Celebrity Theatres - Baton Rouge 10

We visit celebrity theaters often. We always have a great experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Today we encountered an issue with one of the arcade machines and the manager was over very quickly to help correct the situation. We also had multiple cards and rewards to redeem- Treashure was very helpful. She was very patient with us and spent a lot of time helping my son combine all of his points. We greatly appreciate the amazing customer service!

I sat in the car while my children watched the movie. They were very safe. There was a officer patrolling at all times we stayed until close. There was no drama. It was peaceful. The workers were very helpful. Bathrooms were clean. Popcorn was excellent. They have good customer service well worth visiting.

Have alway Enjoyed the theater but recently their sods machines taste more like club soda, hardly any flavoring at all. This has been going on for several months now on and off. Are they trying to spend less on syrup to make more. I have complained but hasn't waded a difference.

We love this theater! In a city where everything seems crowded for no reason sometimes? this theater never seems overly crowded. The food is as good as any other theater and there are lots of ?extra? quick options like dipping dots, frozen lemonade, etc? It has been clean and comfortable every time we have visited. Only reason I am giving it a one star is bc when you move the seats/recliners, there is soooooo much food underneath them. That place will soon have roaches if they do not do a deep cleaning. FYI: The seats can be pulled out if you lose something! It was gross!!!!! Other than that, my fav movie theater!

Love this place, always preferred this Movie theater. Popcorn is cooked to perfection. The best thing for me is that they have Red Vines. Amc NEVER has Red Vines.

Celebrity allowed our Pre-Dental Society to host a fundraising event at their theater for our philanthropy Smile Train! They were so willing and eager to help host this event, and everyone I worked with was so very kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Katie Jeter and Kayla, the event manager. 10/10 experience!!

We had my son's 8th birthday here today. I was absolutely amazed at the service, quality, and cleanliness of the establishment. The party was treated like true celebrities with their VIP access to the theatre. The kids loved everything from the arcade games, to the reclining chairs, to the small details added to personalize the party. We had constant attention from THREE hosts that went above and beyond to meet our needs. Worth every penny!

Great place to beat the heat. 5.00 Tuesday is a great time on a budget. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Feels like what a movie theater should be. Nostalgic,and new all at the same time. Imo the best movie theater experience in the greater Baton Rouge area. From now on this will be my go to movie theater experience!!

I enjoy visiting this theater whenever I want to see a movie. I've always had good experiences here. Some of these seats are starting to get worn out but overall, I had a good experience yesterday.

Great seats, good prices, good movies. Drink stations are a huge plus. Choose your beverage and flavor, and refill as needed. Plenty of them as well. Family friendly environment with a small arcade area. 4 stars because the bathroom was out of hand towels, and the toilet paper was inaccessible (locked behind the roller). Everything was clean, and employees were actively cleaning, even though it was slow, they just forgot to check the paper situations. It was the first movie of the day.

This is my go to movie theater! Always come here. I have never had a bad experience but tonight in theater 5 OMG! There is a father who just can't control his child. Has literally told his child 50 times to stop and sit down. I get it kids will be kids but at some point respect others! Now the child is playing on his device and it's louder than the movie. Not one person has come to either ask them to leave or control your kid. Also the theater needs upgrades chairs peeling, hot, and there's a smell!

I love to bring my Dsag clients here so they can watch movies! Staff is very nice but the auditoriums could use updating we heard the one next to us during the movie.

Great local theatre by my house! I went here a couple of times to play arcade games like Crossy Road (my favorite game) and watch ?The Post? and ?Ready Player One?. The theatre was mostly clean and organized even during the reconstruction - the theatre looks much better now that the reconstruction is almost done. I can't wait to see the new arcade area. Never been to this theater before but it's my new favorite in Baton Rouge! Love the comfy reclining seats. Love that the drink machines are close to the theatres for easy refills. Lots of arcade games. We will be back!

This establishment looks great on the outside but once you cross the threshold of The auditorium it is so disgusting and it smells like mildew there was trash and popcorn all over the floor no one cleaned up there was mold coming from the ceiling. The seats were ripped and leather was everywhere. The front desk clerk acted like he was clueless and didn't know how to fix my problem with the ticket. Another thing the seat smelt like piss.

Loved my experience! Seats recline...low enough to be super comfy...staff is friendly and helpful, and to top it off everything was clean, including the bathroom. Very family friendly [great games], will visit again and recommend!

Excellent leather extra large recliners. Good popcorn and two medium drinks and got a $10 card to play the arcades. PLF movie theater a plus. Seen Dune 2 was excellent. Update 12/07/2024 - watched Arthur Christmas a Sony Animation. A good Christmas story with festive music. A good watch for the old and young. Had nachos with jalapenos and a soft drink. All was good. Love the recliners always. Technology equipment excellent.

Love this movie theatre and arcade!!! This is such a great family friendly environment and everything is super CLEAN!!! The prices are low and affordable and the candy and popcorn isn't outrageous like other theatre. We will return !

I hadn't been here in probably 20 years they've refurbed and remodeled. It's so nice. A small neighborhood theater. Super clean and comfortable and a great arcade!

