and we will be going back again.

Chaos is a great arcade spot for both children and adults. The games are always rotating and new ones are being brought in. The prizes are GOOD and worth trading tickets for. There are the usual 5-50 ticket items but there are some seriously solid choices to pick from in the 1-5,000 range and it goes up from there. Would give this place 10 stars if I could! I came in for my bachelorette trip last weekend and had emailed them a few weeks before to see if I needed to reserve anything for a bigger group. They said, "Nah, come on in!" AND THEN...they got me a WEDDING GIFT!!! They surprised me with an "emergency bride and groom emergency kit" for my fianc? and I on our wedding day. Oh my gosh I can't even begin to say how amazing it is to see an old school large arcade full to the brim with excited kids, bright lights and fun noises. Stopped by for an hour or so with my kid for his birthday..blew through $50 pretty fast but he spent most of it on claw machines and the Jurassic park game which is a very high credit eater (we beat the entire first mission tho ????) so that was his fault. We chose Chaos Arcade for a company team building event and we were not disappointed! There were 7 of us adults that went on a Thursday afternoon and were there for hours. We had so much fun! Game quality is spot on! Food was good! Drinks were creative and yummy! We will definitely be back!

The kids had a great time playing all of the games. However, after we ordered our food, it took over 30 minutes and parts of it were made wrong so we had to wait some more. The pizzas were pretty good but all of the rest was absolutely horrible.

Come for the games, not the food. The game selection is great. The kids love to play and pick out prizes. The pizza is not so good. We had a cauliflower crust pizza which was over done; making the edge crust rock hard. The kids had half pepperoni, half cheese and it was okay.

The party planner is so helpful and friendly. He was absolutely five+ stars. Birthday party was fun. Love the unlimited play option. Most of the staff were really helpful and nice, but there were exceptions. I do appreciate how seriously the staff took under age drinking. Every ID was checked and wristbands issued. Reasonably clean for an arcade and good selection of games to play. Pizza was not good, but a decent beer and wine selection helped it down. Overall I'm happy.

Not sure we're the bad reviews come from. Unrealistic expectations. I brought my son to his friend?s birthday party held here. I grew up in the 80?s and this place felt like the rebirth of my childhood. All the kids had a blast. The staff were all very attentive. I've owned a few bar/restaurants in the past and I have to say, I would have hired any one of these kids. It was enjoyable and clean everyone was in a mask. I think its more geared toward 10+ so if you have a younger one with you it's hard to enjoy yourself, is very stimulating for younger than 10, from a mommy point of view. But it was super fun, and there pizza was very good!

Staff was helpful, friendly, and wonderful. The air hockey has a fun surprise. Unfortunately the pizza was not worth the price, but the pizza dough was good. Good selection of games given the size of the arcade, but a lot of games had problems like at least two fighting games were not available for two player.

WOW! The brunch at Chaos Arcade is probably my new favorite breakfast in Spokane. Their all-you-can-eat breakfast is in a league of its own - with so many tasty options. And everything is made from scratch. The bacon is perfectly crisp, the pancakes are soft but not doughy, fresh fruit everywhere, and so many delicious items I hadn't tried before - like bacon jalapeno cornbread muffins. Super fun place to go while in Spokane! Lots of games to choose from. They offer alcohol, coffee, lattes, ice cream and nachos. They only lose 1 point for the staff. The lady taking the drink orders was a touch pushy. I was trying to order and she kept rushing us. Hate that.

I love this arcade, its newer-ish, and they have an exceptional variety of games (that work! ??) and VR. They're revamping the VR currently and looks very cool. I'll be back to see the finished product. My favorite part about this place is that it is family friendly, but it is very clean and has more of an adult catered "feel" to it. Staff is great, I've been here many times and they're always very helpful and polite. I come for the rhythm games and get pizza and boba while I'm there. If we get maimai online or any new rhythm games, I will be a regular here for years.

Updating my older review for this place, but it's still a great place to hang out at especially with friends! Been a regular for a while for their rhythm games like pump it up, dancerush and maimai. But other than those there's still a good selection of other games to choose from with there being a corner for stuff like fighting games, and to add to it the food is pretty good along with awesome staff! Only thing to really ask for would be for fans at DRS/PIU, and maybe credits being adjusted a bit for game

I brought my daughter and her friend here. It looks like they have a pretty decent variety of games. I didn't look around much as I was sitting in the dining area. I had stopped to get cash before hand as I'm old enough I just figured the games took quarters. Don't waste your time stopping by an ATM because you actually load money onto a reusable card. I believe that $20 gets you 900 credits. I'm not 100% sure as I had purchased two $20 cards and I never clarified with the crew member. I ordered a 12" pizza

Had a lot of fun! I love the variety of games from old skool to new.... wasn't too crowded which i liked. Very clean, great prizes (quality), the VR games are pretty cool too. It was really fun! It was busy, but there is enough room and games to still be able to continuously play. Food seemed to take longer than other places and it wasn't played very efficiently. We ordered cheese curds and they came in a large ramekin and were smashed/melted into a ball. That is our biggest complaint, so I would still recommend!

My husband, son and I have been coming here for awhile to play games and hang out and we've always had a great time. With my son turning 13 we decided to do a birthday party package and I'm so glad we did. Everything went perfectly. Allison was assigned as our host and she was so polished and professional. The pizza and cupcakes were way better than I would ever expect from an arcade. We had some dietary requirements on a couple of kids and they met them seamlessly. Every had a great time. Seriously

Menu has ALOT of false items on it!! Example if you buy 10- $25 cards you get 180 credits when actually you only get 100 credits. Went in for Brunch a couple weekends ago and had a great experience. Large selection of sweet and savory breakfast classics. All items were fresh and garnished perfectly. Fruit platter was beautiful and high quality just like everything else. Made to order pancakes and french toast, the day we went, and many kid friendly options. Looking forward to going again soon.

