Totally awesome spot for outdoor mini golf , or birthday party with arcade. Plenty of room for a kids birthday party. I had my son's birthday party here this past weekend. Everything was great! After I booked his party Veronica was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. On the day of the party she was wonderful! She was great with the 14 kids that we had at the party and made sure everyone had a great time! Very well maintained mini golf course. Castle theme is really just the building that houses the arcade and snack bar and not the course. The difficulty level of this course is not high. Should not frustrate children. Fair amount of parking. Reasonable price. Be careful with directions on Google maps. It will take you into someone's driveway and not Castle Cove.

Visited Castle Cove for the first time. Everything in tip top shape, looked very new and clean. Reasonably priced entry. 18 holes - some were tricky. The one with that goes over the river is fun - don't worry if your ball falls into the river as it carries it close to where the hole is. Has a small arcade and also a mining area where you sift a bag of sand with gems and fossils in it. Will definitely be back.

We always have an Amazing time at Castle Cove Mini Golf in Lake Hopatcong, NJ! Veronica and Chris, the owners, are incredibly kind and make us feel right at home during our visits. Took my granddaughter here, she is almost 2-1/2 She had an amazing time, can't wait to go back. We did the whole experience, the miniature golf, the mining and the arcade. It's very clean, the staff is super friendly they make the experience that much nicer. Lots of parking, great prices. The mini golf course is great, my granddaughter could have done the part where you put the ball in the water a million times over she loved it so much. First time customer and I certainly will be returning. I LOVE the retro feel of the arcade. Tokens and actual tickets! The staff was amazing, and we were treated with such kindness. We played this morning with 28 people. Yes, 28. Not only did they open an hour early for us, the staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Best mini golf place around! The course is so clean and organized, and staff is so welcoming and wonderful. The man running the golf course was so kindhearted and genuine. Cute place with a fun medieval-themed golf course. The customer service is great, as the gentleman working the golf window was courteous, friendly and more than accommodating in many ways. My daughters and I enjoyed a nice couple of rounds today and look forward to returning for the inside games and activities as well. My girlfriend and I love this place! There's so much to do. It's not just a mini-golf place, you can mine for fossils or gemstones and they have a very nice arcade. This place was great! We went tonight for the first time. There were 8 of us - 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 7 - 9). Everyone had a good time. The course was nicely laid out. The landscaping was pretty. Everything looked new and clean. The guy behind the counter was very kind (even though we finished up a couple minutes after the official closing time). There is an arcade with a bunch of games for the kids (but we ran out of time to use it). Restrooms were clean. Prices were reasonable.

Hidden Gem!!! We went on a whim to Castle Cove and it was one of the best unexpected choices of our summer. It was so family friendly. We are on vacation in NJ and stopped by for an afternoon at the arcade. The arcade was perfect. It is enclosed, so the little ones (2 and 4) could safely run around. The games were in great condition and there was something for everyone. It wasn't too loud, so there was no sensory overload. The price was fantastic, and the boys each got a nice handful of prizes and candy to take home with them. We will definitely be back.

This is a very cute, clean mini golf spot and the course is not too challenging for little ones. We have gone twice now and will continue to visit Castle Cove. There is very little shade here, so I recommend going at dusk. Very beautiful at this time!

My son had his 7th birthday party here last weekend and it was the best! The party attendant was incredible with the kids and all of the parents were so happy to sit back and just enjoy some social time while the kids were being guided through the golf course and the rock and fossil mining. The mini golf course looks amazing! It was a fun course - the renovations are looking great. It isnt very difficult but what is there is cute and engaging. It is smooth and well maintained! The place was very well kept. We were very happy all around with Castle Cove. Drove an hour to get there and was totally worth it. 11/10, would definitely recommend!

Nice place. $12 per adult is a tad steep. Course wasn't overly creative or too difficult. I would recommend it for your average family. But if you're looking for a challenging course with unique holes, this isn't the place.

This place is absolutely amazing. I'll just start by saying I brought my group of special needs adults here for a golf & pizza outing and it was absolutely amazing. Number one the entire facility is handicap accessible so even the individuals in wheel chairs could play. Also, the facility is spotless (so clean). On top of all the the people who own the place are so accommodating and friendly. The whole experience was excellent. I recommend this place over any miniature golf place.

I've been looking for a fun mini-golf place for a year or so. I've been to a few in Morris County and been disappointed every time. Little did I know that I'd find this treasure only 10 minutes from me. From the smiling, sweet young lady who greeted us, to the colorful, well designed course, it was top-notch. Has a small arcade as a bonus. Last, they sterilize the equipment before and after use. Will absolutely go back.

Great mini golf course- good level of challenge and very well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. I just knocked off a star because while we had fun in the arcade as adults, I think I would have been very frustrated as a kid with the fact that about 1/4 of the games didn't work correctly.

Good place for mini golfing, quite challenging, went there during the middle of the day on a weekday. Place is quite well built and is a nice course. I didn't like how each of the holes had a flag which was annoying having to take out every time. There are some water elements to it as well including (fake) crocodiles that seemed to "eat" our ball when it fell in there.

The mini golf courses are challenging with all sorts of elevations, curves, and obstacles. It also has a secret and you have to be brave and just go with the flow. I just wish people would not rush though and enjoy each course play.

Wowee Momma! I recently visited Castle Cove for my friend's birthday! We had an amazing time, and the Arcades were just as fun as the golf itself. The staff worked quickly refilling machines, and ensuring we didn't feel too bad if we did bad in golf.

Best mini golf in the area. I've been multiple times and the course is always fun. Only problem is it's in a weird spot off Route 15, its easy to drive right past it.