I'm really disappointed with where things are with this theater right now. The PLF cinema was still top notch presentation and sound but elsewhere the theater really needs work. The carpet/floor all around the drink area is awful and disgusting. There is a bad smell from the carpet as soon as you start walking in the hallway. My son and I love to come here because it is a smaller theater. They always have good movies playing, and we can play some arcade games before and after the movie.

Affordable, locally owned movie theater with an arcade attached to it. Seats are comfortable enough for my pregnant wife to enjoy a movie, and that's all that's important to me! We come here for all the new releases.

I took my family there last night to watch Harold and the purple crayon when the lights were still on I looked up and noticed there was mold all over the air conditioning event auditorium 9 I have pictures pls fix this issue or. Close. This auditorium until it's fixed so no one gets sick.

Freezing!! We went the night it froze in Baton Rouge. We thought it was strange that all the young people were walking in carrying blankets. Well they were the smart ones. It felt like they left the doors open. I had a coat on with my hood zipped up and was still shivering. I think I would enjoy the reclining seats and tray tables. But it was too cold. The price was good for tickets & concessions but the options for concessions was not huge.

So disappointed, I am currently sitting in this theatre and can barely hear the movie. This is the third time I came here and this has happened. You spend too much money to come here and barely hearing the movie. It so low you can not even focus on the movie. The concessions is too high. I spent $100 on snacks and the popcorn is not good. How you get popcorn wrong. This is after spend $59 dollars for movie tickets. This is my last and final time coming here. Also the chair is broken and no sign is on it. G

Love this movie theater. It's our go to bc it's not too big, or over crowded. They serve wine, beer or daiquiri for the adults. They Have games for all ages.

Theater 9 smelled horribly of mildew and the ceiling vents were so disgusting. There were little white moth like bugs flying everywhere. The seats were so torn and every time you moved in your seat the mildew smell got worse. Highly disappointed because this theater is so close to my house. We will not be going back !

Best theater in town by far! Perfect place to hang out, go on a date, or bring the whole family for movies and games. Staff is kind, great selection of snacks, games are fun, and the place is always clean (even the bathrooms)! All around very reasonably priced. They will also respectfully remove any obnoxious guests, which ensures a distraction-free movie experience. The GM and managers run a tight ship here. My husband and I came early to watch the New Bad Boys movie, we paid for our tickets early and also left to get food before coming to see the movie. Once it was time to go see the movie, we walked inside and I asked one of the guys at the front counter is there a bathroom where the movie is closest too instead of the main lobby bathrooms. Great seats, reclining, lumbar support with tables. Also, you cannot go to the movies without a full bar! Arcade outside was pretty fun for two 40 year olds, so must be great for the kiddos...tickets for prizes too.

I love this theatre but the employees are not that friendly and they're in such a rush to get off they start shutting things down before ur movie is even over. I had a great review for these guys on here but I had to edit it, they went above and beyond the last time I took my son to see a movie. Long story short a game broke down and Baschaar (so sorry if I spelled it wrong!) not only got my son the toy he wanted when the game broke, but gave me my money back. He's the man. (2/2/25) Had to add on again, Zach at celebrity is the man he helped me with a similar situation thay occurred today.

Theatre 10 smelled strongly of mildew. The two air vents on the ceiling had condensation and mildew on them. Our seats smelled so much like urine that we had to move rows. This theatre has significantly declined since we started going there years ago.

Good theatre. Clean interior and bathrooms. Fun arcade. Reasonable ticket prices. The food is the same price as anywhere else. But it feels better when you fill up your own drinks. They have machines in the movie corridors. So you can refill at your leisure. I had a comfortable and convenient seating arrangement. Fewer seats in each screen makes for a great experience if you hate crowds. Probably more hygienic, too. Pretty great if you can get in during the matinee.

What an awesome family entertainment center, in a convenient suburban location. Remindful of the arcades of the 80's but located in a movie theater. The theaters are great, very clean, reclining seats and food trays-2 thumbs up!! 3 rooms and the lobby filled with arcade games and challenges, food and drink area, as well as birthday room!! Nice staff. I saw all ages there today, some coming to see movies, some families there to play the games!!

Great comfortable seats, quick service, and it was pretty much empty when we were there. The jack and Coke and crown were really good.

I went for the $5 Tuesday special. The theater is tucked away, without a sign, so it's easy to miss it. Very clean parking lot with ample parking. The oversized arcade and birthday room are really nice. You could easily spend quite a bit of time and money here with everything being in one place. I didn't order any snacks, so I can't speak on them. The chairs, sound, and picture quality are outstanding. At times, I could hear the movie in the adjacent room, otherwise, it was great. The staff is nice as well.

We had our class field trip here. I received so much praise from parents and the kids loved it. The theatre was great to work with and had the popcorn, drinks and movie ready to go when we arrived. We were able to steam a movie of our choice. We will definitely be booking more field trips in the future.