Amazing, five stars, fun. This is a great place for groups to go because you can all pay for yourselves and be free to move around and mingle as you please. The staff are all very friendly. Be prepared to spend a lot of money especially if you intend to eat and drink. But the prizes are great, I got the new Zelda game the last time I went. This is an incredible arcade. I use to live around Spokane and attended the Smash Tournaments hosted there in the winter. It was a very fun time and I cherish those memories a lot. The smash community as a whole is actually really great except a few bag eggs that they've recently taken care of. This is probably the best arcade in town- the games are fun and all work. Good prices to play and half off games on Tuesday keep our family of 4 busy for a couple hours. Prizes are cool was SO many tickets. We have to save tickets 3-5 visits to get anything worthwhile. Exchange tickets for more games as a prize! It'd keep people there longer.

Came in for the first time and my group and I played VR and some arcade games. If you haven't tried it yet I highly recommend it! Staff was super awesome and the gentleman who taught us how to use the equipment was super informative and had a great personality. I absolutely love this place! 10/10 I will be back.

We had our child's birthday party there this weekend and it was fantastic. The host of the party (can't remember his name, wish I could because he went above and beyond for us - 4-6pm on the 14th :). He made sure we were taken care of the entire way through and always asked if there was anything else we needed. The first handful of times, my friend and I really enjoyed ourselves. However, once you've experienced it, there's really no good reason to revisit. Prizes rotate at a slow pace. There has been only two prizes I wanted, which lead to me wanting to go more frequently to obtain the prize; the fun is in the journey, not the destination in this case. I visited Spokane for the first time and looked for DDR/PIU machines. Found this place and turns out they have a very well maintained PIU AND Dancerush machine. An employee by the name of Aeron B. was super helpful, welcoming, and took EXTRA care of the machines. Kudos to them!! (They even have 4 Initial D Stage 8 machines) This is definitely the best arcade in Spokane that I have been to - clean, helpful staff, and GREAT games.

Came here with my two sons and went ahead and bought $60 in play cards. Then about five minutes after that we discovered none of the machines are playing. Well that shut all the machines off well before closing time. It was right after the guy at the counter said we could only pay 15 minutes of VR. So that means they shut the machines of 15 minutes before they close so why say then open until 10pm if everything shuts of at 9:45

Honestly, my only complaints here apply to every more traditional arcade. But this one serves beer, which is cool. Just a LOT of children and it's very pricey. I prefer spending my time at normal "barcades" like The Blue Shell in CDA.

Had a day planed with my wife and daughter ordered two pizzas and after 40 minutes came out looking like this , burnt, dry (no sauce) and thinner than the box it came in not worth the money . After my daughter ate 3 slices of pizza went and played 15 minutes and started feeling sick had to leave early . This place when it first open was nice. Now, half the games dont work. You have to slide your game card 10 times to get a game to even start. Missing balls or machines dont even work. Super over priced game cards and food. For a small container of nasty nachos it took them 45 minutes and they wernt busy. Bunch of teenagers standing around on phones. No management in site. For the amount you spend on just a couple hours of game play, this place is no good

Been here twice for two different kid birthdays. Last place I'd have a birthday. Place is relatively clean. Keep an eye on your younger kids. It would take nothing for some creep to walk away with your kid either out the front or into a bathroom.

They kicked us out from eating at a table ?in case someone calls in for a party? and then we sat at another table like we were asked and then they proceeded to put all the chairs away at that original table right in front of us. I wish I could give 4 and a half stars, I really like this place! They have really fun machines and the food is pretty dang good. I'm only docking a star because the music in the bathrooms and machines themselves are pretty overly loud, even when going with less people there, you can't talk to the person beside you without talking loudly, and the machine noises all overlap at what I can assume is max volume. Great place! Food and game selections are good. Plenty of space to find a table and get away from the noise as a parent. Only downside was that five of the games were broken; my kid was pretty bummed because the air hockey has been broken for a few visits in a row. Better game maintenance needed!

Can't say enough good things about this. Great variety of games for adults and kids,and great people working. Whoever the supervisor this evening was accidentally overcharged us for shirts, caught the mistake, and refunded us the difference. He could have easily just let it go and we'd have never known. In addition, we lost our keys without realizing it, one of the girls working remembered the lanyard we had, and she gave us the keys when she saw us. We will be back for sure.

Cupcakes for the birthday party, and they occasionally have individuals for sale. I wish they had coconut/oat or other milk options for their boba. Totally blown away by how cool this place is!! VR, espresso drinks, food, tons of games (good variety) and great prizes! My friend and I played for almost 3 hours, felt like a workout when we were done, and came home with some cute prizes (enamel pins) and saving the rest of our tickets/points for the next time we come cause it's totally our new 3rd location. They have a comparable variety of games, think the place in hayden , id..its between these 2 companies. The downside of this place was probably 7 games were down. My son enjoyed it, and they do have some unique prizes if you can earn the tickets: gaming stuff, Japanese themed snacks, etc. Their prizes are better than the other place I talked about. The place was LOUD, so if you have anybody with sensitivities, prob not your spot. It's spacious and they offer vr. Cool spot.

The food was bad across the board but good service, selection in arcade games, and decent unlimited play options made up for it. Get good food and it would be an easy five stars. It's especially important that they make better food since outside food is strictly prohibited. If it helps the cheese is alright but the crust is bad and the cupcakes are too oily. They do have beer and wine, so enough of those two things and it's all good.
