Customer Reviews

Took my family here for my son's birthday. This place is amazing, it took me back to my Mallrat days of hanging out in the arcade. My kids never experienced an arcade before and they had a blast. There's a great selection here and everything is the same price as what it was when I was a kid. I'd recommend this place to anyone, it's clean, well maintained, and gives off the good old vibes of yesteryear. Kudos to the owners!

This place is absolutely GREAT! Tons of classic arcade games, pinball, air hockey, and pool. Very affordable and clean. My son and I drive four hours round trip to come here! If you love classic arcades like they were in the 80s and 90s, this place is absolutely for you!

Great game selection! Always something new every time I go! The atmosphere is really nice. Not many real arcades like this around anymore now a days!

Been here twice, and it's a must visit when I'm in the area! In a lovely retro vibes mall (that needs it's food court revitalized) and the games are all clearly very well taken care of. They take quarters and the prices are all fair for games. Absolutely a blast to visit.

I stopped by quick while I was literally just passing time stopping at a random mall slightly out of my area. Was absolutely blown away at the atmosphere and collection of phenomenal arcade titles. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. This is how it should be. Am definitely coming back to this place for some real action. What a dream

There's a lot of cool games here, but some of them are in poor or dicey working order, or seem to be operating on erratic parts, like the Street Fighter IV running in an SF2 style cabinet, or the Crime Patrol II(!) cabinet running off of a very faded CRT. Still, it was really cool to see some niche things here like an original Mappy cabinet and Initial D, so it's well worth checking out. Also, there's a DDR/Simply Love cabinet that has a few thousand songs on it, but it felt offsync. Always good to see peo

Great selection of games.Friendly staff. This is what an arcade should be. Family friendly environment that you don't have to break the bank to get into. You can spend as little or as much as you like. Games are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Nostalgic for me. Sons had a blast. Associate was so kind. A woman I assume in management or owner was engaging & friendly. It was clean as well. We will return!

What a decent place to blow off some steam from your work day and play some classic games like Mappy, Ms Pacman, and also shoot pinball, air hockey or pool since there's a pool table as well. If only there's a more of a selection of pinball tables, but over the times I've been here, there used to be a Led Zeppelin themed pinball machine and a sports car themed one called high speed, but those machines aren't there anymore unfortunately. I also remember an Xevious machine there but that's gone too. But at

Not a bad little arcade. Has a lot of the classics.

We didn't get to play because I didn't bring cash etc. But the size of this place and the games they have are fantastic. We will return with cash and a bunch of quarters

The best arcade the Berkshire Mall has seen since the arcade was upstairs and there was still a fountain at center court.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s it like visiting an arcade today?

It’s a mix of nostalgia and high-energy fun! Many arcades blend retro classics like Pac-Man and pinball with modern VR games, racing simulators, and rhythm challenges — often with music, lights, and a social vibe.

Is it better to go alone or with friends?

Both can be great! Solo visits let you focus on your favorite games, while going with friends adds competition, teamwork, and laughs. Many people plan arcade meetups as a casual hangout or even date spot.

What should I bring to an arcade?

Usually just yourself and a way to pay (some arcades still use coins, others use cards or apps). If you're competitive, bring your A-game. If you're social, bring friends or meet new ones over multiplayer games.

What’s the best time to visit an arcade?

Weekdays or early afternoons are usually less crowded — perfect for focused play. Evenings and weekends bring the buzz, especially at barcades or venues with DJs, tournaments, or themed nights.

Can I meet new people at arcades?

Absolutely! Arcades attract a mix of casual players and serious gamers. Whether you're jumping into a four-player co-op or chatting between rounds, it's a fun, low-pressure way to connect over shared interests.

Are arcades still just for kids?

Not at all. While many arcades are family-friendly, there are also adult-oriented ones with full bars, 18+ nights, or vintage nostalgia themes. Arcades today cater to everyone — from first-timers to lifelong gamers.

Are there events or tournaments I can join?

Yes! Many arcades host regular competitions, retro nights, cosplay parties, and more. Whether you're into high scores or just want to watch and vibe, events add an extra layer to the experience.

What if I’m not great at arcade games?

No worries — arcades are about having fun, not being perfect. Try a variety of games, ask others for tips, and remember: the vibe is more “let’s play” than “let’s win.”