I held my daugthers 8th birthday outing at Celebrity! Nothing but amazing! Kayla was great at communicating prior to the event, and very friendly upon arrival the day of. I always love coming here, I used to go to another major named theater but once I discovered Celebrity I haven't been back. Friendly staff, clean theater, with nice comfy seats that recline, sound quality is good as well as video, bathrooms have always been well kept and doesn't smell like urine. There is never really a line its great! The arcade area is nice as well for when your waiting.

Serious hidden gem here. Very clean and not crowded. I love that there is an arcade for the littles. Took my kids to see a movie and they loved the reclining chairs and thought it was so awesome that we got to pick our seats online before we went. I will definitely be back again for a family movie date.

The quality at this location seems to have gone down a fair bit. The chairs were incredibly uncomfortable and the line to get a ticket was entirely too long. Prices for the popcorn and things like that were about what you would expect. All in all, I would say but if you can generally go to one of the other theaters in Baton rouge, I would recommend it. It's not absolutely terrible, but there's just so much more than this theater could do to do better.

A spider bit me while watching a movie at this theater. I slapped my arm and realized it was a spider ?? ???????. I think they need to spray. The theater overall smells stale and prob needs a good cleaning and refreshing. They do keep the bathrooms pretty clean. Other than that, they have a great selection of movies.

I feel this theater offers the best in quality & Convenience. They serve their popcorn with Cheetos? brand chips & cheese powder mild and flaming hot. Reclining seats, full Arcade aswell 5$ movies every Tuesday. They offer the best PLF screen and sound systems for their Premium theater auditoriums. As it stands their smaller theaters auditoriums could use a bit of TLC for their screens.

This newly renovated theater is our family's favorite. Prices are standard. There are video games for all ages while waiting. The popcorn is excellent and there is even an "adult frozen coke" machine. The seats are comfy and the place is clean. The staff have always been excellent. No complaints what so ever.

I'll be honest and say I haven't watched a movie here in years. However, the arcade is Amazing! We make special trips here for our kids to have a fun arcade experience. The variety of games is probably the best in town. The price is also really good in comparison to other "arcade" type venues. I love catching a matinee movie at this movie theater. Its freshly remodeled and the seating is very relaxing. Seems like the rooms are more compact but its nice and cozy. I've never noticed them to be overly crowded early on Saturday morning's. This would be a nice place to bring your family. There's concessions and also a nice game room area.

This theater has been remodeled and it's great. The nachos were fresh and the cheese was hot. The concession items were reasonably priced. The employees were professional and nice. The seats were so comfortable, and like theater seats at most movie theaters these days, they were assigned and reclinable. The arcade was impressive with lots of options. I will visit again.

Great place to take the kids. I took my two grand nephews (9 and 12) and we had a blast. Prices are great and the theater is so comfortable and homey. And then of course there's the arcade. They loved coming out after the movie and spending a little time playing video and arcade games. I would recommend this theater to any grand aunts and uncles or grandparents.

Comfortable, roomy, reclining chairs and fresh food (just as pricey as the other theaters but tasty) are part of the many upgrades this establishment provides. Though I did not use the arcade center, it looked fun and engaging. Everything was clean, the staff was professional and courteous, and I enjoyed every moment of our visit. Our chairs did not have the arm lift option, which would have transformed our reclining chairs into a sofa, but we still enjoyed it immensely.

This place is awesome. Seats are comfortable. Staff is friendly. The popcorn is fresh. The screen is clear. The only drawback is being able to hear the next movie at times. Love the $5 Tuesday special. If I had children, the connecting arcade is cool too.

So there I was passenger seat in my girlfriend's car about a block away and she says to me, "the theater is super trashy." I said, "how? You cant even see it yet." "Look at this neighborhood, I can only imagine what it looks like." Needless to say, she had her tiny brain explode when we pulled up. It has about 10 screens, but it's layed out so much better than the other huge cine-plexes...no long walks to concession stands. Great family environment... really nice big game room with great theaters that have the upgraded comfortable seats, big screens, and great sound system. It's really spacious, so never overly crowded. It's my son's favorite place!

This is definitely my favorite movie theater. It has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. The seats are spacious, and have recliners. The movie screen is bigger than other theaters, and everyone can see no matter what row you are on. I really love Celebrity Theaters and definitely recommend going whenever you can!

I had never heard of this theatre before until my cousin took me tonight. I love how there is huge arcade on each side of theatre. I didn't purchase any food or drink, so I wouldn't be able to speak on the taste or prices of the food/drink. But the service was good and theatre was beautiful and huge with nice recliner chairs. The only thing that could've made it better is if there was a button on the seats that allow someone to request food/drink orders just like at the Movie Taverns.

Great place, fun atmosphere. The theater is really nice and the staff is courteous as well. The new additions with the game rooms are a great place to bring kids for a fun day. They even have a room with hundreds of things to cash your tickets in from the games. Nice upgrade!

This theater is a little smaller and so is not usually as crowded. Although since they have been doing some remodeling it's a little harder to park. But even with the parking it is still easy to get in and out and since you can buy your tickets online there isn't usually a wait. We bring our kids and they can play some of the games. It's not as expensive as some of the other theaters and the concession line is really fast
